Summary. The first representative of the N-silylmethylamides of phosphoric acid O=P[NMe(CH2SiMe n (OEt)3-n ]3 have been synthesized by interaction of MeNHCH2SiMe n (OEt)3-n (n = 2, 3) with POCl3. The interaction of the N,N′,N″-trimethyl-N,N′,N″-tris[(ethoxydimethyl- silyl)methyl]triamide phosphoric acid with BF3·Et2O or BCl3 results in the formation of the N,N′,N″-trimethyl-N,N′,N″-tris[(fluorodimethyl-silyl)methyl]triamide phosphoric acid or N,N′,N″-trimethyl-N,N′,N″-tris[(chlorodimethylsilyl)methyl]triamide phosphoric acid. The structure of a new compound was determined using PMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy (HHCOSY, HSBC, HMBC, ROESY) as 2-[3′-methoxy,4-O-β-D-galactopyranos-1-yl)benzyl]-3-(3″,4″-dimethoxybenzyl)-4hydroxybutyric acid, which was isolated for the first time from seeds of Scotch thistle Onopordum acanthium L. *For No. XII, see [1]. Two new scaffold-like metal-organic coordination polymers, [Zn2ndc2bpe]·DMF and [Zn2ndc2dedpbp] ·4DMF (ndc is 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate, bpe is trans-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene, and dedpbp is 4,4′-diethynyl-4″,4′″-dipyridylbiphenyl), were synthesized by heating stoichiometric amounts of zinc(II) nitrate, H2ndc, and bpe or dedpbp in DMF. The structures of the polymers were established by X-ray diffraction. Coordination of linear dicarboxylate ligands to zinc cations gives rise to planar square-grid networks, and additional coordination of the bifunctional nitrogen-containing ligands results in the formation of scaffold-like triply interpenetrating structures with a primitive cubic topology. A new chromone-substituted dihydrotriflavonol, (2S,3S)[6-{(3S) 3″,5″-dihydroxy-6″-methoxydihydrochromone}5,3′,4′,5′-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxy-3-O-8-dihydroflavone]2 3-O-8[6-{(3S) 3″,5″-dihydroxy-6″methoxydihydrochromone}3,5,3′,4′,5′-pentahydroxy-7-methoxydihydroflavonol] was isolated from the leaves of Anogeissus pendula. The known alkaloids deltaline, methyllycaconitine, elasine, and the new norditerpene alkaloid alpinine were isolated from the aerial part of Delphinium alpinum. Diazonium salts were prepared by diazotization of 4′-amino-, 4′,4″-, and 4′,5″-diaminodibenzo-18-crown-6. A new furofuran lignan (1) along with four knownones (2-5) were isolated from the bark of Magnolia kobus. Their structures were elucidated as (+)-2α-(3’,4’-dimethoxyphenyl)-6α-(3″-hydroxy-4″,5″-dimethoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane (1), (+)-sesamin (2), (+)-yangambin (3), (+)-kobusin (4), and (+)-eudesmin (5) on the basis of their comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR, and by comparison of their spectral data with those of related compounds. Euchrenone a2 (7) isolated from the roots ofEuchresta japonica has been synthesised from 3-prenylphloroacetophenone (1) by other workers. We carried out its cyclodehydrogenation with dichloro dicyano quinone (DDQ) to obtain 6-acetyl-5,7-dihydroxy-2,2-dimethylchromene (2) which was ethoxymethylated in the 7-position to give 6-acetyl-7-ethoxymethoxy-5-hydroxychromene (3). Chalcone condensation of3 and 4-ethoxymethoxy-3-C-prenylbenzaldehyde (4) gave 4,6′-bisethoxymethoxy-2′-hydroxy-6″, 6″-dimethyl-3-C-prenylpyrano (2″, 3″–4,3) chalcone (5) which cyclised with methanolic sodium acetate to give protected 5,4′-bisethoxymethoxy-6″, 6″-dimethyl-3′-C-prenylpyrano (2″, 3″–7,8) flavanone (6). Deprotection of6 with 4% methanolic HCl yielded (7) with melting point and spectral data identical to that of the natural compound.  相似文献

The homogeneous polysaccharide S b RP-1″ with MW 110 kDa was isolated during an investigation of water-soluble polysaccharides from Scutellaria baicalensis roots. Its aqueous solution gave a positive reaction with iodine and exhibited high specific rotation ([α]D +188.0°). Chemical, chromatographic, and spectral methods established that S b RP-1″ was a slightly branched glucan containing in the main chain α-(1 → 4)-glucopyranose units, 8.3% of which were branched at the C-6 atom with single α-glucopyranose units. Glucan S b RP-1″ was shown to exhibit immunostimulating activity using an azathioprine model of immunosuppression.  相似文献

The results of experimental studies of the dielectric properties of 2,3-butanediol are reported. Static dielectric constant ɛs was measured at 1 MHz; dielectric constant ɛ′ and dielectric loss ɛ″ were determined by the balance method over the frequency range 2–37.5 GHz and the temperature range 293–423 K. During the reaction of the amides of benzo-and dibenzocrown thiocarboxylic acids with methyl iodide in the presence of potassium hydroxide they exhibit anomalous behavior leading to the nitriles of benzo-and dibenzocrown carboxylic acids. Sodium and potassium complexes with 4′-(4‴-benzo-15-crown-5)methyloxy-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (L1) and 4′-(4′-benzo-15-crown-5)oxy-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (L2) and heteronuclear Na, K, Ca, and transition metal complexes with L1 were synthesized. The absorption spectra in dilute dichloromethane solution at 300 K of four Oligotiophenes (OT), namely 2,2′:5′,2″-Terthiophene, 2,2′:5′,2″:5″,2″′-Quaterthiophene, 4,4″′-Didodecyl-2,2′:5′,2″:5″,2″′-quaterthiophene and 5,5′′′′′-Dihexyl-2,2′:5′,2′′:5′′,2′′′:5′′′,2′′′′:5′′′′,2′′′′′-sexithiophene, have been studied both experimentally and theoretically by using a combination of molecular dynamics simulations, time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) and perturbed matrix method calculations. A deep analysis of the theoretical results, affected by a systematic although not dramatic underestimation of the absorption maxima due to the well-documented TD-DFT limitations, clearly indicates that both the environmental (solvent) and thermal effects significantly alter the Oligotiophenes photophysical properties mainly because of the wide repertoire of the S0–S1 energy gaps and electronic densities experienced in solution by the different conformers actually populated. In particular, all the investigated OT display a very high flexibility resulting in a very high repertoire of sampled conformations. The comparison of the calculated and experimental lineshape of the S0–S1 electronic transition has clearly indicated that for a correct modeling of OT spectral features, the lack of an exhaustive sampling of semiclassical configurational space of the overall system, i.e., solute in interaction with the solvent, might result in an incomplete picture even in the presence of well-documented important aspects such as reliable definition of excited electronic states and the inclusion of quantum vibronic effects.  相似文献

Complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), and Cu(II) perchlorates and hexafluorophosphates with 4′-(4″-benzo-15-crown-5)oxy-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (L) [M(L)2](ClO4)2 · 3H2O and [M(L)2](PF6)2 · 2H2O were synthesized. The spectral criteria of ligand coordination through the terpyridine nitrogen atoms were established. An assumption concerning the benzo-15-crown-5 conformation in the ligand molecule in the synthesized complexes was made. The extraction and ion-selective properties of L were studied.  相似文献
