A new electromagnetic method is developed for the mean field analysis of discrete random media in which particles are distributed in disjoint regions in space. This type of distribution can be observed in organized vegetation canopies, photonic band gap materials and disordered crystals. The method is based on an ‘effective scatterer’ concept. As far as the mean field is concerned, the random problem is approximated by a deterministic one composed of effective scatterers. Application of the effective scatterer approach to two-dimensional mean field propagation through a cylinder distribution that is periodic on average is verified by Monte Carlo simulations. Comparisons with other known methods such as the Foldy approximation are also presented.  相似文献

在激光驱动的惯性约束聚变装置中,常采用多种束匀滑手段对焦斑的时空特性进行调控.光传输链路中涉及的光学元件众多、传输变换复杂,往往导致光传输模型复杂,且在运用衍射光学方法分析焦斑形态和特征时面临大量的数据处理和计算,致使出现计算量大、计算效率低等问题,亟需寻求快速而简便的新方法来描述焦斑的统计特征.本文利用光场特性的统计表征方法对靶面光场进行表征,采用圆型复数高斯随机变量直接描述靶面光场的统计特征,并基于典型焦斑评价参数对衍射光学方法和统计表征方法得到的远场焦斑进行了对比和分析.结果表明,采用衍射光学方法和统计表征方法获得的焦斑的瞬时特征基本一致,其时间积分的远场焦斑有所不同,但仍可进一步采用相关系数来表征其远场焦斑的时间变化特征.  相似文献

We present the theoretical study of the effect of external random field characterized by a Gaussian probability distribution function on the continuous phonon spectrum of one-dimensional (1D) chain, based on the Jacobian matrix method. The cumulative effect of the random field and simple isotopic defect is studied analytically and numerically. The Gaussian random field removes a square-root divergence appearing in the phonon spectrum of ideal 1D chain. The impurity phonon DOS shows strong dependence on the variance and the mean of the random field and exhibits very different behavior from the non-random case: the continuous spectrum is expanded and the δ-peak, describing discrete impurity vibrations in the non-random chain with the impurity, falls into a continuous zone.  相似文献

We present a detailed study of the phase diagram of the Ising model in random graphs with arbitrary degree distribution. By using the replica method we compute exactly the value of the critical temperature and the associated critical exponents as a function of the moments of the degree distribution. Two regimes of the degree distribution are of particular interest. In the case of a divergent second moment, the system is ferromagnetic at all temperatures. In the case of a finite second moment and a divergent fourth moment, there is a ferromagnetic transition characterized by non-trivial critical exponents. Finally, if the fourth moment is finite we recover the mean field exponents. These results are analyzed in detail for power-law distributed random graphs. 多孔介质在工程领域中的应用非常广泛,其中有效导热率和孔隙率为多孔介质材料非常重要的性质,得到一个符合需要的有效导热率和孔隙率的多孔介质材料具有重要意义.本文使用四参数随机生成方法制作了训练数据集,搭建了一个条件生成对抗网络(CGAN),使用预定的有效导热率和孔隙率作为输入,生成一个满足输入条件的多孔介质结构.特别地,由于多孔介质的孔隙结构分布对材料的有效导热率影响巨大,提出局部结构损失函数参与网络训练,使得网络更好地学习到孔隙分布与导热率之前的关系.通过使用格子Boltzmann方法验证神经网络生成的多孔介质结构的有效导热率,结果表明该方法能够快速且准确地生成预定参数的多孔介质结构.  相似文献

The effect of the random magnetic field distribution on the phase diagrams and ground state magnetizations of Ising nanowire is investigated using effective field theory with correlations. Trimodal distribution has been chosen as a random magnetic field distribution. The variation of the phase diagrams with that distribution parameters has been obtained and some interesting results have been found such as reentrant behavior and first order transitions. Also for the trimodal distribution, ground state magnetizations for different distribution parameters have been determined which can be regarded as separate partially ordered phases of the system.  相似文献

We develop an advanced mean field method for approximating averages in probabilistic data models that is based on the Thouless-Anderson-Palmer (TAP) approach of disorder physics. In contrast to conventional TAP, where the knowledge of the distribution of couplings between the random variables is required, our method adapts to the concrete couplings. We demonstrate the validity of our approach, which is so far restricted to models with nonglassy behavior, by replica calculations for a wide class of models as well as by simulations for a real data set.  相似文献

We study the thermodynamic properties of random transverse field mixed spin system in the presence of single-ion anisotropy on a square lattice. By making use of the effective field theory and a cutting approximation, the detailed phase diagrams are described and some interesting results are found under trimodal random transverse field distribution. A small single-ion anisotropy can magnify magnetic ordering region at low temperatures and existence of a large transverse field can assist the occurrence of reentrant phenomena. With increasing disorder, second-order phase transitions are shown to change into first-order phase transitions. The trajectory of the tricritical point in the phase space as a function of disorder is presented. These indicate a strong correlation with the corresponding to trimodal transverse field distribution.  相似文献

The notion of effective sources is introduced in order to describe the mean field response of a random medium to stochastic sources. Effective sources and stochastic sources are connected by a linear functional which depends on the random material properties of the medium. A formal perturbation series for the functional is given. Further, a single-grain approximation is proposed to calculate the effective sources in a strongly heterogeneous phase mixture. The approach is applied to the electrostatic field in a mixture consisting of approximately spherical grains. Detailed calculations are carried out for stochastic sources of a special type in a two-component mixture.  相似文献

研究超声速压缩拐角流动,基于Rytov近似,采用广义卷积-快速Fourier变换(GCV-FFT),直接求解非均匀介质中的Helmholtz方程,获得激光光束的散射场和衍射场的复振幅分布.给出包括光强、光程差、斯特列尔比、相对光强、光束质心位置和有效光束宽度等气动光学参量.可以看出,激光光束在湍流场区域内传输,光强度分布逐渐出现起伏和偏离.穿过流场区域后,由于衍射作用,光束产生较大幅度的扭曲、偏离和破碎.压缩拐角区的流场对光束质量的影响明显大于充分发展湍流区.从相对光强的分布形态来看,光束的破碎似乎与流场的小尺度相干结构相关.采用传统的OPD均方差或加权均方差值估算获得的斯特列尔比的误差较大,更为准确的方法应该通过计算PSF来进行评估.  相似文献

采用局域Monte Carlo方法模拟不同易轴分布的简单立方排列单分散单畴Fe纳米颗粒系统的ZFC-FC曲线及磁滞回线.结果表明:随着偶极相互作用的增强,系统的阻塞温度TB逐渐增大,且ZFC曲线的峰变宽.说明偶极相互作用使得系统的有效能垒提高,分布宽度增加.研究FC曲线磁化强度的倒数与温度关系,发现偶极相互作用系统中存在反铁磁有序.系统的阻塞态及超顺磁态的磁滞回线表明,极低低温下,随着偶极相互作用的增强,系统的矫顽力和剩磁减小,偶极相互作用阻碍系统的磁化;系统处于超顺磁态,各向异性作用及偶极相互作用使得系统的磁化曲线偏离Langevin曲线且偶极相互作用展现出退磁相互作用效应.偶极相互作用增强,系统磁化曲线与Langevin曲线偏差量的最大值向低场移动.在偶极相互作用下,易轴与外场夹角为45°的磁性纳米颗粒系统的平均有效能垒和有效能垒分布宽度较易轴随机分布系统的大.  相似文献

The effect of a zero-centered Gaussian random magnetic field distribution on the phase transition properties of the anisotropic quantum Heisenberg model has been investigated on a honeycomb lattice within the framework of effective field theory (EFT) for a two-spin cluster (which is abbreviated as EFT-2). Particular attention has been devoted to investigation of the effect of the anisotropy in the exchange interaction on a system with Gaussian random magnetic field distribution. The variation of the critical temperature with the randomness parameter (i.e., the width of the distribution) has been obtained for several anisotropy parameters. Critical Gaussian distribution width values, which make the critical temperature zero, have been obtained. Moreover, it has been concluded that all critical temperatures are of second order, and that reentrant behavior does not exist in the phase diagrams.  相似文献

The magnetic phase diagram for such a system is deter-mined within the framework of the random mean field theory. The Ising model with quenched random magnetic fields is examined for single Gaussian, bimodal and double Gaussian random field distributions by introducing an effective field approximation that takes into account the correlations between different spins that emerge when expanding the identities. Random field distribution shape dependence of the phase diagrams, magnetization and internal energy is investigated for a honeycomb lattice with a coordination number q=3. The conditions for the occurrence of reentrant behavior and tricritical points on the system are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

角度散斑相关是一种不受表面粗糙度轮廓的间距特性影响的粗糙度幅度参量测量方法,它的数学模型通常建立在集平均的基础上。通过模拟计算随机粗糙表面的远场散斑场,以散斑图面上的空间平均代替常规的集平均来计算角度散斑相关系数,并应用集平均的数学模型反演粗糙度参量。结果证实了这种空间平均角度散斑相关粗糙度测量方法的有效性,在同一表面只需对少数个区域进行测量并对测得的粗糙度参量取平均,即可获得足够的测量精度。对于Rq大于2.0μm的表面,测量相对误差小于15%。根据最佳测量条件,该方法适用于大粗糙度表面。  相似文献

Magnetic hysteresis and compensation behavior of a mixed spin-(1, 3/2) Ising model on a square lattice are investigated in the framework of effective field theory based on a probability distribution technique. The effect of random crystal field, ferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic exchange interaction on hysteresis loops and compensation phenomenon are discussed. A number of characteristic phenomena have been reported such as the observation of triple hysteresis loops at low temperatures and for negative values of random crystal field. Critical and double compensation temperatures have been also found. The obtained results are also compared to some previous works.  相似文献
