本文用(NH4)2WS4,Ag犤S2P(OCH2Ph)2犦和PPh3为原料合成了簇合物犤WS4Ag3(PPh3)3狖S2P(OCH2Ph)2狚犦,并得到了晶体。晶体属正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数a=1.32370(4)nm,b=1.34427(4)nm,c=3.83246(11)nm。X-射线单晶结构测定结果表明它具有巢状分子结构,配体(PhCH2O)2PS2-(简称dtp)的两个S原子中的一个硫原子仅与一个金属原子配位,另一个硫原子则同时与两个金属原子配位。簇合物的非线性光学性质用脉宽8ns激光在532nm波长进行了研究。该化合物表现为一定的光学吸收和强的自聚焦效应,其三阶非线性吸收系数α2=1.50×10-10m·W-1,折射系数n2=2.45×10-11esu。 相似文献

Two new iron-sulfur carbonyl complexes, [Fe2(SC6H4Cl)2(CO)6]?0.5(Et2O) 1 and [Fe3(SC6H4NH2)6(CO)6]?2(MeOH) 2, have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, C2/c, a = 18.4439(8), b = 11.0999(5), c = 25.1830(10) ?, β = 97.0370(10)o, V = 5116.8(4) ?3, Z = 8, C20H13Cl2Fe2O6.50S2, Mr = 604.02, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ = 1.540 mm–1, F(000) = 2424, the final R = 0.0545 and wR = 0.1454 for 3443 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I); 2: monoclinic, P21/n, a = 12.350, b = 26.3050(11), c = 16.057 ?, β = 97.891(3)°, V = 5166.9(2) ?3, Z = 4, C44H44Fe3N6O8S6, Mr = 1144.76, Dc = 1.472 g/cm3, μ = 1.128 mm–1, F(000) = 2352, the final R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1197 for 7978 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). 本文合成了标题配合物,对其红外光谱进行了研究.测定了配合物的晶体结构,结果表明,晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,单胞参数:α=11.549(2)(?),b=14.122(3)(?),c=15.654(?),α=97.01(2)°,β=102.70(2)°,γ=105.43(2)°,V=2355.94(0.87)(?)~3,Z=2.晶体结构是采用Patterson法和差值Fourier合成解出.经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最后偏差因子R=0.0337,R_w=0.0364.晶体中甘氨酸与Sm原子的结合方式有三种:第一种甘氨酸的羧基离子以螯合桥式与Sm原子配位;第二种甘氨酸以羧基桥式与同一单元的两个Sm原子配位;第三种甘氨酸以酸基桥式连结两个相邻单元中的相邻Sm原子而形成一维无限长链结构.此外,每个Sm原子还与两个水分子成键,其配位数为9. 相似文献

用X射线单晶衍射分析法研究主体分子六次甲基四胺与客体分子二氯化六水合钴（Ⅱ）和结晶水包结物晶体结构。其分子式为［（CH2）6N4］2·［（Co（H2O）6］Cl2·4H2O，Mr＝59038。晶体属三斜晶系，空间群为P1。晶胞参数：3341个衍射点，其中3148个独立衍射点，2754（F0＞6σ（F0））为可观察反射点。在晶胞内，客体分子和结晶水形成氢键：，客体分子与主体分子形成氢键晶胞之间形成氢键晶胞之内和晶胞之间主体分子和客体分子以及结晶水以氢键和范德华力相联系形成稳定的晶格。 相似文献

The novel coordination polymer [Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)2]·[Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)] (BYBAH=2-benzoylbenzoic acid) was yielded by hydrothermal synthesis,determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=9.112(3),b=14.644(5),c=27.076(11),α=84.223(3),β= 87.816(4),γ=88.902(4)o,V=3592(2)3,C84H60O21Pr2,Mr=1687.14,Z=2,F(000)=1700,Dc= 1.560 g/cm3,μ=1.419 mm-1,the final R=0.0485 and wR=0.1258 for 13035 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound contains two different building units,[Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] and [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2]. It is noticeable that [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] is an isolated binuclear building block,in which the Pr3+ ion centers are both located in an eight-coordinated environment. However,in [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2] the Pr3+ ion centers are located in a nine-coordinated environment and connected by BYBA ligands to form 1D chains. 相似文献
