应用激光扫描共聚集显微系统和Fluo-3/AM荧光探剂标记技术,在单细胞水平研究了巨噬细胞跨膜Ca^2+梯差的存在,消除及其与细胞内Ca^2+的时间、空间传递的关系,结果表明,不仅跨细胞质膜和跨细胞核膜两侧存在Ca^2+梯差,而且细胞内局部区域之间和区域本身也存在不同深度或层次间的空间Ca^2+梯差;用A23187可以消除上述梯差。用K^+激活巨噬细胞,可诱导细胞内游离Ca^2+以快速尖锐峰型的C  相似文献

Acetyicholine (ACh) is an important neuro-chemical transmitter in animals; it also exists in plants and plays a significant role in various kinds of physiological functions in plants. ACh has been known to induce the stomatal opening. By monitoring the changes of cytusolic Ca^2 with fluorescent probe Fiuo-3 AM under the confocal microscopy, we found that exogenous ACh increased cytosolic Ca^2 concentration of guard cells of Vicia faba L. Muscarlne, an agonist of muscarine acetyicholine receptor (mAChR), could do so as well. In contrast, atropine, the antagonist of mAChR abolished the ability of ACh to increase Ca^2 in guard cells. This mechanism is similar to mAChR in animals. When EGTA was used to chelate Ca^2 or ruthenium red to block Ca^2 released from vacuole respectively, the results showed that the increased cytosolic Ca^2 mainly come from intracellular Ca^2 store. The evidence supports that Ca^2 is involved in guard-cell response to ACh and that Ca^2 sigual is coupled to mAChRs in ACh signal transduction in guard cells.  相似文献

To investigate the effect of doxorubicin(DOX) on gene expression of the myocardial sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR)Ca^2 transport proteins and the mechanism of taurine(Tau) protecting cardiac muscle cells, 9 rabbits were injected with DOX , 8 rabbits with DOX and Tau, and 9 rabbits with normal saline. Cardiac function , concentration of calcium in cardiomyocytes ( Myo [ Ca^2 ]i ), activity of SR Ca^2 -ATPase (SERCA2a) , level of SERCA2a mRNA and Ca^2 released channels(RYR2) mRNA were detected. The left ventricle tissues were observed by electron microscopy. The results showed that cardiac index, left ventricular systolic pressure, activity of SR Ca^2 -ATPase and level of SERCA2a mRNA decreased , while Myo[ Ca^2 ]i increased in DOX-treated rabbits. DOX could not affect the level of RYR2 mRNA. Tau intervention could alleviate the increase of left ventricular diastolic pressure, Myo[ Ca^2 ] i and the decrease of SERCA2a mRNA induced by doxorubicin. Tile results suggested that downregulation of SERCA2a gene expression was an important mechanism of DOX-induced cardiomyopathy and that Tau could partially improve the heart function by reducing calcium overload and alleviating downregulation of SERCA2a mRNA.  相似文献

New polyimide containing calix [4] arene moieties on the polymer backbone was successfully synthesized in N- methy1 - 2 - pyrrolidone (NMP) by polycondensations of 3, 3', 4, 4'- oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA) with the diaminocalix[4]arene monomer using 3,3'- dimethy1- 4, 4'- The polyimide prepared is soluble in common solvents, such as NMP, DMAc, DMF and chloroform. The polyimide films obtained have excellent thermal stability and mechanical property. At the same time, the liquid membrane transport of potassium ions by the new polyimide was investigated, which testified that compared to ODPA-DADPM polyimide, the polyimide containing culix[4] arenes has the transport ability to metal ions in regard to bulky, cone-like calix [-4] arene moieties.  相似文献

论文用醋酸纤维素膜为固体支撑体,研究了镉离子在三辛胺-仲辛醇-二甲苯组合液膜体系中的迁移.考察了料液相和膜相搅拌速率、料液相H+和Cl-浓度、载体浓度、膜溶剂对镉离子迁移的影响,选择了迁移的最佳条件.迁移10 h后,含100 mg/L镉离子料液迁移率达98.5%,回收率达96.5%.当三辛胺浓度发生变化时,对镉离子传输的动力学过程进行分析,建立了镉离子传输的动力学方程并进行了验证.料液中氯离子浓度发生变化时,动力学方程同样成立.  相似文献

这是《乳状液膜浓缩稀土 (Ⅰ)》的继续 ,但以 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 型料液为提取、浓缩对象。它包括以下实验 :料液类型比较 (NaCl型和 (NH) 2 SO4 型 )、NaAc加入量、膜相有无石蜡、膜的回收及再用。获得了从 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 型浸取料液中浓缩稀土的适宜液膜体系N2 0 5-P50 7-煤油 -HCl。液膜富集液中的稀土浓度可达 1 0 2g·L-1,稀土提取率达 93 %。  相似文献

乳化液膜体系中液膜的溶胀率在很大程度上受含表面活性剂及具有一定界面活性载体的油相中水的溶解度的影响,但前人对该系数的测定大多较为复杂且缺乏准确性,文中首次采用了气相色谱法对含表面活性剂及载体的油相中水的溶解度系数进行了测定,所得结果与文献值吻合较好,而且该法具有快捷,稳定,系统性强等特点,可为液膜萃取过程中的溶胀现象及传质机理提供了一定的实验依据。  相似文献

采用烷基膦酸为栽体的大块液膜体系处理含铜废水,研究了搅拌速度、料液相pH值、载体浓度、体系温度对Cu2 迁移的影响。结果表明,在搅拌速度为300~400r/min、料液相pH值控制在3.0~4.5、载体浓度为6.25%~7.5%、体系温度为288~308K的最佳工艺条件下,Cu2 的迁移率可达99.8%。  相似文献
