Conclusions For the first time in the isoflavone series, a compound which has the structure of 5,7-dihydroxy-3,4-methylenedioxyisoflavone (3,4-methylenedioxyorobol) and two of its glucosides — 3,4-methylenedioxyorobol 7-O--D-glucoside and 3,4-methylenedioxyorobol 7-O--D-glucosylglucoside — and also a genistein C-monoglucoside, have been described. The isoflavones were isolated from the roots ofLupinus luteus L. by preparative chromatography on paper and on columns of polyamide. Results are given which confirm the structure of the furostanol glycoside from tomato seeds forming wastes of the preserving industry. From a butanolic extract of the seeds ofLycopersicum esculentum Mill. we have isolated the furostanol glycoside tomatoside A (I) the structure of which has been established as 25(S)-5-furostan-3,22,26-triol 26-O--D-glucopyranoside 3-O-[O--D-glucopyranosyl-(12)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(14)--D-galactopyranoside]. The known alkaloid lepenine and the new diterpene alkaloid akirine have been isolated from the epigeal part ofAconitum kirinense Nakai. To establish the structure of akirine, its spectral characteristics have been studied and an x-ray structural analysis has been made. The inclusion complexes based on polyethylene oxide (PEO)-containing nonionic surfactants and ()-cyclodextrins (CD) were synthesized. Their composition and crystal structure were studied. The inclusion complexes of the surfactants with -CD form a crystal structure similar to that of the -CD—PEO complex. The inclusion complexes of the nonionic surfactants with -CD form a structure similar to that of the -CD—PEO complex. The structural models of the crystalline complexes were proposed. The micelle-forming abilities of the surfactants in dilute solutions in the presence of CD were studied. The CD binding to a surfactant molecule in aqueous solutions begins from the PEO fragment. Possible reasons for the formation of inclusion complexes between noncomplementary surfactant and -CD molecules were discussed. The thermal stability was studied, and the possibility of thermal dissociation of the pseudo-complementary -CD—surfactant complexes was shown.  相似文献

It has been established that the fluorination of 3-hydroxy-5,7-steroids, unlike that of 3-hydroxy-5-steroids, does not lead to the formation of 3-fluoro derivatives. The reaction products are 3,5-cyclo-6,8(14) compounds. Consequently, to obtain the 3-fluoro derivatives of provitamins D — 7-dehydrocholesterol and ergosterol — the 5,7-diene system was first protected by the formation of a cyclo-adduct with 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione after which the adduct was fluorinated with morpholinosulfur trifluoride to the 3-fluoro adduct, and then the 5,7-double bonds were regenerated by treating the adduct with a solution of sodium methanolate in methanol.A. A new withasteroid — physangulide — has been isolated from the leaves ofPhysalis angulata L. It has been shown that physangulide is the first natural 22S-withanolide. Literature information is given on the current state of the study of the chemical transformation of cycloartane triterpenoids. A method has been developed for the transformation of the genin part of glycosides of 20,24-epoxycycloartan-25-ols with retention of the carbohydrate constituents.
