For the first time,we derive the compact forms of normalization factors for photon-added(-subtracted) two-mode squeezed thermal states by using the P-representation and the integration within an ordered product of operators(IWOP) technique. It is found that these two factors are related to the Jacobi polynomials. In addition, some new relationships for Jacobi polynomials are presented. 相似文献

First Principles Study of Adsorption and Reaction of CO on SrTiO3 (100) Surface: the Role of Surface Oxygen Vacancies 下载免费PDF全文
The adsorption and reaction of CO on SrTiO3 (100) surface with and without surface oxygen vacancy are investigated by the first-principles calculation based on the density functional theory. The calculated results reveal that the oxygen vacancy site prefers to the activation of the C-O bond. The adsorption energies increase to 1.0855 and 0.3245eV for defect-CO and defect-OC orientations, respectively. Particularly the C-O bond is elongated by about 0.1285 ? in the defect-OC orientation compared with that in the Ti-OC one without surface oxygen vacancies. There is predominantly a chemisorption mechanism between the CO molecule and the surface in the defect-CO orientation. 相似文献

Ionization cross sections for electron scattering from metastable rare-gas atoms (Ne~* and Ar~*) 下载免费PDF全文
The optical-model approach has been used to investigate the electron-impact ionization of metastable rare-gas atoms. A complex equivalent-local polarization potential is obtained to describe the ionization continuum channels. We have calculated the cross sections for collisional ionization of the metastable atoms Ne* and Ar* by electrons in the energy range from threshold to 200 eV. The present results are in agreement with the available experimental measurements and other theoretical calculations. 相似文献

With the help of the conditional similarity reduction method, some new exact solutions of the (2+1)- dimensional modified dispersive water-wave system (MDWW) are obtained. Based on the derived solution, we investigate the evolution of solitons in the background waves. 相似文献

Multiple ionization of atoms and molecules impacted by very high-q fast projectiles in the strong coupling regime (q/v 〉 1) 下载免费PDF全文
In this paper, we present a simple theoretical approach to calculate the multiple ionization of big atoms and molecules induced by very high-q fast projectiles in a strong coupling regime (q/v 〉 1). The results obtained from this approach are in excellent agreement with the available experimental data. A probable scenario of molecular multiple ionization by fast and very high-q projectiles is discussed. The very small computational time required here and the good agreement with the existing experimental data make it a good candidate for studying the multiple ionization of complex molecules under high linear energy transfers. 相似文献

Analytical potential energy function for the electronic states 2^∏1/2 and 2^∏3/2 of O^x2 (x=+1, -1) 下载免费PDF全文
The splitting of potential energy levels for ground state X^2∏g of O^x2 (x = +1,-1) under spin-orbit coupling (SOC) has been calculated by using the spin-orbit (SO) multi-configuration quasi-degenerate perturbation theory (SO-MCQDPT). Their Murrell-Sorbie (M S) potential functions are gained, and then the spectroscopic constants for electronic states 2^∏1/2 and 2^∏3/2 are derived from the M S function. The vertical excitation energies for O^x2 (x = +1,-1) are v[O2+1^(2∏3/2→X^2∏1/2)] =195.652cm^-1, and v[O2^-1(2^∏1/2 →X^2∏3/2)] =182.568cm^-1, respectively. All the spectroscopic data for electronic states 2^∏1/2 and 2^∏3/2 are given for the first time. 相似文献

By applying the bosonic creation operator to squeezed
vacuum states, this paper introduces a new kind of quantum states:
photon-added squeezed vacuum states. It also presents an
experimental approach to prepare these states, and investigates
their quantum statistical properties by the numerical method. The
results indicate that these states reveal some interesting
non-classical properties, such as anti-bunching effects,
squeezing effects and negativities of the relevant Wigner
functions. 相似文献

Comparison of nonclassicality between photon-added and photon-subtracted squeezed vacuum states 下载免费PDF全文
In this paper, we introduce photon-added and photon-subtracted squeezed vacuum state (PASV and PSSV) and obtain their normalized factors, which have the similar forms involved in Lengendre polynomials. Moreover, we give the compact expressions of Wigner function, which are related to single-variable Hermite polynomials. Especially, we compare their nonclassicality in terms of Mandel Q-factor and the negativity of Wigner function. 相似文献

We investigate photon statistical properties of the multiple-photon-added two-mode squeezed coherent states(PATMSCS).We find that the photon statistical properties are sensitive to the compound phase involved in the TMSCS.Our numerical analyses show that the photon addition can enhance the cross-correlation and anti-bunching effects of the PATMSCS.Compared with that of the TMSCS,the photon number distribution of the PA-TMSCS is modulated by a factor that is a monotonically increasing function of the numbers of adding photons to each mode;further, that the photon addition essentially shifts the photon number distribution. 相似文献

From the normally ordered form of the density operator of a squeezed coherent state(SCS),we directly derive the compact expression of the SCS’s photon-number distribution(PND).Besides the known oscillation characteristics,we find that the PND is a periodic function with a period of π and extremely sensitive to phase. If the squeezing is strong enough, and the compound phase which is relevant to the complex squeezing and displacement parameters are assigned appropriate values, different oscillation behaviours in PND for even and odd photon numbers appear, respectively. 相似文献

We investigate the nonclassicality of two-mode photon-added squeezed vacuum state (TPASV) and its decoherence in a thermal environment according to the sub-Poissonian statistics and the negative region of Wigner function (WF). Based on the fact that the TPASV can be seen as a squeezed Hermite polynomial excitation state, we further obtain a compact expression for the normalization factor of TPASV, i.e., a Jacobi polynomial of the squeezing parameter. We also derive the explicit expression of WF of TPASV and then the decoherence effect on this state is also discussed by deriving the time evolution of the WF and its negative region. 相似文献

We study the one-and two-mode photon distribution functions for Gaussian quantum states. The dependence on the photon-quadrature
parameters is discussed within the framework of violation of the uncertainty relation. We derive the one-and two-mode photon
distribution functions and present plots demonstrating that the expressions for the distribution functions take negative or
complex values in the domain of quadrature parameters violating the uncertainty relation. 相似文献

Deformed photon-added entangled squeezed vacuum and one-photon states: Entanglement, polarization, and nonclassical properties 下载免费PDF全文
In this paper, after a brief review on the entangled squeezed states, we produce a new class of the continuous-variabletype entangled states, namely, deformed photon-added entangled squeezed states. These states are obtained via the iterated action of the f-deformed creation operator A = f(n)aon the entangled squeezed states. In the continuation, by studying the criteria such as the degree of entanglement, quantum polarization as well as sub-Poissonian photon statistics, the twomode correlation function, one-mode and two-mode squeezing, we investigate the nonclassical behaviors of the introduced states in detail by choosing a particular f-deformation function. It is revealed that the above-mentioned physical properties can be affected and so may be tuned by justifying the excitation number, after choosing a nonlinearity function. Finally, to generate the introduced states, we propose a theoretical scheme using the nonlinear Jaynes–Cummings model. 相似文献
