空间形式中常数量率的子流形

本文利用一个类似于Cheng和Yau引进的微分算子的新微分算子，得到了单位球面中常数量率的紧致子流形的一个刚性结果．     

双曲空间Hn+p(-1)中具常数量曲率的完备子流形

设Mn是Hn p(-1)中具有常标准数量曲率的n维完备子流形,本文证明了这种完备子流形的某些内蕴刚性定理和分类定理,并对超曲面的情形进行了研究．

Under the assumption that the normalized mean curvature vector is parallel in the normal bundle, by using the generalized ChengYau＇s self-adjoint differential operator, here we obtain some rigidity results for compact submanifolds with constant scalar curvature and higher codimension in the space forms.     

Characterizations of Spacelike Submanifolds with Constant Scalar Curvature in the de Sitter Space

In this paper, we deal with complete spacelike submanifolds \(M^n\) immersed in the de Sitter space \(\mathbb S_p^{n+p}\) of index p with parallel normalized mean curvature vector and constant scalar curvature R. Imposing a suitable restriction on the values of R, we apply a maximum principle for the so-called Cheng–Yau operator L, which enables us to show that either such a submanifold must be totally umbilical or it holds a sharp estimate for the norm of its total umbilicity tensor, with equality if and only the submanifold is isometric to a hyperbolic cylinder of the ambient space. In particular, when \(n=2\) this provides a nice characterization of the totally umbilical spacelike surfaces of \(\mathbb {S}^{2+p}_p\) with codimension \(p\ge 2\). Furthermore, we also study the case in which these spacelike submanifold are L-parabolic.

设Mn是de Sitter空间Snp p(c)中具有常数量曲率R(≤c)的完备类空子流形.得到了Mn关于其第二基本形式模长平方‖h‖2的间隙性定理,如果n(c-R)≤‖h‖2≤2√n-1c,那么,或者‖h‖2=n(c-R)且Mn是全脐点子流形,或者‖h‖2=2√n-1c且Mn是全脐的或是双曲柱面Sn-1(c-tanh2r)×H1(c-coth2r).

设S~(n+p)(1)是一单位球面,M~n是浸入S~(n+p)(1)的具有非零平行平均曲率向量的n维紧致子流形.证明了当n≥4,p≥2时,如果M~n的Ricci曲率不小于(n-2)(1+H~2),则M~n是全脐的或者M~n的Ricci曲率等于(n-2)(1+H~2),进而M~n的几何分类被完全给出.     

常曲率空间中具平行平均曲率向量的子流形

本文利用第二基本形式的长度平方和平均曲率的关系研究常曲率空间中具平行平均曲率向量的子流形为全脐的ｐｉｎｃｈｉｎｇ问题，获得了一定条件下的最佳ｐｉｎｃｈｉｎｇ区间，并确定了ｐｈｉｎｃｎｉｎｇ区间端点处对应非全脐子流形的分类．     

关于局部对称共形平坦空间中具有常数量曲率的子流形

该文研究了局部对称共形平坦空间中具有常数量曲率的紧致子流形,证明了这类子流形的某些内蕴刚性定理.     

COMPLETE HYPERSURFACES WITH CONSTANT SCALAR CURVATURE AND CONSTANT MEAN CURVATURE IN R~4

Let M be a 3-dimersional complete and connected hypersurface immersed in R~4. If thescalar curvature R and the mean curvature |H| of M are constants, where |H|≠0, R≥0,then there are only three cases: R=6|H|~2, 9/2|H|~2 and 0. Moreovon we can find somehypersurfaces appropriate to these cases.     

Lagrangian Submanifolds with Zero Scalar Curvature in Complex Euclidean Space

In this paper we show how to embed a time slice of the Schwarzchild spacetime that models the outer space around a massive star, as a Lagrangian submanifold invariant under the standard action of the special orthogonal group on complex Euclidean space. This result is generalized for rotationally invariant metrics that can be considered as higher-dimensional versions of Schwarzchild's and these submanifolds are locally characterized as the only ones with zero scalar curvature inside the above family.

常曲率空间中伪脐2-调和子流形(英文)

The conjecture [1] asserts that any biharmonic submanifold in sphere has constant mean curvature. In this paper, we first prove that this conjecture is true for pseudo-umbilical biharmonic submanifolds M n in constant curvature spaces S n+p (c)(c > 0), generalizing the result in [1]. Secondly, some sufficient conditions for pseudo-umbilical proper biharmonic submanifolds M n to be totally umbilical ones are obtained.     

常数平均曲率子流形的曲率估计及其应用

本文利用活动标架法及Ｌａｐｌａｃｉａｎ特征值方法研究了空间形中具有常数平均曲率的子流形，给出了高斯曲率与数量曲率的一种估计方法，证明了空间形中具有常数平均曲率的子流形上一个单连通有界区域为稳定的两个充分条件．     

An Intrinsic Rigidity Theorem for Closed Minimal Hypersurfaces in S~5 with Constant Nonnegative Scalar Curvature

Let M~4 be a closed minimal hypersurface in S~5 with constant nonnegative scalar curvature. Denote by f_3 the sum of the cubes of all principal curvatures, by g the number of distinct principal curvatures. It is proved that if both f_3 and g are constant,then M~4 is isoparametric. Moreover, the authors give all possible values for squared length of the second fundamental form of M~4. This result provides another piece of supporting evidence to the Chern conjecture.

本文证明了单位球面中极小子流形的一些拼挤定理,特别注意到单位球面中的极小超曲面、给出了截曲率的拼挤常数,我们也改进了由Ｎ．Ｅｊｉｒｉ得到的Ｒｉｃｃｉ曲率拼挤常数。

Unit Tangent Sphere Bundles with Constant Scalar Curvature

As a first step in the search for curvature homogeneous unit tangent sphere bundles we derive necessary and sufficient conditions for a manifold to have a unit tangent sphere bundle with constant scalar curvature. We give complete classifications for low dimensions and for conformally flat manifolds. Further, we determine when the unit tangent sphere bundle is Einstein or Ricci-parallel.
