One-pot synthesis of R-1-phenyethylacetate at 70°C was investigated using three different catalysts simultaneously, namely a bimetallic PdZn/Al2O3 as a hydrogenation catalyst, an immobilized lipase as an acylation catalyst and Ru/Al2O3 as a racemization catalyst. The most active bimetallic catalyst was PdZn/Al2O3 calcined at 300°C and reduced at 400°C, whereas the most selective although less active catalyst was the one being calcined and reduced at 500°C. The highest selectivity to R-1-phenylethyl acetate over this catalyst was 32 at 48% conversion. Ru/Al2O3 was confirmed to have a positive effect on the formation of the desired product, although it was not very active in the racemization during one-pot synthesis.  相似文献

Highly monodispersed ruthenium nanoparticles were prepared via wet impregnation technique using RuCl3 · nH2O as a precursor. Ru nanoparticles were supported on Al2O3 to synthesize Ru nanocatalyst. The nanocatalyst was characterized by various techniques like XRD, SEM, TEM and BET analysis. The catalyst was used for hydrogenation of phenol under mild condition. The activity of the catalyst was checked by varying different parameters such as reaction temperature, time, H2 partial pressure, metal loading and catalyst amount. The catalyst was recovered from product and reused up to four times without significant loss in its catalytic activity. After a reaction time of 1 h, Ru/Al2O3 nanocatalyst showed high reactivity (82% conversion) and selectivity to cyclohexanone (67%) at 80°C and 20 bar hydrogen pressure.  相似文献

The kinetics and reaction network of the one-pot synthesis of R-1-phenylethyl acetate was investigated at 70°C in toluene over a combination of three different catalysts: PdZn/Al2O3 as a catalyst for acetophenone hydrogenation, lipase as an enzymatic catalyst for R-1-phenylethanol acylation with ethyl acetate and Ru/Al2O3 as a racemization catalyst for S-1-phenylethanol. In addition to the desired reactions, other reactions, namely hydrogenolysis and dehydration of (R, S)-1-phenylethanol and debenzylation of (R, S)-1-phenylethyl acetate also occurred. The kinetic results revealed that ethylbenzene formation was enhanced with higher amounts of PdZn/Al2O3, whereas lipase did not catalyze ethylbenzene formation. Furthermore, ethylbenzene was formed in the hydrogenolysis of (R, S)-phenylethanol and in the debenzylation of (R, S)-1-phenyl-ethylacetate over Pd/Al2O3 catalyst. The presence of Ru/Al2O3 catalyst, in which Ru was in the oxidation state of 3+, enhanced the formation of R-1-phenylethyl acetate, although no clear racemization of S-1-phenylethanol during the one-pot synthesis of R-1-phenylethyl acetate was observed. Dynamic kinetic resolution of (R, S)-1-phenylethanol in toluene, was, however, demonstrated over Ru/Al2O3 and lipase.  相似文献

The effect of thermal activation, sharp increase in the catalytic activity of the system MnO x -Al2O3 in reactions of deep oxidation of CO and hydrocarbons after calcination of the catalyst at 900–1000°C was discovered and investigated. With the use of X-ray phase analysis, X-ray electron spectroscopy, EXAFS, IR spectroscopy, electronic spectroscopy of diffuse reflections, electron microscopy etc. it was established that the effect of thermal activation is related to reversible phase transitions in the system at heating and cooling. On cooling from 1100°C to 650°C disperse particles of cubic spinel of composition Mn2.1 ? x · Al0.9 + x O4 are conserved on the corundum surface. On further cooling the spinel decomposes and finally the nanocristalline species of β-Mn3O*4 containing up to 15 at% of Al3+ form and govern the activity. The thermal activation effect was implemented in an industrial catalyst IK-12-40. Joint Stocks Co “KATALIZATOR” produced and supplied to customers hundreds of tons of this catalyst. The catalyst was awarded with a silver medal of the International exhibition EUREKA in Brussels (1995).  相似文献

The kinetics of carbon monoxide oxidation with atmospheric oxygen on a PdCl2-CuCl2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was studied at T = 27°C and an N2-O2-CO mixture pressure of 1 atm. The catalyst was prepared by cold impregnation. Three groups of mechanistic hypotheses are considered, and two of them are demonstrated to be consistent with kinetic data, although they differ in the roles of water and oxygen in carbon monoxide oxidation.  相似文献

Methane adsorption on the Pt–H/Al2O3 and Pt/Al2O3 catalysts begins at Т = 475°C and is accompanied by the appearance of hydrogen in the reaction medium. At a higher temperature is raised to 550°C, the amount of adsorbed hydrogen increases to 1.1 and 0.8 mol/(mol Pt), respectively. According to the calculated degree of methane dehydrogenation on platinum sites at Т = 550°C, the Н/C ratio is 1.3 (at/at) for the Pt–H/Al2O3 catalyst and 1.5 (at/at) for the Pt/Al2O3 catalyst. The introduction of n-pentane into the reaction medium increases the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene and toluene) by a factor of 8.8 over the arene yield observed in individual n-pentane conversion. A mass spectrometric analysis of the arenes obtained with the Pt/Al2O3 catalyst has demonstrated that 37.5% of the adsorbed methane is involved in the methane–n-pentane coaromatization yielding benzene and toluene.  相似文献

The subsolidus region of the Ag2MoO4-MgMoO4-Al2(MoO4)3 ternary salt system has been studied by X-ray phase analysis. The formation of new compounds Ag1 ? x Mg1 ? x Al1 + x (MoO4)3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.4) and AgMg3Al(MoO4)5 has been determined. The Ag1 ? x Mg1 ? x Al1 + x (MoO4)3 variable-composition phase is related to the NASICON type structure (space group R \(\bar 3\) c). AgMg3Al(MoO4)5 is isostructural to sodium magnesium indium molybdate of the same formula unit and crystallizes in triclinic system (space group P \(\bar 1\), Z = 2) with the following unit cell parameters: a = 9.295(7) Å, b = 17.619(2) Å, c = 6.8570(7) Å, α = 87.420(9)°, β = 101.109(9)°, γ = 91.847(9)°. The compounds Ag1 ? x Mg1 ? x Al1 + x (MoO4)3 and AgMg3Al(MoO4)5 are thermally stable up to 790 and 820°C, respectively.  相似文献

A H3PW12O40/ZrO2 catalyst for effective dimethyl carbonate (DMC) formation via methanol carbonation was prepared using the sol–gel method. X-ray photoelectron spectra showed that reactive and dominant (63%) W(VI) species, in WO3 or H2WO4, enhanced the catalytic performances of the supported ZrO2. The mesoporous structure of H3PW12O40/ZrO2 was identified by nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms. In particular, partial sintering of catalyst particles in the duration of methanol carbonation caused a decrease in the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area of the catalyst from 39 to 19 m2/g. The strong acidity of H3PW12O40/ZrO2 was confirmed by the desorption peak observed at 415 °C in NH3 temperature-programmed desorption curve. At various reaction temperatures (T?=?110, 170, and 220 °C) and CO2/N2 volumetric flow rate ratios (CO2/N2?=?1/4, 1/7, and 1/9), the calculated catalytic performances showed that the optimal methanol conversion, DMC selectivity, and DMC yield were 4.45, 89.93, and 4.00%, respectively, when T?=?170 °C and CO2/N2?=?1/7. Furthermore, linear regression of the pseudo-first-order model and Arrhenius equation deduced the optimal rate constant (4.24?×?10?3 min?1) and activation energy (Ea?=?15.54 kJ/mol) at 170 °C with CO2/N2?=?1/7 which were favorable for DMC formation.  相似文献

Trimetallic NiMoW/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared using mixed H4SiMo3W9O40 heteropoly acid of Keggin structure and nickel citrate. Bimetallic NiMo/Al2O3 and NiW/Al2O3 catalysts based on H4SiMo12O40 and H4SiW12O40, respectively, were synthesized as reference samples. The use of mixed H4SiMo3W9O40 heteropoly acid as an oxide precursor allows the tungsten sulfidation degree and the degree of promotion of active phase particles to be increased. The hydrodesulfurization activity is enhanced as compared to NiW/Al2O3 catalyst. The synergistic enhancement of the activity of the NiMo3W9/Al2O3 catalyst relative to the bimetallic analogs is probably caused by formation of new mixed promoted active sites for direct desulfurization.  相似文献

(1.2–8.3)%FeOх/Al2O3 monolith catalysts have been prepared by impregnating alumina with aqueous solutions of iron(III) nitrate and oxalate and have been tested in NH3 oxidation and in the selective decomposition of N2O in mixtures resulting from ammonia oxidation over a Pt–Rh gauze pack under conditions of nitric acid synthesis (800–900°C). In the case of the support calcined at 1200°C, the catalyst is dominated by bulk Fe2O3 particles localized on the Al2O3 surface. The activity of these samples in both reactions decreases with a decreasing active component content, thus limiting the potential of Fe2(C2O4)3 · 5H2O, an environmentally friendlier but poorly soluble compound, as a substitute for Fe(NO3)3 · 9H2O. Decreasing the support calcination temperature to 1000°C or below leads to the formation of a highly defective Fe–Al–O solid solution in the (1.2–2.7)%FeOх/Al2O3 catalysts. The surface layers of the solid solution are enriched with iron ions or stabilize ultrafine FeOх particles. The catalytic activity of these samples in both reactions is close to the activities measured for ~8%FeOх/Al2O3 samples prepared using iron nitrate.  相似文献

The hydrogenolysis of dimethyl disulfide in the presence of Ni,Mo and Co,Mo bimetallic sulfide catalysts was studied at atmospheric pressure and T = 160–400°C. At T ≤ 200°C, dimethyl disulfide undergoes hydrogenolysis at the S-S bond, yielding methanethiol in 95–100% yield. The selectivity of the reaction decreases with increasing residence time and temperature due to methanethiol undergoing condensation to dimethyl disulfide and hydrogenolysis at the C-S bond to yield methane and hydrogen sulfide. The specific activity of the Co,Mo/Al2O3 catalyst in hydrogenolysis at the S-S and C-S bonds is equal to or lower than the total activity of the monometallic catalysts. The Ni,Mo/Al2O3 catalyst is twice as active as the Ni/Al2O3 + Mo/Al2O3 or the cobalt-molybdenum bimetallic catalyst.  相似文献

The Ru-Cs+/MgO and Ru-Cs+/γ-Al2O3 catalysts, which were prepared by an impregnation method using RuOHCl3 and Cs2CO3 as precursor compounds and reduced with H2 at 450°C, are characterized by X-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (with X-ray microanalysis), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The Cs+/MgO(Al2O3) systems, Ru-Cs+ black, and model systems prepared by cesium sputtering onto polycrystalline ruthenium foil are studied as reference samples. It is found that, in the Ru-Cs+/MgO sample, cesium is present as a Cs2 + xO cesium suboxide, which weakly interacts with the support, localized on the surface of Ru particles or near them. In the case of Ru-Cs+/γ-Al2O3, cesium occurs as a species that is tightly bound to the support; this is likely surface cesium aluminate, which prevents promoter migration to Ru particles. The Ru-Cs+/MgO sample exhibits a considerable shift of the Ru3d line in the XPS spectra toward lower binding energies, as compared to the bulk metal. It is hypothesized that this shift is due to a decrease in the electron work function from the surface of ruthenium because of the polarizing effect of Cs+ ions in contact with Ru particles. Based on the experimental results, the great difference between the catalytic activities of the Ru-Cs+/MgO and Ru-Cs+/γ-Al2O3 systems in ammonia synthesis at 250–400°C and atmospheric pressure is explained.  相似文献

The effect of γ-irradiation on surface and catalytic properties of CuO/Al2O3, NiO/Al2O3 and Fe2O3/Al2O3 was investigated. The techniques employed were XRD, nitrogen adsorption at −196 °C and catalytic conversion of ethanol and isopropanol at 250–400 °C using micropulse technique. The results showed that the supported solids being calcined at 400 °C consisted of well crystallized CuO, NiO, Fe2O3 and AlOOH phases. The AlOOH crystallized into a poorly crystalline γ-Al2O3 upon heating at 600 °C. All phases present in different solids calcined at 400 and 600 °C showed that these solids are of nanocrystalline nature measuring an average crystallite size between 6 and 85 nm. The crystallite size of crystalline phases present was found to be much affected by the dose of γ-rays and the nature of the metal oxide. This treatment resulted in a progressive increase in the specific surface area reaching to a maximum limit at a dose of 0.8 MGy. The dose of 1.6 MGy exerted a measurable decrease in the S BET. A radiation dose of 0.2 to 0.8 MGy brought about a progressive significant decrease in the catalytic activity of all the catalytic systems investigated. All the catalytic systems retained their high activity upon exposure to a dose of 1.6 MGy. The rise in precalcination temperature of the systems investigated from 400 to 600 °C brought about a measurable increase in their catalytic activity in the conversion of alcohols.  相似文献

The effect of the method used for the synthesis of NH4V3O7 on its morphology, textural parameters, and optical properties was studied. Ammonium vanadate NH4V3O7 was prepared by treating NH4VO3 in the presence of citric acid under hydrothermal (4.0 ≤ pH ≤ 5.5, T = 180–200°C, 48 h) and microwave–hydrothermal (3.5 ≤ pH ≤ 5.0, T = 180–220°C, 20 min) conditions. Self-assembled NH4V3O7 microcrystals crystallizing in monoclinic system with unit cell parameters a = 12.247(5) Å, b = 3.4233(1) Å, c = 13.899(4) Å, β = 89.72(3)°, and V = 582.3(4) Å3 (space group P21) were shown to be formed independently of the method used to treat the reaction mixture. The morphology of NH4V3O7 particles was shown to depend on рН of the reaction mass and the method of synthesis. The structural features of NH4V3O7 were studied by IR, UV, and Vis spectroscopy, and the optical bandgap was determined.  相似文献

One-pot synthesis of R-1-phenylethyl acetate was investigated starting from acetophenone hydrogenation performed over Pd/Al2O3 and PdZn/Al2O3 catalysts followed by acylation of the intermediate secondary alcohol, R-1-phenylethanol, over an immobilized lipase. Furthermore, the performance of a third type of catalyst, Ru supported on hydroxyapatite (HAP) was evaluated for racemization of S-1-phenylethanol in one pot together with the two other catalysts. The main objectives of this work were to separate the effects of different catalysts and to reveal the reaction mechanism. For this purpose not only acetophenone, but also (R,S)-1-phenylethanol, S-1-phenylethanol, R-1-phenylethyl acetate, and styrene were used as reactants in combination with Pd/Al2O3, lipase and Ru/HAP as catalysts. The results revealed that the main side product, ethylbenzene, was formed in two different ways, via dehydration of (R,S)-1-phenylethanol to styrene, followed by its rapid hydrogenation to ethylbenzene, and via debenzylation of the desired product, R-1-phenylethyl acetate to ethylbenzene. The true one-pot synthesis, however, was demonstrated over Shvo’s catalyst, but Ru/HAP was not sufficiently active in the racemization step. Ru/Al2O3 was a promising catalyst for racemization of S-1-phenylethanol and for dynamic kinetic resolution of (R,S)-1-phenylethanol, when using only small amounts of the acyl donor ethyl acetate. The challenge in racemization is that the activity of heterogeneous Ru catalysts was inhibited by esters.  相似文献
