Paper deals with experimental investigations and quantum chemical calculations of the optical absorption spectra of methoxy and carboethoxy 1,3-diphenyl derivatives of the pyrazoloquinoline ([PQ]): 6-methoxy-1,3-dyphenil-[PQ], 6-methoxy-1,3-(p-methoxyphenyl)-[PQ], 6-methoxy-1-(p-methoxyphenyl)-[PQ] and 6-carboethoxy-1,3-diphenyl-[PQ]. The quantum chemical calculations are performed by means of the semiempirical quantum chemical methods (AM1 or PM3) applied to: (a) the equilibrium molecular conformation in vacuo (T=0 K); (b) the molecular dynamic (MD) trajectory (T=300 K) which includes the dynamics of a certain molecular fragment (moiety) only (fragmental MD simulations); or (c) the MD trajectory obtained for most general case within the total MD simulations at T=300 K. The results of these calculations are compared with the measured spectra of the optical absorption. The quantum chemical simulations show that the dynamics of the methoxy or carboethoxy groups practically does not influence the absorption spectrum whereas the strongest its modification (300相似文献

Regioselective synthesis of functionalized tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans has been developed by multicomponent reactions (MCRs) and tandem [3 + 3] annulations of β-benzoylthioacetanilides or β-(2-haloaroyl)thioacetanilides as valuable sources with aromatic aldehydes and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione catalyzed by triethylamine. This MCR followed by a postcondensation cyclization via an intramolecular S(N)Ar in the presence of K(2)CO(3) led to an unprecedented novel chromeno[2,3-b]quinoline framework containing an important chromene moiety in good yields. The reactions were very mild, convenient, and o-selective to form new fused tetracyclic target molecules.  相似文献

A series of methoxy (MO) and carboethoxy (CE) derivatives of 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline ([DPPQ]) are characterized by spectroscopic methods. All dyes show the photoluminescent spectra which are highly solvatochromic. In the case of 6MO[DPPQ] and 6CE[DPPQ] the emission bands are broad and shifted to the red with increasing of solvent polarity whereas the dyes 6MO1pMO[DPPQ] and 6MO13pMO[DPPQ] exhibit a reverse solvatochromism. The large difference between the excited- and state-dipole moments indicates a strong electron transfer effects in all dyes. The EL spectra are obtained for the fabricated OLEDs with a general structure of EL device ITO/PVK:6X[DPPQ]/Ca/Al. The blue emission originating from PVK host matrix appears to be quenched in EL spectra of doped PVK matrix giving rise to emission in blue, blue-green or green spectral regions. The obtained results demonstrate that a series of newly synthesized methoxy and carboethoxy [DPPQ]-derivatives may be considered as promising materials for electroluminescent applications.  相似文献

The pyridazino[3,4-b]quinoxalines 6a,b and pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoxaline hydrochloride 9 were synthesized by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of 6-chloro-2-(1-methylhydrazino)quinoxaline 4-oxide 5 with dimethyl or diethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and 2-chloroacrylonitrile, respectively. The results of experimental studies and quantum chemical simulations of the absorption spectra of 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline and its derivatives are presented. The quantum chemical calculations (semi-empirical AM1 and PM3 methods) show similarity in the absorption spectra of 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline and 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline which are characterized by five strong absorption bands in the spectral range 200-500 nm. A substitution of the methyl groups by at least one phenyl group causes the drastic changes of the absorption spectra mainly within the spectral range 240-370 nm. We attribute these differences to additional molecular double bonding segments C=C of the substituted phenyl groups, i.e. to pi --> pi* transitions. A comparison of measured and the calculated absorption spectra manifests quite satisfactory agreement for all compounds in the part regarding the spectral position of the first oscillator (absorption threshold). At the same time, the measured spectra demonstrate the considerable broadening practically of all absorption bands and even complete damping some of them in the case of phenyl derivatives. The experiments performed with highly and weakly polar organic solvents shows that the solvent effect on the absorption spectra is small. For this reason the discrepancies between the calculated and the measured spectra are attributed to electron-vibronic coupling as well as to rotational dynamics of phenyl rings.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and eco-friendly synthetic protocol has been developed via one pot three-component reaction between aldehyde, amino pyrazole, and 1,3-cyclohexanedione by using recyclable polyethylene glycol (PEG)-400 as a reaction medium. Present in a number of small molecule derivatives that display a wide range of biological activities, the dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]indol-(2H)-one (DHPI) core represents an underexplored heterocyclic scaffold. Given the pharmaceutical potential of the DHPI motif, the development of synthetic methodologies that permit their expedient assembly would be highly desirable. Herein, we describe a novel strategy for the construction of the DHPI core from 3-iodo-1H-indolyl substrates, employing an unprecedented Pd-catalyzed intramolecular aminocarbonylative ring closure. The compatibility of our optimized protocol with various functional groups is highlighted through the synthesis of a range of diversely substituted DHPI derivatives in up to 90 % isolated yield.  相似文献

An efficient and straightforward protocol for one-pot, three-component reaction of aryl glyoxal monohydrates 1a-h , 5-amino-1-aryl-3-methylpyrazoles 2a , b and 4-hydroxyquinoline-2(1H)-one ( 3 ) or 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone ( 4 ) using silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) as a high performance nanocatalyst in H2O/EtOH at 60°C afforded the corresponding polyfunctionalized benzo[h]pyrazolo[3,4-b][1,6]naphthyridines 5a-h and benzo[g]pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolines 6a-i , respectively. Excellent catalytic activity, high yields, employing green media and green nanocatalyst, cost-effective and simple procedure are some notable advantages of using AgNPs as a noble metal nanocatalyst in this synthetic strategy. The structures of fused heterocycles were confirmed by their Fourier transform infrared, proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), and 13C-NMR spectral data and microanalysis.  相似文献

Paper presents the quantum chemical modeling of the optical absorption spectra of 6-fluoro, 6-bromo, 7-trifluoromethyl, 6-cyano and 6-carboethoxy derivatives of 1,3-Dimethyl-1H-Pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline. The calculations are performed by means of the semiempirical quantum chemical methods (AM1 or PM3) in combination with molecular dynamics (MD) simulations at T=300 K. It is shown that a particular rotational dynamics of the methyl, trifluoromethyl or ethyl groups practically does not influence the optical absorption in the spectral range 200-500 nm whereas broadening of absorption bands may be well reproduced within MD simulations including all types of nuclei vibrations. The results of calculations are compared with the measured spectra of optical absorption. The quantum chemical method AM1 in combination with MD simulations gives for all dyes the best agreement between the calculated and measured spectral positions of the first absorption band (absorption threshold).  相似文献

10-Methyl-7-aryl-7,12-dihydro-6H,8H-chromeno[4,3-b]pyrano[3,4-e]pyridine-6,8-dione derivatives are significant class of compounds and this is critical to develop methods in water using commercially available and non-toxic catalysts. In this paper, an efficient method is introduced for the synthesis of 10-methyl-7-aryl-7,12-dihydro-6H,8H-chromeno[4,3-b]pyrano[3,4-e]pyridine-6,8-dione derivatives. For the synthesis of the desired products, a multicomponent reaction was designed and performed between 4-hydroxycoumarin, an aldehyde, 6-methyl-2H-pyran-2,4(3H)-dione, and ammonium acetate. The products are obtained under green conditions in water in the presence of a catalytic amount of L-proline (10 mol%). The advantage of this method is no need to any toxic solvent, which is critical from the environmental viewpoint. A possible mechanism was suggested, which confirms the role of L-proline in the reaction as the catalyst.

[structure: see text] The 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]-quinoline chromophore is a versatile building block for the construction of brightly fluorescent molecular sensors. Facile synthetic procedures allow integration of the chromophore into fluorophore-spacer-receptor systems as well as fluoroionophores operating via intramolecular charge transfer. Whereas the former photoinduced electron-transfer probes show strong analyte-induced fluorescence enhancement, the latter exhibit bright ratiometric dual emission. The synthesis of 3,4-alkoxythieno[2,3-b]thiophene derivatives has been developed from the readily accessible dimethyl or diethyl 3,4-dihydroxythieno[2,3-b]thiophenedicarboxylates. The yields for the dialkoxy derivatives were strongly dependent both on the base and the alkylating agent used for the nucleophilic substitutions. A trimer associating the new 3,4-ethylenedioxy-thieno[2,3-b]thiophene unit with 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene moieties has been synthesized and electropolymerized.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of naphtho[2,3-b]thiophene-4,9-diones has been developed via DABCO-catalyzed three-component reaction of 1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives, α,β-unsaturated ketones and hydrated sodium sulfide. The reaction is initiated by sequential Michael additions of sodium sulfide to α,β-unsaturated ketone and of generated anion to 1,4-naphthoquinone derivative, followed by intramolecular oxidative cyclization and aromatization. Various functional groups in the α,β-unsaturated ketones survive under the reaction conditions and naphtho[2,3-b]thiophene-4,9-diones are generated in good yields.  相似文献
