研究了不同元素等量掺杂下重电子金属CeCu5.8M0.2(M=Ni,Zn,Cd)低温电阻、比热容和磁化率随温度的变化关系.分析讨论了掺杂元素M(M=Ni,Zn,Cd)的磁性、价态及原子尺寸对近藤温度Tk、相干温度(即电阻极大值的温度TRmax)、每个Ce离子在较高温度时的平均磁矩μB以及在温度降低时被传导电子自旋屏蔽过程的影响.  相似文献

实验研究了La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3(x=0和0.15)样品在温度远低于居里温度时的电阻随温度的变化行为.发现未加磁场时,Cu掺杂样品在低温下表现出电阻极小值行为.这一极小值现象在外加磁场后消失.基于Kondo理论,对实验观察进行了讨论,并作了定量的理论与实验的比较. 关键词:  相似文献

研究了Nd60Al10Fe20Co10 大块金属玻璃 磁性随温度的变化关系,结果表明Nd60Al10Fe20Co10 在室温下 表现为永磁性,随着温 度的降低,矫顽力和磁滞回线形状都有很大的变化.交流磁化率在18 K左右出现尖峰而且峰 值温度随频率变化,表明该大块非晶体系中存在自旋玻璃态. 关键词: 大块金属玻璃 低温磁化率 自旋玻璃  相似文献

CeCu6是一种重费密子系统,采用Ni替代Cu研究磁性原子掺杂的多晶样品CeCu6-xNix(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)在极低温下的电阻随温度的变化规律.实验结果表明,随着Ni原子掺杂量的增加,电阻的规律发生变化.在500mK以下,x≈0.1的样品电阻与温度呈线性关系,表现出非费密液体行为,而其他样品皆为典型的费密液体,x≈0.1是其临界掺杂成分.对比用Au替代的情况,临界掺杂成分也是0.1,但Au掺杂是靠体积膨胀来改变合金的基态性质,而Ni掺杂则是因其磁性造成对合金基态性质的影响 关键词: 重费密子 临界掺杂 非费密液体  相似文献

采用固相反应烧结法制成了钙钛矿(La1-yTby)0.67Sr0.33MnO3(y=0—1)多晶样品.研究了样品的微观结构,常温、低温下的磁性,样品的磁电阻随温度、成分的变化关系,电阻随温度变化特性等.并在y=0.40样品中,170K附近、最大磁化场为7T时,观察到了900%的巨磁电阻. 关键词:  相似文献

对Zn,Ni,Mg高掺杂的La1.85Sr0.15CuO4(LSCO)超导体的X射线衍射谱进行了仔细的分析,从而获得了各掺杂样品的晶格常量、原子结构参量及衍射的峰形参量,比较了不同掺杂所引起的晶体结构的差异,计算了由于掺杂所产生的晶格内部的微应变,结果表明非磁性金属Zn,Mg掺杂比磁性金属Ni掺杂更强烈地抑制了LSCO的超导电性可能与材料中晶格的微应变有关. 关键词: 1.85Sr0.15CuO4')" href="#">La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 磁、非磁掺杂 原子结构参量 晶格微应变  相似文献

以SrO和CrO2为原料, 在高温高压的条件下直接反应生成纯相的K2NiF4结构的Sr2CrO4多晶样品. 结构用粉末X射线衍射及GSAS精修表征. 磁化率测试显示样品存在一个弱的反铁磁相变, 奈尔温度为TN=95 K. 在奈尔温度以上, 磁化率随温度的变化遵循居里-外斯定律. 对样品进行了电阻测试, 结果显示了样品的绝缘特性.  相似文献

用熔融法制备了Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+y掺Na多晶样品,转变温度Tc提高到90K以上,最大的零电阻温度达到92.5K。在流动氧气退火后,未掺Na样品Tc显著降低,而掺Na样品Tc几乎不变,说明二者Tc提高具有不同的机制。据此我们认为Na替代了Bi而使Bio层电荷失去平衡,Cuo面上电子转移到Bio层而形成空穴,空穴和电子的吸引相 关键词:  相似文献

研究了T*相超导体(Bi,Sr)2(Y,Ce)2Cu2Oy的成相规律,发现缓冷对T*相单相样品的制备是有利的.淬火样品的主相物质为Ce2Y2O7,完全不含T*相结构.在室温到熔化温度的范围,热分析未观察到结构相变.在240—460℃,相对每个Cu原子超导体失氧约0.1个氧.氧气中烧结并缓冷到室温的样品在30K出现零电阻现象 关键词:  相似文献

本文选择两块零电阻温度分别为82K和71K超导性能不同的薄膜样品,同步进行了电阻在外磁场中展宽的测量,并用Palstra所提出的Arrhenius定律研究两样品热激活能的差别。实验发现样品热激活能随磁场增加线性下降。由测量结果推出的不可逆线仍有B*-(1-T*/Tc)3/2形式。 关键词:  相似文献

The La1.32Sr1.68Mn2O7 layered manganite system has been studied by the low temperature electrical resistance and magnetoresistance under hydrostatic pressure up to 25 kbar. We have observe both, a Curie temperature (TC) and a metal-insulator transition (TMI) at 118 K in the ambient pressure. The applied pressure shifts the TMI to higher temperature values and induces a second metal-insulator transition (T2MI) at 90 K, in the temperature dependence of resistivity measurements. Also, the pressure suppresses the peak resistance abruptly at TC. When an external field of 5 T is applied, we have observed a large negative magnetoresistance of 300% at the transition temperature and a 128% at 4.5 K. However, the increased pressure decreases the magnetoresistance ratio gradually. When the pressure reaches its maximum available value of 25 kbar, the magnetoresistance ratio decreases at a rate of 1.3%/kbar. From our experimental results, the decrease of magnetoresistance ratio with pressure is explained by the pressure induced canted spin state which is not favor for the spin polarized intergrain tunneling in layered manganites.  相似文献

NMR measurements of proton spin-lattice relaxation times T1 and T1? in the layered intercalation compounds TiS2(NH3)1.0 and TaS2(NH3)x (x = 0.8, 0.9, 1.0) are reported as functions of frequency and temperature (100 K – 300 K). These observations probe the spectral density of magnetic fluctuations due to motions of the intercalated molecules at frequencies accessible to the T1 (4–90 MHz) and T1? (1–100 kHz) measurements. Since the average molecular hopping time (τ) can be changed by varying temperature, different regions of the spectral density can be examined. For T > 200 K, both T?11 and T?11? vary logarithmically with frequency, reflecting the two dimensional character of the molecular diffusion. The temperature dependence of T1 suggests that a more accurate picture of the short time dynamics is required. No dependence of relaxation rate on vacancy concentration is found.  相似文献

Polycrystalline Mn2VGa samples were synthesized using an arc furnace. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern was analyzed using General Structural Analysis System (GSAS) package and the refined lattice parameter was found to be 5.905 Å. We found magnetic ordering in the system below 783 K and the spontaneous magnetization was observed to be following the Bloch T3/2 law below 80 K. The magnetic moment per formula unit at 5 K was observed to be 1.88 μB. The temperature variation of the electrical resistance was found to follow the relation Rn=R0n+aTα (α=1.616) and (Rn—normalized electrical resistance) in the temperature range of 25–300 K and we observed almost a temperature independent variation of the electrical resistance below 25 K indicating the absence of spin-flip scattering.  相似文献

A detailed study on the weak localization phenomenon vis-a-vis electron-electron interaction effects in magnetic metallic glasses has been carried out. We measured the electrical conductivity and magnetoconductivity within the temperature range 1.8≤T≤300K. A maximum on the conductivity versus temperature curve exists atT=T m. The conductivity was observed to follow aT 1/2 law forT<T m andT 2 law forT>T m. Magnetoconductivity data of these alloys indicate the prominence of electron-electron interaction at low temperatures. The authors have determined the inelastic scattering field and spin-orbit scattering field from the magnetoconductivity data. The inelastic scattering field obeys aT p law (p=2) at low temperatures.  相似文献

Magnetic field (0–4 T) and temperature dependencies (4.2–320 K) of the electrical resistance of Gd5(Si1.5Ge2.5), which undergoes a reversible first-order ferromagnetic↔paramagnetic phase transition, have been measured. The electrical resistance of Gd5(Si1.5Ge2.5) indicates that the magnetic phase transition can be induced by both temperature and magnetic field. The temperature dependence of the electrical resistance, R(T), for heating at low temperatures in the zero magnetic field has the usual metallic character, but at a critical temperature of Tcr=216 K the resistance shows a 20% negative discontinuity due to the transition from the low-temperature high-resistance state to the high-temperature low-resistance state. The R(T) dependence for cooling shows a similar but positive 25% discontinuity at 198 K. The isothermal magnetic field dependence of the electrical resistance from 212T224 K indicates the presence of temperature-dependent critical magnetic fields which can reversibly transform the paramagnetic phase into the ferromagnetic phase and vice versa. The critical magnetic fields diagram determined from the isothermal magnetic field dependencies of the electrical resistance of Gd5(Si1.5Ge2.5) shows that the FM↔PM transition in zero magnetic field on cooling and heating occurs at 206 and 213 K, respectively. The full isothermal magnetic filed hysteresis for the FM↔PM transition is 2 T, and the isofield temperature gap between critical magnetic fields is 7 K.  相似文献

Magnetization and susceptibility were investigated as a function of temperature and magnetic field in polycrystalline Mn[Cr0.5Ga1.5]S4 spinel. The dc susceptibility measurements at 919 Oe showed a disordered ferrimagnetic behaviour with a Curie-Weiss temperature θCW=−55 K and an effective magnetic moment of 5.96 μB close to the spin-only value of 6.52 μB for Cr3+ and Mn2+ ions in the 3d3 and 3d5 configurations, respectively. The magnetization measured at 100 Oe revealed the multiple magnetic transitions with a sharp maximum at the Néel temperature TN=3.9 K, a minimum at the Yafet-Kittel temperature TYK=5 K, a broad maximum at the freezing temperature Tf=7.9 K, and an inflection point at the Curie temperature TC=48 K indicating a transition to paramagnetic phase. A large splitting between the zero-field-cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled (FC) magnetizations at a temperature smaller than TC suggests the presence of spin-glass-like behaviour. This behaviour is considered in a framework of competing interactions between the antiferromagnetic ordering of the A(Mn) sublattice and the ferromagnetic ordering of the B(Cr) sublattice.  相似文献
