Some new bimetallic carboxylates of tin and germanium with general formula where R1 = m-CH3C6H4, p-CH3C6H4, C6H5, R2 = o-CH3C6H4, p-CH3C6H4, o-CH3OC6H4, C6H5, CH3, have been prepared by the condensation reaction of diethyltin oxide and triarygermyl(substituted)propanoic acid in 1:2 mole ratio, respectively, and characterized by multinuclear (1H, 13C, 119Sn) NMR, 119mSn Mössbauer and IR spectroscopy. The X-ray crystal structure of the ligand I4 [(C6H5)3GeCH(o-CH3OC6H4)CH2COOH] delineate four coordinated germanium atom with a peculiarity of having a molecule of solvent (CHCl3). The chiral center in the synthesized compounds was identified on the basis of 1H NMR data and measurements of angle of rotations.  相似文献

A series of 1-(4-substitutedphenyl)-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehydes 4a–l have been synthesized and tested for their biological activities. Formation of the pyrazole derivatives was achieved by treating with Vilsmeier-Haack reagent. The newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities compared to Diclofenac sodium as standard drug. Compounds 4g, 4i and 4k exhibited the maximum anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. The detailed synthesis, spectroscopic and toxicity data are reported.  相似文献

A series of new (phenoxyethyl)aminoalkanol derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their anticonvulsant activity. The most promising compound seemed to be (R,S)‐1N‐[(2,6‐dimethyl)phenoxyethyl]amino‐2‐butanol, which displayed anti‐MES activity (in mice, i.p.) with protective index (TD50/ED50) of 5.712, corresponding to that of phenytoin (6.6), carbamazepine (4.9) and valproate (1.7). The lipophilicity of compounds 1–17 exhibiting anticonvulsant activity was investigated. Their lipophilicities (RM0) were determined using reversed‐phase thin‐layer chromatography (RP‐TLC) with a mixture of acetone and water as mobile phases. The partition coefficients of 1–17 (logP) were also calculated using two computer programs (Pallas and ALOGPS) and compared with RM0. Treatment of the disodium salts of 7,8- and 7,9-B9H9CHE2? with germanium diiodide in refluxing benzene results in the formation of 1,2,3- and 1,2,7-GeB9H9CHE (E = P or As), icosahedral boranes containing three different heteroatoms in the cage. Heating 1,2,7-GeB9H9CHP at 512° for 8 hours in an evacuated sealed tube yields a mixture of three new isomers one of which has been isolated and characterized.  相似文献

Aromatic carboxylic acids on refluxing with 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridyloxyacetylhydrazide in POCl3 gave 5-aryl-2-(3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridyloxymethyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles. The hydrazide on treatment with acid chlorides gave diacylhydrazines, whereas with arylsulfonyl chlorides acyl(arylsulfonyl)hydrazines were obtained. The latter two types of compounds were tested for their antibacterial and antifungal activities whereas 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were tested for their herbicidal activity. In this study, four ferrocenyl indenyl derivatives, C9H7–C≡C–Fc (1), C9H7–C≡C–Ph–Fc (2), C9H7–C≡C–Ph–C≡C–Fc (3), and C9H7–Ph–C≡C–Fc (4) (where C9H7=indenyl; Fc=C5H5FeC5H4; Ph=C6H5), have been synthesized by Sonogashira and Suzuki cross-coupling reactions and characterized by elemental analysis, and FT-IR, 1H, 13C-NMR, and MS spectroscopic methods, respectively. The molecular structures of 1, 2, and 4 were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Two molecules appeared in the crystal structure of 4, and they interact through an intermolecular hydrogen bond. The electrochemical redox potential differences in 1–4 were investigated using cyclic voltammetry and calculations.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and cytotoxic properties in vitro of tri‐n‐butyltin 1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetate ( 1 ), tri‐phenyltin 1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetate ( 2 ), tetra‐n‐butyltin[bis‐1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetato]distannoxane ( 3 ) and di‐n‐butyltin bis‐1‐(4‐chlorobenzoyl)‐5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐acetate ( 4 ) are described. These compounds have been characterized by 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy in solution and 119Sn NMR in the solid state, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction for compound 1 . The growth inhibition effects of compounds 1–4 against the lung adenocarcinoma cell line SK‐LU‐1 as well as the cervical cancer cell line HeLa were determined. A much improved synthesis of the heretofore difficultly obtainable 2,6-diaminopyrazine (4) was afforded by the low-pressure catalytic hydrogenation (palladium on carbon) of 2,6-diazido-pyrazine (2) ; reaction of 2,6-dichloropyrazine (1) and sodium azide gave 2 in 84% yield. The outcome of the reduction was found to be solvent dependent: 1,2-dimethoxyethane containing aqueous ammonia gave 4 in 83% yield; 1,2-dimethoxyethane alone gave 5-aminotetrazolo[1,5-a]-pyrazine (3) in 26% yield. Additional alternative syntheses of 3 and 4 are described. A number of acyl and azo derivatives of 4 were prepared. Reactions of 2 with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and ethyl acetate (base catalyzed) leading to vic-triazole derivatives are also described.  相似文献

Oxidative dimerizations of some naphthalene derivatives were studied. With vanadium oxytrichloride either a new C-C bond formation occured or the reagent caused chlorination of the ring. Attempts to induce photochemically a new C-C bond failed.

Zusammenfassung Die oxidative Dimerisierung einiger Naphthalinderivate wurde untersucht. Mit Vanadiumoxytrichlorid wird eine neue C-C-Bindung gebildet, es wurde jedoch auch Chlorierung des Naphthalinringes beobachtet. Versuche zur photochemischen Bildung einer C-C-Bindung scheiterten.

A series of novel heterocyclic compounds containing anthracene moiety was synthesized. Reaction of (11R,15S)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-[3,4]furanoanthracene-12,14-dione with 2-cyanoacetohydrazide gave 2-cyano-pyrroloanthracen acetamide (1) , which acts as an adaptable material for the synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds. The synthesized compounds were examined for their antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus via p-iodonitrotetrazolium violet formazon assay. The results exhibited great activity against the tested strains with a minimum bactericidal concentration range from 0.636 to 3.8 mg/mL) and 0.159 to 3.6 mg/mL for E coli and S aureus, respectively. Interestingly, the highest activity was recorded for chromene derivative (6) against both strains.  相似文献

The lipophilicity of a series of anticancer propargylthioquinoline derivatives has been investigated using chromatographic and computational methods. The parameters of relative lipophilicity (R(MO) and logk0) of the tested compounds were determined experimentally both by reversed-phase thin layer (RP-TLC), and high-performance liquid chromatographic methods (RP-HPLC, LiChrospher RP18 column), with mixtures of acetonitrile and water as mobile phases. Their phospholipophilicity (logk(0IAM)) was determined using immobilized artificial membrane HPLC (IAM. PC DD2 Regis column). Mobile phase acetonitrile concentrations were in the ranges 50-90% (RP-TLC), 55-90% (RP-HPLC) and 35-60% (IAM-HPLC). The R(M), logk and logk(IAM) values of the compounds investigated were linearly dependent on acetonitrile concentration. The analysis led to the calculation of R(MO), logk0 and logk(0IAM) parameter values for each of the tested compounds. Their partition coefficients (logP) were also calculated with the Pallas and CAChe programs. The obtained results indicated that, among experimental methods, both RP-TLC and RP-HPLC gave similar results, and these methods enable the determination of lipophilicity of derivatives of thioquinolines. Using the IAM-HPLC technique a simple method of estimation of phospholipoplilicity was described. The CAChe program might better predict calculated lipophilicity logP values, and therefore is a useful tool for the early stage of design of new propargyl thioquinolines.  相似文献

A new series of 1, 2, 4-triazine derivatives possessing indole nucleus were synthesized with an aim to explore their effect on in vitro growth of microorganisms causing microbial infection. In vitro antimicrobial activity was performed against S. aureus, S. epidermidis, P. mirabilis and E. coli using disk diffusion method. The MIC was detected using the double dilution method. The results were compared by calculating percent inhibition area/μg of the compounds with the standard drug "Ciprofloxacin". Selected compounds were evaluated for toxic effects using human hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2) cell line by MTT-assay. Results revealed that some compounds of the series were found to exhibit better activity with less toxicity than Ciprofloxacin.  相似文献

The high content (about 39%) of polymeric tannins in tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.) seed husk (TSH) was demonstrated, and an extract (crude TSE) with a high content (about 94%) of polymeric tannins was prepared from TSH with a one pot extraction using ethanol/water (3:2, v/v). The crude TSE was further purified with Sephadex LH20 to give one fraction (metTSE) eluted with methanol/water (3:2, v/v) and another (acTSE) eluted with acetone/water (3:2, v/v). The tannins of acTSE were established as polymeric proanthocyanidins (PA) by 13C NMR spectroscopy; this was further confirmed by IR and UV spectroscopy, n-BuOH/HCl and vanillin assays, and from HPLC pattern. The ratio of procyanidins to prodelphinidins was 2:3, and the average degree of polymerization of acTSE was 7. Galloylated flavan-3-ols were not detected in acTSE. The main ingredients of metTSE were confirmed to be polymeric PA by 13C NMR spectroscopy. The antioxidant activities using DPPH and ABTS assays were investigated. The IC50 values of acTSE were 4.2 +/- 0.2 (DPPH assay) and 6.2 +/- 0.3 microg/mL (ABTS assay).  相似文献

The reaction of solid [RuClCp(PPh(3))(2)] with TeSe(3)(2-) or Se(n)(2-) in DMF leads to the formation of [RuCp(PPh(3))(mu(2)-Se(2))](2) (1). In the structure of this compound the two bridging Se(2) groups lead to a six-membered Ru(2)Se(4) ring in a chair conformation. Attached to each Ru center is a PPh(3) ligand in an equatorial position and a Cp ring in an axial position. The compound is diamagnetic. The compound [Ru(2)Cp(2)(mu(3)-Se(2))(mu(3)-Se)](2) (2) is obtained under similar conditions in the presence of air. This structure comprises a centrosymmetric Ru(4)Se(6) dimer formed from the two bridging Se groups and the two bridging Se(2) groups. Each Ru center is pi-bonded to a Cp ring. The reaction of solid [RuClCp(PPh(3))(2)] with a Te(n)(2-) polytelluride solution in DMF leads to the diamagnetic compound [(RuCp(PPh(3)))(2)(mu(2)-(1,4-eta:3,6-eta)Te(6))] (3). Here the Ru centers are bound to a bridging Te(6) chain at the 1, 4, 3, and 6 positions, leading to a bicyclic Ru(2)Te(6) ring. Each Ru atom is bound to a Cp ring and a PPh(3) group. This dimer possesses a center of symmetry. The structure of 3 is the first example of a bicyclic complex where fusion occurs along a Te-Te bond. If the same reaction is carried out in DMF/CH(2)Cl(2), rather than DMF, then [(RuCp(PPh(3)))(2)(mu(2)-(1,4-eta:3,6-eta)Te(6))].CH(2)Cl(2) (4) is obtained. In the solid state it possesses the same Ru(2)Te(6) structural unit as does 3, but the unit lacks a crystallographically imposed center of symmetry. The electronic structures of 3 and 4 have been analyzed with the use of first principles density functional theory. Bond order analysis indicates that the Te-Te bond where fusion occurs has a shared bonding charge of about (2)/(3) of that found for Te-Te single bonds.  相似文献
