Two new Cd(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(C4H6N2)2(C4H2O4)(H2O)2] n (1) (where C4H6N2?=?2-methylimidazole, C4H2O4?=?fumarate), and [Cd(C4H6N2)(H2O)(C4H4O4)] n ?·?nH2O (2), (where C4H4O4?=?succinates), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 in a one-dimensional chain structure, in which carboxy is monodentate; a three-dimensional supermolecular network structure was formed through hydrogen bonding. In complex 2, the coordination geometry of the Cd atoms is a pentagonal bipyramid, and a two-dimensional sheet is formed though carboxyl group bridging. In 1 and 2, IR spectra indicate the presence of bridging carboxyl groups, confirmed by structure analyses.  相似文献

Complexes [Ca(H2O)2(Dmf@CB[6])(Bdc)] · DMF · 4H2O (I) and [Ca(H2O)3(Dmf@CB[6])]Cl2 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized by the heating (95°C) of a mixture of calcium chloride and cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]) in a mixture of dimethylformamide (DMF) and water with the addition of terephthalic acid (H2Bdc) in the case of complex I or triethylamine for complex II. The compounds are characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. The luminescence spectra are also recorded. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the calcium atom is coordinated by the oxygen atoms of the cucurbit[6]uril molecule, water molecules, and terephthalate anion (for I). The internal cavity of the cavitand is occupied by DMF.  相似文献

Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a?=?7.9770(12)?Å, b?=?9.7613(15)?Å, c?=?12.1945(18)?Å, V?=?949.5(2)?Å3, Z?=?4, and R 1?=?0.0705 for 1597 observed reflections. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c with a?=?5.1801(3)?Å, b?=?11.2073(6)?Å, c?=?12.2891(7)?Å, V?=?707.09(7)?Å3, Z?=?2, and R 1?=?0.0349 for 1143 observed reflections. In compound 1, the Co is coordinated by a nitrogen and five oxygen atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoNO5}, and the Na is coordinated by one water molecule and four carboxyl oxygen atoms in slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. The entire structure shows a three-dimensional network. In compound 2, Co atom is equatorially coordinated by two ida ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoN2O4}. The discrete [Co(ida)2]2? anions are linked by hydrogen bonding to a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Reaction of a freshly prepared Ni(OH)2?2 x (CO3) x ·yH2O with maleic acid in H2O at room temperature afforded [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]·4H2O, which consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]2? anions and lattice H2O molecules. Ni atoms in cations are octahedrally coordinated and Ni atoms in anions are each octahedrally coordinated by bidentate chelating maleato ligands and two water molecules at trans positions. Cations and anions are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, which are hexagonally arranged and connected by the lattice water molecules. When heated in a flowing argon stream, the compound decomposes, with complete dehydration being followed by dissociation of nickel maleate into NiO and maleic anhydride.  相似文献

In complex I, the Cd is seven-coordinated by one Dtpa ligand yielding a pseudo-monocapped trigonal prism conformation, and the complex crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the Pi space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 8.7300(17), b = 9.1200(18), c = 15.110(3) Å, α = 95.52(3)°, β = 96.59(3)°, γ = 99.63(3)°, V = 1170.0(4) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 1.754 g/cm3, μ = 1.519 mm?1, F(000) = 616, R = 0.0644 and wR = 0.1712 for 3842 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). For complex II, in the [Cd(Edta)(H2O)]2? complex anion the Cd2+ ion is seven-coordinated by one Edta ligand and one water molecule, yielding a pseudo-pentagonal bipyramid conformation. Treatment of the trigonal-bipyramidal ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complex, [Ru(SMes)4(MeCN)] (Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl, 1), with an anhydrous diethyl ether solution of hydrogen chloride in THF afforded [Ru(SMes)3Cl(MeCN)] (2), whereas interaction of 1 with [Et4N]Cl in THF gave an anionic ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complex, [Et4N][Ru(SMes)4Cl] (3). Reaction of 1 with one equivalent of substituted pyridines in dichloromethane gave the corresponding pyridine-coordinated ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complexes, [Ru(SMes)4(R-py)] (R = 4-Et, 4; 4-tBu, 5; 3,5-Me2, 6), while reaction of 1 with 0.5 equiv. of 4,4’-bipy (4,4’-bipy = 4,4’-bipyridine) in dichloromethane resulted in the formation of a dinuclear ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complex [{Ru(SMes)4}2(μ-4,4’-bipy)] (7). Complexes 27 have been spectroscopically characterized along with their electrochemical analyses, and their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The three title complexes, NH4[HoIII(Edta)(H2O)3] · 1.5H2O (I) (H4Edta = ethylenedianine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid), (NH4)4[Ho 2 III (Dtpa)2] · 9H2O (II) (H5Dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N′,N″,N″-entaacetic acid), and (NH4)3[HoIII(Ttha)] · 5H2O (III) (H6 Ttha = triethylenetetramine-N,N,N′,N″,N?,N?-hexaacetic acid), have been prepared and characterized by FT-IR, elemental analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Complex I has a nine-coordinate mononuclear structure with distorted monocapped square antiprismatic conformation and its crystal structure belongs to orthorhombic system and Fdd2 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 19.343(9), b = 35.125(17), c = 12.364(6) Å, V = 8400(7) Å3, Z = 16, M = 552.26, ρcalcd = 1.747 g cm?3 μ = 3.828 mm?1, and F(000) = 4368. Complex II has a binuclear nine-coordinate pseudomonocapped square antiprismatic conformation and its crystal structure belongs to triclinic system and space P1 group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.7637(16), b = 9.9722(16), c = 12.945(2) Å, α= 85.853(2)°, β = 77. 140(2)°, γ = 77.140(2)°, V = 1198.4(3) Å3, Z = 1, M = 1340.80, ρcalcd = 1.858 g cm?3, μ = 3.380 mm?1, and F(000) = 674. As for complex III, it also has nine-coordinate mononuclear structure with distorted tricapped trigonal prism and its crystal structure belongs to monoclinic system andP21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 10.349(3), b = 12.760(4), c = 23.142(7) Å, β = 91.020(6)°, V = 3055.6(16) Å3, Z = 2, M = 797.55, ρcalcd = 1.734 g cm?3, μ = 2.674 mm?1, and F(000) = 1624. The results showed that although the ligands are different from one another in the shape and the numbers of coordination atoms, they all have nine-coordinate structures. However, one of them has binuclear structure and the other two have mononuclear structures because of the difference of the ligands.  相似文献

The complex [Mg(H2O)2(dmf@CB[6])(bdc)]·DMF·4H2O (1) and the inclusion compound [dmf@CB[6]]·8H2O (2) were obtained from a mixture of magnesium perchlorate and water (for compound 1) or magnesium oxide and H2SO4 (for compound 2), and cucurbit[6]uryl (CB[6]) in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) with the additives of terephthalic or fumaric acid, respectively. X-ray diffraction studies showed that magnesium cation in compound 1 coordinated two oxygen atoms of the CB[6] molecule, one oxygen atom of the terephthalate anion, two molecules of water, and a DMF molecule located inside the cucurbit[6]uryl cavity. When fumaric acid was used instead of terephthalic acid under similar conditions of synthesis, no coordination of magnesium cations to cucurbit[6]uryl molecules took place, rather an inclusion compound of DMF into the macrocyclic cavitand was formed. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction data, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Two bimetallic assemblies, K2[NiII(cyclam)]3[FeII(CN)6]2 · 12H2O (1) and [NiII(cyclam)]3[FeIII(CN)6]2 · 16H2O (2) (cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane), were obtained by reaction of K4[Fe(CN)6] and [Ni(cyclam)](ClO4)2 in aqueous media at different temperatures. Their crystals were structurally determined and magnetic properties were studied. Both of the compounds have honeycomb-layered structures, which are formed by Fe6Ni6 units linked through the cyanide bridges. Structure (1) consists of polyanions containing NiII–NC–FeII linkages and K+ cations, while structure (2) is a two-dimensional neutral layer containing NiII–NC–FeIII linkages. The magnetic properties of (1) and (2) have been investigated in the 5–300 K range. Compound (1) exhibits a weak antiferromagnetic interaction with Weiss constant = –0.35 K; compound (2) shows ferromagnetic intralayer and antiferromagnetic interlayer interactions.  相似文献

Crystals of Ca[CoII(Nta)]2· 6H2O (I), where Nta3–is a nitrilotriacetate ion, were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. They were found to be monoclinic: a= 6.991(1), b= 10.031(1), c= 16.238(3) Å, = 98.50(1)°, V= 1126.2(3) Å3, space group P21/n, Z= 2, R 1= 0.0241, wR 2= 0.0636, GOOF = 1.050 (for 3132 reflections with I> 2(I)). Structure Iis composed of {[Co(Nta)(H2O)]}1anion chains united by Ca2+cations into a three-dimensional framework. The coordination polyhedra of Co and Ca atoms are distorted octahedra. The Co(II) atom environment includes atoms N(1), O(1), O(3), and O(5) of one Nta3–ligand, a carbonyl O(2)" atom of the neighboring anion fragment, and an O(w1) atom of the water molecule. The shortest bond is formed by the Co atom with the bridging O(2)" atom in trans-position relative to atom N(1). The Co–O(2)" distance (2.029 Å) is noticeably shorter than the other bond lengths, Co–O(Nta) (2.069–2.103 Å), Co–O(w1), and Co–N(1) (2.155 and 2.177 Å, respectively). Cations Ca2+are located in the inversion centers and involve in their coordination atoms O(4), O(6), O(w2), and the oxygen atoms symmetrically bond to them and arranged at 2.271(1), 2.420(1), and 2.351(2) Å, respectively. The structural formula of the title compound is {Ca(H2O)2[Co(Nta)(H2O)]2}3· 2H2O.  相似文献

Two novel rare-earth metal complexes, namely, mononuclear Na4[EuIII(Dtpa)(H2O)]2 · 11.5H2O (I) and binuciear (NH4)4[EuIII(Dtpa)]2 · 10H2O (II) (H5Dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N??,N??,N??-pentaacetic acid), have successfully been synthesized and characterized by infrared spectrum, UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Since these two Eu(III) complexes have different counterions, causing different coordination environment, fluorescence spectrum analysis displays different fluorescence properties. X-ray diffraction reveals that the coordination polyhedra of both complexes adopt pseudo-D 3h tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation. However, I is a nine-coordinate mononuclear complex and crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal space group P21/n and II is a nine-coordinate binuciear complex and crystallizes in the triclinic crystal space group $P\bar 1$ . In addition, II has two independent binuciear structural units, [Eu(1)2(Dtpa)2] and [Eu(2)2(Dtpa)2]. Along the yz plane both [Eu(1)2(Dtpa)2] and [Eu(2)2(Dtpa)2] form a 1D chain structure, respectively. Further, along the y axis linking of each other forms a 2D planar structure.  相似文献

From hydrothermal treatment of benzene-1,2-diamine, pyrocatechol, and MoO3 in acetic acid solution, a new compound, [Mo22-O)2(C6H4O2)2(H2O)] · (C8H9N2)2 · 2H2O (I), constructed from pyrocatechol chelated dinuclear molybdenum units and 2-methylbenzimidazole has been synthesized. Single-crystal structure analysis reveals that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 23.365(2), b = 7.2214(5), c = 19.3021(16) β = 97.929(4), V = 3225.6(5), Z = 4, M = 808.46, ρc = 1.665 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 0.84 mm?1, F(000) = 1608, the final R = 0.0622 and wR = 0.1484 for 7385 independent reflections with R int = 0.0393. Interestingly, an in situ condensation between acetic acid and benzene-1,2-diamine has occurred, and the unexpected 2-methyl-1-H-benzo[d] imidazoles serve as counterions and N-H donors to form stable hydrogen-bond network in the crystal. Furthermore, intermolecular hydrogen bonds are found among the cations, anions and crystalline water molecules. The double nuclear molybdenum units are connected by O-H...O hydrogen bonds with the crystalline water molecules to form one-dimensional chains, and the chains are further joined together by N-H...O to form a quasi-two dimensional structure.  相似文献

Four new μ2-oxo-bridged dinuclear aryltelluronic triorganotin esters [ArTe(μ-O)(OH)(OSnR3)2]2 (Ar?=?n-propyl-Ph, R?=?Me: 1, R?=?Ph: 2; Ar?=?i-propyl-Ph, R?=?Me: 3, R?=?Ph: 4) were synthesized by reaction of μ2-oxo-bridged dinuclear aryltelluronic acids and the corresponding R3SnCl (R?=?Me, Ph) with potassium hydroxide in methanol. The complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography, elemental analysis, FT-IR, and NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopy. The structural analysis indicates that these complexes are isostructural and crystallized as Sn4Te2 molecules, in which the asymmetric four-membered Te2(μ2-O)2 units are situated in the center. The geometry of tellurium is described as a distorted octahedron and each tin is described as a distorted tetrahedron. Complex 2 has a 2-D network structure connected by intermolecular C–H?π interactions. Complexes 1–4 were tested for in vitro cytotoxicity against human lung cancer cells (A549) and human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HepG2).  相似文献

Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

A new chelate ligand, 5-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (mpca), has been synthesized. This ligand reacts with cupric sulfate to give two supramolecular compounds [Cu(mpca)2(H2O)] · 3H2O (1) and [Cu2(mpca)2(pyr)4] (Pyr = pyridine) (2), which were characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray crystal diffraction. Helical water chain and strong π–π interaction are important for the stability of the 3-D structure of these supramolecules.  相似文献
