A novel 1:2 proton transfer self‐associated compound LH2 , (GH+)2(pydc2—), was synthesized from the reaction of dipicolinic acid, pydcH2, (2, 6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid), and guanidine hydrochloride, (GH+)(Cl). The characterization was performed using IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. LH2 · H2O crystallizes in the space group C2/c of the monoclinic system and contains eight molecules per unit cell. The unit cell dimensions are: a = 26.480(5)Å, b = 8.055(2)Å, c = 14.068(3)Å. The first coordination complex (GH)2[Cd(pydc)2] · 2H2O, was prepared using LH2 and cadmium(II) iodide, and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray crystallography. The crystal system is triclinic with space group P1¯ with one molecule per unit cell. The unit cell dimensions are: a = 8.5125(7)Å, b = 11.0731(8)Å, c = 13.2404(10)Å. The cadmium(II) atom is six‐coordinated with a distorted octahedral geometry. The two pydc2— units are almost perpendicular to each other. The protonation constants of the building blocks of the pydc‐guanidine adduct, the equilibrium constants for the reaction of pydc2— with guanidine and the stoichiometry and stability of the Cd2+ complex with LH2 in aqueous solution were accomplished by potentiometric pH titration. The solution studies strongly support a self‐association between pydc2— and GH+ with a stoichiometry for the CdII complex similar to that observed for the isolated crystalline complex. In fact, the [Cd(pydc)2]2— complex was found as the most abundant species in solution (> 90 %) at a pH >5.  相似文献

Two rare metal coordination complexes of yttrium(III) including 1,10‐phenanthroline, Y(phen)2(NO3)3 and (phenH)2[Y2(pydc)3(NO3)2·6H2O] (phen=1,10‐phenanthroline, pydc=2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylate), and a proton transfer compound (phenH+)2(pydc2?) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, infrared spectra (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and thermal analysis. The proposed structures of yttrium complexes were exhibited. The in vitro biological activities of the newly synthesized complexes have also been investigated against Bacillus coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The results showed that yttrium(III) complexes including 1,10‐phenanthroline exhibited better antibacterial/antifungal activity than their ligands and corresponding compounds.  相似文献

For charge balance in the title compound, (H5O2)(C3H7N6)3[Mn(C7H3NO4)2]2(OH)·C7H5NO4·5H2O, it is assumed that the metal atom site is disordered MnII/MnIII, probably due to partial air oxidation of the starting MnII species. The formula unit of the complex contains a hydroxonium hydrate cation, H5O2+, also known as the Zundel cation, with twofold symmetry. The O...O [2.445 (10) Å] and O...H distances [1.24 (2) Å] in the H5O2+ cation indicate a strong hydrogen bond. In addition, there is a hydroxide ion that is disordered with respect to a twofold rotation axis. One of the melaminium groups and the pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (pydc) ligand also reside on crystallographic twofold axes. The coordination environment of the Mn ion is distorted octahedral. Three intermolecular C=O...π interactions are observed, with distances of 3.536 (4), 3.262 (4) and 3.750 (4) Å between carboxylate C=O groups and the centroids of the aromatic rings of pydc and melaminium. There are numerous O—H...O, O—H...N, N—H...O, N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Most of the components of the structure are organized into one plane.  相似文献

The two complexes (pydaH)2[Ce(pydc)2(H2O)2]2 · 2H2O (1) and (phenH)2[Bi(pydc)2(H2O)]2 · 5H2O (2) were prepared from the proton transfer compounds containing the 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylate ion. 1 was synthesized from the reaction of Ce(NO)3 · 6H2O with the proton transfer compound, (pydaH2)(pydc), (pyda=2,6‐diaminopyridine, pydcH2=2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid). 2 was synthesized from the reaction of proton transfer compound, (phenH)2(pydc), (phen=1,10‐phenanthroline), with Bi(NO3)3 · 5H2O. The characterization was carried out using IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The complex 1 crystallizes in the space group of the triclinic system, and contains two molecules per unit cell. The structure has been refined to a final value for the crystallographic R factor of 0.0342 based on 8851 reflections. The unit cell parameters are: a = 9.753(2) Å, b = 10.503(2) Å, c = 10.774(2) Å, α = 83.905(4)°, β = 88.089(4)°, and γ = 82.636(3)°. The crystal structure illustrates that cerium atoms are connected together through the four‐membered ring Ce2O2. 2,6‐Pyridinedicarboxylate fragment acts as a tridentate ligand. The molecular structure contains four (pydc)2? ligands, two of which are bridge ligands linking the two central atoms. The complex 2 crystallizes in the space group of the triclinic system and contains two molecules per unit cell. The unit cell dimensions are: a = 8.8860(4) Å, b = 12.0132(6) Å, c = 13.0766(6) Å, α = 100.967(1)°, β = 96.681(1)° and γ = 94.191(1)°. The structure has been refined to a final value for the crystallographic R factor of 0.0471 based on 9576 reflections. In this complex, 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylate moiety has acted as a tridentate ligand and the lattice is composed of binuclear unit, [Bi(pydc)2(H2O)]22?, (phenH)+ counter ions and five lattice waters. In both complexes hydrogen bonds, π‐π stacking and ion‐pairing play important roles in stabilizing the corresponding lattice. The stoichiometry and stability of the ZnII, CdII, PbII, and CeIII complexes with (pydaH2)(pydc) in aqueous solution were investigated by potentiometric pH titration. The solution studies revealed that the stoichiometry of the crystalline complexes of the proton transfer system (pydaH2)(pydc) with CeIII, obtained in this study, and those with ZnII, CdII and PbII, reported in our previous studies, are in close agreements. The complexation reactions of phen, pydc, and 2phen+pydc with BiIII in aqueous solution were investigated by potentiometric pH titrations, and the equilibrium constants for all major complexes formed are described.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H8N2)]·H2O}n or {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), the Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and by four O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Zn—O distances in the range 2.042 (4)–2.085 (5) Å and Zn—N distances of 2.133 (5) and 2.137 (5) Å. The {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n infinite zigzag polymer forms a helical chain of [Zn2(OH‐BDC)2]n units. Face‐to‐face π–π interactions (3.60–3.75 Å) occur between two phen rings belonging to the same helical chain. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the carboxylate O atoms, the hydroxyl group and the water molecule, forming two‐dimensional sheets.  相似文献

The title compound, tris[(R)‐2‐hydroxypropanamide‐κ2O,O′]zinc(II) tetrabromozincate, [Zn(C3H7NO2)3][ZnBr4], contains one monomeric six‐coordinate zinc complex cation and one tetrahedral [ZnBr4]2− anion. Both ZnII atoms lie on threefold axes. Coordination in the cation occurs via the amide and hydroxy O atoms [Zn—O = 2.074 (5) and 2.073 (6) Å] and has a distorted octahedral geometry, with cis‐O—Zn—O angles in the range 76.2 (2)–109.2 (2)°. In the crystal structure, the cations and anions are linked by N—H⋯Br and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, generating a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The molecular structure of the title tricyclic compound, C17H21NO4, which is the immediate precursor of a potent synthetic inhibitor {Lek157: sodium (8S,9R)‐10‐[(E)‐ethylidene]‐4‐methoxy‐11‐oxo‐1‐azatricyclo[7.2.0.03,8]undec‐2‐ene‐2‐carboxylate} with remarkable potency, provides experimental evidence for the previously modelled relative position of the fused cyclohexyl ring and the carbonyl group of the β‐lactam ring, which takes part in the formation of the initial tetrahedral acyl–enzyme complex. In this hydrophobic molecule, the overall geometry is influenced by C—H?O intramolecular hydrogen bonds [3.046 (4) and 3.538 (6) Å, with corresponding normalized H?O distances of 2.30 and 2.46 Å], whereas the molecules are interconnected through intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bonds [3.335 (4)–3.575 (5) Å].  相似文献

The title compound [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3) · 2(phen)(H2O) with phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline was prepared by the stoichiometric reaction of La(NO3)3 · 6 H2O and 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 11.052(2), b = 13.420(2), c = 16.300(2) Å, α = 78.12(1)°, β = 88.77(1)°, γ = 83.03(1)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.1028) consists of [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2]2+ complex cations, NO3 anions, phen and H2O molecules. The La atom is 10‐fold coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and six O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bidentate chelating NO32– ligands with d(La–O) = 2.522–2.640 Å and d(La–N) = 2.689–2.738 Å. The intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions play an essential role in the formation of two different 2 D layers parallel to (001), which are formed by complex cations and uncoordinating phen molecules, respectively. The uncoordinated NO3 anions and H2O molecules are sandwiched between the cationic and phen layers.  相似文献

In the first title salt, [Cu(C12H8N2)2(C5H10N2Se)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment defined by four N donors from two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands and by the Se donor of a 1,3‐dimethylimidazolidine‐2‐selone ligand, with the equatorial plane defined by the Se and by two N donors from different phen ligands and the axial sites occupied by the two remaining N donors, one from each phen ligand. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.980 (10)–2.114 (11) Å and the Cu—Se distance is 2.491 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine rings and the central rings of phen ligands generate chains of cations. In the second salt, [Cu(C10H8N2)2(C3H6N2S)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a similar distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment comprising four N donors from two 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) ligands and an S donor from an imidazolidine‐2‐thione ligand. The equatorial plane is defined by the S donor and two N donors from different bipy ligands. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.984 (6)–2.069 (7) Å and the Cu—S distance is 2.366 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine and pyridyl rings form chains of cations. A major difference between the two structures is due to the presence in the second complex of two N—H...O hydrogen bonds linking the imidazolidine N—H hydrogen‐bond donors to perchlorate O‐atom acceptors.  相似文献

The title compounds, C12H13NO4, are derived from l ‐threonine and dl ‐threonine, respectively. Hydrogen bonding in the chiral derivative, (2S/3R)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐oxoisoindolin‐2‐yl)butanoic acid, consists of O—Hacid?Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole chains [O?O 2.659 (3) and 2.718 (3) Å], Csp3—H?O and three C—H?πarene interactions. In the (2R,3S/2S,3R) racemate, conventional carboxylic acid hydrogen bonding as cyclical (O—H?O=C)2 [graph set R22(8)] is present, with Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole, Csp3—H?O and C—H?πarene interactions. The COOH group geometry differs between the two forms, with C—O, C=O, C—C—O and C—C=O bond lengths and angles of 1.322 (3) and 1.193 (3) Å, and 109.7 (2) and 125.4 (3)°, respectively, in the chiral structure, and 1.2961 (17) and 1.2210 (18) Å, and 113.29 (12) and 122.63 (13)°, respectively, in the racemate structure. The O—C=O angles of 124.9 (3) and 124.05 (14)° are similar. The differences arise from the contrasting COOH hydrogen‐bonding environments in the two structures.  相似文献

Five new complex compounds of the formula Ln(phen)2(NO3)3 were prepared. The X‐ray structural analyses indicate that they crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with cell dimensions for example for Pr(phen)2(NO3)3: a = 11.194(1) Å, b = 18.095(2) Å, c = 13.101(2) Å, β = 100.52(1)°, V = 2609.1(6) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal structures consist of [Ln(phen)2(NO3)3] complex molecules. The rare earth atoms are coordinated by four N atoms of two phen ligands and six O atoms of three nitrato groups to complete a distorted bicapped dodecahedron. The [Ln(phen)2(NO3)3] complex molecules are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions between the neighboring phen ligands to form 1D columnar chains, which are then arranged in the crystal structures according to pseudo 1D close‐packed patterns.  相似文献

trans‐Diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II) dihydrate, [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II) dihydrate, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, contain the same isoquinoline ligand, with both metal atoms residing on a centre of symmetry and having the same distorted octahedral coordination. In the former complex, the Co—O(water) bond length in the axial direction is 2.167 (2) Å, which is longer than the Co—O(carboxylate) and Co—N bond lengths in the equatorial plane [2.055 (2) and 2.096 (2) Å, respectively]. In the latter complex, the corresponding bond lengths for Ni—O(water), Ni—O(carboxylate) and Ni—N are 2.127 (2), 2.036 (2) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by similar stacking interactions of the ligand, and also by hydrogen bonds between the hydrate and coordinated water molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Co(C8H7NO2)2(H2O)2](NO3)2}n, is the first d‐metal ion complex involving bidentate bridging of a β‐dialdehyde group. The Co2+ ion is situated on an inversion centre and adopts an octahedral coordination with four equatorial aldehyde O atoms [Co—O = 2.0910 (14) and 2.1083 (14) Å] and two axial aqua ligands [Co—O = 2.0631 (13) Å]. The title compound has a two‐dimensional square‐grid framework structure supported by propane‐1,3‐dionate O:O′‐bridges between the metal ions. The organic ligand itself possesses a zwitterionic structure, involving conjugated anionic propane‐1,3‐dionate and cationic pyridinium fragments. Hydrogen bonding between coordinated water molecules, the pyridinium NH group and the nitrate anions [O...O = 2.749 (2) and 2.766 (3) Å, and N...O = 2.864 (3) Å] is essential for the crystal packing.  相似文献

In trans‐bis(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(C10H12NO2)2(CH4O)2], the Cu atom lies on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral coordination. The Cu—O(methanol) bond length in the axial direction is 2.596 (3) Å, which is much longer than the Cu—O(carboxylate) and Cu—N distances in the equatorial plane [1.952 (2) and 1.977 (2) Å, respectively]. In mer‐tris(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H12NO2)3], the Fe atom also has a distorted octahedral geometry, with Fe—O and Fe—N bond‐length ranges of 1.949 (4)–1.970 (4) and 2.116 (5)–2.161 (5) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by stacking interactions of the 5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand, although hydrogen bonds also contribute to the stabilization of the copper(II) complex.  相似文献

Single crystals of {[Cu(TO)2(H2O)2](NO3)2}n (TO: 1, 2, 4‐triazol‐5‐one) were grown by slow evaporation from aqueous solution. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, with a = 7.082(1), b = 10.285(1), c = 17.911(3)Å, V = 1304.6(3)Å3, Z = 4. The CuII distorted octahedra are bridged by bidentate TO ligands into infinite 2‐D interlaced rhombic grid‐like network planes, {[Cu(TO)2(H2O)2]2+}n. Hydrogen bonds, electrostatic interactions, and weak van der Waals' forces assemble these planes and the NO3 anions to a layered structure. The title compound decomposes at 153.4 °C to the final products, Cu(CN)2 and CuO.  相似文献

The 1:1 proton transfer compound LH2, (creatH)+ (pydcH)?, has been prepared from the reaction of creatinine, creat, and dipicolinic acid, pydcH2, (2, 6‐ pyridinedicarboxylic acid) and characterized using IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The first coordination complex (creatH)[Zn(pydc)(pydcH)]·4H2O, was prepared using LH2 and zinc(II) nitrate, and characterized using IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X‐ray crystallography. The crystal system is triclinic with space group with two molecules per unit cell. The unit cell dimensions are a = 8.085(2) Å, b = 10.802(4) Å, c = 13.632(4) Å, α = 104.98(2)°, β = 90.31(2)° and γ = 92.55(3)°. The structure has been refined to a final value for the crystallographic R factor of 0.0381 based on 3003 reflections. The zinc atom is six‐coordinated with a distorted octahedral geometry. The (pydc)2? and (pydcH)? units are almost perpendicular to each other. Extensive hydrogen bondings between carboxylate groups, (creatH)+ and water molecules throughout the zinc(II) complex as well as π–π stacking and ion pairing play important roles in stabilizing the corresponding lattices. The protonation constants of the building blocks of the pydcH2‐creat adduct, the equilibrium constants for the reaction of (pydc)2? with creat and the stoichiometry and stability of the ZnII complex with LH2 in aqueous solution were accomplished by potentiometric pH titration. The solution studies support a self‐associated (creatH)+(pydcH)? as the most abundant species at pH = 3.4. The stoichiometry of the crystalline complex (i.e. (creatH) [Zn(pydc)(pydcH)])and that of the most abundant species detected in solution were found the same.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[[diaqua‐1κ2O‐tetrakis(μ3‐pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato)‐2:1:2′κ10N,O2:O2′,O3:O3′;2:1:2′κ8O3:O3′:N,O2‐diiron(III)strontium(II)] dihydrate], {[Fe2Sr(C7H3O4)4(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, which has triclinic (P) symmetry, was prepared by the reaction of pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid, SrCl2·6H2O and Fe(OAc)2(OH) (OAc is acetate) in the presence of imidazole in water at 363 K. In the crystal structure, the pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylate (pydc2−) ligand exhibits μ3‐η1111 and μ3‐η11111 coordination modes, bridging two FeIII cations and one SrII cation. The SrII cation, which is located on an inversion centre, is eight‐coordinated by six O atoms of four pydc2− ligands and two water molecules. The coordination geometry of the SrII cation can be best described as distorted dodecahedral. The FeIII cation is six‐coordinated by O and N atoms of four pydc2− ligands in a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Each FeIII cation bridges two neighbouring FeIII cations to form a one‐dimensional [Fe2(pydc)4]n chain. The chains are connected by SrII cations to form a three‐dimensional framework. The topology type of this framework is tfj . The structure displays O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the structure of the novel zinc complex catena‐poly[[diaqua(4‐hydroxybenzohydrazide)zinc(II)]‐μ‐sulfato], [Zn(SO4)(C7H8N2O2)(H2O)2]n, the complex cations are linked by sulfate counter‐ions into helical polymeric chains extending along the b axis. Each helix is stabilized by six intrachain hydrogen bonds involving stronger O—H...O (1.83–2.06 Å) and weaker N—H...O (2.20–2.49 Å) interactions. The ZnII atom displays a distorted octahedral geometry formed by the 4‐hydroxybenzohydrazide ligand, two water molecules and two SO42− ions, which is very similar to the metal‐atom environment in a previously reported CoII complex [Zasłona, Drożdżewski & Kubiak (2010). J. Mol. Struct. 982 , 1–8], especially the Zn—O and Zn—N bond lengths of 2.0453 (12)–2.1602 (9) and 2.1118 (12) Å, respectively.  相似文献
