Periodic Solutions of Nonlinear Wave Equations with Dissipative Boundary Conditions

Applying Nash-Moser's implicit function theorem, the author proves the existence of periodic solution to nonlinear wave equation u_{tt} - u_{xx} + εg(t, x, u, u_t, u_x, u_{tt}, u_{tx}, u_{xx}) = 0 with a dissipative boundary condition, provided ε is sufficiently small.     

Attractors for Fully Discrete Finite Difference Scheme of Dissipative Zakharov Equations

A fully discrete finite difference scheme for dissipative Zakharov equations is analyzed. On the basis of a series of the time-uniform priori estimates of the difference solutions, the stability of the difference scheme and the error bounds of optimal order of the difference solutions are obtained in L²×H¹×H² over a finite time interval (0, T]. Finally, the existence of a global attractor is proved for a discrete dynamical system associated with the fully discrete finite difference scheme.     

具有非线性记忆项的耗散波动方程的整体吸引子

LetΩRn be a bounded domain with a smooth boundary.We consider the longtime dynamics of a class of damped wave equations with a nonlinear memory term utt+αut-△u-∫0t 0μ(t-s)|u(s)| βu(s)ds + g(u)=f.Based on a time-uniform priori estimate method,the existence of the compact global attractor is proved for this model in the phase space H10(Ω)×L2(Ω).     

受迫耗散Boussinesq方程的可积性质和孤波解的探讨

考虑到耗散效应和地形外力,Rossby波的振幅可由受迫耗散Boussinesq方程来描述.当包含这两项时,模型比较复杂,不具有Painleve性质.通过将模型双线性化,双线性方法是一个可寻找孤波解和B(a|¨)cklund变换的方法.通过截断的Painleve展开式,得到了将方程双线性化的合适的因变量变换.然后得到了受迫耗散Boussinesq方程的单孤波解和B(a|¨)cklund变换.     

具色散耗散项的四阶波动方程解的渐近性质

研究具色散和耗散项的四阶波动方程的初边值问题．使用乘子法,证明了问题的整体强解在关于非线性项简单而宽泛的假设下,随时间趋于无穷而衰减到零．     

水中孤立气泡对声波的耗散作用

本文从气泡壁面线性运动方程出发,对水中孤立气泡的声耗散机理进行了分析。结果表明:气泡对声波具有明显的耗散作用;耗散作用由声散射和声吸收两部份组成;热传导在气泡对声波的耗散作用中起决定性作用;气泡处于谐振时,对声波具有最大的耗散作用。     

The Dissipative Spectral Methods for the First Order Linear Hyperbolic Equations

In this paper, we introduce the dissipative spectral methods (DSM) for the first order linear hyperbolic equations in one dimension. Specifically, we consider the Fourier DSM for periodic problems and the Legendre DSM for equations with the Dirichlet boundary condition. The error estimates of the methods are shown to be quasi-optimal for variable-coefficients equations. Numerical results are given to verify high accuracy of the DSM and to compare the proposed schemes with some high performance methods, showing some superiority in long-term integration for the periodic case and in dealing with limited smoothness near or at the boundary for the Dirichlet case.
