The dynamic behavior in solution of eight mono-hapto?tetraphosphorus transition metal-complexes, trans-[Ru(dppm)(2) (H)(η(1) -P(4) )]BF(4) ([1]BF(4) ), trans-[Ru(dppe)(2) (H)(η(1) -P(4) )]BF(4) ([2]BF(4) ), [CpRu(PPh(3) )(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([3]PF(6) ), [CpOs(PPh(3) )(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([4]PF(6) ), [Cp*Ru(PPh(3) )(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([5]PF(6) ), [Cp*Ru(dppe)(η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([6]PF(6) ), [Cp*Fe(dppe)(η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([7]PF(6) ), [(triphos)Re(CO)(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]OTf ([8]OTf), and of three bimetallic Ru(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) )Pt species [{Ru(dppm)(2) (H)}(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) ){Pt(PPh(3) )(2) }]BF(4) ([1-Pt]BF(4) ), [{Ru(dppe)(2) (H)}(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) ){Pt(PPh(3) )(2) }]BF(4) ([2-Pt]BF(4) ), [{CpRu(PPh(3) )(2) )}(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) ){Pt(PPh(3) )(2) }]BF(4) ([3-Pt]BF(4) ), [dppm=bis(diphenylphosphanyl)methane; dppe=1,2-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane; triphos=1,1,1-tris(diphenylphosphanylmethyl)ethane; Cp=η(5) -C(5) H(5) ; Cp*=η(5) -C(5) Me(5) ] was studied by variable-temperature (VT) NMR and (31) P{(1) H} exchange spectroscopy (EXSY). For most of the mononuclear species, NMR spectroscopy allowed to ascertain that the metal-coordinated P(4) molecule experiences a dynamic process consisting, apart from the free rotation about the M?P(4) axis, in a tumbling movement of the P(4) cage while remaining chemically coordinated to the central metal. EXSY and VT (31) P?NMR experiments showed that also the binuclear complex cations [1-Pt](+) -[3-Pt](+) are subjected to molecular motions featured by the shift of each metal from one P to an adjacent one of the P(4) moiety. The relative mobility of the metal fragments (Ru vs. Pt) was found to depend on the co-ligands of the binuclear complexes. For complexes [2]BF(4) and [3]PF(6) , MAS, (31) P?NMR experiments revealed that the dynamic processes observed in solution (i.e., rotation and tumbling) may take place also in the solid state. The activation parameters for the dynamic processes of complexes 1(+) , 2(+) , 3(+) , 4(+) , 6(+) , 8(+) in solution, as well as the X-ray structures of 2(+) , 3(+) , 5(+) , 6(+) are also reported. The data collected suggest that metal-coordinated P(4) should not be considered as a static ligand in solution and in the solid state.  相似文献

The treatment of [{Rh(μ-SH){P(OPh)(3)}(2)}(2)] with [{M(μ-Cl)(diolef)}(2)] (diolef=diolefin) in the presence of NEt(3) affords the hydrido-sulfido clusters [Rh(3)(μ-H)(μ(3)-S)(2)(diolef){P(OPh)(3)}(4)] (diolef=1,5-cyclooctadiene (cod) for 1, 2,5-norbornadiene (nbd) for 2, and tetrafluorobenzo[5,6]bicyclo[2.2.2]octa-2,5,7-triene (tfb) for 3) and [Rh(2)Ir(μ-H)(μ(3)-S)(2)(cod){P(OPh)(3)}(4)] (4). Cluster 1 can be also obtained by treating [{Rh(μ-SH){P(OPh)(3)}(2)}(2)] with [{Rh(μ-OMe)(cod)}(2)], although the main product of the reaction with [{Ir(μ-OMe)(cod)}(2)] was [RhIr(2)(μ-H)(μ(3)-S)(2)(cod)(2){P(OPh)(3)}(2)] (5). The molecular structures of clusters 1 and 4 have been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The deprotonation of a hydrosulfido ligand in [{Rh(μ-SH)(CO)(PPh(3))}(2)] by [M(acac)(diolef)] (acac=acetylacetonate) results in the formation of hydrido-sulfido clusters [Rh(3)(μ-H)(μ(3)-S)(2)(CO)(2) (diolef)(PPh(3))(2)] (diolef=cod for 6, nbd for 7) and [Rh(2)Ir(μ-H)(μ(3)-S)(2)(CO)(2)(cod)(PPh(3))(2)] (8). Clusters 1-3 and 5 exist in solution as two interconverting isomers with the bridging hydride ligand at different edges. Cluster 8 exists as three isomers that arise from the disposition of the PPh(3) ligands in the cluster (cis and trans) and the location of the hydride ligand. The dynamic behaviour of clusters with bulky triphenylphosphite ligands, which involves hydrogen migration from rhodium to sulfur with a switch from hydride to proton character, is significant to understand hydrogen diffusion on the surface of metal sulfide hydrotreating catalysts.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of CuSO4.5H2O, Na3VO4, 2,2':6':2'-terpyridine (terpy), and the appropriate organophosphonate ligand yield a series of materials of the Cu(ii)-terpy/oxovanadium organophosphonate family. The complexes exhibit distinct structures spanning one-, two- and three-dimensions and exhibiting diverse oxovanadium building blocks. Thus, [{Cu(terpy)}(V2O4)(O3PPh)(HO3PPh)2] (1) is one-dimensional and constructed from binuclear units of corner-sharing V(v) square pyramids. While [{Cu(terpy)}VO(O3PCH2PO3)] (2), [{Cu(terpy)}2(V4O10)(O3PCH2CH2PO3)] (3), and [{Cu(terpy)}(V2O4){O3P(CH2)3PO3}].2.5H(2)O (4.2.5H2O) are similarly one-dimensional, the V/O structural components consist of isolated V(iv) square pyramids, tetranuclear V(v) units of three tetrahedra and one square pyramid in a corner-sharing arrangement, and isolated V(v) tetrahedra and square pyramids, respectively. The second propylenediphosphonate derivative, [{Cu(terpy)}(V2O4){O3P(CH2)3PO3}] (5) is three-dimensional and exhibits isolated V(v) tetrahedra as the vanadate component. The two-dimensional structure of [{Cu(terpy)(H2O)}(V3O6){O3P(CH2)4PO3}] (6) is mixed valence with isolated V(iv) square pyramids and binuclear units of corner-sharing V(v) tetrahedra providing the V/O substructures.  相似文献

High molecular weight, soluble, air- and moisture-stable, highly metallized (>25 wt% metal) polyferrocenylsilanes (PFS) [Fe(eta-C5H4)2Si(Me){Co2(CO)6C2Ph}]n (Co-PFS), [Fe(eta-C5H4)2Si(Me){Mo2-Cp2(CO)4C2Ph}]n (Mo-PFS), and [Fe(eta-C5H4)2Si(Me){Ni2Cp2C2Ph}]n (Ni-PFS) containing pendant cobalt, molybdenum, and nickel clusters, respectively, have been prepared via macromolecular clusterization of an acetylide-substituted PFS [Fe(eta-C5H4)2Si(Me)C(triple bond)CPh]n with [Co(2)(CO)8], [{MoCp(CO)(2)}2], or [{NiCp(CO)}2]. The extent of clusterization achieved was in the range of 70-75%. All three highly metallized polymers were demonstrated to function as negative-tone resists in electron-beam lithography, while Co-PFS and Mo-PFS were successfully patterned by UV-photolithography, allowing the fabrication of micron-sized bars, dots, and lines. These studies suggest that the highly metallized polymers may be useful in the fabrication of patterned arrays of alloy nanoparticles for both materials science and catalytic applications.  相似文献

Reactions of hydrido(hydrosilylene)tungsten complexes, Cp'(CO)2(H)W=Si(H)[C(SiMe3)3], with nitriles (MeCN, tBuCN) at 60 degrees C gave hydrosilylation products, Cp'(CO)2W[kappa2(N,Si)-Si(H)(N=CHR'){C(SiMe3)3}] (R' = Me, tBu), with a novel W-Si-N three-membered ring structure. The product of the hydrosilylation of tBuCN underwent reversible rearrangement at 70 degrees C to a silylene complex, Cp'(CO)2(H)W=Si(N=CHtBu)[C(SiMe3)3], which was a major component in equilibrium. A reaction mechanism for the hydrosilylation involving coordination of nitriles to the silylene ligand and subsequent migration of the hydrido ligand to the nitrile carbon was proposed.  相似文献

This paper describes the synthesis and selected reactions of a series of crystalline mono(beta-diiminato)yttrium chlorides , , , , , , and . The X-ray structure of each has been determined, as well as of [YCl()(2)] (), [Y()(2)OBu(t)] () and [Y{CH(SiMe(3))(2)}(thf)(mu-Cl)(2)Li(OEt(2))(2)(mu-Cl)](2) (). The N,N'-kappa(2)-beta-diiminato ligands were [{N(R)C(Me)}(2)CH](-) [R = C(6)H(4)Pr(i)-2 (); R = C(6)H(4)Bu(t)-2 (); R = C(6)H(3)Pr(i)(2)-2,6 ()], [{N(SiMe(3))C(Ph)}(2)CH)](-) () and [{N(C(6)H(3)Pr(i)(2)-2,6)C(H)}(2)CPh](-) (). Equivalent portions of Li[L(x)] and YCl(3) in Et(2)O under mild conditions yielded [Y(mu-Cl)(L(x))(mu-Cl)(2)Li(OEt(2))(2)](2) [L(x) = () or ()] and [Y(mu-Cl)()(mu-Cl)Li(OEt(2))(2)(mu-Cl)](2) () or its thf (instead of Et(2)O) equivalent . Each of the Li(OEt(2))(2)Cl(2) moieties is bonded in a terminal () or bridging () mode with respect to the two Y atoms; the difference is attributed to the greater steric demand of than or . Under slightly more forcing conditions, YCl(3) and Li() (via) gave the lithium-free complex [YCl(2)()(thf)(2)] (). Two isoleptic compounds and (having in place of in , and , respectively) were obtained from YCl(3) and an equivalent portion of K[] and Na[], respectively; under the same conditions using Na[], the unexpected product was [YCl()(2)] () (i.e. incorporating only one half of the YCl(3)). A further unusual outcome was in the formation of from and 2 Li[CH(SiMe(3))(2)]. Compound [Y(){N(H)C(6)H(3)Pr(i)(2)-2,6}(thf)(mu(3)-Cl)(2)K](2).4Et(2)O (), obtained from and K[N(H)C(6)H(3)Pr(i)(2)-2,6], is noteworthy among group 3 or lanthanide metal (M) compounds for containing MClKCl (M = Y) moieties.  相似文献

Inventing new wheels: reaction of [M(3)(CO)(12) ] (M=Ru, Os) with 4-RC(6)H(4)SH afforded [{M(S-4-RC(6)H(4))(2)(CO)(2)}(8)] (R=H; I) or [{M(S-4-RC(6)H(4))(2)(CO)(2)}(6)] (R=Me, iPr; II; see scheme), all of which have been structurally characterized. The octamers I are unique metal molecular wheels featuring skew-edge-shared octahedra with a central planar M(8) octagon. [{Ru(S-4-iPrC(6)H(4))(2)(CO)(2)}(6)] selectively binds a Cu(+) or Ag(+) ion to form [M'{Ru(S(4-iPr-C(6)H(4)))(2)(CO)(2)}(6)](+) (III).  相似文献

Diaminostannylenes react with [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] without cluster fragmentation to give carbonyl substitution products regardless of the steric demand of the diaminostannylene reagent. Thus, the Sn(3)Ru(3) clusters [Ru(3){μ-Sn(NCH(2)(t)Bu)(2)C(6)H(4)}(3)(CO)(9)] (4) and [Ru(3){μ-Sn(HMDS)(2)}(3)(CO)(9)] (6) [HMDS = N(SiMe(3))(2)] have been prepared in good yields by treating [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with an excess of the cyclic 1,3-bis(neo-pentyl)-2-stannabenzimidazol-2-ylidene and the acyclic and bulkier Sn(HMDS)(2), respectively, in toluene at 110 °C. The use of smaller amounts of Sn(HMDS)(2) (Sn/Ru(3) ratio = 2.5) in toluene at 80 °C afforded the Sn(2)Ru(3) derivative [Ru(3){μ-Sn(HMDS)(2)}(2)(μ-CO)(CO)(9)] (5). Compounds 5 and 6 represent the first structurally characterized diaminostannylene-ruthenium complexes. While a further treatment of 5 with Ge(HMDS)(2) led to a mixture of uncharacterized compounds, a similar treatment with the sterically alleviated diaminogermylene Ge(NCH(2)(t)Bu)(2)C(6)H(4) provided [Ru(3){μ-Sn(HMDS)(2)}(2){μ-Ge(NCH(2)(t)Bu)(2)C(6)H(4)}(CO)(9)] (7), which is a unique example of Sn(2)GeRu(3) cluster. All these reactions, coupled to a previous observation that [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] reacts with excess of Ge(HMDS)(2) to give the mononuclear complex [Ru{Ge(HMDS)(2)}(2)(CO)(3)] but triruthenium products with less bulky diaminogermylenes, indicate that, for reactions of [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] with diaminometalenes, both the volume of the diaminometalene and the size of its donor atom (Ge or Sn) are of key importance in determining the nuclearity of the final products.  相似文献

The heteroscorpionate ligands [HB(taz)(2)(pz(R))](-) (pz(R) = pz, pz(Me2), pz(Ph)) and [HB(taz)(pz)(2)](-), synthesised from the appropriate potassium hydrotris(pyrazolyl)borate salt and 4-ethyl-3-methyl-5-thioxo-1,2,4-triazole (Htaz), react with [{Rh(cod)(μ-Cl)}(2)] to give [Rh(cod)Tx] {Tx = HB(taz)(2)(pz), HB(taz)(2)(pz(Me2)), HB(taz)(2)(pz(Ph)), HB(taz)(pz)(2)}; the heteroscorpionate rhodaboratrane [Rh{B(taz)(2)(pz(Me2))}{HB(taz)(2)(pz(Me2))}] is the only isolable product from the reaction of [{Rh(nbd)(μ-Cl)}(2)] with K[HB(taz)(2)(pz(Me2))]. Carbonylation of the cod complexes gave a mixture of [Rh(CO)(2)Tx] and [(RhTx)(2)(μ-CO)(3)] which reacts with PR(3) to give [Rh(CO)(PR(3))Tx] (R = Cy, NMe(2), Ph, OPh). In the solid state the complexes are square planar with the particular structure dependent on the steric and/or electronic properties of the scorpionate and ancillary ligands. The complex [Rh(cod){HB(taz)(pz)(2)}] has the heteroscorpionate κ(2)[N(2)]-coordinated to rhodium with the B-H bond directed away from the rhodium square plane while [Rh(cod){HB(taz)(2)(pz(Me2))}] is κ(2)[SN]-coordinated, with the B-H bond directed towards the metal. The complexes [Rh(CO)(PPh(3)){HB(taz)(2)(pz)}] and [Rh(CO)(PPh(3)){HB(taz)(2)(pz(Me2))}] are also κ(2)[SN]-coordinated but with the pyrazolyl ring cis to PPh(3); in the former the B-H bond is directed towards rhodium while in the latter the ring is pseudo-parallel to the rhodium square plane, as also found for [Rh(CO)(2){HB(taz)(2)(pz(Me2))}]. The analogues [Rh(CO)(PR(3)){HB(taz)(2)(pz(Me2))}] (R = Cy, NMe(2)) have the phosphines trans to the pyrazolyl ring. Uniquely, [Rh(CO)(PPh(3)){HB(taz)(2)(pz(Ph))}] is κ(2)[S(2)]-coordinated. A qualitative mechanism is given for the rapid ring-exchange, and hence isomerisation, observed in solution.  相似文献

The metal halides of Group 5 MX(5) (M = Nb, Ta; X = F, Cl, Br) react with ketones and acetylacetones affording the octahedral complexes [MX(5)(ketone)] () and [TaX(4){kappa(2)(O)-OC(Me)C(R)C(Me)O}] (R = H, Me, ), respectively. The adducts [MX(5)(acetone)] are still reactive towards acetone, acetophenone or benzophenone, giving the aldolate species [MX(4){kappa(2)(O)-OC(Me)CH(2)C(R)(R')O}] (). The syntheses of (M = Ta, X = F, R = R' = Ph) and (M = Ta, X = Cl, R = Me, R' = Ph) take place with concomitant formation of [(Ph(2)CO)(2)-H][TaF(6)], and [(MePhCO)(2)-H][TaCl(6)], respectively. The compounds [acacH(2)][TaF(6)], and [TaF{OC(Me)C(Me)C(Me)O}(3)][TaF(6)], have been isolated as by-products in the reactions of TaF(5) with acacH and 3-methyl-2,4-pentanedione, respectively. The molecular structures of, and have been ascertained by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Treatment of the organoamido complexes [Rh(2)(mu-4-HNC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(L(2))(2)] (L(2) = 1,5-cyclooctadiene (cod), L = CO) with nBuLi gave solutions of the organoimido species [Li(2)Rh(2)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(L(2))(2)]. Further reaction of [Li(2)Rh(2)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(cod)(2)] with [Rh(2)(mu-Cl)(2)(cod)(2)] afforded the neutral tetranuclear complex [Rh(4)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(cod)(4)] (2), which rationalizes the direct syntheses of 2 from [Rh(2)(mu-Cl)(2)(cod)(2)] and Li(2)NC(6)H(4)Me. Reactions of [Li(2)Rh(2)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(CO)(4)] with chloro complexes such as [Rh(2)(mu-Cl)(2)(CO)(4)], [MCl(2)(cod)] (M = Pd, Pt), and [Ru(2)(mu-Cl)(2)Cl(2)(p-cymene)(2)] afforded the homo- and heterotrinuclear complexes PPN[Rh(3)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(CO)(6)] (5; PPN=bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium), [(CO)(4)Rh(2)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)M(cod)] (M = Pd (6), Pt(7)) and [(CO)(4)Rh(2)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)Ru(p-cymene)] (8), while the reaction with [AuCl(PPh(3))] gave the tetranuclear compound [(CO)(4)Rh(2)(mu--4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)[Au(PPh(3))](2)] (9). The structures of complexes 6, 8, and 9 were determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The anion of 5 reacts with [AuCl(PPh(3))] to give the butterfly cluster [[Rh(3)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(CO)(6)]Au(PPh(3))] (10), in which the Au atom is bonded to two rhodium atoms. Reaction of the anion of 5 with [Rh(cod)(NCMe)(2)](BF(4)) gave the tetranuclear complex [Rh(4)(mu-4-NC(6)H(4)Me)(2)(CO)(6)(cod)] (11) in which the Rh(cod) fragment is pi-bonded to one of the arene rings, while the reaction of the anion of 5 with [PdCl(2)(cod)] afforded the heterotrinuclear complex 6 through a metal exchange process.  相似文献

Reported is the first rational synthesis of a trisubstituted deltahedral Zintl ion, [Ge(9){Si(SiMe(3))(3)}(3)](-) in this case, by the addition of the three substituents in a reaction of the parent naked deltahedral Zintl ion Ge(9)(4-) with {(Me(3)Si)(3)Si}Cl. The new species were crystallized and structurally characterized in [K(2,2,2-crypt)](2)[Ge(9){Si(SiMe(3))(3)}(3)] (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 26.497(3) ?, b = 24.090(2) ?, c = 29.268(3) ?, β = 113.888(2)°, V = 17082(3) ?(3), Z = 8, R1/wR2 = 0.0436/0.0812 for the observed data and 0.1023/0.1010 for all data).  相似文献

A modified tris(pyrazolylborate) ligand has been prepared in two steps. First, reaction of triisopropylborate with allylmagnesium bromide and further treatment with benzoyl chloride gave CH(2) = CHCH(2)B(O(i)Pr), which was then reacted with potassium pyrazolate and pyrazole to give the compound K[CH(2) = CHCH(2)Bpz(3)]. The new allyl-containing scorpionate anion of acts as a bi- or tri-dentate ligand, as shown by the mononuclear complexes [CH(2) = CHCH(2)Bpz(3)M(LL)] (M = Rh, LL = nbd, ; LL = tfb, ; LL = (CO)(PPh(3)), ; M = Ir, LL = cod, ), obtained from reactions of the chlorido-bridged dinuclear complexes [{M(mu-Cl)(LL)}(2)] with 2. Furthermore, the borate represents a key material to achieve the attachment of tris(pyrazolyl)borate groups to the peripheries of carbosilane dendrimers. Thus, the platinum-catalyzed hydrosilylation reactions of compound with the dendritic cores Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)H](4) (G(0)-(SiH)(4)), (G(1)-(SiH)(8)), and (G(2)-(SiH)(16)) gave the corresponding borate-containing dendrimers Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)](4) (G(0)-B(4)), Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)}(2)](4) (G(1)-B(8)), and Si[(CH(2))(3)SiMe{(CH(2))(3)SiMe[(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)B(O(i)Pr)(2)](2)}(2)](4) (G(2)-B(16)) selectively in the anti-Markovnikov direction. Further reactions of G(0)-B(4), G(1)-B(8) and G(2)-B(16) with potassium pyrazolate and pyrazole rendered the corresponding polyanionic dendrimers K(4)[Si{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)Bpz(3)}(4)] (G(0)-(Bpz(3))(4)), G(1)-(Bpz(3))(8), and G(2)-(Bpz(3))(16), respectively, which contain 4, 8, and 16 tris(pyrazolyl)borate groups symmetrically located around the dendritic peripheries. These unusual polyanionic dendrimers are excellent scaffolds to support metal centres, as shown by the reactions of G(0)-(Bpz(3))(4), G(1)-(Bpz(3))(8), and G(2)-(Bpz(3))(16) with [{Rh(mu-Cl)(nbd)}(2)] to give the neutral rhodadendrimers [Si{(CH(2))(3)SiMe(2)(CH(2))(3)Bpz(3)Rh(nbd)}(4)] G(0)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(4), G(1)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(8) and G(2)-(Bpz(3)Rh)(16) as stable solids in excellent yields. Following this protocol, mixed rhodium/iridium metallodendrimers can be prepared.  相似文献

The acid-base reactions between the rare-earth metal (Ln) tris(ortho-N,N-dimethylaminobenzyl) complexes [Ln(CH2C(H4NMe2-o)3] with one equivalent of the silylene-linked cyclopentadiene-amine ligand (C5Me4H)SiMe2NH(C6H2Me3-2,4,6) afforded the corresponding half-sandwich aminobenzyl complexes [{Me2Si(C5Me4)(NC6H2Me3-2,4,6)}Ln(CH2C6H4NMe2-o)(thf)] (2-Ln) (Ln=Y, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Lu) in 60-87 % isolated yields. The one-pot reaction between ScCl(3) and [Me2Si(C5Me4)(NC6H2Me3-2,4,6)]Li2 followed by reaction with LiCH2C6H4NMe2-o in THF gave the scandium analogue [{Me2Si(C5Me4)(NC6H2Me3-2,4,6)}Sc(CH2C6H4NMe2-o)] (2-Sc) in 67 % isolated yield. 2-Sc could not be prepared by the acid-base reaction between [Sc(CH2C6H4NMe2-o)3] and (C5Me4H)SiMe2NH(C6H2Me3-2,4,6). These half-sandwich rare-earth metal aminobenzyl complexes can serve as efficient catalyst precursors for the catalytic addition of various phosphine P--H bonds to carbodiimides to form a series of phosphaguanidine derivatives with excellent tolerability to aromatic carbon-halogen bonds. A significant increase in the catalytic activity was observed, as a result of an increase in the metal size with a general trend of La>Pr, Nd>Sm>Gd>Lu>Sc. The reaction of 2-La with 1 equiv of Ph2PH yielded the corresponding phosphide complex [{Me2Si(C5Me4)(NC6H2Me3-2,4,6)}La(PPh2)(thf)2] (4), which, on recrystallization from benzene, gave the dimeric analogue [{Me2Si(C5Me4)(NC6H2Me3-2,4,6)}La(PPh2)]2 (5). Addition of 4 or 5 to iPrN=C=NiPr in THF yielded the phosphaguanidinate complex [{Me2Si(C5Me4)(NC6H2Me3-2,4,6)}La{iPrNC(PPh2)NiPr}(thf)] (6), which, on recrystallization from ether, afforded the ether-coordinated structurally characterizable analogue [{Me2Si(C5Me4)(NC6H2Me3-2,4,6)}La{iPrNC(PPh2)NiPr}(OEt2)] (7). The reaction of 6 or 7 with Ph2PH in THF yielded 4 and the phosphaguanidine iPrN=C(PPh2)NHiPr (3a). These results suggest that the catalytic formation of a phosphaguanidine compound proceeds through the nucleophilic addition of a phosphide species, which is formed by the acid-base reaction between a rare-earth metal o-dimethylaminobenzyl bond and a phosphine P--H bond, to a carbodiimide, followed by the protonolysis of the resultant phosphaguanidinate species by a phosphine P--H bond. Almost all of the rare earth complexes reported this paper were structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The reinvestigation of an early synthesis of heterometallic cubane-type clusters has led to the isolation of a number of new clusters which have been characterized by spectroscopic and crystallographic techniques. The thermolysis of [(Cp*Mo)(2)B(4)H(4)E(2)] (1: E = S; 2: E = Se; Cp* = η(5)-C(5)Me(5)) in presence of [Fe(2)(CO)(9)] yielded cubane-type clusters [(Cp*Mo)(2)(μ(3)-E)(2)B(2)H(μ-H){Fe(CO)(2)}(2)Fe(CO)(3)], 4 and 5 (4: E = S; 5: E = Se) together with fused clusters [(Cp*Mo)(2)B(4)H(4)E(2)Fe(CO)(2)Fe(CO)(3)] (8: E = S; 9: E = Se). In a similar fashion, reaction of [(Cp*RuCO)(2)B(2)H(6)], 3, with [Fe(2)(CO)(9)] yielded [(Cp*Ru)(2)(μ(3)-CO)(2)B(2)H(μ-H){Fe(CO)(2)}(2)Fe(CO)(3)], 6, and an incomplete cubane cluster [(μ(3)-BH)(3)(Cp*Ru)(2){Fe(CO)(3)}(2)], 7. Clusters 4-6 can be described as heterometallic cubane clusters containing a Fe(CO)(3) moiety exo-bonded to the cubane, while 7 has an incomplete cubane [Ru(2)Fe(2)B(3)] core. The geometry of both compounds 8 and 9 consist of a bicapped octahedron [Mo(2)Fe(2)B(3)E] and a trigonal bipyramidal [Mo(2)B(2)E] core, fused through a common three vertex [Mo(2)B] triangular face. In addition, thermolysis of 3 with [Mn(2)(CO)(10)] permits the isolation of arachno-[(Cp*RuCO)(2)B(3)H(7)], 10. Cluster 10 constitutes a diruthenaborane analogue of 8-sep pentaborane(11) and has a structural isomeric relationship to 1,2-[{Cp*Ru}(2)(CO)(2)B(3)H(7)].  相似文献

Ruthenium complexes bearing ethylbis(2-pyridylethyl)amine (ebpea), which has flexible -C(2)H(4)- arms between the amine and the pyridyl groups and coordinates to a metal center in facial and meridional modes, have been synthesized and characterized. Three trichloro complexes, fac-[Ru(III)Cl(3)(ebpea)] (fac-[1]), mer-[Ru(III)Cl(3)(ebpea)] (mer-[1]), and mer-[Ru(II)Cl(3){η(2)-N(C(2)H(5))(C(2)H(4)py)═CH-CH(2)py}] (mer-[2]), were synthesized using the Ru blue solution. Formation of mer-[2] proceeded via a C-H activation of the CH(2) group next to the amine nitrogen atom of the ethylene arm. Reduction reactions of fac- and mer-[1] afforded a triacetonitrile complex mer-[Ru(II)(CH(3)CN)(3)(ebpea)](PF(6))(2) (mer-[3](PF(6))(2)). Five nitrosyl complexes fac-[RuX(2)(NO)(ebpea)]PF(6) (X = Cl for fac-[4]PF(6); X = ONO(2) for fac-[5]PF(6)) and mer-[RuXY(NO)(ebpea)]PF(6) (X = Cl, Y = Cl for mer-[4]PF(6); X = Cl, Y = CH(3)O for mer-[6]PF(6); X = Cl, Y = OH for mer-[7]PF(6)) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. A reaction of mer-[2] in H(2)O-C(2)H(5)OH at room temperature afforded mer-[1]. Oxidation of C(2)H(5)OH in H(2)O-C(2)H(5)OH and i-C(3)H(7)OH in H(2)O-i-C(3)H(7)OH to acetaldehyde and acetone by mer-[2] under stirring at room temperature occurred with formation of mer-[1]. Alternative C-H activation of the CH(2) group occurred next to the pyridyl group, and formation of a C-N bond between the CH moiety and the nitrosyl ligand afforded a nitroso complex [Ru(II)(N(3))(2){N(O)CH(py)CH(2)N(C(2)H(5))C(2)H(4)py}] ([8]) in reactions of nitrosyl complexes with sodium azide in methanol, and reaction of [8] with hydrochloric acid afforded a corresponding chloronitroso complex [Ru(II)Cl(2){N(O)CH(py)CH(2)N(C(2)H(5))C(2)H(4)py}] ([9]).  相似文献

The bis(PNP)-donor pincer ligand 1,4-C(6)H(4){N(CH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))(2)}(2), 1, contains weakly basic nitrogen donor atoms because the lone pairs of electrons are conjugated to the bridging phenylene group, and this feature is used in the synthesis of oligomers and polymers. The complexes [Pd(2)X(2)(mu-1)](OTf)(2), X=Cl, Br or OTf, contain the ligand 1 in bis(pincer) binding mode (mu-kappa(6)-P(4)N(2)), but [Pd(4)Cl(6)(mu(3-)1)(2)]Cl(2) contains the ligand in an unusual unsymmetrical mu(3)-kappa(5)-P(4)N binding mode. The bromide complex is suggested to exist as a polymer [{Pd(2)Br(4)(mu(4)-1)}(n)] with the ligands 1 in mu(4)-kappa(4)-P(4) binding mode. The methylplatinum(II) complexes [Pt(2)Me(4)(mu-1)] and [Pt(2)Me(2)(mu-1)](O(2)CCF(3))(2) contain the ligand in mu-kappa(4)-P(4) and mu-kappa(6)-P(4)N(2) bonding modes, while the silver(I) complex [Ag(2)(O(2)CCF(3))(2) (mu-1)] contains the ligand 1 in an intermediate bonding mode in which the nitrogen donors are very weakly coordinated. The complexes [Pd(2)(OTf)(2)(mu-1)](OTf)(2) and [Ag(2)(O(2)CCF(3))(2)(mu-1)] react with 4,4'-bipyridine to give polymers [Pd(2)(micro-bipy)(mu-1)](OTf)(4) and [Ag(2)(mu-bipy)(mu-1)](O(2)CCF(3))(2).  相似文献

Homo- and heterobimetallic complexes of the form [(PPh(3))(2)(mu(2)-1,8-S(2)-nap){ML(n)}] (in which (1,8-S(2)-nap)=naphtho-1,8-dithiolate and {ML(n)}={PtCl(2)} (1), {PtClMe} (2), {PtClPh} (3), {PtMe(2)} (4), {PtIMe(3)} (5) and {Mo(CO)(4)} (6)) were obtained by the addition of [PtCl(2)(NCPh)(2)], [PtClMe(cod)] (cod=1,5-cyclooctadiene), [PtClPh(cod)], [PtMe(2)(cod)], [{PtIMe(3)}(4)] and [Mo(CO)(4)(nbd)] (nbd=norbornadiene), respectively, to [Pt(PPh(3))(2)(1,8-S(2)-nap)]. Synthesis of cationic complexes was achieved by the addition of one or two equivalents of a halide abstractor, Ag[BF(4)] or Ag[ClO(4)], to [{Pt(mu-Cl)(mu-eta(2):eta(1)-C(3)H(5))}(4)], [{Pd(mu-Cl)(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))}(2)], [{IrCl(mu-Cl)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}(2)] (in which C(5)Me(5)=Cp*=1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl), [{RhCl(mu-Cl)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}(2)], [PtCl(2)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] and [{Rh(mu-Cl)(cod)}(2)] to give the appropriate coordinatively unsaturated species that, upon treatment with [(PPh(3))(2)Pt(1,8-S(2)-nap)], gave complexes of the form [(PPh(3))(2)(mu(2)-1,8-S(2)-nap){ML(n)}][X] (in which {ML(n)}[X]={Pt(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))}[ClO(4)] (7), {Pd(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))}[ClO(4)] (8), {IrCl(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}[ClO(4)] (9), {RhCl(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}[BF(4)] (10), {Pt(PMe(2)Ph)(2)}[ClO(4)](2) (11), {Rh(cod)}[ClO(4)] (12); the carbonyl complex {Rh(CO)(2)}[ClO(4)] (13) was formed by bubbling gaseous CO through a solution of 12. In all cases the naphtho-1,8-dithiolate ligand acts as a bridge between two metal centres to give a four-membered PtMS(2) ring (M=transition metal). All compounds were characterised spectroscopically. The X-ray structures of 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 reveal a binuclear PtMS(2) core with PtM distances ranging from 2.9630(8)-3.438(1) A for 8 and 5, respectively. The napS(2) mean plane is tilted with respect to the PtP(2)S(2) coordination plane, with dihedral angles in the range 49.7-76.1 degrees and the degree of tilting being related to the PtM distance and the coordination number of M. The sum of the Pt(1)coordination plane/napS(2) angle, a, and the Pt(1)coordination plane/M(2)coordination plane angle, b, a+b, is close to 120 degrees in nearly all cases. This suggests that electronic effects play a significant role in these binuclear systems.  相似文献

Treatment of Cp*(CO)Fe{kappa2(Si,P)-SiMe2PPh2} with methyl vinyl ketone gave a 1,2-addition product, Cp*(CO)Fe{kappa2(Si,P)-SiMe2OCMe(CH=CH2)PPh2}. A linear-type Cp*(CO)2FeSiMe2PPh2 also reacted with the ketone to yield a 1,4-addition product, Cp*(CO)2Fe{kappa1(Si)-SiMe2OC(Me=CHCH2PPh2}, which was further converted to a seven-membered metallacycle, Cp*(CO)Fe{kappa2(Si,P)-SiMe2OC(Me)=CHCH2PPh2}, upon photolysis.  相似文献
