The frictional and indented behavior of a diamond asperity on a diamond plate was carried out using a molecular dynamics (MD) and experiments. The contact load, contact area, dynamic frictional force, and dynamic frictional coefficient increased as the contact interference increased at a constant loading velocity. The microcontact and frictional behavior can be evaluated between a rigid smooth hemisphere to a deformable rough flat plane by combined the deformed behavior of the asperity obtained from MD results with the fractal and statistic parameters. The comparison and the discrepancy of simulated results and nanoindentation and scratching experimental results will be discussed.  相似文献

It is customary to simplify the analysis of contact between two elastically deformable bodies by treating an equivalent problem where only one body is deformable and the other is rigid. This is possible provided that the gap geometry and the effective elastic modulus of the bodies in the simplified problem are the same as in the original problem. However, the question arises on whether – and to which extent – the simplification is still valid even when (size-dependent) plasticity occurs. Studies using discrete dislocation plasticity have also, so far, addressed simple contact problems where only one body can deform plastically. Here, we extend the analysis to two bodies in contact that can both deform by dislocation plasticity and investigate under which conditions the response agrees with that of an equivalent simplified problem. The bodies in contact are metal single crystals with sinusoidal and flat surface. It is found that the response of two plastically deformable bodies in contact can be simplified to an equivalent problem where one body is rigid and the other can deform plastically. Also, a plasticity size effect is observed, but the effect fades when the platen becomes more plastically deformable.  相似文献

In the great majority of papers dealing with non-linear dynamic buckling of plates it is assumed that the edge at which the in-plane load is applied is not deformable (rigid). In those few references in which buckling with deformable edges is examined normally a variational approach is used, based on “trial” functions for the in-plane displacements, which approach often leads to incorrect results. In this paper an exact form of the solution is found for the in-plane displacements, it being assumed that the membrane force is, at all times, exactly equal to the load applied at the corresponding loaded edge. As is well known, when the plate is buckled through a rigid beam these two forces are only on average equal to each other. It is shown here that the deformability of the loaded edges for plates undergoing large deformations should be taken into account for square-shaped plates, especially for those close to the so-called “golden-cut” shape (the aspect ratio between the edges equal to √2), while for long rectangular plates this effect may be disregarded.  相似文献

We present a high-efficient particle trapping chip, where a wide and uniform slit is formed by a deformable membrane barrier with air bubble plugs. The previous particle trapping methods based on membrane barriers resulted in low trapping efficiency due to the non-uniform slit gap between the membrane and the substrate, especially at the side walls of rectangular channel. In the present method, the air bubble plugs remained in the extended microchannel during sample filling process, block the particle passage at the both side ends of the membrane, thus all particles flow through the uniform slit gap. Therefore, high-efficient particle trapping without particle loss can be achieved. The present particle trapping chip was composed of three layers: pneumatic (top), membrane and channel (bottom) layers. The membrane was deformed by the pneumatic pressure applied from the top layer. In the experimental study using 10.3 μm-diameter polystyrene beads, the membrane barrier with the air bubble plugs successfully trapped the injected beads with the trapping efficiency of 100% at the flow rate of 10 μl/min, while the barrier without the air bubble plugs showed low efficiency of 20%. At the increased flow rate of 20 μl/min, beads were still trapped with trapping efficiency over 98% in the present device. By using a mixture of 5.7 and 10.3 μm-diameter beads, we also verified the present method was capable to trap and release the beads selectively according to their size with the release efficiency of 95.1%. The present simple and effective particle trapping device is applicable for the high-efficient bioparticle isolation and recovery in the micro total analysis system.  相似文献

The dynamic analysis of rigid body impacts is usually performed by using the coefficient of restitution as a measure of the mechanical energy lost in the process. The coefficient of restitution provides an algebraic equation that allows impulse-momentum balance equations to be solved. This paper reports a method for calculating the kinematic coefficient of restitution for the impact of deformable bodies by using a numerical simulation procedure. Calculations were done within the framework of the floating reference frame approach. As shown here for the first time, discriminating between reference velocities and rigid body equivalent velocities is essential with a view to accurately calculating the kinematic coefficient of restitution. Thus, the velocities at which the contact points approach and depart must be calculated as rigid body equivalent velocities. If references velocities are used instead, the resulting coefficient of restitution lacks physical significance. The proposed method is illustrated with two applications, namely: an axial impact of a rigid body on a deformable rod and a transverse impact of a beam on a fixed stop.  相似文献

利用实测影响函数,通过数值仿真分析了有效孔径、光束入射角度对于20单元双压电片变形镜像差校正能力的影响。仿真结果表明:有效孔径为16 mm时,变形镜对于各阶像差的校正能力较好;而随着光束入射到变形镜角度的增大,变形镜对于像差的校正精度与校正幅度都会出现下降,但是如果能够将入射角控制在25以内,入射角度对变形镜的像差校正能力影响不大。  相似文献

A new, optically addressed deformable mirror device is demonstrated. The device consists of a pixellated metalized polymeric membrane mirror supported above an optically addressed photoconductive substrate. A conductive transparent ZnO layer is deposited on the back side of the substrate. A very high-frequency AC bias is applied between the membrane and the back electrode of the device. The membrane is deformed when the back of the device is illuminated because of impedance and bias redistribution between two cascaded impedances. We fabricated, demonstrated, and modeled the operation of this device.  相似文献

Ground conditions affect the propagation of outdoor sound and vibration. This paper focuses on the interaction between air pressure and porous ground at low frequencies- where mechanisms other than the rigid porous effects used in locally reacting models may be important. A 2-D analytical model has been developed in this study for the calculation of acoustic and acousto-seismic admittances in a multi-layered poro-elastic ground. The model can be used as a prediction tool both for the ground effect on the sound and the generation of ground vibration by the sound. The modelled acoustic admittance is validated successfully against established rigid frame admittance models over a frequency range of 1 Hz-3 kHz. Moreover, the acousto-seismic impedance is verified against full scale airblast field test data measured during the Norwegian Trials full scale field test program. For certain ground types, the predicted acoustic admittance illustrates a different behaviour compared with predictions from the traditional rigid frame acoustic impedance models. This emphasises the importance of including a deformable frame in the model to obtain realistic results for these conditions.  相似文献

基于PZT压电陶瓷驱动器的非球面能动抛光盘,能够在PZT驱动器的作用下改变面形,用于中小口径非球面镜加工。为优化设计基于PZT压电陶瓷驱动器的非球面能动抛光盘,利用有限元分析方法,计算各驱动器的影响函数,计算非球面能动抛光盘的输出面形,与理论面形比较得到剩余残差。以优化设计驱动器排布方式和极头直径为例,当非球面能动抛光盘中心到非球面工件中心的距离L为120mm,分别计算比较,极头直径为Φ10mm时,19单元PZT圆形排布与21单元PZT方形排布的剩余残差;以及19单元PZT圆形排布时,极头直径为Φ10mm与Φ14mm的剩余残差。结果表明,非球面能动抛光盘产生变形后的剩余残差RMS相应分别为0.303μm、0.367μm、0.328μm。因此,基于PZT压电陶瓷驱动器的非球面能动抛光盘确定选用19单元PZT圆形排布且极头直径Φ10mm。  相似文献

(1)以型号316不锈钢金属板为研究对象,对薄膜法X射线荧光光谱测量中,样品检测位置的选择进行研究,确定了最佳的样品检测位置为样品距离X射线管和探测器水平基线1 cm处,并且与X射线管和探测器水平基线成16°角度。(2)以工业环境空气重金属污染物Pb,Cd,Cr为主要分析对象,在有铅板防护情况下进行薄膜法X射线荧光光谱测量研究,发现X射线会穿透样品薄膜而继续激发防护铅板,使得滤膜背景光谱中有较强的铅谱线干扰,会对实际样品中铅元素的测量产生影响。在薄样和防护铅板之间加上一层隔离材料,可有效避免防护铅板中铅谱线对样品测量产生的干扰。(3)以型号316不锈钢、黄铜、铝材、紫铜和聚四氟乙烯几种硬质隔离材料作为铅板内衬材料进行选择研究,结果表明:紫铜的X射线荧光光谱中所含元素的谱线最少,谱图中没有出现重金属Cr,Cd,Pb的谱峰,并且能量较高部分靶材散射光谱强度较弱,对实际样品中重金属元素Cr,Cd和Pb的测量不会产生干扰,作为铅板的内衬金属材料可以避免防护铅板中铅元素谱线的干扰,是最佳的薄膜法X射线荧光光谱分析中铅板的内衬金属材料。该研究为组装及搭建便携式大气及水体重金属X射线荧光光谱分析仪提供了重要的理论依据。  相似文献

 借助测量微加工薄膜变形镜驱动器的面形影响函数,分析了驱动器的电压-位移函数和驱动器之间的线性叠加性;通过对连续面形变形镜拟合像差的理论分析和实验研究,建立了微加工薄膜变形镜电压解耦模型。分析了对前36阶Zernike模式的拟合残差和拟合能力,指出微加工薄膜变形镜仅可用来拟合低级像差并且有较大的拟合能力和较小的拟合残差,而不能拟合高级像差。  相似文献

光纤倒像器是一种特殊类型的光纤板,可将传递图像直接倒转180°并应用于像增强器。由于光纤倒像器的特殊结构,造成光纤随着距扭转轴心的距离增加,数值孔径和光通量逐渐下降。相对于光纤板,光纤倒像器在透过率和对比度传递特性上均有一定程度的下降。通过改进玻璃系统,在一定程度上降低芯皮玻璃间离子扩散和相互渗透的程度,可提高光纤倒像器的实际数值孔径;通过调节EMA吸收量,既能满足像增强器对光纤倒像器荧光屏透过率的要求,又能保证最大程度地吸收光纤中逸出的杂散光,提高对比度。选择合理的芯皮比,不仅可弥补因扭转拉伸造成的皮层厚度减薄,还可进一步增加皮层厚度,抑制光从光纤中逸出。通过以上改进,可改善光纤倒像器的对比度传递特性。  相似文献

We propose and demonstrate a novel liquid deformable mirror, based on electrocapillary actuation, for high-order wavefront correction. The device consists of a two-dimensional array of vertically oriented microchannels filled with two immiscible liquids, an aqueous electrolyte, and a viscous dielectric liquid, where the dielectric liquid overfills the top end of the channel and forms a thin layer on top. To remedy the poor reflectivity of pure liquids, a free-floating reflective membrane or a dye-coated liquid can be used. The proposed device offers several advantages for adaptive optics applications. These advantages include a high number of actuators, high stroke dynamic range, low power dissipation, fast response time, an initially flat surface, and low cost. However, the device is mainly suitable for dynamic wavefront correction and is limited by its orientation.  相似文献

The interaction of resonant sounds with the flow past a thick, blunt, flat plate in a rigid walled square duct has been examined. Sound pressure levels of up to 146 dB (re 20 μPa) have been recorded. It has been established that the resonant sound can initially be excited at a harmonic of the normal vortex shedding frequency. In some cases, the sound “feeds back” on the vortex shedding process causing a step change in the shedding frequency, increasing the Strouhal number for the plate by up to twice the normal value. This excited vortex shedding and associated resonances can be suppressed by locating the plate at incidence to the air flow direction. Complex duct modes can be generated by the vortex shedding resulting in different regions of the plate shedding at different Strouhal numbers.  相似文献

为了克服现有技术存在的不足,实现光学测量装置在轴孔内的高精度测量,提出了一种新的轴孔内的同轴定位机构装置。根据机械技术领域的三点定心原理及六点定轴原理,利用机构中2个涨套的6个弹性爪与轴孔机械轴进行点接触,由于与轴孔内壁接触都是刚性接触,能够承受较大负荷从而实现光学测量装置光轴与轴孔机械轴的精密重合,达到高精度的定位及保持高精度的同轴状态。定位机构在实际中得到了很好的应用,理论和实践证明此定位机构能够很好地实现光学测量装置在轴孔内的高精度定位,精度能够达到10″以内,从而起到光学测量装置测量机构轴线的作用。  相似文献

The polarization state of light is modulated by an anisotropic thin film. An anisotropic MgF(2) film is deposited onto a plate that is put in contact with a BK7 prism to form a BK7 prism/film/air configuration. It is shown that the polarization state of reflected light can be easily modulated from a linear state to a circular state by rotating the thin-film plate.  相似文献

This paper examines the motions of reference systems linked to deformable bodies under simultaneously vibration and large translations and rotations. These motions depend on the particular type of linkage between the moving reference system and the deformable body, which is defined by the so-called reference conditions. When using the Rayleigh-Ritz method, the reference conditions also dictate the boundary conditions to be fulfilled by the shape functions used to describe the body's elasticity. This paper analyses three different types of reference conditions, namely: free linkage, rigid linkage and two-point linkage. It is shown that, moving reference frames only evolve at a constant velocity in the absence of external forces when the free linkage is used. The reference velocities for systems with a free linkage are designated rigid body equivalent velocities for the deformable body here. Such velocities can also be calculated under other types of reference conditions and are usually functions of the elastic and reference co-ordinates, and also of their derivatives. Rigid body equivalent velocities are useful for purposes such as estimating the trajectory of deformable bodies moving freely in space without the need to examine the deformations they undergo. Also, their calculation is required with a view to determining the kinematic restitution coefficient for deformable body collisions, which is dealt within Part II of this series.  相似文献

The nonlinear natural frequency of a rectangular box, which consists of one flexible plate and five rigid plates, is studied in this paper. The flexible plate is assumed to vibrate like a simple piston. The behavior of the structural-acoustic coupling between the flexible plate and the air cavity is analyzed by using the proposed finite element modal method. The system finite element equation is reduced and expressed in terms of the modal coordinates with small degrees of freedom by using the proposed reduction method. The system nonlinear stiffness matrix representing the large amplitude vibration can be transformed to be a constant modal matrix. The natural frequencies are determined by using the harmonic balance method to solve the eigenvalue equations of the structural-acoustic system. The effect of the cavity depth on the natural frequencies and convergence studies are discussed in detail.  相似文献

Measurements of nonequilibrium hydrodynamic interactions between bubbles and solid surfaces in water provide direct evidence that repulsive van der Waals forces of quantum origin control the behavior of liquid films on solids in air. In addition to being the simplest and most universal 3-phase system, the deformable air-water interface greatly enhances the sensitivity of force measurements compared with rigid systems. The strength of the repulsive interaction, controlled by the choice of solid, is sufficient to prevent coalescence (sticking) on separation due to hydrodynamic interactions.  相似文献

Low-cost adaptive optics is applied in lasers, scientific instrumentation, ultrafast sciences, and ophthalmology. These applications demand that the deformable mirrors used be simple, inexpensive, reliable, and efficient. We report a novel type of ultralow-cost deformable mirror with thermal actuators. The device has a response time of ~5 s , an actuator stroke of ~6mum , and temporal stability of ~lambda/10 rms in the visible range and can be used for correction of rather large aberrations with slow-changing amplitude.  相似文献
