Two new dihydroflavonoids named villosin A and villosin B were obtained from the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Patrinia villosa Juss. Their structures were elucidated as (2S)-5, 2', 6'-trihydroxy-2", 2"-dimethylpyrano [5", 6": 6, 7]flavanone 1 and (2S, 3"S)-5, 2', 6'-trihydroxy-3"-γ, γ-dimethylallyl-2", 2"-dimethyl-3", 4"-dihydropyrano [5", 6": 6, 7] flavanone 2 by spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, HR-TOF- MS, 1D NMR and 2D NMR techniques.  相似文献

墓头回系败酱科败酱属植物,有异叶败酱patrinia heterophylla Bge和糙叶败酱patrinia scabra Bge。分布于陕西、河南、河北、山西等地。根及全草入药用。其中含挥发油、黄酮、皂甙、萜类等多种化学成分,临床上用于治疗急性阑尾炎初起,瘰疬等症。有效成分主要是以齐墩果酸苷元和常春藤苷元组成的三萜皂甙,其总皂苷具有抗肿瘤等作用。目前对齐墩果酸苷含量的测定已有报道。本文建立用比色法测定墓头回中总皂甙含量的方法,并对5种不同产地墓头回植物不同部位中总皂甙的含量进行了测定。  相似文献

As a traditional Chinese medicine, Patrinia scabiosifolia Link has been used to treat various inflammatory-related diseases, and recent studies have shown that it possesses potent anti-inflammatory activity. Therefore, phytochemical investigation on whole plants of P. scabiosifolia were carried out, which led to the isolation of two new iridoid glucosides, patriniscabiosides A (1) and B (2), together with six known compounds (3–8). The structural elucidation of all compounds was performed by HRESIMS and extensive spectroscopic analyses including IR, 1D, 2D NMR, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD). All the isolated compounds were tested for their anti-inflammatory activity using the NF-κB-Dependent Reporter Gene Expression Assay, and compound 3 displayed anti-inflammatory activity through the inhibition of the NF-κB pathway, with an inhibitory rate of 73.44% at a concentration of 10 μM.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Patrinia rupestris afforded a new triterpenoid patrirupin A ( 1 ) and a new iridoid patrirupin B ( 2 ), as well as three known triterpenoids: 3‐oxo‐olean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid ( 3 ), ursolic acid ( 4 ), α‐amyrin ( 5 ), three known iridoids: isovaltratum ( 6 ), 11‐ethoxyviburtinal ( 7 ), homobaldrinal ( 8 ), five known steroids: ergosterol ( 9 ), ergost‐6,22‐diene‐3β,5α,8α‐triol ( 10 ), 6‐hydroxenone ( 11 ), β‐sitosterol ( 12 ), daucosterol ( 13 ), and two known flavones: 1‐hydroxy‐5‐methoxy xanthen‐9‐one ( 14 ), 3′,4′,5,7‐tetrahydroxyflavanone ( 15 ). The new compounds were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, 1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS, and the known ones were established on the basis of comparing their NMR data with those of the corresponding compounds in the literature.  相似文献

Two new iridoids 1,3-dimethyloxy-7-hydroxymethyl-4-(3-methyl-butyryloxymethyl)-1-hydrocyclopenta-4,7-diene[c]pyran-6-one (1) and 1,3-dimethyloxy-7-hydroxymethyl-4-methyloxymethyl-1-hydrocyclopenta-4,7-diene[c]pyran-6-one (2) were isolated from the roots of Patrinia scabra Bunge. 用半制备型反相高效液相色谱(RPLC)对白花败酱草氯仿萃取物进行了分离制备。色谱柱为YWGC18(200 mm×10.0 mm i.d.,10μm),流动相为乙腈∶水∶乙酸(55∶45∶1,V/V),检测波长280 nm,流速4.0mL/m in,进样750μL(样品液浓度30 g/L)。在此条件下一次分离得到5个单体化合物,经理化反应和光谱分析分别鉴定为bolusanthol B(1),(2S)-5,7,2,′6-t′etrahydroxy-6-lavandu lylated flavanone(2),(2S)-5,2,′6-′trihydroxy-2,″2-″d im ethylpyrano[5,″6″∶6,7]flavanone(3),orotin in(4)和orotin in-5-m ethyl ether(5)。其中2和3为新化合物,1、4和5为首次从败酱属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Three new (13) and 17 known (420) iridoid and secoiridoid glycosides were isolated from a methanol extract of the rhizomes and roots of Gentiana scabra. Their chemical structures were elucidated from 1D and 2D NMR, IR absorption, and HR-ESI-MS spectra, as well as comparisons of these data with reported values. The effects of the isolated compounds on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated bone marrow-derived dendritic cells were investigated. Compounds 6, 10 and 20 exhibited significant inhibitory effects on LPS-induced IL-12 p40 and IL-6 production with IC50 values of 1.62–14.29 μM. Compound 10 also showed a strong inhibitory effect on the LPS-stimulated production of TNF-α with an IC50 value of 10.45 μM.  相似文献
