针对一类 MIMO不确定非线性系统 ,基于一种修改的李亚普诺夫函数并利用 I型模糊系统的逼近能力 ,提出一种分散自适应模糊控制器设计的新方案。该方案不但能够避免现有的一些自适应模糊 /神经网络控制器设计中对控制增益一阶导数上界的要求 ,而且能够避免控制器的奇异问题。通过理论分析 ,证明闭环控制系统是全局稳定的 ,跟踪误差收敛到零。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对一类具有死区非线性输入的非线性系统,基于滑模控制的基本原理,利用II型模糊逻辑系统对未知函数进行在线逼近,提出了一种具有监督器的自适应模糊滑模控制方法。该方法通过监督控制器保证闭环系统所有信号有界,并通过引入最优逼近误差的自适应补偿项来消除建模误差的影响。通过理论分析,证明了跟踪误差收敛到零。  相似文献

针对一类具有摄动的严格反馈非线性时滞系统,基于后推设计方法,利用第一类模糊系统的逼近能力,提出了一种新的直接自适应控制方案。该方案避免了虚拟控制增益符号已知的假设。设计中引入连续鲁棒项对系统的摄动部分进行抑制。通过理论分析,证明了闭环系统是半全局一致终结有界的,跟踪误差收敛到一个小的残差集内。  相似文献

为解决多属性决策单方向偏差难题所提出的灰关联投影法尚存在适用性差的技术不足。为此,在借鉴双向投影技术要点的基础上联合新型灰关联系数,并引入毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集的表达优势,提出基于毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊距离测度的灰关联双向投影决策方法。新方法能够有效解决毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊多属性决策问题,具有较高的分辨度。通过算例应用分析,直接验证了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊灰关联双向投影方法的实用性,间接验证了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊距离测度和灰关联双向投影法的有效性。  相似文献

Decision makers select employees for a project to match a particular set of goals pertaining to the multiple criteria mix of skills and competencies needed. Cognitive style influences how a person gathers and evaluates information and consequently, provides skills and competencies toward problem solving. The proposed fuzzy set-based model facilitates the manager’s selection of employees who meet the project goal(s) for the preferred cognitive style. The paper presents background information on cognitive styles and fuzzy logic with an algorithm developed based on belief in the fuzzy probability of a cognitive style fitting a defined goal. 对于复杂工业系统非线性时间序列预测精度不高问题,引入了多种预测方法的预测相对误差、预测对象的变化趋势、灰色基本权重和自适应调节系数等概念,建立了模糊自适应变权重非线性组合预测模型。结果表明,此模糊自适应变权重非线性组合预测模型的精度较高,并且平均误差和预测平方根误差均较小。该组合预测模型为复杂非线性工业系统所需决策提供了有力支持。  相似文献

In this paper, we propose simple but powerful methods for fuzzy regression analysis using neural networks. Since neural networks have high capability as an approximator of nonlinear mappings, the proposed methods can be applied to more complex systems than the existing LP based methods. First we propose learning algorithms of neural networks for determining a nonlinear interval model from the given input-output patterns. A nonlinear interval model whose outputs approximately include all the given patterns can be determined by two neural networks. Next we show two methods for deriving nonlinear fuzzy models from the interval model determined by the proposed algorithms. Nonlinear fuzzy models whose h-level sets approximately include all the given patterns can be derived. Last we show an application of the proposed methods to a real problem.  相似文献

It is well known that nonlinear approximation has an advantage over linear schemes in the sense that it provides comparable approximation rates to those of the linear schemes, but to a larger class of approximands. This was established for spline approximations and for wavelet approximations, and more recently by DeVore and Ron (in press) [2] for homogeneous radial basis function (surface spline) approximations. However, no such results are known for the Gaussian function, the preferred kernel in machine learning and several engineering problems. We introduce and analyze in this paper a new algorithm for approximating functions using translates of Gaussian functions with varying tension parameters. At heart it employs the strategy for nonlinear approximation of DeVore-Ron, but it selects kernels by a method that is not straightforward. The crux of the difficulty lies in the necessity to vary the tension parameter in the Gaussian function spatially according to local information about the approximand: error analysis of Gaussian approximation schemes with varying tension are, by and large, an elusive target for approximators. We show that our algorithm is suitably optimal in the sense that it provides approximation rates similar to other established nonlinear methodologies like spline and wavelet approximations. As expected and desired, the approximation rates can be as high as needed and are essentially saturated only by the smoothness of the approximand.  相似文献

A dimension reduction method based on the “Nonlinear Level set Learning” (NLL) approach is presented for the pointwise prediction of functions which have been sparsely sampled. Leveraging geometric information provided by the Implicit Function Theorem, the proposed algorithm effectively reduces the input dimension to the theoretical lower bound with minor accuracy loss, providing a one-dimensional representation of the function which can be used for regression and sensitivity analysis. Experiments and applications are presented which compare this modified NLL with the original NLL and the Active Subspaces (AS) method. While accommodating sparse input data, the proposed algorithm is shown to train quickly and provide a much more accurate and informative reduction than either AS or the original NLL on two example functions with high-dimensional domains, as well as two state-dependent quantities depending on the solutions to parametric differential equations.  相似文献
