Functionalized diketopiperazines (dioxopiperazines) are an important class of molecules in medicinal chemistry and material science. Herein we report a diastereoselective synthesis of diketopiperazine bis-α,β-epoxides via the oxidation of exocyclic olefins. Although six diastereomers may be formed by this approach, only one or two of them were observed.  相似文献

Bis-β-cyclodextrin connected via ethylene diamine on the primary side of the β-cyclodextrin was synthesized and used for the supramolecular non-covalent inclusion complex with C60 in a mixed solvent system at room temperature. The apparent association constant of the 2:2 inclusion complex determined by combination of UV–Vis absorbance and Benesi–Hildebrand equation was found to be 1.78 × 106 M?1. The product obtained was highly water-soluble and superior in stability in aqueous medium as compared to previously known β-cyclodextrin/C60 complex. The non-covalent self-assembly of bis-β-cyclodextrin and C60 was characterized and confirmed from FT-IR, UV–Vis, XRD and TGA. The supramolecular aggregation behavior and particle size of the inclusion complex was found from transmission electron microscope and static light scattering measurements. The size of the inclusion complex was found to be ~30 ± 5 nm.  相似文献

A convenient synthetic pathway to 2-aryl-5,6-dihydro-4H-benzo[f][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-α]azepine derivatives 7 was developed. The synthesis was based on the cycloaddition of the 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene a-acetoxy azo compounds 3 with Ar-CN in the presence of AlCl3 and the consecutive ring enlargement.  相似文献

A stereoselective synthesis of (1R,2R,5S)-2-benzyloxymethyl-3-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptan-2-one was achieved, by intramolecular [2+2]-cycloaddition of (R)-vinylglycinol-derived N-allyl-β-N-keteniminium salts, with high facial diastereoselection. An efficient stereoselective synthesis of both the diastereomers of diquinane-based conformationally constrained symmetric bis-γ-lactones starting from tricyclic derivative 9 is reported. The key step involves the intramolecular ring opening of an epoxide by the in situ formed hydrate of a diketone leading to the tetracyclic hemiacetal 10, which directly leads to the exo-hydroxy bis-γ-lactone derivatives 2 and 4 under basic hydrogen peroxide cleavage conditions. Conversion to the endo-hydroxy bis-γ-lactone derivatives 1 and 3 was accomplished through lithium hydroxide mediated SN2 displacements in dimesylate 7, or more expeditiously, via trimesylate 21 through alkaline H2O2 mediated cleavage.  相似文献

A automated synthesis of symmetric integrin αvβ3-targeted radiotracer [18F]FP-PEG3-β-Glu-RGD2 was carried out by multi-step procedure on the modified PET-MF-2V-IT-I synthesizer. Firstly, the prosthetic group of 4-nitrophenyl 2-[18F]fluoropropionate ([18F]NFP) was automated synthesized by a convenient three-step, one-pot procedure. Secondly, [18F]FP-PEG3-β-Glu-RGD2 was synthesized by coupling [18F]NFP with the symmetric RGD-peptide (PEG3-β-Glu-RGD2) and purified by a solid-phase extraction cartridge. The radiochemical yields of [18F]NFP were 35 ± 5 % (n = 10, decay-corrected) based on [18F]fluoride in 80 min. [18F]FP-PEG3-β-Glu-RGD2 was obtained with yield 40 ± 10 % (n = 5, decay-corrected) from [18F]NFP within 20 min. The radiochemical purity of [18F]FP-PEG3-β-Glu-RGD2 was greater than 98 %.  相似文献

Catalytic asymmetric synthesis of some new chiral building blocks useful for natural product synthesis is described. The intramolecular cyclopropanation (IMCP) reaction of α-diazo-β-keto sulfones affording bicyclo[4.1.0]heptanes such as 9a-d is found to proceed with high enantioselectivity (93-98% ee). The yield is moderate due to the competing intramolecular C-H insertion reaction. As intramolecular C-H insertion reaction is not observed in the reaction of the substrates possessing a quaternary carbon at the allylic position, the reactions of 19a and 19b proceed with high enantioselectivity (95% ee) and yield. It was also found that the substrates possessing an ether group, such as 19a and 19b, could be used in this enantioselective IMCP reaction.  相似文献

The electrooxidative [3 + 2] annulation of amidines with 2-arylideneindane-1,3-diones or 4-alkylidene pyrazolones is reported using NaI as a redox catalyst and electrolyte under constant current electrolysis in an undivided cell. The current strategy features excellent functional group tolerance, simple operation, and mild conditions, thus providing an environmentally benign and efficient access to spiroimidazolines in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

An efficient and divergent synthesis of C4α- and C4β-methyl-substituted analogues of 2-aminobicyclo[3.1.0]hexane 2,6-dicarboxylate, which are important tools in the study of metabotropic glutamate receptor function, has been achieved. Bis-μ-[(methylenedicyclopentanone-2,2′-dioximato)triphenylantimony] is prepared by the reaction of triphenylantimony with methylenedicylopentanone-2,2′-dioxime in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. According to the data of X-ray structural analysis, this compound has centrosymmetric structure with two Ph3Sb fragments connected with each other via dioxime bridges. The antimony atoms have screwed trigonalbipyramidal coordination, the Sb-C bond lengths vary in the range of 2.097(6)–2.122(4) Å, the Sb-O distances equal to 2.073(3) and 2.064(3) Å. There are short Sb—N intramolecular contacts in the molecule [2.876(4), 2.905(4) Å].  相似文献

One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4-dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor-acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotaxane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF6 was assembled by using donor-acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.  相似文献

Condensation reactions of anthranilic acid with iminoethers 1417 derived from tetracycles 913 to give the title hexacyclic compounds reflect a preferred trans-relationship for H(10)–H(16a) protons in C(7)-unsubstituted products and a cis-relatioship for H(7)–H(16a) protons in C(10)-unsubstituted analogs. This synthetic strategy is limited by the steric hindrance of the substituent at C(10). Theoretical calculations are in agreement with the experimental results. The regioselectivity in favor of the linear tetracyclic compound 11 with respect to 12 has also been confirmed.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of MoO3, V, Na2WO4· 2H2O, [N(CH2CH2)3N](1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] octane), and H2O at 160°C for 90h gave dark-brown crystals of [HN(CH2CH2)3N]2[HMoVMoVI 5O19]·[N(CH2CH2)3N], (1), in 40% yield. Complex (1) is the first one-electron reduced mixed-valence hexamolybdate to be crystallized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure of (1) consists of discrete [HMoVMoVI 5O19]2– anions, [HN-(CH2CH2)3N]+ cations, and neutral [N(CH2CH2)3N] molecules of crystallization.  相似文献
