在混合表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTMAB)和吐温 80 (Tween80 )存在下 ,研究了 3,5 二溴水杨基荧光酮 (DBSAF)与钨 (Ⅵ )显色反应的光度特性。在 0 6 0mol·L-1HCl介质中 ,钨 (Ⅵ )与DBSAF及表面活性剂形成胶束络合物 ,采用混合表面活性剂使增溶增敏作用更为显著 ,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数ε =2 6 4× 10 5L·mol-1·cm-1,λmax =5 2 7nm。用摩尔比法和连续变换法测得钨 (Ⅵ )与DBSAF所形成的络合物化学计量比为 1∶2。钨 (Ⅵ )含量在 0~ 4 0 0 μg·L-1范围服从比尔定律 ,拟定分析方法可直接用于合金钢样品中微量钨的测定  相似文献

研究了显色剂2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(简称为5-Br-PADAP)与铁(Ⅱ)显色反应条件,在pH=6.0的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲体系中,采用阳离子表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶增溶增敏。铁(Ⅱ)与显色剂形成的配合物组成为Fe(Ⅱ)∶R=1∶2,络合物具有两个吸收峰,分别位于λ1=556nm与λ2=748nm。选择748nm进行测定,其摩尔吸光系数为ε748=3.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1。铁含量在0—30μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律。此法用于水样中微量铁的测定,结果准确可靠。  相似文献

建立了表面活性剂增敏分光光度法测定水样中微量锡的新方法.锡与二甲酚橙形成络合物,在pH 9.5时吸光度A最大,加入聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)胶束后,络合物的稳定性好,灵敏度大大增加.实验条件下显色络合物的最大吸收峰位于431 nm处,线性范围为Sn 2.0-20.0 μg/mL,回收率为98.9%-104.2%.此方法选择性好、灵敏度高、操作简单,用于分析水样中的微量锡,结果令人满意.  相似文献

研究了新显色剂3,5-二(1-羧基-4,5-二甲氧基-2-苯氨基偶氮基)苯甲酸(CDMOBAABA)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在TritonX-100存在下,于pH9.5的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,CDMOBAABA与铜(Ⅱ)形成棕红色配合物。试剂与络合物的最大吸收波长分别为450nm和540nm。表观摩尔吸光系数为2.43×105L·mol-1.cm-1。铜(Ⅱ)含量在0—20μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。该方法用于铝合金样品中铜的测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法相吻合,相对标准偏差1.89%。  相似文献

合成了新显色剂1-偶氮苯-3-(3-硝基-5-氯-2-吡啶)-三氮烯(ABNCPDT)。研究了它与铜的显色反应。在pH10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,Triton X-100表面活性剂存在下,试剂与铜生成4∶1型红色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.48×105L·mol-1·cm-1。Cu2 浓度在0—480μg/L范围内符合比耳定律,用于测定铝合金中微量铜,结果满意。  相似文献

研究了溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)和正丁醇、正庚烷、水4组分构成的微乳液对铬天青S与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应的增敏作用,建立了测定大米中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的分光光度新方法.结果表明,在pH=6.00的NaH2PO4-NaAc缓冲溶液介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与铬天青S形成蓝绿色配合物,λmax=604 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.608×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,在0-1.2 mg/L范围内吸光度与Cu2 浓度呈良好的线形关系,线性回归方程为:A=-0.01475 0.39036V,相关系数为r=0.9996.应用该方法对大米中的铜进行测定,相对标准偏差RSD=2.8%,加标回收率为97%-104%.结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度、准确度与精密度,适合大米中痕量铜的测定.  相似文献

在表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)存在下,传统意义上的自由基清除剂甲酸钠反而对铬酸钾一鲁米诺-腺嘌呤化学发光体系表现出了很好的化学发光增敏效果,文章通过化学发光发射光谱,紫外可见光谱及化学反应等手段探讨了这一化学发光体系的增敏机理,结果表明:化学发光体系的增敏是由于反应体系中甲酸钠的存在使原有发光体系中的羟基自由基(OH·)转化为氧自由基(O2·)所致.以此为基础建立了流动注射化学发光法测定腺嘌呤的高灵敏方法,腺嘌呤在2.45×10-11~8.18×10-9 mol·L-1范围内成良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 3),检出限为8.72×10-12 mol·L-1.该法已成功用于测定维生素B4药品中的腺嘌呤的含量,结果令人满意.  相似文献

研究3种不同类型的表面活性剂,对聚乙烯醇固定化乙酰胆碱酯酶(PVA-AChE)活性的影响.选用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作酶促反应体系的增敏和终止剂,0.6g·L-1 CTAB使酶促反应增敏27%,5g·L-1 CTAB对酶促反应终止作用良好,优化了实验条件,初探了作用机理.用建立的方法测定马拉硫磷的检出限为1.8×10-9g·L-1,线性范围为8-160ng·mL-1,11次测定马拉硫磷(50ng· mL-1)的相对标准偏差为2.8%;用于测定小白菜样品中马拉硫磷的回收率为88.8%-95.6%.  相似文献

研究了在不使用表面活性剂的情况下,新型卟啉吡啶季铵盐溴化5-[4-N-(甲氧基)苄铵基吡啶基]-10,15,20-三(4-N-吡啶基)卟啉对铜(I)的显色反应.结果表明,在pH=1.2时卟啉与Cu2 形成了稳定的配合物,其最大吸收波长为423nm,试剂与Cu2 络合比为1:1,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.24×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铜含量在0-0.8μg/10mL范围内符合比耳定律,该方法应用于环境水样中铜的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献

A novel method based on fiber gratings for measuring the effective indices of fiber modes is proposed. The effective index difference between the core mode and a cladding mode was obtained by analyzing the interference fringe of a pair of cascaded long-period fiber gratings. In order to extract the core mode index from the measured index difference, an index matching oil immersion method is proposed. By analyzing the interaction between the cladding mode and the oil applied on the cladding surface, the mode order and the effective index of the involved cladding mode might be calculated. Experimental results about the interference fringe shifts induced by the oil index and the oil-applied length are also presented.  相似文献

Optical Pulse Compression Schemes That Use Nonlinear Bragg Gratings   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Nonlinear optical pulse compression of picosecond pulses typically requires long lengths of optical fiber and multiple components. Periodic structures, such as fiber Bragg gratings, are highly dispersive at wavelengths outside of the photonic bandgap. This implies that such gratings can be used as very short all-fiber compressors. In this paper a number of such compression schemes are reviewed involving uniform and nonuniform fiber Bragg gratings, relying on both soliton and nonsoliton compression principles. Experimental results supporting the corresponding underlying theory are also presented. Finally, an extension of one of the compression schemes is shown, which allows the generation of adjustable high-repetition rate soliton trains.  相似文献
