本文将Wilets等人提出并由作者加以改进的二体电子关联变分方法推广到多电子原子一般激发态结构的计算。对He原子及其等电子系列(1s)(nl)电子组态的激发单重态n1L、三重态n3L,Be原子及其等电子系列(1s)2(2s)(nl)3L和B原子(1s)2(2s)2(nl)2L等激发态进行了计算,结果表明:这种方法的波函数结构简单,便于应用,不仅计算量小, 关键词:  相似文献

利用电热法将含金物质加热,产生Au原子束,再以两束UV脉冲激光垂直照射,将处于基态的Au原子共振激发至高Rydberg态。滞后于激光脉冲200ns的高压脉冲电场(6500V/cm)加到反应区,使处于Rydberg态的Au原子电离。激光波长在一定范围内扫描,共测出了Au原子的n2D3/2(n=18—38)和n2S1/2(n=21—34;36—38)两通道的38条能级的位置。用参数拟合得到2D3/22S1/2两系列的极限分别为:ED=74409.8(3)cm-1,ES=74410.0(2)cm-1,计算了每条能级的量子亏损。我们的实验还证明了场电离是一种十分有效的电离手段,比用通常的激光光电离效率要高得多。这在共振电离谱学(RIS)的研究中是一种很有效的方法。 关键词:  相似文献

Satellite intensity factors F*2(s→f) have been calculated for the 1s22s+εl→(1s23l′nl″)*→1s22sml''+hν dielectronic recombination processes of lithium-like V, Cu, Se, Ag and Ba ions. The relevant atomic parameters have been calculated explicitly for all intermediate resonance states |s〉≡|1s23l′nl″SLJ〉 with n=3-9 in the intermediate coupling scheme. The 1/n3 scaling, which has often been used in extrapolating F*(s→f) for n≥4, is tested against these values of F*2(s→f).  相似文献

本文对NaCl型结构的稀土化合物RX(X=N,P,As,Sb,Bi)的晶场参数B40的实验值进行了分析。在此基础上我们提出一个新的利用简单点电荷模型计算RX晶场参数B40值的关系式:B40=k3(B40)p+c3。用此关系式我们确定了一系列RX的晶场参数B40值,结果与实验值符合很好。对关系式的含义本文也作了充分讨论。 关键词:  相似文献

作为文献[4]的自然推广,本文讨论了低对称性(C4v或D4h,C3v或D3h)晶场中3d5离子零场劈裂常数D值的计算。给出D值依赖于Racah参数、晶场参数和自旋-轨道耦合常数ξ的表示式。用于α-Al2O3晶体中Fe3+,离子D值的计算,结果与实验值能够较好地符合。 关键词:  相似文献

为了进一步提高氢化非晶硅薄膜晶体管 (a-Si:H TFT) 的场效应电子迁移率, 研究了批量生产条件下对欧姆接触层和栅极绝缘层进行多层 制备, 不同的工艺参数对a-Si:H TFT场效应电子迁移率的影响. 研究表明随着对欧姆接触层 (n+层) 分层数的增加, 以及低速生长的栅极绝缘层 (GL层) 和高速生长的栅极绝缘层 (GH 层) 厚度比值提高, a-Si:H TFT的场效应迁移率得到提升. 当n+层分层数达到 3层, GL层和GH层厚度比值为4:11 时, 器件的场效应电子迁移率达到0.66 cm2/V·s, 比传统工艺提高了约一倍, 显著改善了a-Si:H TFT 的电学特性, 并在量产线上得到了验证. 关键词: 非晶硅薄膜晶体管 电子迁移率 欧姆接触层 栅极绝缘层  相似文献

利用变频导纳谱研究了γ辐照前后Hg1-xCdxTe(x=0.6)n+-on-p结中的深能级缺陷.辐照前其缺陷能级位置在价带上0.15 eV,俘获截面σp=2.9×10-18cm2,缺陷密度Nt=6.5×1015cm-3,初步认为是Hg空位或与其相关的复合缺陷;经过104Gy的γ辐照后其能级变得更深,在价带上0.19 eV,同时其俘获截面增加了近一个数量级,而缺陷密度基本上没有变化.γ辐照引入的这种能级变化最终使器件的性能(探测率)下降了1/2以上. 关键词:  相似文献

Two independent weak-coupling expansions are developed for the Liouville quantum field theory on a circle. In the first, the coupling of the nonzero modes is treated as a perturbation on the exact solution to the zero-mode problem (quantum mechanics with an exponential potential). The second approach is a weak-coupling approximation to an explicit operator solution which expresses various Liouville operators as functions of a free massless field using a Bäcklund transformation. It is shown that the free state space associated with the latter solution must be restricted to the sector which is odd with respect to a type of “parity.” Various matrix elements are computed to order g10 using both approaches, yielding identical results.  相似文献

Exact, closed form results are given expressing the quantum Liouville field theory in terms of a canonical free pseudoscalar field. The classical conformal transformation properties and a Bäcklund transformation of the Liouville model are briefly reviewed and then developed into explicit operator statements for the quantum theory. This development leads to exact expressions for the basic operator functions of the Liouville field: ?μΦ, and e. An operator product analysis is then used to construct the Liouville energy-momentum tensor operator, which is shown to be equal to that of a free pseudoscalar field. Dynamical consequences of this equivalence are discussed, including the relation between the Liouville and free field energy eigenstates. Liouville correlation functions are partially analyzed, and remaining open questions are discussed.  相似文献

Approximate expressions for the NMR spin relaxation rate constant in the rotating frame of reference R are derived for two-site chemical exchange by consideration of the evolution of the average density operator using the stochastic Liouville equation. R is obtained as a linearized approximation to the largest (least negative) eigenvalue of the matrix describing the evolution of the average density operator in the long-term limit. The expressions obtained are more accurate than existing expressions when exchange is not fast and the populations of the exchanging sites are close to equal. The new expressions for R facilitate the interpretation of chemical exchange phenomena in proteins and other biological macromolecules.  相似文献

Operators for arbitrary exponentials exp(λφ) of a periodic Liouville field φ(τ,σ) are represented iteratively by an infinite power series in terms of a periodic scalar free field. Necessary quantum corrections of the Liouville operators with respect to their classical expressions are fixed by conformal covariance and locality. Canonical commutation relations for the Liouville field quantities are valid when the canonical quantization of the scalar free field is imposed. A quantum correction of the energy momentum tensor can be avoided thus preserving the conformal invariance of the Liouville theory.  相似文献

Starting from the classical Liouville theory, we study its quantum theory through canonical quantization. We find that if the Poisson bracket relations between two vectors are,dominated by the classical r-matrix in the classical case, their quantum analogue is replaced by the exchange relations dominated by the quantum R-matrix. The quantum group structure in the quantum LiouviUe theory is studied and the central charge of the quantum Liouville theory is also obtained.  相似文献

A method is introduced to calculate thermodynamic Green functions. A powerful theorem by Masson is the motivation for expressing the Fourier-time transform of the Green function as a super space matrix element of the resolvent of the Liouville operator.
