在水相中制备了半导体CdTe纳米晶,核 壳型CdTe/CdS和CdTe/ZnS纳米晶(即量子点;QDs).利用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)和荧光光谱(FS)对合成的纳米晶量子点进行了研究,并且根据FS的数据进行了量子效率的计算.STM的结果表明合成的量子点直径约为3 nm并且分布良好.为了提高量子效率,对Cd2+浓度和Cd2+∶S2-比例等反应条件进行了研究,结果表明随着回流时间的增加,核 壳型量子点CdTe/CdS的量子效率总体上呈下降趋势.CdTe/CdS在pH8.5,Cd2+∶S2-=10∶1(摩尔比)时可获得80.0%的最大量子效率.同时制备了核 壳型量子点CdTe/ZnS,其最大发射波长由551 nm(CdTe)红移到635 nm(CdTe/ZnS)表明量子点的尺寸在增长,但是量子效率下降到14.4%. 当前研究的量子点可适用于生物标记,生物成像,以及基于共振能量转移的生物传感研究. 相似文献

水溶性CdTe量子点荧光探针的制备表征及应用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用水相合成法,在氮气气氛下,以3-巯基丙酸(MPA)为稳定剂制备了水溶性的CdTe量子点,并通过荧光(PL)光谱、紫外可见(UV-Vis)光谱、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对样品进行了表征。XRD结果表明量子点为立方闪锌矿结构,TEM结果表明量子点分散性较好,形状为球形,平均粒径为2.0 nm。进一步考察了回流时间、反应温度和体系pH值对量子点性能的影响,结果表明:回流时间、反应温度和体系pH值对量子点的粒径大小、粒径分布及生长速度均有影响。基于量子点对金属离子具有荧光响应的特性,以CdTe量子点为荧光探针实现了对水溶液中Ni2+的检测。 相似文献

以CdT e量子点作为荧光探针,基于荧光增敏法对对苯二胺进行了定量检测,考察了缓冲溶液体系、量子点浓度、反应时间等多种因素的影响。实验结果表明,在pH 7.6的0.2m ol/LN a2HPO4-N aH2PO4缓冲液中,反应时间为15m in,对苯二胺浓度为6.0×10-6—1.8×10-5m ol/L范围时,其线性回归方程为ΔF=75.64+7.95C(10-6m ol/L),相关系数和检出限分别为0.9989和2.1×10-8m ol/L。该方法检出限低,灵敏度高,为对苯二胺的测定提供了新的选择。 相似文献

利用400 nm和800 nm不同波长的低强度飞秒激光,对CdTe和CdTe/CdS核壳量子点溶胶进行激发,研究其稳态和时间分辨荧光性质.800 nm飞秒激光激发下,CdTe和CdTe/CdS核壳量子点产生上转换发光现象,上转换荧光峰与400 nm激发下的荧光峰相比蓝移最多达15 nm,而且蓝移值与荧光量子产率有关.变功率激发确认激发光功率与上转换荧光强度间满足二次方关系,时间分辨荧光的研究表明荧光动力学曲线服从双e指数衰减.提出表面态辅助的双光子吸收模型是低激发强度上转换发光的主要机理.CdTe和CdT

A facile and fast one-pot method has been developed for the synthesis of CdTe quantum dots (QDs) in aqueous phase by a sonoelectrochemical route without the protection of N2. The morphology, structure and composition of the as-prepared products were investigated by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS). The influences of current intensity, current pulse width, and reaction temperature on the photoluminescence (PL) and quantum yield (QY) of the products were studied. The experimental results showed that the water-soluble CdTe QDs with high PL qualities can be conveniently synthesized without precursor preparation and N2 protection, and the PL emission wavelength and QY can be effectively controlled by adjusting some parameters. This method can be expected to prepare other QDs as promising building blocks in solar cell, photocatalysis and sensors. 相似文献

The optical nonlinearity of a CdTe quantum dot enhanced by a gold nanoparticle has been theoretically studied by employing the multi-bands effective mass method. The energy levels have been computed using 6×6 k.p model for the valence band. The semiconductor quantum dot-size-dependent third-order susceptibility of third harmonic generation in a CdTe-Au nanocrystal complex has been analyzed. It is found that the metal nanoparticle enhances the optical nonlinearity of the semiconductor quantum dot due to the dipole/multipole interaction that will bring in the strong damping and the field enhancement. By choosing the radius of CdTe quantum dot, the third-order nonlinear susceptibility for third harmonic generation can be optimized for the one- and multi-photon resonance. Also, we can alter the optical nonlinearity by changing the ratio of semiconductor-metal nanoparticle distance to the metal nanoparticle radius. 相似文献

Luminescent CdTe quantum dots (Qdots) have been produced at few minutes by using a new, simple and fast methodology in an aqueous medium by using ultrasound irradiation to accelerate the process of tellurium reduction. The structural and optical properties were characterized by TEM, XRD, absorption and fluorescence spectrocopy. The produced Qdots are in a strong quantum confinement regime and have only one fluorescence band. Moreover, the nanoparticles seem to be monodispersed, which is in accordance with the fluorescence results. We have developed a simple route for preparing monodispersed CdTe Qdots in an aqueous media. The use of ultrasound allows the morphology to be better controlled and the surfaces defects of Qdots to be reduced. 相似文献

The IR reflection spectra of structures that consist of alternating layers of CdTe quantum dots and ZnTe barriers and are grown on ZnTe and CdTe/ZnTe buffer layers on GaAs(001) substrates are studied. The spectra are processed using dispersion analysis, and the parameters of the oscillators are determined. In the spectra, quantum dots manifest themselves in the form of a broad band at a frequency close to the frequency of the Fröhlich mode. It is revealed that the spectra contain features associated with the interdiffusion of the CdTe and ZnTe compounds, i.e., bands attributed to the local mode of Zn atoms in the CdTe compound and two gap modes of Cd atoms in the ZnTe compound. 相似文献

Luminescent CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized using thioglycolic acid (TGA) as a stabilizing agent in aqueous medium and were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In weak basic media the fluorescence of TGA-CdTe QDs was quenched notably by ferulic acid (FA) and protocatechuic aldehyde (PA), and the quenching values were proportional to the concentration of the quenchers in a certain range. The addition of bovine serum albumin (BSA) to TGA-CdTe QDs-FA and TGA-CdTe QDs-PA systems rendered a large recovery of the fluorescence of TGA-CdTe QDs. 相似文献

We present Raman-scattering results for CdTe nanocrystals in doped glasses which clearly show the confinement effects on the phonon spectra as a function of the quantum-dot size. We observed optical phonon modes, surface phonons and some of their overtone combinations. We show that the surface-phonon scattering intensity increases as the quantum-dot size decreases. Our results also show a decrease in the electron–phonon coupling as the nanocrystal size is decreased. These confinement effects are observed by changing the laser excitation energy, and thus by tuning to resonance with the optical transitions for quantum dots of different sizes within their broad size distribution in semiconductor-doped glasses. 相似文献

The refractive index of aqueous solution of CdTe quantum dots is measured by the retroreflection method on the fiber-optic end face. The dependence of the refractive index on the temperature and the concentration of the quantum dots aqueous solution are investigated. A novel flow injection method for detection of l-proline was proposed in the presence of CdTe quantum dots (QDs). This method is based on the enhanced anodic electrochemiluminescence (ECL) emission of CdTe QDs l-proline in aqueous system. CdTe QDs were modified with thioglycolic acid to obtain stable water-soluble QDs and intensive anodic ECL emission in Na2CO3–NaHCO3 buffer solution at an indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode, which was used for the sensitive detection of ECL enhancement using our homemade flow cell. Under the optimal conditions, the ECL intensity was correlated linearly with the concentration of l-proline over the range of 1.0×10?8?1.0×10?4 g mL?1 (r=0.9996) and the detection limit was 5.0×10?9 g mL?1. The relative standard deviation was 1.12% for 6.0×10?5 g mL?1 l-proline (n=11). The possible mechanism was discussed. This method put forward a new efficient ECL methodology for enhancement-related determination of l-proline successfully. 相似文献
