Abstract  The title compound, [Cu(C3H4N2)4(COO–(CH2)4–COOH)2] is a neutral complex and exist as a monomeric unit. The Cu atom occupies at the center of symmetry (0, 0.5, 0) with a distorted octahedral geometry. Imidazole nitrogens N1 and N6 (Cu1–N1 = 1.993(3) ?; Cu1–N6 = 2.008(3) ?) from two different imidazole group which are symmetrically disposed provides the square base and the long carboxylate oxygens (Cu1–O2 = 2.582(3) ?) from the protonated end of symmetrically oriented dibasic acid at the trans axial position. The adipate monoanion is in weak coordination with the metal center via monodentate fashion. The strong carboxylate-carboxylic acid intermolecular O–H…O interaction between the adjacent molecules is present in this structure as observed in the crystal structure of hexanedioic acid is noteworthy. In addition to the O–H…O H-bonding other molecular interactions such as N–H…O and C–H…O in packing generates a 3-D hydrogen bond network. 氨基酸还原希夫碱HL (N-(4-吡啶甲基)-L-丝氨酸)与CuCl2·2H2O在室温条件通过扩散法合成了配位聚合物{[Cu2(L)2(Cl)2]·H2O}n(I).采用元素分析、红外光谱、X-射线单晶衍射、粉末衍射和热重分析进行了表征.两个结晶学独立Cu(II) 包含于其晶体结构中,Cu1为变形八面体CuO2N2Cl2几何构型;Cu2则呈现略有变形的四方锥结构.Cu1和Cu2通过配体L-的吡啶氮原子以及氯离子的桥连作用连接为2D网状结构.变温磁化率实验表明在温度为2~300 K,配合物I表现为铁磁性耦合.  相似文献

Abstract  

The tridentate Schiff base phenol-containing ligand (2-hydroxybenzyl)(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (Hbpa) reacts with copper(II) perchlorate to give the phenolato-bridged dinuclear complex [Cu(bpa)(H2O)]2·2ClO4 (1). Each copper(II) ion exhibits a distorted square-pyramidal environment, being coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two phenolato oxygen atoms of the two deprotonated bpa ligands, and one oxygen atom of the water molecule. It crystallizes in the triclinic system P-1 with a = 7.8790(6), b = 8.9345(7), c = 12.0207(9) ?, α = 69.158(1), β = 85.307(1), γ = 76.629(1)°, V = 769.39(10) ?3, Z = 1. Cyclic voltammetry of 1 gives two oxidation and two reduced processes.  相似文献

Abstract The tridentate Schiff base carboxylate-containing ligand 2-pyridylmethylamino-3-butyric acid (Hpaba) reacts with copper(II) perchlorate to give the one-dimensional chain complex {[Cu(μ-paba)](ClO4)·H2O} n (1). The coordination geometry of each copper(II) ion is best described as a square-plane with two nitrogen atoms and one carboxylate oxygen atom of the ligand, and one carboxylate oxygen atom belong to another ligand. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system P21/c with a = 12.717(2), b = 7.9163(15), c = 14.981(2) ?, β = 111.14(1)°, V = 1406.8(4) ?3, Z = 4. Cyclic voltammogram of 1 undergoes the reversible one-electron oxidation to the Cu(III) and the reversible one-electron reduction to the Cu(I) state. Graphical Abstract Crystal structure of 1 reveals a syn-anti carboxylate-bridged one dimensional chain complex in which the coordination environment around each copper(II) ion exhibits a distorted square plane.   相似文献

Abstract  

Copper(II) complex of S-methyldithiocarbazate with isatin has been prepared and screened for their cytotoxic activities against MCF-7 (Human non-metastatic mammary gland adenocarcinoma cell line) and MDA-MB-231 (Human metastatic mammary gland adenocarcinoma cell line). The compound crystallized in an orthorhombic crystal system with a space group C 2cb and was found to be selectively active against MCF-7 cell line (Human non-metastatic mammary gland adenocarcinoma cell line with an IC50 value 0.45 μg/mL. The crystal structure of this centrosymmetric Cu(SMISA)2 complex (SMISA = Schiff base formed by condensation reaction of S-methyldithiocarbazate with isatin) showed that the copper atom has a distorted square-planar geometry with the Schiff base coordinated to the metal ion as a uninegatively charged bidentate ligand through the azomethine nitrogen and thiolate sulfur.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized and its crystals structure determined at room temperature. MW = 536.01, monoclinic, space group C2/c, Z = 4, a = 22.193(5) Å, b = 8.038(2) Å, c = 15.699(4) Å, β = 119.64(2)°. The crystal structure consists of repeated [Cu(Him)4(H2O)2] (Him = imidazole) cations and non-coordinated terephthalato dianions. The copper(II) ion displays an elongated octahedral coordination being linked to the four nitrogen atoms of the four imidazole ligands and to the two oxygen atoms of the two water molecules. The terephthalato dianions are hydrogen bonded to the four water molecules and four imidazole groups.  相似文献

Abstract  The cobalt(II) complex, [Co(abz)2(SCN)2] 1, has been synthesized by the reaction of cobalt(II) nitrate with ammonium thiocyanate and abz ligands (abz = 2-aminobenzimidazole), and was fully structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric experiments. It crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group with a = 8.6316(10), b = 9.3426(10), c = 13.254(2) ?, α = 95.793(2), β = 95.870(2), γ = 115.7380(10), V = 945.1(2) ?3, and Z = 2. The central cobalt(II) atom is four-coordinated to nitrogen donors from two neutral abz ligands and two isothiocyanate anions respectively, adopting a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry. In addition, the intermolecular N–H···N and N–H···S hydrogen bonds interactions link the discrete mononuclear units into infinite three-dimensional networks. Abstract  

The complex [Mn(PMBP)2(CH3OH)2] of manganese(II) with 1-phenyl-3-methyl- 4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone (PMBP) was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, thermal analysis, IR. The crystal structure of the complex determined by single crystal X-ray analysis, indicates that PMBP is a bidentate ligand in the complex and Mn(II) atom is six-coordinated and is in a meridional octahedral environment. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P 2(1)/c, with a = 11.038(10) ?, b = 16.254(15) ?, c = 9.540(9) ?, α = 90.00°, β = 105.112(10)°, γ = 90.00°, V = 1,652(3) ?3, D x  = 1.354 g cm−3 and Z = 2. The thermal decomposition kinetics of the complex was investigated under nonisothermal conditions using the Achar differential method and the Coats–Redfern integral method.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined at room temperature. Cd2(Sacch)4(Im)4 F.W. = 1225.83, monoclinic. Space group: C2/c, Z = 4, a = 20.065(3) Å, b = 11.164(4) Å, c = 20.697(6) Å, β = 94.69(5)°, The coordination polyhedron of Cd(II) correspond to a five-coordinate trigonal-bipyramid. In the title complex, two of the saccharin groups act as monodentate ligands. The other two act as bidentate ligands. The two Cd(II) ions are bridged by the two bidentate saccharin groups and the distance is 4.75 Å.  相似文献

A Schiff base complex, Bis{2-[3-(diethylamino)propyliminiomethyl]-5-methoxyphenolate}copper(II) nitrate, has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. Abstract  

Reaction of a salicylaldehyde semicarbazone ligand with PdCl2(PPh3)2 yields an unexpected binuclear Pd(II) complex, 2. The complex crystallizes in a triclinic system with a P-1 space group, with unit cell parameters a = 14.0283(3) ?, b = 15.2603(3) ?, c = 18.7142(3) ?, α = 66.662(10)°, β = 86.162(10)°, γ = 76.265(10)°, Z = 2. The semicarbazone ligand acts as a tridentate chelating donor to one palladium metal centre, forming a five- and six- membered ring, and a monodentate donor to the second palladium centre. There are four molecules of solvent per complex molecule in the asymmetric unit. Each metal centre is contained within a slightly distorted square-planar environment.  相似文献

Abstract  The 3D supramolecular complex, (C12H14N2)[Fe(II)2(C2O4)(OH2)8] · 2(SO4)2−, is monoclinic, P21/n, with the following cell parameters: a = 8.0413(16) ?, b = 17.272(4) ?, c = 9.806(2) ?, β = 106.25(3)°, V = 1307.6(5) ?3, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0344, and wR 2 = 0.0763. X-ray crystallography revealed that the structure can be regarded as a hydrogen-bonded tunnel-like supramolecule with the methylviologen lying in the tunnel as the charge compensating cation. The multiple intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the octaaquaoxalatodiiron cations and the isolated sulfate ions link the supramolecular complex into a quasi-three-dimensional open-framework structure. All these structures belong to the triclinic space groups P1 . The arrangements of the molecules in the crystal of the homologous series of nPhNO2 suggest two different types of packing independent of n even, odd or large, small. 5 PhCN represents an isomorphous structure to 5 PhNO2. Isomophism between 7 PhNO2 and 7 PhCN was confirmed by cocrystallization of these two compounds whose crystal structure was also determined.  相似文献

Abstract  

The reaction of propane-1,2-diamine (pdam) with lead (II) nitrate in the ethanol solution led to the formation of a lead (II) complex, [Pb(NO3)(pdam)2]NO3 (1), with interesting coordination environment of the lead (II) ion. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy and its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray structural analysis. Lead (II) ion is coordinated by two neutral N,N′-bidentate propane-1,2-diamine ligands and by an O,O′-bidentate nitrate ion in a complex cation of 1. There is also an uncoordinated nitrate ion as counter-ion. The primary coordination sphere around lead (II) ion includes four N atoms (Pb–N, 2.377(4)–2.644(4) ?). The effective coordination around lead (II) ion could be described as a highly distorted octahedron if the Pb···O contacts (Pb1···O4, 3.090(4) ?, Pb1···O5, 3.177(3) ?) are included. The coordination polyhedron is better described as a distorted pentagonal pyramid due to the presence of stereochemically active lead (II) ion lone pair of electrons in the axial position of the pyramid. Thus, the complex is hemidirected. Complex cations and nitrate counter-ions are connected into 3D structure by hydrogen bonds of the N–H···O type.  相似文献

Abstract  

Schiff-base condensation of an equimolar proportion of diacetyl-monoxime and 2-hydrazino pyridine in methanol gives rise to 2-hydroxyimino-3-(2-hydrazonopyridyl)-butane (HL). The ligand has been characterised by FT-IR, 1H NMR and UV–Vis spectra. Reaction of 1:1 stoichiometric proportion of HL with Na2[PdCl4] in methanol affords a mononuclear palladium(II) compound, [PdLCl]·H2O (1). The compound is characterised by C, H and N analyses, FT-IR, conductivity measurement, UV–Vis spectra, thermal analysis and magnetic susceptibility measurement. The X-ray crystal structure of the title compound (1) has been determined. The compound crystalises in the triclinic space group P[`1] Poverline{1} with a = 7.3033(3), b = 9.4139(4), c = 9.4445(5) ?, α = 79.789(3), β = 68.285(2), γ = 77.978(3)o, V = 586.42(5) ?3 and Z = 2. Pd(II) is in ‘N3Cl’ coordination chromophore. The geometry around Pd(II) is square-planar. The compound is essentially diamagnetic.  相似文献

由过渡金属Cu(Ⅱ)、苯妥英(Hpht)与苄胺(ba)反应,得到一种新型双核铜配合物[Cu(pht)_2(ba)_2]_2,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、X-射线单晶衍射等对配合物的结构进行了解析和表征.结果表明:该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P_1~-,晶胞参数:a=1.0554(15) nm,b=1.201(17) nm,c=1.489(2) nm,α=93.24(2) °,β=102.14(2) °,γ=91.79(2) °,V=1.840(5) nm~3,F(000)=814,Z=1,Dc=1.408 g·cm~(-3),μ=0.648 mm~(-1),R_1=0.0973, wR_2=0.1929.配合物分子中每个Cu(II)离子以N4O1的五配位形式位于变形的三角双锥构型中.利用琼脂扩散法测试了该配合物的抑菌活性,结果表明对4种受试细菌均有一定的活性.  相似文献
