由吡咯和葡萄糖取代苯甲醛直接缩合制备了两种葡萄糖取代卟吩,四(邻位乙酰葡萄糖氧代苯基)卟吩和四(间位乙酰葡萄糖氧代苯基)卟吩,它们进一步金属化合成了四种葡萄糖金属卟啉,氯化四(邻位乙酰葡萄糖氧代苯基)卟吩合铁、氯化四(间位乙酰葡萄糖氧代苯基)卟吩合铁、氯化四(邻位四乙酰葡萄糖氧代苯基)卟吩合锰和氯化四(间位乙酰葡萄糖氧代苯基)卟吩合锰。它们的结构由紫外-可见光谱、元素分析和核磁共振证实。研究了这些葡萄糖取代金属卟啉对亚碘酰苯常温常压下氧化异戊烷反应的选择性催化作用。研究表明,糖基金属卟啉催化异戊烷端基碳氢键的氧化,对一级碳氢键表现出专一性催化作用。非糖基金属卟啉催化异戊烷二级和三级碳氢键的氧化。与非糖基金属卟啉比较,糖基金属卟啉对烷烃羟基化反应的催化行为更接近细胞色素P-450单充氧酶。  相似文献

In the present paper, we report an improved ion-pair solid-phase extraction (IP-SPE) method for the analysis of alkylphosphonic acids, namely, methyl, ethyl and propylphosphonic acids, present in the aqueous sample. The aqueous sample was mixed with an ion-pair reagent, phenyltrimethylammonium hydroxide (PTMAH) and passed through activated charcoal SPE cartridge. The retained chemicals in the cartridge were extracted with methanol and analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) under the electron impact ionization (EI) mode. The analytes were converted to their methyl esters by pyrolytic methylation in the hot GC injection port. The recoveries of alkylphosphonic acids were above 95% and the minimum detection limits were as low as 10 ng/mL. The recovery of the test chemicals was tested with solvents, dichloromethane, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, acetone, acetonitrile and methanol. The chemicals could be efficiently extracted by the hydrophilic solvents. The method did not work at the highly acidic pH (when acidified with dilute HCl) but worked well from pH 4.0 to 14.0. The present method was also tested with other tetra-(methyl, ethyl, propyl and n-butyl)ammonium hydroxides. The test chemicals were not converted to their methyl and ethyl esters with tetramethyl and tetraethylammonium hydroxides, whereas they were converted to their corresponding propyl and n-butyl esters with tetrapropyl and tetra(n-butyl)ammonium hydroxides. The method was also applied to two highly cross-linked polymeric sorbents DSC-6S and Oasis HLB. The recovery of the chemicals on these sorbents was observed to be poor. Methylation using phenyltrimethylammonium hydroxide is non-hazardous and advantageous over methylation using diazomethane. The method was applied to the analysis of aqueous samples given in one of the official proficiency tests conducted by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and all the spiked chemicals were identified as methyl esters.  相似文献

Tetraallylic, tetraallenic, and tetrapropargylic stannanes (0.25 equiv) react with aldehydes in methanol to provide unsaturated alcohols in good to excellent yields (56-99%). These reactions proceed exclusively with allylic rearrangement for tetra(2-butenyl)tin 2b and tetra(1,2-butadienyl)tin 16c and predominantly with allylic rearrangement for tetrapropadienyltin 16a and tetra(2-butynyl)tin 6e. Allylation reactions also proceeded smoothly with reactive ketones such as ethyl pyruvate (9a) and cyclohexanone (9b). The corresponding TFA-catalyzed reactions of dimethyl acetals 4d and 4e are regiospecific with allylic rearrangement.  相似文献

Reaction of ethyl or methyl 2-dimethylaminomethylene-3-oxoalkanoates with N-C-N dinucleophiles such as guanidine, acetamidine or benzamidine afforded in high yields the relative esters of 4-substituted 2-amino-, 2-methyl- or 2-phenyl-5-pyrimidinecarboxylic acids, respectively. These esters were hydrolyzed to the corresponding carboxylic acids, which were converted by heating to 4-substituted 2-pyrimidinamines, 2-methyl or 2-phenylpyrimidines, respectively, generally in excellent yields. The 4-unsubstituted ethyl 2-amino-, 2-methyl- and 2-phenyl-5-pyrimidinecarboxylates were obtained in moderate yields by reaction of the above dinucleophiles with ethyl 2,2-diformylacetate. These esters were hydrolyzed and the corresponding acids (with the exception of the 2-methyl derivative) were decarboxylated to give 2-pyrimidinamine and 2-phenylpyrimidine in satisfactory yields.  相似文献

Methyl 3-bromomethylbut-3-enoate smoothly reacted with prenal, β-ionylideneacetaldehyde, benzyloxyacetaldehyde, and tributylchlorostannane in the presence of zinc and aqueous ammonium chloride in tetrahydrofuran to give the corresponding δ-hydroxy-β-methylidenecarboxylic acid esters. In the absence of ammonium chloride, satisfactory yields of the products were obtained only in the reactions with prenal and benzyloxyacetaldehyde; these reactions involved lactonization of intermediate δ-hydroxy-β-methylidenecarboxylic acid esters, and the double carbon-carbon bond migrated to the conjugated position with the lactone carbonyl group. The condensation of β-ionylideneacetaldehyde with methyl 3-bromomethylbut-3-enoate was successfully used to obtain isotretinoin. Initial methyl 3-bromomethylbut-3-enoate was synthesized in a good yield from readily accessible ethyl 3,3-diethoxypropionate via cyclopropanation with ethylmagnesium bromide in the presence of titanium tetra(isopropoxide), oxidation of the acetal moiety to ester, and cleavage of the cyclopropane ring in intermediate methyl (1-methylsulfonyloxycyclopropyl)acetate.  相似文献

Ethyl 2-benzoyl-3-dimethylaminopropenoate ( 6 ) and methyl 2-benzoylamino-3-dimethylaminopropenoate ( 46 ) were used as reagents for the protection of the amino group with 2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycarbonylvinyl-1 and 2-benzoylamino-2-methoxycarbonylvinyl groups in the peptide synthesis. Reactions of ethyl 2-benzoyl-3-dimethylaminopropenoate (6) with α-amino acids gave N-(2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycarbonylvinyl-1)-α-amino acids 13–19. These were coupled with various amino acid esters to form N-(2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycar-bonylvinyl-1)-protected dipeptide esters 20–31. The removal of 2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycarbonylvinyl-1 group, which was achieved by hydrazine monohydrochloride or hydroxylamine hydrochloride, afforded hydrochlo-rides of dipeptide esters 32–41 in high yields. Similarly, the substitution of the dimethylamino group in methyl 2-benzoylamino-3-dimethylaminopropenoate ( 46 ) by glycine gave N-(2-benzoylamino-2-methoxycar-bonylvinyl-1)glycine ( 47 ), which was coupled with glycine ethyl ester to give N-[N-(2-benzoylamino-2-methoxycarbonylvinyl-1)glycyl]glycine ethyl ester ( 48 ). Treatment of 48 with 2-arnino-4,6-dirnethylpyrimi-dine afforded N-[glycyl]glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride (34) in high yield. Amino acid esters and dipeptide esters were employed in the preparation of tri- 58-70, tetra- 71–82, and pentapeptide esters 83–85 containing N-terminal 3-heteroarylamino-2,3-dehydroalanine. 2-Chloro-4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine was employed as a coupling reagent for the preparation of peptides 58–85.  相似文献

Allyl esters can be obtained by a Finkelstein-rearrangement-elimination reaction of 2-chloro-1-(chloromethyl)ethyl esters induced by NaI. Sodium iodide can be used below equivalence using a reductive agent as sodium thiosulfate. High yields are obtained with most of the diverse esters studied. The method described avoids the use of allyl alcohol as a reagent. 2-Chloro-1-(chloromethyl)ethyl esters are prepared from glycerol, the main by-product of biodiesel industry. The effectiveness of iodine as reagent to hydrolyze allyl esters is also confirmed.  相似文献

Activity of 20 wt.% MO2/Al2O3 catalysts, where M = Mn, Ce and Zr has been studied in cross-ketonization of ethyl esters of aliphatic and aromatic acids in a flow system. Pentan-3-one and tridecan-7-one were formed in ketonization of pure aliphatic esters, ethyl propanoate and ethyl heptanoate. Benzene was obtained instead of diphenylmethanone as the product of ethyl benzoate transformations. Only two ketones, dialkyl and aralkyl, were obtained from the cross-ketonization of a mixture of aliphatic and aromatic esters. The highest yield of 1-phenyl-1-heptanone (70%) from ethyl heptanoate and ethyl benzoate was reached at 698 K in the presence of MnO2/Al2O3 catalyst. Under similar conditions cross-ketonization of a mixture of ethyl propanoate and ethyl benzoate led to 1-phenyl-1-propanone (60% at 673 K).  相似文献

A new catalytic enantioselective synthetic method for the formation of optically active aromatic and heteroaromatic hydroxy-trifluoromethyl ethyl esters is presented. This catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction of trifluoromethyl pyruvate with aromatic and heteroaromatic compounds is catalyzed by a chiral bisoxazoline copper(II) complex and proceeds in good yield and with high enantiomeric excess. For a series of substituted indoles, the corresponding 3-substituted hydroxy-trifluoromethyl ethyl esters are formed in up to 93% yield and 94% ee. Pyrrole and 2-substituted pyrroles also react with trifluoromethyl pyruvate in a highly enantioselective aromatic electrophilic reaction and up to 93% ee and good yields are obtained. Furanes and thiophenes give the corresponding 2-hydroxy-trifluoromethyl ethyl esters in high enantiomeric excess; however, the yields of the products are only moderate. Various types of aromatic compounds react in this catalytic reaction with trifluoromethyl pyruvate to give the aromatic electrophilic addition product in good yield. To obtain high enantiomeric excess (> 80% ee) it is necessary that aromatic amines are protected with sterically demanding protecting groups such as benzyl or allyl. This prevents coordination of the amine nitrogen atom to the catalyst, as aromatic amines having a N,N-dimethyl group probably coordinate to the catalyst, leading to a significant reduction of the enantioselective properties of the catalyst. On the basis of the experimental results and the absolute configuration of the formed chiral center, the mechanism for the catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction is discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis of 2-(poly-p-styryl)ethyl esters of hexanoic, heptanoic, octanoic, nonanoic and decanoic acids as well as (poly-p-styryl)methyl octanoate and poly-2-(nitro-p-styryl)ethyl octanoate are described and their photochlorination are studied and compared with the monomeric (conventional) photochlorination of the methyl, benzyl and 2-phenylethyl esters of these acids. A general procedure is described for the preparation of 6-substituted-5-hydroxy-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid ethyl esters (6-substituted-5-hydroxy-3(2H)-pyridazinone-4-carboxylic acid ethyl esters). These compounds are shown to undergo selective alkylation at the 2-position in moderate to good yields (19-77%) to afford 2,6-disubstituted-5-hydroxy-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid ethyl esters (2,6-disubstituted-5-hydroxy-3(2H)-pyridazinone-4-carboxylic acid ethyl esters).  相似文献

以5-Cl水杨醛和L-苯丙氨酸、L-亮氨酸及L-甘氨酸的脂肪酸酯为原料,通过碱催化的席夫碱缩合反应,合成了6种N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)席夫碱氨基酸酯及其还原产物N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)氨基酸酯。 化合物的结构及组成经过IR、1H NMR和元素分析测试技术进行了表征。 合成的席夫碱及其还原产物对革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌及真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。 质量分数为0.01%的N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)席夫碱氨基酸酯对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达90%以上,而N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)氨基酸酯对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率也在90%以上,均为强抑菌活性,其中N-(5-氯-2-羟苄基)苯丙氨酸酯的抑菌率达98%以上。  相似文献

Esters of 3-cyano-2-oxo-5, 6-tri (tetra)-methylene-1, 2-dihydroisonicotinic and 2-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-5, 6-tri (tetra)methyleneisorticotinic acids have been obtained by the reaction of 2-oxocyclopentyl(hexyl)glyoxylic acid esters with malonic acid derivatives. Boiling the esters containing a tetramethylene ring with 75% sulfuric acid gave hydrolysis of the ester and cyano groups to carboxyl with subsequent decarboxylation at the 3 position and the formation of 2-oxo-5, 6-tetramethylene-1, 2-dihydroisonicotinic acid (2-oxo-1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8-hexahydroquinoline-4-carboxylic acid).Perm Pharmaceutical Institute, Perm, 614000. The presence of catalytic amounts of CeCl(3) improves yields and simplifies procedure in the Reformatsky reactions of ethyl bromofluoroacetate with aldehydes and ketones to generate diastereomeric mixtures of alpha-fluoro-beta-hydroxy esters, some of which can be separated by crystallization or column flash chromatography. Diastereomerically pure alpha-fluoro-beta-hydroxy acids are obtained by mild alkaline hydrolysis of the resolved alpha-fluoro-beta-hydroxy esters. Detailed NMR data of new alpha-fluoro-beta-hydroxy esters and alpha-fluoro-beta-hydroxy acids are also presented.  相似文献

The colorimetric detection of anionic species has been studied for α‐amino acid‐conjugated poly(phenylacetylene)s, which were prepared by the polymerization of the ethyl esters of N‐(4‐ethynylphenylsulfonyl)‐L ‐alanine, L ‐isoleucine, L ‐valine, L ‐phenylalanine, L ‐aspartic acid, and L ‐glutamic acid using Rh+(2,5‐norbornadiene)[(η6‐C6H5)B?(C6H5)3] as the catalyst in CHCl3. The one‐handed helical conformations of all the sulfonamide‐functionalized polymers were characterized by Cotton effects in the circular dichroism spectra. The addition of anions with a relatively high basicity, such as tetra‐n‐butylammonium acetate and fluoride, induced drastic changes in both the optical and chiroptical properties. On the other hand, anions with a relatively low basicity, such as tetra‐n‐butylammonium nitrate, azide, and bromide, had essentially no effects on the helical conformation of all the sulfonamide‐functionalized polymers. The anion signaling property of the sulfonamide‐functionalized polymers possessing α‐amino acid moieties was significantly affected by the installed residual amino acid structures. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Model compounds have been used in studies at 60° in connection with transfer to polymer during the copolymerization of vinyl acetate with esters of fumaric acid. Succinate esters were used to simulate the fumarate ester units and ethyl acetate the vinyl acetate units in the copolymers. The succinate esters are much more reactive than ethyl acetate in transfer reactions with polyvinyl acetate radicals. Methyl isobutyrate and methyl propionate were also examined to assess the difference in reactivity in transfer of tertiary and secondary hydrogen atoms. It is concluded that branching is a very important reaction in the preparation of high conversion copolymers of fumarate esters with vinyl acetate.  相似文献

A number of 8-hydroxy-6-methyl-1,6-naphthyridin-5(6H)-one-7-carboxylic acid alkyl esters 3 and the isomeric 5-hydroxy-7-methyl-1,7-naphthyridin-8(7H)-one-6-carboxylic acid alkyl esters 4 were synthesized from acyclic precursors obtained starting from quinolinic anhydride 5. Thus, methanolysis of 5 afforded the hemiester 6 which treated with oxalyl chloride and sarcosine ethyl ester gave 3-(N-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-N-methylcarbamoyl)pyridine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester 8. Compound 8 was cyclized to naphthyridines 3a-e with sodium alkoxides. The isomeric naphthyridines 4a-c were obtained by cyclization of the open intermediary 2-(N-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-N-methylcarbamoyl)pyridine-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester 9 obtained by a route that involves treatment of 5 with sarcosine ethyl ester and esterification with diazomethane. Spectroscopic properties (1H nmr, uv, ir) of compounds 3 and 4 are discussed and confirmed the proposed structures.  相似文献
