本文研究了Fermat型微分及微分-差分方程亚纯解的存在性问题,证明了如果m,n为正整数,则不存在非常数亚纯函数f(z)满足微分方程f′(z)~m+f(z)~n=1,但m=2,n=3或4和m=1,n=2除外.文中给出例子表明例外情况的方程亚纯解的存在性,并讨论该微分方程整函数解.同时,探讨了复微分-差分方程f′(z)~m+f(z+c)~n=1非常数亚纯解的存在性.

利用亚纯函数的Nevanlinna值分布理论, 我们主要研究了一类复微分-差分方程和一类复微分-差分方程组的有限级超越整函数解的存在形式, 得到两个有趣的结论. 将复微分(差分)方程的一些结论推广到复微分-差分方程(组)中.     

非线性微分-差分方程的解

本文研究了非线性微分-差分方程f(z)~n+a_(n-1)f(z)~(n-1)+…+a_1f(z)+q(z)e~(Q(z))f~((k))(z+c)=P(z)的有穷级非零整函数解的增长性和零点分布问题.利用微分-差分Nevanlinna值分布的方法,获得了当方程的系数满足一定条件时,方程解的增长性估计和零点分类.特别地,当n=2, a_1≠0指数多项式解满足某些条件时,获得了解具有特别的形式.该结果推广了先前文献[1,2]的结果.     

两类复微分-差分方程组的整函数解

利用Nevanlinna值分布理论以及复差分和复微分理论,讨论了两类复微分-差分方程组的有限级超越整函数解问题,得到了两个结果,并将涉及微分或差分方程的某些结果推广至复微分-差分方程组中.     

利用微分从属定义的积分算子函数族的性质研究

介绍了利用微分从属关系定义的一类函数类v_k[p,A,B]和一类算子函数I_p~λ(μ,η)(z),在上述算子函数的基础上定义了两类积分算子函数F_(p,μ,η)~(n,λ)(z),G_(p,μ,η)~(n,λ)(z),利用微分从属和凸函数理论,得到了积分算子函数F_(p,μ,η)~(n,λ)(z),G_(p,μ,η)~(n,λ)(z)包含于函数类v_k[p,A,B]的条件,结论推广了部分已有的研究成果.     

涉及导数与差分的亚纯函数的小函数的收敛指数与级

设f(z)是一个复平面上的亚纯函数,c是一个非零有穷复数,a(z)是f(z)的一个小函数,本文研究f(z)-a(z),f(z + c) - a(z)及Δncf(z)-a(z)(n ∈N+)的零点收敛指数与f(z)的级之间的关系.由此改进了涉及导数与差分的亚纯函数值分布的一些相关结果.     

关于亚纯函数差分多项式的进一步结果

设f为一有穷级为ρ(f)的超越亚纯函数,μ和c作为一非零的常数.设n,m作为一正整数,且设s(z)作为一f的非零小函数.如果n≥m+4或者(m≥n+4),则差分多项式f~n(z)+μf~m(z+c)-s(z)在复平面上有无穷多个零点.     

整函数及其差分分担有限集的唯一性

研究了整函数及其差分多项式分担有限复数集的唯一性,得到了如下结果:设S_m={1,ω,…,ω~(m-1)},其中ω=cos(2π/m)+i sin(2π/m),c为非零有限复数,n(>5),m(≥2)均为正整数.如果f(z),g(z)为有限级整函数,满足E(S_m,f(z)~n(f(z)-1)f(z+c))=E(S_m,g(z)~n(g(z)-1))g(z+c)),那么f(z)≡g(z).

Indefinite integrals of products of special functions

A method is given for deriving indefinite integrals involving squares and other products of functions which are solutions of second-order linear differential equations. Several variations of the method are presented, which applies directly to functions which obey homogeneous differential equations. However, functions which obey inhomogeneous equations can be incorporated into the products and examples are given of integrals involving products of Bessel functions combined with Lommel, Anger and Weber functions. Many new integrals are derived for a selection of special functions, including Bessel functions, associated Legendre functions, and elliptic integrals. A number of integrals of products of Gauss hypergeometric functions are also presented, which seem to be the first integrals of this type. All results presented have been numerically checked with Mathematica.     

复变函数中由调和函数求解析函数的方法

本文给出了由解析函数的实部或虚部求该解析函数的几个定理,再以例题说明其应用。这些方法及应用,解决了复变函数中这一问题的理论与计算,而且所给方法能广泛进行推广。     

Generalized B-vex functions and generalized B-vex programming

A class of functions called pseudo B-vex and quasi B-vex functions is introduced by relaxing the definitions of B-vex, pseudoconvex, and quasiconvex functions. Similarly, the class of B-invex, pseudo B-invex, and quasi B-invex functions is defined as a generalization of B-vex, pseudo B-vex, and quasi B-vex functions. The sufficient optimality conditions and duality results are obtained for a nonlinear programming problem involving B-vex and B-invex functions.The first author is thankful to the Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada for financial support through Grant A-5319. On the extremality of maximal dual feasible functions

Dual feasible functions have been used to compute bounds and valid inequalities for combinatorial optimization problems. Here, we analyze the properties of some of the best functions proposed so far. Additionally, we provide new results for composed functions. These results will allow improving the computation of bounds and valid inequalities.

Dirichlet problem for pluriholomorphic functions of two complex variables

In this paper the Dirichlet problem for pluriholomorphic functions of two complex variables is investigated. The key point is the relation between pluriholomorphic functions and pluriharmonic functions. The link is constituted by the Fueter-regular functions of one quaternionic variable. Previous results about the boundary values of pluriharmonic functions and new results on L² traces of regular functions are applied to obtain a characterization of the traces of pluriholomorphic functions.     

Coefficient Estimates for Certain Subclasses of Bi-Univalent Ma-Minda Mocanu-Convex Functions

In this paper, we introduce and investigate a new subclass of the function class Σ of bi-univalent functions of the Mocanu-convex type defined in the open unit disk, satisfy Ma and Minda subordination conditions. Furthermore, we find estimates on the Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients |a2| and |a3| for functions in the new subclass introduced here. Further Application of Hohlov operator to this class is obtained. Several(known or new) consequences of the results are also pointed out.     

Sufficient condition for functions to be in a class of meromorphic multivalent Sakaguchi type spiral-like functions

In this article, we define a subclass of meromorphic multivalent Sakaguchi type functions and obtain certain sufficient conditions for functions to be in this class. The main result presented here includes a number of consequences as its special cases.     

On a conjecture of D. Styer regarding univalent geometric and annular starlike functions

The aim of this paper is two-fold. First, to give a direct proof for the already established result of Styer which states that a univalent geometrically starlike function is a univalent annular starlike function if is bounded. Second, to show that the boundedness condition of is necessary, thus disproving a conjecture of Styer.
