Pd-catalyzed Heck arylation of allyl alcohols in tetraalkylammonium ionic liquids (ILs) can be made highly selective toward the formation of either aromatic carbonyl compounds or aromatic conjugated alcohols by carefully choosing both the IL and the base.  相似文献

The copolymerization of 1,5-cyclooctadiene and norbornene in the presence of an electrochemically generated WCl6-based catalyst was investigated. This copolymer was isolated and characterized by 1H, and 13C NMR spectroscopy to analyse in detail the nature of homo- and heterodyad units and GPC analysis (Mn = 11200, PDI = 2.0). Homopolymerizations of 1,5-cyclooctadiene and norbornene were also studied and resulting polymers were characterized by spectroscopic methods to discuss with copolymers. Glass-transition temperatures of homo- and copolymers were determined by DSC.  相似文献

ZnO nanoparticles supported on reduced graphene oxide (ZnO/RGO) were prepared by the hydrothermal method and characterized by TEM, XPS, XRD, and Raman spectroscopy. As a green catalyst, ZnO/RGO was applied to the Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction of aryl aldehydes and aryl ketones under microwave irradiation. Therein, chalcone products could be efficiently synthesized and easily separated from the heterogeneous catalysis system. The catalyst could be recycled four times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

Coupling reactions of allenylphosphonates (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH=C=CRR' [R, R' = H (1a), R = H, R' = Me (1b), R = R' = Me (1c)] with aryl iodides, iodophenol, and iodobenzoic acid in the presence of palladium(II) acetate are investigated and compared with those of phenylallenes PhCH=C=CR2 [R = H (2a), Me (2b)] and allenyl esters EtO(2)CCH=C=CR(2) [R = H (2c), Me (2d)]. While 1b and 1c couple with different stereochemical outcomes using PhI in the presence of Pd(OAc)(2)/PPh(3)/K(2)CO(3) to give phenyl-substituted 1,3-butadienes, 1a does not undergo coupling but isomerizes to the acetylene (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CCMe (7). In the reaction of 1c with PhI, use of K(2)CO(3) affords the butadiene (Z)-(OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH=C(Ph)-C(Me)=CH(2) (12); in contrast, the use of Ag(2)CO(3) leads to the allene (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)C(Ph)=C=CMe(2) (20), showing that these bases differ very significantly in their roles. The reaction of 1a with PhI or PhB(OH)2 in (t)he presence of Pd(OAc)2/CsF/DMF leads mainly to (E)-(OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH=C(Me)Ph (21) and (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH2-C(Ph)=CH(2) (22) and is thus a net 1,2-addition of Ph-H. Compound 1b reacts with iodophenol in the presence of Pd(OAc)(2)/PPh(3)/K(2)CO(3) to give a benzofuran that has a structure different from that obtained by using 1c under similar conditions. Treatment of 1a with iodophenol/Pd(OAc)(2)/CsF/DMF also gives a benzofuran whose structure is different from that obtained by using 2a under similar conditions. In the reaction with 2-iodobenzoic acid, 1a and 2c afford one type of isocoumarin, while 1b,c and 2a,b give a second type of isocoumarin. The structures of key compounds are established by X-ray crystallography. Utility of the phosphonate products in the Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction is demonstrated.  相似文献

We find that 1 equiv. of NaI greatly accelerates the photostimulated substitution (SRN1 mechanism) of bromobenzene, bromotoluenes and bromopyridines by diethylphosphite ion, in acetonitrile/tetrahydrofuran mixtures. Consequently, bromoaromatic compounds are suitable for preparative use.  相似文献

In the presence of SnCl(4) and Et(3)N, intramolecular carbostannation reaction of various active methine compounds having an unactivated alkenyl, alkynyl, or allenyl group proceeds in good yields with complete regioselectivity. The reaction of 3,6-diphenyl-1,2,4,5-tetrazine 1 with cis,cis-cycloocta-1,5-diene 7 has been studied with a view to preparing some interesting dihydropyridazine derivatives. Refluxing a mixture of 1 with excess of 7 in benzene solution for 8hr resulted in the formation of a mixture of products consisting of 1,4-diphenyl-10a-hydroperoxy-4a, 5,6,9,10,10a-hexahydrocycloocta[d]pyridazine (8, 27%) and 2,4a,5,6,8,10a,11,12-octahydro-1,4,7,10-tetraphenyldipyridazo[4,5-a:4',5'-e]cyclooctene ( However, when the reaction of 1 with 7 was carried out in refluxing benzene for nearly 40 hr, the products formed were a 14% yield of 8, a 17% yield of 9 and a 37% yield of 1,4-diphenyl-5,6,9,10-tetrahydrocycloocta[d]pyridazine (10). Neat heating of 1 with 7 around 150° for 10 hr, on the other hand, gave a 20% yield of 9, as the only isolable product. Thermolysis of 8 around 155° gave a mixture of products consisting of 2-oxocyclooct-5-enyl phenyl ketone N-benzoylhydrazone (15,30%) and 1H-3-phenyl-4,5,8,9-tetrahydrocycloocta[d]pyrazole (16, 22%). Nickel peroxide-oxidation of the adduct 9 gave a 67% yield of 1,4,7,10-tetraphenyldipyridazo[4,5-a:4',5'-e]cyclooctene (27). Acetylation of 9, on the other hand, gave a 70% yield of 2,3,8,9-tetraacetyl-2,3,5,6,8,9,11,12-octahydro-1,4,7,10-tetraphenyldipyridazo[4,5-a:4',5'-e]cyclooctene(28).  相似文献

A basic ionic liquid, 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium hydroxide, [bmIm]OH, catalyzes the Michael addition of active methylene compounds to conjugated ketones, carboxylic esters and nitriles. It further catalyzes the addition of thiols to α,β-acetylenic ketones and alkylation of 1,3-dicarbonyl and -dicyano compounds. The Michael addition to α,β-unsaturated ketones proceeds in the usual way, giving the monoaddition products, whereas addition to α,β-unsaturated esters and nitriles leads exclusively to the bis-addition products. The α,β-acetylenic ketones undergo double conjugate addition with thiols producing β-keto 1,3-dithio-derivatives. In the alkylation reaction the acyclic 1,3-diketones are monoalkylated, whereas cyclic ketones undergo dialkylation under identical conditions. All these reactions were carried out without any organic solvent. The ionic liquid can also be recycled.  相似文献

An unprecedented Pd-catalyzed intramolecular Heck cyclization has been investigated on halogenated diene scaffolds undergoing various mode of cyclization and termination leading to the formation of structurally differing fused cyclopenta(e)none and aromatic analogue. The discrimination in the fate of palladium intermediates formed in situ undergoing Heck cyclization preferentially arises out of the difference in reaction temperature as well as substrate architecture. Sequential Heck reaction of 1-Bromo-5-methyl-1-aryl-hexa-1,5-dien-3-ol derivatives followed by oxidation or termination via sp2 CH activation in aromatic ring led to the formation of fused cyclopentanes. However, the similar reaction at elevated temperature showed predominance towards the formation of aromatic analogues via one pot cyclization and dehydroxylation. The mechanism for the formation of cyclopentanone fused with cyclopropane ring system is supported by density functional theory based calculations.  相似文献

2‐(Methylchalcogenomethyl)diphenyl selenoxides 1 and 2‐{2′‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)ethyl}phenyl alkyl (or aryl) selenoxides 2 , which were expected to be stabilized toward racemization by intramolecular coordination, were synthesized and optically resolved into their enantiomers on an optically active column using high‐performance liquid chromatography. Relationship between the absolute configurations and the chiroptical properties of the enantiomers was clarified by comparing with those of sulfur analogues. Stabilities toward racemization of optically active selenoxides 1a and 1b were nearly equal to that of 2‐{(N,N‐dimethylamino)methyl}diphenyl selenoxide and mesityl phenyl selenoxide. The rates of racemization for optically active selenoxides 2 were found to be faster than that of 2‐{(N,N‐dimethylamino)methyl}phenyl alkyl (or aryl) selenoxides. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
