Based on the diffraction effect of sub-wavelength dielectric grating and the optical property of periodic photonic crystal, a hybrid structure of sub-wavelength grating all-dielectric multilayer thin film containing periodic photonic crystal is proposed. The transmission property of the structure is simulated by finite element method (FEM). The result shows that the discrete state generated by the sub-wavelength waveguide grating will be coupled with the continuous state generated by the photonic crystal cavity and the Fano resonance can be formed. The Fano resonance sensing model based on structural parameters and resonance wavelength are established, the influence of structural parameters on the Fano resonance spectral curve is quantitatively analyzed by numerical simulations, and the dynamic detection of the refractive index of samples is realized. The above structure can realize the optical refractive index sensing with high figure of merit (FOM) value and provide an effective theoretical reference for the formation of Fano resonance in the all-dielectric hybrid structure.  相似文献

基于表面等离子激元在亚波长结构的传输特性,设计了一种含双挡板金属-电介质-金属波导耦合两个方形腔的结构.由F-P谐振腔产生的宽谱模式与两个方形谐振腔产生的两个窄谱模式发生干涉作用,形成了独立调谐的双重Fano共振,而且可以通过改变两个方形腔的大小及填充介质实现双重Fano共振的独立调谐.基于耦合模理论,定性分析了该结构产生双重Fano共振的机理.利用有限元仿真的方法,定量分析了结构参数对可独立调谐双重Fano共振和折射率传感特性的影响.结果表明,优化参数后该结构的灵敏度分别高达1020和1120 nm/RIU, FOM值分别高达3.59×10~5和1.17×10~6.该结构可为超快光开关、多功能高灵敏度传感器和慢光器件的光学集成提供有效的理论参考.  相似文献

A metal-insulator-metal (MIM)-based arc-shaped resonator coupled with a rectangular stub (MARS) structure is proposed. This structure can generate two tunable Fano resonances originating from two different mechanisms. The structure has the advantage of being sensitive to the refractive index, and this feature makes it favorable for application in various microsensors. The relationship between the structural parameters and Fano resonance is researched using the finite element method (FEM) based on the software COMSOL Multiphysics 5.4. The simulation reveals that the sensitivity reaches 1900 nm/refractive index unit (RIU), and the figure of merit (FOM) is 23.75.  相似文献

提出具有高群有效折射率的双环级联作为核心元件的谐振式平面光波导陀螺结构, 基于光学Sagnac原理得到了双微环耦合谐振式光学陀螺理论灵敏度与群有效折射率的一般表达式和双环与单环陀螺系统的灵敏度关系, 并由耦合模理论方法得到了双环系统耦合器的两个透射系数对应的群有效折射率变化情况. 在环腔半径R1=R2=100 μm、环腔传输损耗系数t1=t2=0.95的情况下, 针对环与环之间耦合器和环与波导之间耦合器透射系数对群有效折射率的不同影响, 得到了最大群有效折射率的产生条件. 采用文中参数(R=100 μm, t=0.95)计算的单环谐振式陀螺灵敏度为(104-105)°/h, 而双环级联谐振系统理论灵敏度能够达到10 °/h. 该研究对微环耦合谐振腔在角速度检测上的应用有重要的意义.  相似文献

Terbium gallium garnet (Tb3Ga5O12, TGG) crystal can be used to fabricate various magneto-optical devices due to its optimal Faraday effect. In this work, 400-keV He+ ions with a fluence of 6.0×1016 ions/cm2 are irradiated into the TGG crystal for the planar waveguide formation. The precise diamond blade dicing with a rotation speed of 2×104 rpm and a cutting velocity of 0.1 mm/s is performed on the He+-implanted TGG planar waveguide for the ridge structure. The dark-mode spectrum of the He+-implanted TGG planar waveguide is measured by the prism-coupling method, thereby obtaining the relationship between the reflected light intensity and the effective refractive index. The refractive index profile of the planar waveguide is reconstructed by the reflectivity calculation method. The near-field light intensity distribution of the planar waveguide and the ridge waveguide are recorded by the end-face coupling method. The He+-implanted and diamond blade-diced TGG crystal planar and ridge waveguides are promising candidates for integrated magneto-optical devices.  相似文献

A new design of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor employing circular-lattice holey fiber to achieve high-sensitivity detection is proposed. The sensing performance of the proposed sensor is numerically investigated and the results indicate that our proposed SPR sensor can be applied to the near-mid infrared detection. Moreover, the maximum wavelength sensitivity of our proposed sensor can reach as high as 1.76×104 nm/refractive index unit (RIU) and the maximum wavelength interrogation resolution can be up to 5.68×10-6 RIU when the refractive index (RI) of analyte lies in (1.31, 1.36). Thanks to its excellent sensing performance, our proposed SPR sensor will have great potential applications for biological analytes detection, food safety control, bio-molecules detection and so on.  相似文献

针对等离子体隐身技术在航空航天领域的良好应用前景, 开展垂直入射到具有金属衬底的非磁化等离子体中电磁波衰减特性的理论与实验研究. 利用WKB方法对电磁波衰减随等离子体参数的变化规律进行了理论分析. 利用射频电感耦合放电方式产生稳定的大面积等离子体层, 搭建了等离子体反射率弓形测试系统, 进行了电磁波在非磁化等离子体中衰减效应的实验研究. 利用微波相位法和光谱诊断法, 得到不同放电功率下的等离子体电子密度, 其范围为8.17×109–7.61× 1010 cm-3. 本实验获得的等离子体可以使2.7 GHz 和10.1 GHz电磁波分别得到一定的衰减, 且电磁波衰减的理论与实验结果符合较好. 结果表明, 提高等离子体电子密度和覆盖均匀性有利于增强等离子体对电磁波的衰减效果.  相似文献

We show the structural and optical properties of non-polar a-plane GaN epitaxial films modified by Si ion implantation. Upon gradually raising Si fluences from 5×1013 cm-2 to 5×1015 cm-2, the n-type dopant concentration gradually increases from 4.6×1018 cm-2 to 4.5×1020 cm-2, while the generated vacancy density accordingly raises from 3.7×1013 cm-2 to 3.8×1015 cm-2. Moreover, despite that the implantation enhances structural disorder, the epitaxial structure of the implanted region is still well preserved which is confirmed by Rutherford backscattering channeling spectrometry measurements. The monotonical uniaxial lattice expansion along the a direction (out-of-plane direction) is observed as a function of fluences till 1×1015 cm-2, which ceases at the overdose of 5×1015 cm-2 due to the partial amorphization in the surface region. Upon raising irradiation dose, a yellow emission in the as-grown sample is gradually quenched, probably due to the irradiation-induced generation of non-radiative recombination centers.  相似文献

We present an all polymer asymmetric Mach–Zehnder interferometer(AMZI) waveguide sensor based on imprinting bonding and laser polishing method. The fabrication methods are compatible with high accuracy waveguide sensing structure. The rectangle waveguide structure of this sensor has three sensing surfaces contacting the test media, and its sensing accuracy can be increased 5 times compared with that of one surface sensing structure. An AMZI device structure is designed. The single mode condition, the length of the sensing arm, and the length deviation between the sensing arm and the reference arm are optimized. The length deviation is optimized to be 19.8 μm in a refractive index range between1.470 and 1.545. We fabricate the AMZI waveguide by lithography and wet etching method. The imprinting bonding and laser polishing method is proposed and investigated. The insertion loss is between-80.36 dB and-10.63 dB. The average and linear sensitivity are 768.1 d B/RIU and 548.95 dB/RIU, respectively. And the average and linear detection resolution of the sensor are 1.30×10~(-6) RIU(RIU: refractive index unit) and 1.82×10~(-5) RIU, respectively. This sensor has a fast and cost-effective fabrication process which can be used in the cases of requiring portability and disposability.  相似文献

We propose a simple one-dimensional grating coupling system that can excite multiple surface plasmon resonances for refractive index(RI)sensing with self-reference characteristics in the near-infrared band.Using theoretical analysis and the finite-difference time-domain method,the plasmonic mechanism of the structure is discussed in detail.The results show that the excited resonances are independent of each other and have different fields of action.The mode involving extensive interaction with the analyte environment achieves a high sensitivity of 1236 nm/RIU,and the figure of merit(FOM)can reach 145 RIU-1.Importantly,the mode that is insensitive to the analyte environment exhibits good self-reference characteristics.Moreover,we discuss the case of exchanging the substrate material with the analyte environment.Promising simulation results show that this RI sensor can be widely deployed in unstable and complicated environments.  相似文献

Multiple Fano resonances of plasmonic nanostructures have attracted much attention due to their potential applications in multicomponent biosensing. In this paper, we propose a series of hybridized nanostructures consisting of a single nanoring and multiple nanorods to generate multiple Fano resonances. One to three Fano resonances are achieved through tuning the number of nanorods. The interaction coupling process between different components of the nanostructures is recognized as the mechanism of multiple Fano resonances. We also theoretically investigate the applications of the produced multiple Fano resonances in refractive index sensing. The specific properties of multiple Fano resonances will make our proposed nanostructures beneficial to high-sensitivity biosensors.  相似文献

We designed a reconfigurable dual-interferometer coupled silicon nitride microring resonator.By tuning the integrated heater on interferometer's arms,the"critical coupling"bandwidth of resonant mode is continuously adjustable whose quality factor varies from 7.9×104 to 1.9×105 with the extinction ratio keeping higher than 25 dB.Also a variety of coupling spanning from"under-coupling"to"over-coupling"were achieved,showing the ability to tune the quality factor from 6.0×103 to 2.3×105.Our design can provide an adjustable filtering method on silicon nitride photonic chip and contribute to optimize the nonlinear process for quantum photonics and all-optical signal processing.  相似文献

In this study,we investigate the influence of doping on the charge transfer and device characteristics parameters in the bulk heterojunction solar cells based on poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) and a methanofuUerene derivative(PCBM).Organic semiconductors are also known to be not pure and they have defects and impurities,some of them are being charged and act as p-type or n-type dopants.Calculations of the solar cell characteristics parameters versus the p-doping level have been done at three different n-dopings(N_d) that consist of 5 × 10~(17) cm~(-3),10~(18) cm~(-3),and 5 × 10~(18) cm~(-3).We perform the analysis of the doping concentration through the drift-diffusion model,and calculate the current and voltage doping dependency.We find that at three different n-dopant levels,optimum p-type doping is about N_p = 6 × 10~(18) cm~(-3).Simulation results have shown that by increasing doping level,V_(oc) monotonically increases by doping.Cell efficiency reaches its maximum at somewhat higher doping as FF has its peak at N_p = 3 × 10~(18) cm~(-3).Moreover,this paper demonstrates that the optimum value for the p-doping is about N_p = 6 × 10~(18) cm~(-3) and optimum value for n-dopant is N_d = 10~(18) cm~(-3),respectively.The simulated results confirm that doping considerably affects the performance of organic solar cells.  相似文献

The optical absorber with Fano response is valuable for various applications such as solar cells or optical sensors. In this paper, we have modeled an optical plasmonic metamaterial absorber which contains a broken cross as an elementary cell along with four rectangular loads to improve the absorbance and achieve a Fano response within a wide bandwidth at 190–245 THz (25%). The bandwidth of the proposed structure is more than conventional metamaterial absorbers. The prototype absorber has a remarkable enhancement in the electric field in comparison with the simple cross model and the reflection value has reduced to ??47 dB. The parametric studies show how the gap capacitance controls the bandwidth, resonance frequency and the reflection value of the absorber, therefore we can consider this technique as a way to enhance the metamaterial absorber’s bandwidth. The proposed structure can be used as an optical refractive index sensor while the Fano line-shape provides a higher figure of merit (FOM) compared with many others. For this structure, the FOM has obtained as 10,660. The Finite Integration Technique with Perfect Boundary Approximation used for the simulation.  相似文献

在感应耦合等离子体风洞上开展了等离子体中电磁波传输特性实验研究,获得了不同频率电磁波在等离子体中的传输衰减.通过微波诊断技术,获得了等离子体射流的电子数密度和碰撞频率.通过矢量网络分析仪和标准增益天线组成的电磁波传输特性测试系统,获得了电磁波经过等离子体之后的衰减,研究了电子数密度范围7.0×10~(10)-1.0×10~(13)cm~(-3)、等离子体碰撞频率在109 Hz量级的等离子体对2.6—40 GHz不同频率电磁波传输特性的影响,分析了经典传输理论和薄层理论预测结果与实验结果的差异.该实验工作为等离子体中电磁波传输特性的理论研究和数值仿真提供了基础数据.  相似文献

A Nd:CLNGG waveguide structure operated at wavelengths of both 632.8 nm and 1539 nm was demonstrated for the first time to our knowledge, which was produced by the 480-keV H~+ion implantation with a dose of 1.0×10~(17)protons/cm~2.Its propagating modes at 632.8 nm and 1539 nm were measured by the well-known prism coupling technique. The refractive index profile at either 632.8-nm wavelength or 1539-nm wavelength was optical barrier type in the proton-implanted Nd:CLNGG crystal optical waveguide, which was calculated by using the reflectivity calculation method. The near-field light intensity distributions were also simulated by the finite-difference beam propagation method in the visible and nearinfrared bands.  相似文献

研究表明,TRIM程序运算结果与实验测量离子注入种子的射程分布数据相差甚远.本文根据种子微结构的特点,综合考虑多种因素,设计种子微结构模型和运算程序,用Monte-Carlo仿真不同能量(110 keV,20 keV,200 keV)、不同注量(2×1016 ions·cm-2,5×1016 ions·cm-2,1017 ions·cm-2,2×1017 ions·cm-2)的Fe+注入花生、彩棉、小麦种子的射程分布,结果显示本设计程序仿真的结果与实验测量数据较为吻合.所获得的注入离子与种子微结构相互作用的随机抽样模拟运算方法,为离子注入与生命体相互作用的理论研究提供新的思路.  相似文献

数字显微全息技术由于具有三维、非接触和实时测量微小空间内流场的能力, 已引起了国内外学者的广泛关注. 利用数字显微全息方法测量微通道流场时, 记录距离、颗粒尺寸、颗粒浓度、入射光波长、CCD分辨率等参数会对颗粒重建结果产生重要影响. 为了评估颗粒浓度和样本空间深度对重建结果的影响, 本文开展了数值模拟研究. 采用基于洛伦兹-米散射理论的程序产生不同浓度的颗粒全息图, 用小波变换重建算法对其进行重建. 结果表明: 在样本空间深度为24 μm 时, 颗粒浓度ns在3.44×105 mm-3–13.77×105 mm-3 范围内时, 颗粒重建率Ep随着颗粒浓度ns 的增大而迅速减小, 在13.77×105 mm-3–55.08×105 mm-3范围内时, 颗粒重建率Ep 随颗粒浓度ns增大而缓慢减少. 在颗粒浓度ns (13.77×105 mm-3) 保持不变时, 颗粒重建率Ep与样本空间深度满足单调递减的线性关系. 当阴影密度不变时, 重建率的变化呈现一定的规律性:当深度L较小时, 样本空间深度对颗粒重建的影响要比颗粒浓度的影响大; 当深度L较大时, 颗粒浓度对颗粒重建的影响较大. 关键词: 数字显微全息 颗粒浓度 粒径误差 位置误差  相似文献

Low-energy proton irradiation effects on the optical properties and the molecular structure of phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) are studied in this work. The PCBM films are irradiated by 100-keV proton beams with fluences of 5×1012 p/cm2, 5×1013 p/cm2, and 5×1014 p/cm2, respectively. The photoluminescence (PL) peaks of the post-irradiated PCBM films show a progressive decrease in the peak intensity as the proton fluences increase, which can be attributed to the deep defect levels induced by proton irradiation. Additionally, a slight blue-shift in the PL spectrum is also observed at a proton fluence of 5×1014 p/cm2. The underlying mechanism can be traced back to the lift of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) level, which is caused by the attachment of methoxy radicals on ortho position of the phenyl ring in the post-irradiated PCBM structure. This work is of significance in understanding the radiation hardness and the damage mechanism of the PCBM film in radiation environments, which is essential before it is put into practical application in space.  相似文献
