The purpose of the paper is to formulate multi-soliton solutions for the nonlocal Hirota equations via the Riemann–Hilbert (RH) approach. The RH problems are constructed and the zero structures are studied via performing spectral analysis of the Lax pair. Then we consider three types of nonlocal Hirota equations by discussing different symmetry reductions of the potential matrix. On the basis of the resulting matrix RH problem under the restriction of the reflectionless case, we successfully obtain the multi-soliton solutions of the nonlocal Hirota equations.  相似文献

We investigate the extended (2+1)-dimensional shallow water wave equation. The binary Bell polynomials are used to construct bilinear equation, bilinear Bäcklund transformation, Lax pair, and Darboux covariant Lax pair for this equation. Moreover, the infinite conservation laws of this equation are found by using its Lax pair. All conserved densities and fluxes are given with explicit recursion formulas. The N-soliton solutions are also presented by means of the Hirota bilinear method.  相似文献

The Hirota bilinear method has been studied in a lot of local equations, but there are few of works to solve nonlocal equations by Hirota bilinear method. In this letter, we show that the nonlocal integrable complex modified Korteweg-de Vries (MKdV) equation admits multiple complex soliton solutions. A variety of exact solutions including the single bright soliton solutions and two bright soliton solutions are derived via constructing an improved Hirota bilinear method for nonlocal complex MKdV equation. From the gauge equivalence, we can see the difference between the solution of nonlocal integrable complex MKdV equation and the solution of local complex MKdV equation.  相似文献

After extending the usual Lax pair of the Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation to a generalized form by using a gauge transformation, an adjoint Lax pair of the KdV equation is introduced. With the help of the spectral functions of the Lax pair and the adjoint Lax pair, a new nonlocal seed symmetry (which is gauge-invariant) is found and then a set of new infinitely many generalized nonlocal symmetries are obtained after establishing a general symmetry theory for an arbitrary nonlinear system.  相似文献

The nonlocal symmetry of the Sawada–Kotera(SK) equation is constructed with the known Lax pair. By introducing suitable and simple auxiliary variables, the nonlocal symmetry is localized and the finite transformation and some new solutions are obtained further. On the other hand, the group invariant solutions of the SK equation are constructed with the classic Lie group method. In particular, by a Galileo transformation some analytical soliton-cnoidal interaction solutions of a asymptotically integrable equation are discussed in graphical ways.  相似文献

The integrable nonlocal Lakshmanan-Porsezian-Daniel (LPD) equation which has the higher-order terms (dispersions and nonlinear effects) is first introduced. We demonstrate the integrability of the nonlocal LPD equation, provide its Lax pair, and present its rational soliton solutions and self-potential function by using the degenerate Darboux transformation. From the numerical plots of solutions, the compression effects of the real refractive index profile and the gain-or-loss distribution produced by are discussed.  相似文献

The nonlocal symmetry of the mKdV equation is obtained from the known Lax pair; it is successfully localized to Lie point symmetries in the enlarged space by introducing suitable auxiliary dependent variables. For the closed prolongation of the nonlocal symmetry, the details of the construction for a one-dimensional optimal system are presented. Furthermore, using the associated vector fields of the obtained symmetry, we give the reductions by the one-dimensional sub-algebras and the explicit analytic interaction solutions between cnoidal waves and kink solitary waves, which provide a way to study the interactions among these types of ocean waves. For some of the interesting solutions, the figures are given to show their properties.  相似文献

We propose a reverse-space nonlocal nonlinear self-dual network equation under special symmetry reduction, which may have potential applications in electric circuits.Nonlocal infinitely many conservation laws are constructed based on its Lax pair.Nonlocal discrete generalized(m,N?m)-fold Darboux transformation is extended and applied to solve this system. As an application of the method,we obtain multi-soliton solutions in zero seed background via the nonlocal discrete N-fold Darboux transformation and rational solutions from nonzero-seed background via the nonlocal discrete generalized(1,N?1)-fold Darboux transformation, respectively.By using the asymptotic and graphic analysis, structures of one-,two-,three-and four-soliton solutions are shown and discussed graphically. We find that single component field in this nonlocal system displays unstable soliton structure whereas the combined potential terms exhibit stable soliton structures. It is shown that the soliton structures are quite different between discrete local and nonlocal systems. Results given in this paper may be helpful for understanding the electrical signals propagation.  相似文献

We formulate a model Hamiltonian to a 3D Ferromagnetic spin system incorporating biquadratic interactions. The dynamics is represented by a higher order (3+1) dimensional integrable nonlinear Schrödinger equation. We construct the Lax pair associate with the system and find multisoliton solutions using Darboux transformation(DT). We bilinearize the equation using Hirota’s bilinearization procedure and find one soliton solution.  相似文献

Soliton interaction under the influence of higher-order effects   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
In this paper, we present exact N-soliton solution by employing simple, straightforward Darboux transformation based on the Lax pair for Hirota equation, a higher-order nonlinear Schrödinger (HNLS) equation. As examples, one- and two-soliton solutions in explicit forms are given and their properties are also analyzed. A bound solution without interaction will be theoretically predicted if one can adjust frequency shift for each soliton appropriately. Further, we obtain the approximate eigenvalues by employing two-soliton solution and discuss analytically the interaction between neighboring solitons under the influence of the higher-order effects. It is shown that the combined effects of the higher-order effects can restrain the interaction between neighboring solitons to some extent. The results are proved by directly solving HNLS equation numerically.  相似文献

We consider an extended nonlinear Schrödinger equation with higher-order odd and even terms with independent variable coefficients. We demonstrate its integrability, provide its Lax pair, and, applying the Darboux transformation, present its first and second order soliton solutions. The equation and its solutions have two free parameters. Setting one of these parameters to zero admits two limiting cases: the Hirota equation on the one hand and the Lakshmanan–Porsezian–Daniel (LPD) equation on the other hand. When both parameters are zero, the limit is the nonlinear Schrödinger equation.  相似文献

We study nonlocal symmetries of Plebański’s second heavenly equation in an infinite-dimensional covering associated to a Lax pair with a non-removable spectral parameter. We show that all local symmetries of the equation admit lifts to full-fledged nonlocal symmetries in the infinite-dimensional covering. Also, we find two new infinite hierarchies of commuting nonlocal symmetries in this covering and describe the structure of the Lie algebra of the obtained nonlocal symmetries.  相似文献

We also derive the bilinear Backlund transformation from its Lax pairs and find solutions with the help of the obtained bilinear Bgcklund transformation.  相似文献

Under investigation in this paper is a generalized variable-coefficient Korteweg-de Vries-modified Korteweg-de Vries equation which describes certain atmospheric blocking phenomenon. Lax pair and infinitely many conservation laws are obtained. With the help of the Hirota method and symbolic computation, the one-, two- and three-soliton solutions are given. Besides, breather and double pole solutions are derived. Propagation characteristics and interactions of breathers and solitons are discussed analytically and graphically. Results also show that the soliton changes its type between depression and elevation periodically. Parabolic-like breather and double pole are depicted. Conditions of the depression and elevation solitons are also given.  相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with a modified complex short pulse (mCSP) equation of defocusing type. Firstly, we show that the mCSP equation is linked to a complex coupled dispersionless equation of defocusing type via a hodograph transformation, thus, its Lax pair can be deduced. Then the bilinearization of the defocusing mCSP equation is formulated via dependent variable and hodograph transformations. One- and two-dark soliton solutions are found by Hirota’s bilinear method and their properties are analyzed. It is shown that, depending on the parameters, the dark soliton solution can be either smoothed, cusponed or looped one. More specifically, the dark soliton tends to be evolved into a singular (cusponed or looped) one due to the increase of the spatial wave number in background plane waves and the increase of the depth of the trough. In the last part of the paper, we derive the defocusing mCSP equation from the single-component extended KP hierarchy by the reduction method. As a by-product, the N-dark soliton solution in the form of determinants for the defocusing mCSP is provided.  相似文献

Under investigation in this paper is a sextic nonlinear Schrödinger equation, which describes the pulses propagating along an optical fiber. Based on the symbolic computation, Lax pair and infinitely-many conservation laws are derived. Via the modiied Hirota method, bilinear forms and multi-soliton solutions are obtained. Propagation and interactions of the solitons are illustrated graphically: Initial position and velocity of the soliton are related to the coefficient of the sixth-order dispersion, while the amplitude of the soliton is not affected by it. Head-on, overtaking and oscillating interactions between the two solitons are displayed. Through the asymptotic analysis, interaction between the two solitons is proved to be elastic. Based on the linear stability analysis, the modulation instability condition for the soliton solutions is obtained.  相似文献

A nonlocal Boussinesq equation is deduced from the local one by using consistent correlated bang method. To study various exact solutions of the nonlocal Boussinesq equation, it is converted into two local equations which contain the local Boussinesq equation. From the N-soliton solutions of the local Boussinesq equation, the N-soliton solutions of the nonlocal Boussinesq equation are obtained, among which the (N=2,3,4)-soliton solutions are analyzed with graphs. Some periodic and traveling solutions of the nonlocal Boussinesq equation are derived directly from the known solutions of the local Boussinesq equation. Symmetry reduction solutions of the nonlocal Boussinesq equation are also obtained by using the classical Lie symmetry method.  相似文献
