Hydroxy-amino-diphosphonates HO-Cn-NH2, with 2 ? n ? 11, have been successfully synthesized via the Kabachnick-Field reaction at 70 °C with high yields. These hydroxy compounds are then reacted with methacryloyl chloride to lead to novel amino-diphosphonate methacrylates MACnNP2 (with 2 ? n ? 11). These highly pure methacrylate monomers were obtained with yields higher than 75%. Radical copolymerizations of MACnNP2 (with 2 ? n ? 11) with MMA have been conducted and the r1 values (related to MACnNP2) are in the range of 1.1-1.3, and r2 values (related to MMA) about 0.8; this shows that the diphosphonate groups are statistically bonded to the methacrylic backbone.  相似文献

The reactions of aminophosphines with Group 6 metal carbonyls afford both mono-substituted and disubstituted complexes. The reaction of Ph2PN(H)C6H11 with molybdenum tetracarbonyl derivative gives a mixture of cis and trans-isomers. The reaction of Ph2PN(H)Ph with Pd(COD)Cl2 leads to the PN bond cleavage to give chloro bridged dimer, [Pd(PPh2O)(PPh2OH)(μ-Cl)]2, whereas with Pt(COD)Cl2, disubstituted cis-[PtCl2{PPh2N(H)R}2]2 was obtained. The reaction of Ph2PN(H)C6H11 with RuCl2(DMSO)4 or RuCl2(PPh3)3 leads to the formation of ionic complex, [RuCl{Ph2PN(H)C6H11}3]Cl.  相似文献

(4R,8R)-4,8-Dimethyldecanal, a common aggregation pheromone of Tribolium flour beetles, has been synthesized from (R)-2,3-O-isopropylideneglyceraldehyde in 11 steps and 7% overall yield. The key step in the synthesis is the highly diastereoselective chelation-controlled radical reaction of ethyl (4S,5R)-4-benzyloxy-5,6-(isopropylidenedioxy)-2-methylenehexanoate with ethyl (R)-5-iodo-3-methylpentanoate performed in the presence of 7 equiv of MgBr2·OEt2.  相似文献

Wittig reaction of 3-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]propanal (5) with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (4) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon gives the title (2E,4E)-1,3-butadiene derivative 6E in 19% isolated yield. Spectroscopic properties, crystal structure, and electrochemical behavior of the obtained new extended π-electron system 6E, compared with those of the previously reported (E)-2-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-1-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (12), are documented. Furthermore, reaction of 6E with 1,1,2,2-tetracyanoethylene (TCNE) in benzene at 25 °C for 24 h under argon affords a new Diels-Alder adduct 8 in 59% isolated yield. Along with spectroscopic properties of the [π4+π2] cycloaddition product 8, the crystal structure, possessing a cis-3,6-substituted 1,1,2,2-tetracyano-4-cyclohexene unit, is shown. Moreover, reaction of 6E with (E)-1,2-dicyanoethylene (DCNE) under the same reaction conditions as the above gives no product; however, this reaction in p-xylene at reflux temperature (138 °C) for four days under argon affords a new Diels-Alder adduct 9 in 54% isolated yield. Although reaction of 6E with DCNE in toluene at reflux temperature (110 °C) for four days under argon provides 9 very slightly, reaction of 6E with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) in toluene at reflux temperature for two days under argon yields a new Diels-Alder adduct 10, in 58% isolated yield, which upon oxidation with MnO2 in CH2Cl2 at 25 °C for 1 h gives 11, converting a (CH3)2N-4″ into CH3NH-4″ group, in 37% isolated yield. The crystal structure of 11 supports the molecular structure 10 possessing a partial structure cis-3,6-substituted 1,2-dimethoxycarbonyl-1,4-cyclohexadiene. Mononuclear mixed-ligand complexes of Pd(II) containing a N,S-heterocyclic carbene (NSHC) with a secondary alkyl N-substituent and pyridyl ligand, with the general formula [PdI2(C10H11NS)L] (C10H11NS = 3-isopropylbenzothiazolin-2-ylidene; L = pyridine, 2-aminopyridine, 3-iodopyridine and 4-tert-butyl-pyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal crystallography. Both solution and solid-state structures, as evident from their 1H NMR spectra and X-ray structures, show anagostic γ-hydrogen interactions of metal with methine of the substituent on the carbene or pyridyl ligand giving 5-membered-chelate-like structures.  相似文献

Layered zirconium benzylamino-N,N-dimethylphosphonate phosphate (ZBMPA) was prepared by the reaction of zirconyl chloride with benzylamino-N,N-dimethylphosphonic acid (H2BMPA) and phosphoric acid in the presence of hydrofluoric acid. The intercalation of n-alkylamines (n-butylamine, n-heptylamine and n-decylamine) into ZBMPA was primarily investigated at room temperature. These materials were characterized by elemental analysis, ICP, XRD, SEM, FT-IR, Raman spectra, TG and DSC. The composition of ZBMPA is Zr(HPO4)(C6H5CH2N(CH2PO3)2)0.5 · 2.0H2O. The interlayer distance of ZBMPA, n-butylamine, n-heptylamine and n-decylamine intercalation compounds is 2.03, 2.58, 2.52 and 3.17 nm, respectively. ZBMPA and the n-alkylamine intercalation compounds are different in the morphology and vibration spectra. Thermogravimetries of all materials obtained reveal three step mass losses at temperatures of up to 1000 °C. These results indicate that n-alkylamines are intercalated into the galleries of host ZBMPA.  相似文献

2-Alkyloxazolines and 2-alkylthiazolines react with 2-halobenzoyl chlorides to form N-(2-halobenzoyl)-cyclic ketene-N,O-acetals and N-(2-halobenzoyl)-cyclic ketene-N,S-acetals in excellent yields, respectively. These ketene acetals readily undergo stereocontrolled aryl radical cyclizations to afford the central six-membered rings of substituted-2,3,10,10α-tetrahydrooxazolo[3,2-b]isoquinolin-5-ones and their 2,3,10,10α-tetrahydrothiazolo[3,2-b]isoquinolin-5-one analogs. The tertiary N,O- and N,S-radicals formed upon aryl radical reaction at the ketene-N,X(X=O, S)-acetal double bond appear to have reasonable stability. The stereoselectivity in hydrogen abstractions by these intermediate radicals from both Bu3SnH and (Me3Si)3SiH was investigated. The N,S-heterocyclic fused ring products may have potential medical value.  相似文献

Treatment of the chloro-bridged dinuclear complex [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}(μ-Cl)]2 (1) with homobidentate [P,P], [As,As], [N,N], and heterobidentate [P,As], [P,N] ligands in a 1:1 molar ratio gave the dinuclear complexes [{Pd[3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N](Cl)}2{μ-L}] (L = Ph2PC4H6(NH)CH2PPh2 (2); Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2 (3); 1,3-(NH2CH2)2C6H4 (4); Ph2P(CH2)2AsPh2 (5); Ph2P(CH2)2NH2 (6)), with the bidentate ligands bridging the two cyclometallated fragments.The reaction with the homobidentate ligands in a 1:2 molar ratio in the presence of NaClO4 afforded the mononuclear compounds [[Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-P,P}][ClO4] (L = Ph2PC4H6(NH)CH2PPh2 (7); (o-Tol)2P(CH2)2P(o-Tol)2 (8)), [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2-As,As}][ClO4] (9) and [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-N,N}][ClO4] (L = NH2(CH2)3NH2 (10); NH2(C6H8)CH2(C6H8)NH2 (11); 1,3-(NH2CH2)2C6H4 (12); 1,3-(NH2)2C5H3N (13); NH2(C6H4)O(C6H4)NH2 (14); NMe2(CH2)2NMe2 (15)), in which the chloro ligands are absent and the bidentate ligands are chelated to the palladium atom.Reaction of 1 with Ph2P(CH2)2AsPh2 in 1:2 molar ratio in acetone in the presence of NH4PF6 afforded the analogous mononuclear compound [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{Ph2P(CH2)2AsPh2-P,As}][PF6] (16); whereas reaction with Ph2P(CH2)3NH2 gave [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{Ph2P(CH2)3N(CMe2)-P,N}][PF6] (17), derived from intermolecular condensation between the aminophosphine and acetone. Condensation of the NH2 group was precluded by change of solvent, using dichloromethane.Iminophoshines also reacted with 1 in 1:2 molar ratio in acetone to give a new series of mononuclear cyclometallated complexes: [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-P,N}][ClO4] (L = Ph2PC6H4C(H)NCy (20); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NC(CH3)3 (21); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NNMe2 (22); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NNHMe (23); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NNHPh (24)). Analogous complexes with a stable P,O-chelate were obtained using bidentate [P,O] donor ligands: [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-P,O}][Cl] (L = 2-(Ph2P)C6H4CHO (25); Ph2PN(Me)C(O)Me (26)).The crystal structures of compounds 1, 5, 15, 16, 18, 20 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Single crystals of the double perovskite rhenates A2BReO6 (A=Sr, Ba; B=Li, Na) were grown out of molten hydroxide fluxes. Single crystals of orange/yellow Ba2LiReO6, Ba2NaReO6 and Sr2LiReO6 were solved in the cubic, Fm-3m space group with a=8.1214(11) Å, 8.2975(3) Å, and 7.9071(15) Å, respectively, while Sr2NaReO6 was determined to be monoclinic P21/n with a=5.6737(6) Å, b=5.7988(6) Å, c=8.0431(8) Å, and β=90.02(6) °. The cubic structure consists of a rock salt lattice of corner-shared ReO6 and MO6 (M=Li, Na) octahedra which, in the monoclinic structure, are both tilted and rotated. A discrepancy exists between the symmetry of Sr2LiReO6 indicated by the single-crystal refinement of flux-grown crystals (cubic, Fm-3m) and the symmetry indicated by the powder diffraction data collected on polycrystalline samples prepared by the ceramic method (tetragonal, I4/m). It is possible that the cubic crystals are a kinetic product that forms in small quantities at low temperatures, while the powder represents the more stable polymorph that forms at higher reaction temperature.  相似文献

Cesium and tetraethylammonium salts of the ethynyl functionalized monocarba-closo-dodecaborate anions [12-HCC-closo-1-CB11H11] and [7,12-(HCC)2-closo-1-CB11H10] were obtained by desilylation of [Et4N][12-Me3SiCC-closo-1-CB11H11] and [Et4N][7,12-(Me3SiCC)2-closo-1-CB11H10], respectively. Their thermal properties were examined by differential scanning calorimetry. The compounds were characterized by multi-NMR, IR, and Raman spectroscopy, (−)-MALDI mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Single-crystals of Cs[12-HCC-closo-1-CB11H11] and [Et4N][7,12-(HCC)2-closo-1-CB11H10] were studied by X-ray diffraction. The discussion of the spectroscopic and structural properties is supported by data derived from theoretical calculations using density functional theory as well as perturbation theory.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and physical properties of five R-type Ru ferrites with chemical formula BaMRu5O11 (M=Li and Cu) and BaM2Ru4O11 (M′=Mn, Fe and Co) are reported. All the ferrites crystallize in space group P63/mmc and consist of layers of edge sharing octahedra interconnected by pairs of face sharing octahedra and isolated trigonal bipyramids. For M=Li and Cu, the ferrites are paramagnetic metals with the M atoms found on the trigonal bipyramid sites exclusively. For M′=Mn, Fe and Co, the ferrites are soft ferromagnetic metals. For M′=Mn, the Mn atoms are mixed randomly with Ru atoms on different sites. The magnetic structure for BaMn2Ru4O11 is reported.  相似文献

A Pd2dba3/P(i-BuNCH2CH2)3N catalyzed one-pot synthesis of unsymmetrically substituted trans-4-N,N-diarylaminostilbenes and both symmetrically and unsymmetrically substituted N,N-diarylaminostyrene derivatives is reported. The procedure involves two or more palladium catalyzed sequential coupling reactions (an amination and an inter-molecular Heck reaction) in one-pot using the same catalyst system with two different aryl halides, including aryl chlorides and hetero aryl halides as the coupling partners.  相似文献

The reaction of a molar excess of closo-[B12H11I][N(n-C4H9)4]2 (1) with tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium (0), Pd(0)L4, yields to the formation of the title monoanionic compound, closo-[1-B12H11P(C6H5)3][N(n-C4H9)4] (2). The structure of 2 was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis performed on a single crystal. The mechanism of formation of 2 is also discussed. We suggested a two-step mechanism for the formation of 2 consisting in a oxidative addition of the palladium complex followed by a reductive elimination involving P(C6H5)3 and assisted by Na2CO3. To our knowledge, this is the first example of monosubstitution of B12 with formation of boron-phosphorus bond.  相似文献

The aromatic [CpCo(S2C2(R)(H))] (R = Ph, Me, 9-phenanthryl, H) complexes reacted with N-halosuccinimides (NXS; X = Cl, Br, I) in carbon tetrachloride at room temperature to undergo the N-succinimide substitution reaction on the dithiolene ring, but no halogenated dithiolene complex was obtained. The imidation products [CpCo(S2C2(R)(N-sccinimide))] were yielded up to 64% where X = I and R = 9-phenanthryl. The reaction of [CpCo(S2C2(Ph)(H))] with N-bromophthalimide (NBP) also gave the imidation product [CpCo(S2C2(Ph)(N-phthalimide))]. This is the rare direct imidation reaction to an aromatic metallacycle by NXS. The reaction of [CpCo(S2C2H2)] (R = H) with NIS afforded the double imidation product. One by-product in this reaction was the dithiolene-dithiolene homo-coupling product [CpCo(S2C2(R))]2 (R = Ph, Me, 9-phenanthryl). The microwave-enhanced (MW) reactions were attempted in the carbon tetrachloride solution. Although the solution temperature increased up to only 43 °C by MW irradiation, the imidation reaction worked with short reaction time.  相似文献

The Stille cross-coupling reaction of [1-11C]acetyl chloride with tributylphenylstannane leading to [carbonyl-11C]acetophenone was studied with the goal of developing a new 11C-labeling method for positron emission tomography tracer synthesis. The coupled product [carbonyl-11C]acetophenone was synthesized using the Pd2(dba)3/P(MeNCH2CH2)3N·HCl system with a 60-61% radiochemical conversion from [1-11C]acetyl chloride (decay-corrected, n = 3).  相似文献

A new series of organo-titanium complexes have been prepared from the reaction between Ti(NMe2)4 and C2-symmetric ligands, (R,R)-11,12-bis(pyrrol-2-ylmethyleneamino)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene (1H2), and (R,R)-bis(diphenylthiophosphoramino)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene (2H2), (R,R)-11,12-bis(mesitylenesulphonylamino)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene (3H2) and (R,R)-bis(diphenylthiophosphoramino)-1,2-cyclohexane (4H2). Treatment of Ti(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv of 1H2 gives, after recrystallization from a benzene solution, the binuclear double helicate titanium amide (1)2[Ti(NMe2)2]2⋅(5) in 71% yield. While under similar reaction conditions, reaction of Ti(NMe2)4 with 1 equiv of 2H2, 3H2 or 4H2 gives, after recrystallization from a toluene or benzene solution, the mononuclear single helicate titanium amides (2)Ti(NMe2)2 (6), (3)Ti(NMe2)2 (7) and (4)Ti(NMe2)2 (8), respectively, in good yields. All new compounds have been characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, and elemental analyses. The solid-state structures of complexes 5-8 have further been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses. The titanium amides are active catalysts for the polymerization of rac-lactide, leading to the isotactic-rich polylactides.  相似文献

The reaction of lanthanide nitrate with 1,4-di (N,N-diisopropylacetamido)-2,3(1H,4H)-quinoxalinedione (L) yields six novel Ln(III) complexes ([Ln2L2(NO3)6(H2O)2]·H2O) which are characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), conductivity measurements, IR, electronic and 1H NMR spectroscopies. A new quinoxalinedione-based ligand is used as antenna ligand to sensitize the emission of lanthanide cations. The lowest triplet state energy level of the ligand in the nitrate complex matches better to the resonance level of Eu(III) and Sm(III) than Tb(III) and Dy(III) ion. The f-f fluorescence is induced in the Eu3+ and Sm3+ complexes by exciting into the π-π* absorptions of the ligand in the UV. Furthermore, the crystal structures of a novel binuclear complex [Nd2L2(NO3)6(H2O)2]·H2O has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The binuclear [Nd2L2(NO3)6(H2O)2]·H2O complex units are linked by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions to form a two-dimensional (2-D) layer supramolecule.  相似文献

Treatment of the chloro-bridged dinuclear compounds [{Pd[RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N]}(μ-Cl)]2 (R = 4-(COH), 1; R = 5-(COH), 2) with bidentate phosphorus or arsenic diphosphines or diarsine ligands in 1:1 molar ratio gave the dinuclear complexes [{Pd[RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N](Cl)}2{μ-(o-Tol)2P(CH2)2P(o-Tol)2}] (R = 4-(COH), 3; R = 5-(COH), 4), [{Pd[RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N](Cl)}2{μ-Ph2PC4H2(NH)CH2PPh2}] (R = 4-(COH), 5; R = 5-(COH), 6) and [{Pd[RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N](Cl)}2{μ-Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2}] (R = 4-(COH), 7; R = 5-(COH), 8) with the homobidentate [P,P] and [As,As] ligands in a bridging mode. Treatment of 1 and 2 with the aminophosphine Ph2P(CH2)2NH2 yields the dinuclear complexes [{Pd[RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N](Cl)}2{μ-Ph2P(CH2)2NH2}] (R = 4-(COH), 9; R = 5-(COH), 10). The analogous reactions carried out in a 1:2 molar ratio, in the presence of NH4PF6 or NaClO4, gave the mononuclear compounds [Pd{RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N}{(o-Tol)2P(CH2)2P(o-Tol)2-P,P}][PF6] (R = 4-(COH), 11; R = 5-(COH), 12), [Pd{RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N}{Ph2PC4H2(NH)CH2PPh2-P,P}][ClO4] (R = 4-(COH), 13; R = 5-(COH), 14) and [Pd{RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N}{Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2-As,As}][ClO4](R = 4-(COH), 15; R = 5-(COH), 16), with the [P,P] and [As,As] ligands chelated to the palladium atom.Treatment of 2 with Ph2P(CH2)3NH2 in a 1:2 molar ratio in acetone in the presence of NH4PF6 afforded the mononuclear compound [Pd{5-(COH)C6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N}{Ph2P(CH2)3N(Me2)-P,N}][PF6], 17, via intermolecular condensation between the aminophosphine and the solvent. Condensation was precluded using toluene as solvent to give [Pd{RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N}{Ph2P(CH2)nNH2-P,N}][PF6], (n = 3, R = 5-(COH), 18; n = 2, R = 4-(COH), 19; n = 2, R = 5-(COH), 20). Treatment of 1 and 2 with Ph2P(C6H4)CHO in a 1:2 molar ratio in the presence of NH4PF6 gave the mononuclear complexes [Pd{RC6H3C(H)NCy-C2,N}{2-(Ph2P)C6H4CHO-P,O}][PF6] (R = 4-(COH), 21; R = 5-(COH), 22) with the palladium atom bonded to four different atoms (C, N, P, O) and a chelating [P,O] ligand. The crystal structures of compounds 7, 11, 15 and 21 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Tetra-ether substituted imidazolium salts, LHX (where LH = N,N′-bis(2,2-diethoxyethyl)imidazolium cation and X = Br, BF4, PF6, BPh4, NO3 and NTf2 anions) were derived from imidazole. Attempts to produce aldehyde functionalized imidazolium salt through acid hydrolysis of LHBr resulted an unexpected tetra-hydroxy compound LAHBr and the dialdehyde compound LBHBr. Reaction of LHBr with Ag2O afforded [L2Ag][AgBr2] (1). Mononuclear Pd-complex trans-[L2PdCl2] (2) and dinuclear Pd-complex [(LPdCl2)2] (3) were obtained by 1:1 and 1:2 reaction of in situ generated Ag-carbene with Pd(CH3CN)2Cl2. cis-[LPdPPh3Cl2] (4) was synthesized from reaction of PPh3 with dinuclear complex 3. Hydrolysis of 3 under acidic conditions also generates a hydroxy derivative 3A and the aldehyde derivative 3B. Direct heating of LHBr with Ni(OAc)2 · 4H2O at 120 °C under vacuum generated trans-[L2NiBr2] (5). These complexes were characterized by NMR, mass, elemental analysis, and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Pd--Pd interaction was observed in 3. All the Pd complexes exhibited excellent catalytic activity in Heck reaction.  相似文献

(E)-(1,2-Difluoro-1,2-ethenediyl)bis[tributylstannane], 3, readily undergoes a Pd(PPh3)4/CuI-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction with iodotrifluoroethene to yield (E)-octafluoro-1,3,5-hexatriene, 4, in high isomeric purity. (1Z,3E,5Z)-(1,2,3,4,5,6-Hexafluoro-1,3,5-hexenetriyl)bis[tributylstannane], 7, was sequentially prepared from (1Z,3E,5Z)-(1,2,3,4,5,6-hexafluoro-1,3,5-hexenetriyl)bis[triethylsilane], 5, which was prepared via a Pd(PPh3)4/CuI-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of 3 with (E)-1,2-difluoro-1-iodo-2-triethylsilylethene, 6. Pd(PPh3)4/CuI cross-coupling of 7 with iodotrifluoroethene gave (3E,5E,7E)-dodecafluoro-1,3,5,7,9-decapentaene, 8.  相似文献
