以5,6-苯并咪唑二酸(H3bidc)为有机配体, 在水热条件下通过控制反应温度得到了2个镁配合物[Mg(Hbidc)(H2O)4](1) 和 [Mg(Hbidc)(H2O)5]·4H2O(2). 通过单晶及粉末X 射线衍射、 红外光谱、 元素分析和热重分析对配合物进行了表征. 结果表明, 配合物1和2均为单核分子, 分别以不同的堆积方式通过氢键构筑成三维超分子结构. 值得注意的是, 配合物2的结构中捕获了由氢键连接的环状四聚体水簇(H2O)4. 配合物1和2的电荷布居分析结果与晶体结构的讨论一致. 此外, 固体荧光分析表明, 配合物1和2在室温下具有较强的蓝光发射.  相似文献

采用饱和蒸气扩散技术, 将2,4-二羟基苯甲醛缩异烟酰腙(H2dhbi)配体分别与Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O和Zn(NO3)2·6H2O进行配位作用, 得到2种不同配位模式的金属-有机框架材料[(dhbi)2Zn2·8H2O]n(1)和{[(dhbi)2(H2O)2Zn2]·4DMF]}n(2). 利用X射线单晶衍射、 热分析技术(TG-DTA)和X射线粉末衍射(PXRD)等方法进行了结构表征. 进一步将配位聚合物1和2用于对甲醇分子的吸附性能研究, 结果表明, 化合物1是一种理想的微孔材料, 其对甲醇分子的吸附能力为化合物2的近5倍, 采用PLATON对材料的孔隙体积进行计算得到化合物1和2的孔隙率分别为38.2%和5.5%.  相似文献

蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B (protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B, PTP1B)是当前开发治疗糖尿病药物的优秀靶标, 也是钒配合物抗糖尿病作用相关的重要靶蛋白. 研究了三种含氮平面杂环螯合配体2,2’-联咪唑(L1), 2,2’-联吡啶(L2), 1,10-邻菲咯啉(L3)的氧钒配合物对PTP1B以及碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase, ALP)的体外抑制作用. 结果表明, 1∶1和2∶1型配位的氧钒化合物均表现出对PTP1B较强的抑制活性, IC50值在120~260 nmol/L间, 抑制能力接近双麦芽酚氧钒配合物(BMOV). 抑制动力学实验表明这些氧钒配合物对PTP1B的抑制模式均为竞争性抑制, 抑制常数在20~160 nmol/L. 其对PTP1B抑制活性较ALP高103倍, 表明氧钒配合物对两种磷酸酶的抑制具有一定的选择性.  相似文献

通过扩散法合成了一个新的配位聚合物{[Cu2(OH)(btre)1.5(1,2,4-btc)]·13H2O}n1·13H2O)(btre=1,2-二(4H-1,2,4-三唑)乙烷,1,2,4-btc=1,2,4-苯三甲酸根)。测试了1·13H2O的晶体结构,并用红外光谱、元素分析、粉末X射线衍射对其进行表征。单晶X射线衍射表明1是基于四核铜簇[Cu4μ2-OH)2N12]构筑的10-连接的3D框架,其拓扑符号为312·428·55。研究了1·13H2O的热稳定性以及对甲基橙的催化降解作用。  相似文献

以纳米硫化镉薄膜修饰的铟锡氧化物电极(CdS/ITO)作光阳极, 铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu(phen)(L-Trp)·(H2O)]+(phen=1,10-菲啰啉, L-Trp=L-色氨酸)修饰单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)电极作阴极, 构建了光催化尿酸(UA)燃料电池, 并研究了其性能及热处理温度的影响. 结果表明, 在40 ℃以下获得的纳米CdS修饰电极在320~550 nm波长区间显现明显的吸收和光伏响应, 在可见光辐射下能光催化氧化UA; 较高温度的热处理(200~300 ℃)却降低了纳米CdS对UA的光催化氧化活性. [Cu(phen)(L-Trp)(H2O)]+/SWCNTs电极在-0.131 V电位下呈现一对准可逆的氧化还原峰, 并能电催化还原O2和H2O2. 此外, 基于UA在CdS/ITO电极上的光催化氧化及O2在[Cu(phen)(L-Trp)(H2O)]+/SWCNTs电极上的电催化还原, 组装了UA(0.2 mmol/L)燃料电池, 其在可见光照射(0.18 mW/cm2)下产生0.52 V开路电压, 13.08 μA/cm2短路光电流, 在0.41 V下呈现的最大功率密度为4.10 μW/cm2.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法分析钠盐溶液中U(Ⅵ)的电化学行为, 恒电位电化学还原处理U(Ⅵ), 利用交流阻抗谱分析电化学还原反应中的过程动力学特性, 利用X射线衍射、 扫描电子显微镜和电子能谱等方法分析了U(Ⅵ)的电化学晶化. 结果表明, 在钠盐溶液中, U(Ⅵ)可通过电化学反应先还原成低价的U(V)并进一步还原为U(Ⅳ), U(Ⅳ)一步氧化为U(Ⅵ), U(Ⅳ)/U(Ⅵ)之间的电化学转化过程受扩散控制, 且U(Ⅵ)的电化学电子转移易受环境pH值的影响; 恒电位还原4 h时, 溶液中U(Ⅵ)的去除率可达90%, U(Ⅵ)的结晶固化产物主要以固态的(UO2)6O2(OH)8·6H2O(水铀矿) 和UO2的形式附着在工作电极上.  相似文献

通过桥连双β-二酮类化合物与取代苯胺反应, 合成了5个新的桥连双(β-单酮亚胺)化合物(1~5)和2个新的桥连双(β-二酮亚胺)化合物(6,7), 它们与三甲基铝反应, 得到了相应的3个双(β-酮亚胺基)二铝配合物(8~10)和2个双(β-二酮亚胺基)二铝配合物(11,12). 采用核磁共振、 红外光谱和质谱等对这些化合物进行了表征, 通过X射线单晶衍射分析证实了铝配合物的结构, 并考察了这些铝配合物在ε-己内酯开环聚合反应中的催化活性.  相似文献

利用2-乙酰基吡啶(acpy) 和2-邻甲基苯胺在甲醇中回流反应得到新型希夫碱配体2-{1-[(2-甲基苯基) 亚氨基]-乙基}吡啶)(mpep) , 通过溶剂热法将acpy和mpep与氯化镉反应得到2种新型氯桥连一维之字链结构Cd(Ⅱ) 配位聚合物{[Cd(mpep) ]Cl2}n(配合物1)和{[Cd(acpy) ]Cl2}n(配合物2). 利用单晶X射线衍射、 核磁共振氢谱、 元素分析和红外光谱对配合物1和配合物2进行结构表征. 结果表明, 配合物1和配合物2均为一维之字链状结构. 在配合物1中, Cd与mpep配体中2个氮原子和4个氯原子配位, 呈六配位顺式八面体构型, 并通过2个Cl原子桥连形成一维之字链状结构. 在配合物2中, 中心金属Cd(Ⅱ) 与acpy中的氮原子、 氧原子和4个氯原子配位, 也呈六配位顺式八面体构型, 进一步通过Cl原子桥连相邻金属形成一维之字链状结构. 在3种不同极性的溶剂(CH3OH, CH3CN和 CH2Cl2)中, 两种配位聚合物均呈现蓝色荧光(390~433 nm) , 说明2种配位聚合物具有弱溶剂效应; 在固态室温下两种配位聚合物也呈现蓝色荧光, 最大发射波长分别为440和473 nm. 固态最大发射波长比溶液中红移的原因是分子中存在氢键, 降低了基态与激发态之间的能级差. 在室温下, 配合物1和配合物2在3种溶液和固态中均显示出较长的荧光寿命(19.08~60.20 μs) .  相似文献

合成了3种新的庚二酸(H2pim)稀土配位高聚物[Nd(Hpim)(pim)(H2O)]n·2nH2O(1),[RE2(pim)3(H2O)]n·nH2O[RE=Er(2),RE=Ho(3)],并通过元素分析红外光谱和单晶X射线衍射技术确定了其组成和晶体结构.配合物1为具有微孔的三维网状结构.配合物2和3同构,通过两种类型的O-H…O氢键将由配位键构筑的二维骨架结构组装成三维超分子结构.在这3个配合物中,庚二酸配体在同一配合物的结构中均存在不同的构象,体现了柔性配体不同于刚性配体的配位特点.  相似文献

在室温下合成了3个新的配位聚合物{[Zn(4?Nbdc)(btx)]·2H2O}n(1·2H2O)、[Zn(btx)1.5(1,3?bdac)]n(2)和{[Zn(mbtx)(1,3?bdc)(H2O)2]·H2O}n(3)(btx=1,4?二(4H?1,2,4?三唑)苯,mbtx=1,3?二(4H?1,2,4?三唑)苯,4?Nbdc=4?硝基邻苯二甲酸根,1,3?bdac=间苯二乙酸根,1,3?bdc=间苯二甲酸根),测试了配合物的单晶结构,并从元素分析、红外和粉末衍射等方面进行表征。单晶X射线衍射表明,配合物1是二维(4,4)网格结构,配合物2和3都是一维链状结构。配合物2中的π?π作用将一维链连接成三维网格结构。在配合物3中,分子间氢键将一维链连接成二维网格,2套二维网格在分子间氢键的作用下相互穿插得到2D+2D→2D的网格结构。同时,还研究了3个配位聚合物的荧光和热稳定性。  相似文献

[Co(η2-CO3)(NH3)4](NO3)·0.5H2O and [(NH3)3Co(μ-OH)2(μ-CO3)Co(NH3)3][NO3]2·H2O were prepared by prolonged aerial oxidation of a solution of Co(NO3)2·6H2O and ammonium carbonate in aqueous ammonia. The formation of these side products highlights the richness of the chemistry of these systems and the possibility of by products if methods are not strictly adhered to. The X-ray crystal structures of [Co(η2-CO3)(NH3)4][NO3]·0.5H2O and [(NH3)3Co(μ-OH)2(μ-CO3)Co(NH3)3][NO3]2·H2O reveal a monomeric octahedral cobalt center with η2-bound CO32− in the former, while the latter consists of a dimeric array where the two cobalt centers are bridged by two OH and one μ2-CO32− groups with three terminal NH3 ligands for each Co center. In both complexes extensive hydrogen bonding interactions are evident.  相似文献

在水热体系中合成了3个中心金属为镍离子, 以六配位扭曲八面体构型形成的具有螺旋结构的配位聚合物{[Ni2L2(bib)2·2H2O]·5H2O}n(1), [Ni2L2(bpy)]n(2)和{[Ni2L2(bibpip)2·2H2O]·6H2O}n(3)[H2L=4,4'-三苯胺二甲酸; bib=1,3-二(咪唑基)苯; bpy=4,4-联吡啶; bibpip=1,4-二(4-咪唑苄基)哌嗪]. 通过单晶及粉末X射线衍射、 红外光谱、 元素分析和热重分析对这3种化合物进行了表征. 结果表明, 化合物1属于单斜晶系, C2/c空间群, 其骨架为具有{42·65·8}拓扑结构的二维层结构; 化合物2属于斜方晶系, Fdd2空间群, 其骨架为具有{48·54·63}拓扑结构的三维超分子网络; 化合物3属于三斜晶系, P1ˉ空间群, 为1个五重穿插的三维超分子网络, 其骨架具有{44·62}拓扑结构.  相似文献

A novel tetranuclear terbium(III) complex [Tb4(OH)4(pybet)6(H2O)8][Tb4(OH)4(pybet)6(H2O)7 (NO3)](ClO4)14·6H2O has been synthesized and shown by X-ray crystallography to have a cubane-like Tb43-OH)42-carboxylato-O,O′)6 core. The ligand pybet is pyridinoacetate, C5H5+N-CH2CO2. Magnetic susceptibility data were measured for this Tb4 complex in the range of 2.0–320 K and in fields of 1.0 G to 50.0 kG. It is concluded that either there is very weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction (J = −0.015 cm−1) or there is a small crystal-field splitting of the 7F6 TbIII ground state.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel bismuthoxide Schiff-base complex [Bi9O8(vanen)3(NO3)2(CH3OH)2(H2O)·3NO3·5.5H2O](abbreviated as Bivanen) was synthesized with Salen-like ligand H2vanen[H2vanen=N,N'-ethylene bis(3-methoxysalicylideneimine)] and bismuth(Ⅲ) nitrate. Its structure was characterized by IR spectra, NMR spectra and X-ray diffraction. In particular, the biology activities of the ligand and the complex against Schizosaccharomyces pombe(S. pombe) were studied using biological microcalorimetry. The metabolic thermogenic curves of S. pombe were measured at 32.00℃. Then, some quantitative thermokinetic parameters of growth metabolism of S. pombe including the rate constant(k), inhibition ratio(I) and half inhibition concentration(IC50) were calculated. Experimental results showed that the k values of S. pombe decreased while I values of S. pombe increased with the increase of concentrations of the ligand and the complex. The IC50 of the ligand and the complex were found to be 0.067 and 0.037 mmol/L, respectively.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Eu2(L)3(H2O)2]n 1 and {[Tb2(L)3(H2O)2]·H2O}n 2, (H2L=succinic acid) have been synthesized by the reaction of H2L with nitrate salts of Eu(III) or Tb(III) under hydrothermal conditions. The X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the two complexes are constructed by L bridging the chains of edge-sharing EuO8(H2O) or TbO8(H2O) polyhedra to form 3D network structure. 1 and 2 possess different topological structures due to the difference in the conformations of L. The solid photoluminescence of 1 and 2 was also investigated in room temperature.  相似文献

A pure inorganic [P2Mo5O23]6- based cobalt complex [H8(H2O)16][Co(H2O)4(HP2Mo5O23)2] with a sandglass-like shape was synthesized and characterized by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), infrared spectroscopy(IR), thermogravimetry/differential scanning calorimetry(TG/DSC), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and cyclic voltammogram(CV). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the asymmetric unit of compound 1 consists of a half cobalt ion, one [P2Mo5O23]6- anion, two coordinated water molecules and eight lattice water molecules. It is especially intriguing to note that two [P2Mo5O23]6- clusters are symmetrical about the Co ion, like a sandglass. And a chair-like water cluster with an unprecedented centrosymmetric [H8(H2O)16]8+ can be observed in compound 1. Additionally, the electrochemical and catalytic properties of compound 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two cobalt(II) coordination polymers formed from bte (bte = 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane), namely [Co(bte)2(dca)2]n (1) and {[Co(bte)(dca)2] · H2O}n (2), have been synthesized and characterized by elementary analyses, IR, thermogravimetric analyses, X-ray diffraction analyses and magnetic measurements. Compound 1 is a double-chain with Co(II) centers bridged by bte, containing metallocycles of [Co2(bte)2] and trans dca as termination ligands. In 2, each Co(II) center is bonded by two bridging bte ligands and four dca as μ-1,5-dca in different orientations in the 3D network.  相似文献

A novel manganese complex, [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2](sac)2·H2O, was synthesized by the reaction of [Mn(sac)2(H2O)4]·2H2O with 1,10-phenantroline in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectral evidence, magnetic measurements, thermal analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P-1, with Z=2. The saccharinate ions do not coordinate the central metal, instead are present as the complementary anions. In the complex cation, Mn(II) is coordinated by two phen and two aqua ligands, and exhibits a distorted octahedral coordination with a high-spin configuration. The presence of lattice and coordinate water molecules are also confirmed by thermal analysis and IR spectroscopy.  相似文献
