β‐(4‐Chlorobenzoyl)acrylic acid (1) proved to be a convenient precursor for the synthesis of a variety of heterocyclic systems through the reaction with compounds containing active methylene groups under Michael reaction conditions. Also, the reactivity of Michael adduct towards nitrogen nucleophiles was investigated to afford diazepine, indazole, isoxazole and quinazoline derivatives. Some of the synthesized compounds were screened for their biological activity.  相似文献

LC/MS3‐Guided biotransformation of p‐coumaric acid (=(2E)‐3‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)prop‐2‐enoic acid; CA) with H2O2/Momordica charantia peroxidase at pH 5.0 and 45° in the presence of acetone has resulted in the isolation of three CA trimers, triCA1 ( 1 ), triCA2 (trans‐ 2 ), and triCA3 (cis‐ 2 ), and seven CA dimers, diCA1–diCA7, i.e., 3 – 9 , among which seven (triCA1–triCA3 and diCA1–diCA4) are new compounds and three (diCA5–diCA7) are known compounds. The structures were established by 2D‐NMR such as HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY measurements. The possible mechanism for the formation of the products is also discussed (Schemes 1–3). This is the first time that the biotansformation of p‐coumaric acid catalyzed by peroxidase in vitro was achieved. Compounds triCA3 (cis‐ 2 ), diCA1 ( 3 ), diCA5 ( 7 ), and diCA7 ( 9 ) exhibit a stronger antioxidative activity than the parent CA.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of novel 2‐aryl‐3‐(phenylamino)‐2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives using KAl(SO4)2.12H2O (Alum) as a catalyst from an aldehyde and 2‐amino‐N‐phenylbenzohydrazine in ethanol is described. All synthesized derivatives were screened for anti‐bacterial activity. Some compounds exhibited promising anti‐bacterial activity with reference to standard antibiotics.  相似文献

Five new coumarin derivatives ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e ) with extending para‐bromophenyl at the 3‐position and substituted vinyl at the 7‐position were synthesized and characterized by FT‐IR, 1H NMR, and element analysis. The absorption and fluorescence characteristics of compounds 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e showed significant dependences on its molecular structure, which possessed large Stokes shifts (up to 8309 cm?1) and high fluorescence quantum yield (up to 0.80) in CH2Cl2. These advantageous spectral properties should allow use in many areas.  相似文献

The (4E)‐N‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5‐(3‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐diazo‐3‐oxopent‐4‐enoic acid amides 5a˜j were synthesized with N‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐diazo‐3‐oxobutyramide 4 from p‐chloroaniline and various arylaldehydes. In the present investigation, a novel series of 3‐(4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐2‐(4‐methyl‐2‐substituted thiazol‐5‐yl)thiazolidin‐4‐one derivatives were synthesized by condensation of 2‐substituted‐4‐methylthiazole‐5‐carbaldehyde with 4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)benzenamine followed by cyclo‐condensation with thioglycolic acid in toluene. All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and Mass) methods. The title compounds were screened for quantitative antibacterial activity (minimal inhibitory concentration). All compounds 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h and 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h show moderate to good antimicrobial activity, whereas compounds ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h ) also show moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

Two novel pyran annulated heterocyclic compounds(1 and 2) were synthesized and characterized via IR, 1H NMR and H RMS. The structure of compound 1 was verified by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The in vitro antibacterial activities of the two compounds against Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus ATCC 29213), methicillin-resistant S. aureus(MRSA XJ 75302), vancomycin-intermediate S. aureus(Mu50 ATCC 700699), and USA 300(Los Angeles County clone, LAC) were evaluated by observing the minimum inhibitory concentration.  相似文献

Two efficient methods for the preparation of 2‐(2‐sulfanyl‐4H‐3,1‐benzothiazin‐4‐yl)acetic acid derivatives 3 under mild conditions have been developed. The first method is based on the reaction of 3‐(2‐isothiocyanatophenyl)prop‐2‐enoates 1a – 1c with thiols in the presence of Et3N in THF at room temperature, leading to the corresponding dithiocarbamate intermediates 2 , which underwent spontaneous cyclization at the same temperature by an attack of the S‐atom at the prop‐2‐enoyl moiety in a 1,4‐addition manner (Michael addition) to give 2‐(2‐sulfanyl‐4H‐3,1‐benzothiazin‐4‐yl)acetates in one pot. The second method involves treatment of 3‐(2‐isothiocyanatophenyl)prop‐2‐enoic acid derivatives 1b – 1d with Na2S leading to the formation of 2‐(2‐sodiosulfanyl‐4H‐3,1‐benzothiazin‐4‐yl)acetic acid intermediates 5 by a similar addition/cyclization sequence, which are then allowed to react with alkyl or aryl halides to afford derivatives 3 . 2‐(2‐Thioxo‐4H‐3,1‐benzothiazin‐4‐yl)acetic acid derivatives 6 can be obtained by omitting the addition of halides.  相似文献

A series of novel thiazolidinones, that is, 2‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐((aryl)‐diazenyl)phenyl)‐3‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐thiazolidin‐4‐one, have been synthesized by reaction of various Schiff bases 2‐(4‐hydroxyphenylimino)methyl)‐4‐(aryl)diazenyl)phenol with ethanolic thioglycolic acid. Schiff bases were obtained by the reactions of 4‐amino phenol with 2‐hydroxy‐5‐((aryl)diazenyl)benzaldehyde. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectra, and C, H, N elemental analysis. The thiazolidinone derivatives were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activity.  相似文献

The NdIII coordination compounds [Nd(4‐pytza)3(H2O)2] · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Nd(4‐pytza)2(H2O)4]Cl · 2H2O ( 2 ) [H4‐pytza = 5‐(4‐pyridyl)tetrazole‐2‐acetic acid] were synthesized by reactions of K4‐pytza and NdCl3 · 6H2O at different pH values. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that 4‐pytza ligands in 1 in a μ1,3‐COO synsyn or μ1,1,3‐COO bridging mode coordinate to two central NdIII atoms to display a dinuclear unit, which is connected by one of these 4‐pytza ligands acting in end‐to‐end bridging mode to form a 1D ladder‐like chain. Different from 1 , each 4‐pytza in 2 with a μ1,3‐COO synanti bridging mode coordinates to two NdIII atoms to display a 1D zigzag chain. Furthermore, the luminescence properties of 1 and 2 were investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

A series of novel ( E )‐4‐(4‐((arylidene)amino)phenoxy)coumarin derivatives were synthesized from 4‐hydroxycoumarin in three step reactions, and their antibacterial activities against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo ) and Xanthomonas citri subsp. Citri (Xcc ) in vitro were evaluated. Result found that most of the target compounds exhibited pronounced antibacterial activities. Among the target compounds, 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3n , 3o , and 3p exhibited excellent antibacterial activities against Xoo , with EC50 values of 143.9, 127.4, 133.8, 145.8, 138.4, 116.9, 134.6, and 121.8 µg/mL, respectively, which were better than that of thiadiazole copper (203.6 µg/mL). Moreover, compounds 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3n , 3o , and 3p showed good antibacterial activities against Xcc , with EC50 values of 118.4, 126.3, 117.2, 105.3, 102.3, 95.2, 96.0, and 88.2 µg/mL, respectively, which were similar to that of thiadiazole copper (138.3 µg/mL).  相似文献

N‐2‐amino‐4‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐5,6‐dimethylnicotinonitrile ( 4 ) was utilized as key intermediate for the synthesis of some new, pyridopyrimidine, benzo[1,5][g]oxazocine, naphthoquinone, and isoindole derivatives. Isoquinolin‐5‐ylhydrazinium chloride 13 and 5‐bromoisoquinolin‐8‐ylhydrazinium chloride 14 were converted via Fischer syntheses with 3‐methylbutan‐2‐one into indolenines, 2,3,3‐trimethyl‐3H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐f]isoquinoline 15 and 5‐bromo‐2,3,3‐trimethyl‐3H‐pyrrolo[3,2‐h]isoquinoline 16 , respectively. Exposure of the indolenines to the Vilsmeier reagent produced diformyl compounds 17 and 18 , which reacted with arylhydrazines to give the corresponding pyrazoles 19a , 19b , 19c , 19d , 19e , 19f , 19g , 19h , 19i and 20a , 20b , 20c , 20d , 20e , 20f , 20g . Reaction of 17 with thiourea gave a pyrimidine‐2(1H)‐thione 23 or with hydroxylamine hydrochloride, an isoxazole 24 .  相似文献

From the reaction of 1H‐imidazole ( 1a ), 4,5‐dichloro‐1H‐imidazole ( 1b ), 1H‐benzimidazole ( 1c ), 1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole ( 1d ), and 1‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole ( 1f ) with methyl 4‐(bromomethyl)benzoate ( 2 ), symmetrically and nonsymmetrically 4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl‐substituted N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors, 3a – 3f , were synthesized. These NHC precursors were then reacted with silver(I) acetate (AgOAc) to yield the NHC–silver acetate complexes (acetato‐κO){1,3‐bis[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]imidazol‐2‐ylidene}silver ( 4a ), (acetato‐κO){4,5‐dichloro‐1,3‐bis[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4b ), (acetato‐κO){1,3‐bis[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4c ), (acetato‐κO){1‐[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐3‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4d ), (acetato‐κO){4,5‐dichloro‐1‐[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐3‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4e ), and (acetato‐κO){1‐[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐3‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4f ), respectively. The three NHC–AgOAc complexes 4a, 4c , and 4d were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. All compounds studied in this work were preliminarily screened for their antimicrobial activities in vitro against Gram‐positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, and Gram‐negative bacteria Escherichia coli using the qualitative disk‐diffusion method. All NHC–AgOAc complexes exhibited weak‐to‐medium antibacterial activity with areas of clearance ranging from 4 to 7 mm at the highest amount used, while the NHC precursors showed significantly lower activity. In addition, NHC–AgOAc complexes 4a and 4b , and 4d – 4f exhibited in preliminary cytotoxicity tests on the human renal‐cancer cell line Caki‐1 medium‐to‐high cytotoxicities with IC50 values ranging from 3.3±0.4 to 68.3±1 μM .  相似文献

A series of 2‐(phenylamino)‐4‐(trifluoromethyl)‐1,6‐dihydropyrimidine derivatives were synthesized efficienly via the reaction of aryl aldehyde, ethyl 4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxobutanoate and 1‐phenylguanidine carbonate catalyzed by sulfamic acid under solvent‐free conditions. 本文合成了一系列含有胆固醇和4-(反式-正烷基环己基)苯甲酸结构单元的新型双液晶基元液晶化合物。这些化合物中两个介晶基元是利用不同长度的氧烷酰基连接在一起。利用FT-IR、MS、1H NMR、POM、DSC 表证了所得化合物的结构和介晶性,并选择几种双液晶基元液晶测定了它们的机械黏度和在主体液晶中的螺旋扭曲力(HTP)。结果表明,绝大多数化合物显示较低相变温度的胆甾相(N*),并且被选择的化合物的平均机械黏度和螺旋扭曲力类似于或优于胆甾醇任酸酯。  相似文献

The novel cyanothioformamides 2a‐d were prepared by treatment of isothiocyanatosulfonamides 1a‐d with potassium cyanide at room temperature. Cyclocondensation of compounds 2b,c with phenyl isocyanate as electrophile furnished the corresponding imidazolidines 3a,b . The reactivity of compound 3a towards some nitrogen nucleophiles was investigated. Thus, the thiosemicarbazone 4 and imidazo[4,5‐b]quinoxaline 6 were synthesized by condensation of compound 3a with thiosemicarbazide and o‐phenylenediamine, respectively. Treatment of 3a with hydrochloric acid afforded compound 7 . Our investigation was extended to include the reactivity of cyanothioformamide 2 towards o‐aminophenol, anthranilic acid, and o‐phenylenediamine and yielded the corresponding heterocycles 9 , 11 and 13 derivatives, respectively. Structures of the synthesized compounds were established by their elemental analysis and spectral data.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C23H22BrN3, a strong conjugation of the pyrazoline chromophore with the aromatic rings at positions 1 and 3 is observed, as well as a significant shift in the synclinal→synperiplanar direction. The absolute structure was unequivocally determined. In the absence of clasical hydrogen‐bond donors, the structure is stabilized by weak C—H...π interactions. This paper also reports the electronic structure of the title compound using NBO (natural bond order) analysis. The contributions of lone pairs to the relevant bonds were revealed.  相似文献
