A Zn(OTf)2-catalyzed cascade reaction of anilines with aromatic aldehydes and carbonyl compounds was described. This one-pot three-component reaction afforded the corresponding β-amino carbonyl compounds, β-amino esters, and β-amino ketones in good to excellent yields. The reaction was also applied for the liquid-phase synthesis of β-amino carbonyl compound library using PEG as a support.  相似文献

The review is devoted to a new catalytic olefination reaction (COR) discovered by the authors. This is the reaction between N-unsubstituted hydrazones of carbonyl compounds with dihalides CHal2XY in the presence of copper(i) chloride to give substituted alkenes. Catalytic olefination is versatile. Variation of the carbonyl and olefinating components opens up the way for the synthesis of various classes of unsaturated compounds including those containing functional groups. The reaction mechanism is discussed and a catalytic cycle describing the process is proposed. A model for estimating and predicting the reactivity of halogen-containing compounds in the COR is developed. The relationship between the structure of the carbonyl substrates and their behavior in the title reaction is elucidated.  相似文献

氮气保护条件下,纳米铝在0.1 N NH4Cl溶液中,能有效地促进羰基化合物与烯丙基溴进行Barbier-Grignard型烯丙基化反应,得到相应高烯丙醇。芳香族醛或酮的烯丙基化产率较高,而脂肪族羰基化合物反应产率低,反应产率受羰基空间位阻影响大,在同样条件下,邻羟基羰基化合物烯丙基化产物主要是赤式-邻二醇。  相似文献

A variety of carbonyl compounds have been successfully converted to the corresponding thioacetal derivatives in good to excellent yields on reaction of carbonyl compounds with 1,2-ethanedithiole, 1,3-propanedithiol, and ethylthiol in the presence of a catalytic amount of benzyltriphenylphosphonium tribromide (BTPTB) under solvent-free conditions. Some of the major advantages of this method are mild reaction conditions, high efficiency, and the compatibility with other reported methods. In addition, no bromination occurs at the double bond or α to the keto position or even in the aromatic ring under these experimental conditions.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A variety of substituted quinolines are synthesized from imines and enolizable carbonyl compounds under aerobic conditions, in which only water is a byproduct. In DMSO, a catalytic amount of HCl activates carbonyl compounds quite effectively to give the quinolines. A simple and practical procedure is demonstrated on a large scale.  相似文献

A novel thermosetting imide compound having a respective phenylethynyl carbonyl group at both terminal ends was newly synthesized from an acid anhydride having a phenylethynyl carbonyl group and various diamine compounds. The thermosetting behavior of the obtained novel thermosetting imide compound having phenylethynyl carbonyl groups was analyzed through differential scanning calorimetry measurements and infrared spectroscopic analysis. As a result, it became clear that a curing reaction of phenylethynyl carbonyl groups proceeds at approximately 200°C and that the curing reaction thereof proceeds at a temperature that is lower by 150°C or more compared with that of phenylethynyl groups. Examination of the polymerization reaction of the imide compounds having phenylethynyl carbonyl groups using model compounds revealed that a reaction that imparted an alkene C=C and polycyclic aromatic structure progressed. Moreover, a network polymer obtained from a thermosetting imide compound having respective phenylethynyl carbonyl groups at both terminal ends exhibited extremely superior heat resistance and thermal decomposition resistance. These superior thermal properties are thought to be due to the strong molecular interaction (molecular packing) that results from the polycyclic aromatic structures and alkenes produced through polymerization of the phenylethynyl carbonyl groups and to the suppression of the movement of the molecular chains.  相似文献

Oxovanadium(V)-catalyzed deoxygenative coupling reaction of allyl alcohols with trimethylsilyl enol ethers was demonstrated to afford γ,δ-unsaturated carbonyl compounds in one-step. The catalytic deoxygenative coupling reaction of allyl alcohols proceeded smoothly with both aromatic and aliphatic trimethylsilyl enol ethers. This catalytic deoxygenative coupling system could be applied to the deoxygenative coupling reaction of benzyl alcohols with trimethylsilyl enol ethers, providing the corresponding carbonyl compounds. Furthermore, a gram-scale catalytic synthesis of the γ,δ-unsaturated carbonyl compound was successfully performed to validate the scalability of this catalytic deoxygenative coupling reaction.  相似文献

Abstract

The Arbuzov reaction results in the synthesis of various phosphonic esters and is of great importance for the further development of the chemistry of organophosphorus compounds. Investigations of recent decades have shown that, besides halogen-containing organic compounds, different types of organic compounds of the electrophilic type which do not contain halogen atoms are capable of entering this reaction. Reactions with carbonyl compounds are especially interesting. This report presents the results of reactions of derivatives of tricoordinated phosphorus (trialkyl phosphites, amidophosphites, ester anhydrides, isocyanate phosphites) with carbonyl compounds. Special emphasis was placed on studying the reactions with carbonyl compounds activated by some electronegative groups. The regularities and mechanisms of these reactions were investigated depending on the structure of the carbonyl compounds, the derivatives of tricoordinated phosphorus and the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Treatment of silyl enol ethers of various carbonyl compounds with Et2Zn and fluoroalkyl halides (Rf-X) in the presence of RhCl(PPh3)3 in DME gave the corresponding α-Rf carbonyl compounds. A highly reactive alkyl-rhodium complex which was derived from RhCl(PPh3)3 and Et2Zn must be crucial in this reaction by accelerating the reaction rate and improving the yields dramatically. This reaction overcomes difficulties on the synthesis of α-Rf carbonyl compounds due to inverse polarization of Rf-X.  相似文献

For the first time a reaction intermediate has been isolated giving further insight into the mechanism of thiazol-2-imine formation. The first step of the reaction requires a basic medium, while the second step is an acid mediated E1 elimination reaction. An efficient one-pot synthesis of substituted thiazol-2-imines have been achieved by the condensation of carbonyl compounds with thioureas and 1,3-disubstituted thioureas using 1,1′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)dipyridinium bistribromide (EDPBT). Unsymmetrical 1,3-disubstituted thioureas give regioselective products with symmetrical ketones, which are mainly governed by the pKas of NH protons of thiourea, whereas symmetrical 1,3-disubstituted thioureas give regioselective products with symmetrical carbonyl compounds owing to the regioselective bromination of ketones. The methodology is extended to access novel neurodegenerative drug candidate pifithrin-α analogues in good yields in shorter reaction time. This method is simple, versatile and is applicable for different 1,3-disubstituted thioureas as well as a range of carbonyl compounds.  相似文献

The highly stereoselective synthesis of vicinal diols was accomplished by the reaction of hydroxymethyl anion equivalents with carbonyl compounds. The reaction of hydroxyallylic stannanes with various aldehydes gave but-3-en-1,2-diols in the presence of SnCl2. The diol moiety showed syn-diastereoselectivity. A mechanism for this reaction was proposed: transmetalation of the hydroxyallylic stannane with SnCl2 gives an active rearranged allylic tin(II) species, which adds to carbonyl compounds through a cyclic transition state. The use of either α-alkoxy or hydroxy carbonyl compounds instead of aldehydes also gave the corresponding vicinal diols with high selectivity. In this case, either the alkoxy or the hydroxy group effectively coordinates to the tin(II) center to form a transition state that leads to high selectivity. The reaction of hydroxyallylic stannane with α-alkoxy aldehyde afforded the product through a cyclic transition state according to the Felkin-Anh model. This system was applied to sugar synthesis because conventional treatment of protected (R)-glyceraldehyde led to d-arabinose. The configurations of the major products were determined by means of X-ray structural analysis.  相似文献

A simple and useful method has been demonstrated for the deprotection of 1,3-oxathiolanes and 1,3-dithiolanes to the corresponding carbonyl compounds in excellent yield by employing catalytic amount (30 mol %) of iodine supported on neutral alumina in ethanol-water or water. The major advantages of this protocol are mild reaction conditions, less reaction time, easy to handle, high yields, inexpensive reagent and environmentally benign.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The efficient addition of bis(pinacolato)diboron to alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with a copper-diphosphine catalyst has been carried out. A dramatic rate acceleration of the reaction was realized by adding alcohol additives. With use of this procedure, a variety of alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds including conjugated substrates at the acid oxidation level such as esters and nitriles were reacted to give to the corresponding beta-boryl carbonyl compounds in high yields.  相似文献

It was found that rhenium complex is an effective catalyst for the reaction of carbonyl compounds with ketene silyl acetals. A wide range of β-silyloxy esters is obtained by the treatment of carbonyl compounds with ketene silyl acetals in the presence of a catalytic amount of ReBr(CO)5 in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

A sensitive liquid chromatograph/tandem mass spectrometric technique (LC/MS/MS) was applied to determine aliphatic and aromatic carbonyl compounds in ambient air. Traces of the carbonyl compounds were sampled by passing through a Sep-Pak DNPH-silica cartridge. Their derivatives were thus eluted with acetonitrile, separated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography and determined by quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry in an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) mode with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The detection limits (DL) of the carbonyl compounds were 0.8 - 15 ng/m3. A number of the carbonyl compounds were detected at n.d.- 14 microg/m3 levels. The precursor ion scanning analysis was applied to identify the unknown compounds.  相似文献

A facile and efficient oxidative cleavage of oximes to form carbonyl compounds is reported using phenyl iodonium (III) diacetate (PIDA) and polymer supported polydiacetoxyiodostyrene. Regeneration of carbonyl compounds from corresponding oximes is an important reaction, since oxime derivatives constitute one of the primary methods for purification and characterization of carbonyl compounds. This process overcomes many of the disadvantages associated with other oxidative methods such as long reaction times, difficulties in isolation of products and formation of over oxidized products.  相似文献

The transition metal catalyzed reaction of α-diazo carbonyl compounds has found numerous applications in organic synthesis, and its use in either heterocyclic or carbocyclic ring formation is well precedented. In contrast to other catalysts that are suitable for carbenoid reactions of diazo compounds, those constructed with the dirhodium(II) framework are most amenable to ligand modification that, in turn, can influence reaction selectivity. The reaction of rhodium carbenoids with carbonyl groups represents a very efficient method for generating carbonyl ylide dipoles. Rhodium-mediated carbenoid–carbonyl cyclization reactions have been extensively utilized as a powerful method for the construction of a variety of novel polycyclic ring systems. This article will emphasize some of the more recent synthetic applications of the tandem rhodium carbenoid cyclization/cycloaddition cascade for natural product synthesis. Discussion centers on the chemical behavior of the rhodium metal carbenoid complex that is often affected by the nature of the ligand groups attached to the metal center.  相似文献
