The crystal structure of the title compound (C15H19NO4, MW 277.3 amu) was determined by three-dimensional X-ray analysis from diffractometer data. Crystal data are: monoclinic,P21/n,a=9.600(3) Å,b=11.964(6) Å,c=12.802(4) Å,=101.25(3)°,V=1442.1(16) Å3,Z=4;D x =1.277 Mg m–3;(MoK)=0.10 mm–1. FinalR=0.055 for 1686 observed reflections having 2 (MoK)<50° andI>2.5 (I). The compound is isostructural withN-(2-methoxyacetyl)-N-(2,6-xylyl)-3-amino-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one. The dimethylphenyl ring is almost perpendicular to the amidic plane of the molecule (dihedral angle 81.9°); the butyrolactone ring is in the typical envelope conformation.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the three fluorene related molecules, (I) 2-(9,9-dipropylfluorene-2-yl)-9,9-dipropylfluorene, [Exalite 384, C38H42], (II) 2-(1,1-dimethylpropyl)-7-{4-[(1,1-dimethylpropyl)-9,9-diethylfluoren-2-yl] phenyl}-9,9-diethylfluorene, [Exalite 404, C50 H58], and (III) 2-(4-ethylphenyl)-7-[7-(ethylphenyl)-9,9-dipropylfluoren-2-yl]-9,9-dipropylfluorene, [Exalite 416, C54H58], have been determined. Structural details reveal a novel new bonding arrangement at the C2 atoms of symmetry-related fluorene moieties in all three molecules producing a linear type array with an inversion center connecting adjacent asymmetric units within each molecule. Exalite 384 is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.002(2) Å, b = 16.275(4) Å, c = 10.525(1) Å, = 103.05(1), and V = 1502.1(5) Å3 with Z = 4, for d calc = 1.103 g/cm3. Exalite 404 is triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.383(1) Å, b = 13.404(2) Å, c = 7.7007(9) Å, = 105.296(9), = 104.23(1), = 73.707(9), and V = 974.9(2) Å3 with Z = 2, for d calc = 1.141. Exalite 416 is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.99(10) Å, b = 11.178(8) Å, c = 23.766(4) Å, = 104.21(4), and V = 4117(4) Å3 with Z = 4, for d calc = 1.141 g/cm3.  相似文献

X-ray crystallographic studies of the two title compounds have shown that the molecules crystallize in the same triclinic space group, , with very similar cell dimensions. For C21H21BrO4,a=12.056(5),b=13.206(5),c=7.595(3)Å, =90.38(3), =106.07(3) and =124.42(3)° and for C21H23BrO3,a=12.076(6),b=13.090(5),c=7.490(3)Å, =92.65(5), =104.90(5) and =124.55(5)°. Both compounds possess the oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane bridged ring system and differ only at the carbon to the ring oxygen where the Csp3 in the ether is replaced by Csp2=O in the lactone. Both cyclohexane rings adopt distorted chair conformations and the lactone and ether rings approximate closely to the envelope conformation. The bromine substituent at C(4) results in distortion of the naphthalene ring. Both molecules pack with the naphthalene rings parallel to each other with interplanar spacings of 3.71 Å in the ether and 3.66Å in the lactone.  相似文献

The title compound is C11H17N4I, F.W.=330.20, monoclinic, space groupP21/a,a=11.586(2),b=10.617(1),c=10.417(1) Å, =94.567(2)°,Z=4,F(000)=652, (MoK)=0.7107 Å, (MoK)=2.31 mm–1,V=1277.31 Å3,D C=1.71 gcm–3,D m=1.70 gcm–3. The structurewassolved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined to anR value 0.031 for 1620 observed reflections. The connectivity and conformation of the addition product ofcis-1,5-cyclononadiene and iodine azide was determined by X-ray analysis. The reaction product contains a chair-conformation cyclohexane ring that iscis fused to a cyclopentane ring. The cyclopentane ring has an envelope conformation and an equatorially oriented iodine substituent. A planar tetrazole ring is axially substituted on the cyclohexane ring. The plane of the tetrazole ring makes a dihedral angle of 69.6° with the average plane of the carbon atoms of the cyclohexane ring.  相似文献

The structures of a new skeletal type of sesquiterpene lactone, containing a seven, five, fivering system, and of its putative precursor, a 9-oxo-melampolide, have been confirmed by single crystal X-ray structure determination. The central 5-membered ring of the new skeleton istrans-fused to the cycloheptene ring andcis-fused to the lactone ring. Transannular interactions and the geometry of thetrans carbon-carbon double bond of the oxo-melampolide and the keto-group at C9, suggest that the new seven, five, five tricyclic skeleton-type of montahibisciolide can easily be reached by a transannular cyclization process. The isobutyrloxy group of the oxo-melampolide is disordered into two partially populated conformations. 8-(2-Methylbutyryloxy)-9-hydroxymontahibisciolide,3, C20H28O5, crystallizes in orthorhombic space groupP212121 witha=8.294(2),b=9.740(2),c=22.675(1) Å,V=1832(1)Å3,Z=4. The structure was refined toR=0.043 andR w=0.048 for 2898 observed reflections with CuK radiation. 8-isobutyryloxy-9-oxo-germacra-4E, 1(10)Z-dien-6, 12-olide,4, C19H24O5, crystallizes in monoclinic space groupC2 witha=32.879(7),b=5.793(2),c=9.884(4)Å, =99.01(3)°,V=1859.5(9)å3,Z=4. The structure was refined toR=0.054 andR w=0.064 for 1010 observed reflections with MoK radiation.  相似文献

Mononitration of indane produces a mixture of 4- and 5- nitroindanes. Crystallization from mixtures occurs after distillation improves composition of a major component to above 80%. 4-Nitroindane: triclinic, space group (#2),a=7.332(4) Å,b=8.304(4) Å,c=8.358(4) Å, =61.43(4)°, =67.60(4)°, =70.15(4)°,V=405.4(4) Å3,Z=2. Non-H-atoms are nearly planar, aliphatic H's are eclipsed. 5-Nitroindane: monoclinic, space groupP21/c (#14),a=10.946(8) Å,b=15.643(10) Å,c=9.415(6) Å, =92.34(5)°,V=1611(2) Å3,Z=8. Non-H-atoms in the two molecules differ in torsion of the nitro group with respect to indane and fold of the nonbenzylic methylene group. Semiempirical calculations (PM3) suggest that distorsion from planarity may be associated with the two lowest energy vibrational modes. Uv, ir, ms, proton, and13C-nmr spectra are correlated with the solid state structures.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures ofcis-Mo(CO)4(Ph2PNH2)2,I, andtrans-Mo(CO)4(Ph2PNHMe)2,II, are presented. ComplexI crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/c(a=13.433(1),b=12.2719(8),c=17.318(2)Å;=109.79(1)°;V=2686.1(8)Å3;Z=4). ComplexII crystallizes in the triclinic space groupP¯1 (a=6.9986(8),b=10.328(1),c=11.241(2)Å,=107.58(1)°,=91.76(1)°, =101.28(1)°,V=756.1(4)Å3,Z=1). The molybdenum coordination geometry in each complex is a slightly distorted octahedron. The molybdenum-carbon bond lengths for the carbonyls trans to phosphorus in complexI are shorter than those the carbonyls trans to other carbonyls. The average molybdenum-phosphorus distance inI (2.525(5)Å) is similar to those in other diphenylphosphinamide complexes and longer than the molybdenum-phosphorus distance inII in 2.4585(7)Å). The distance between two nitrogen atoms incis Mo(CO)4(Ph2PNH2)2 (3.74(3)Å) is significantly larger than the sum of their van der Waals radii (3.10 Å) indicating that the two nitrogens are not hydrogen bonded.  相似文献

The study confirms significant contribution of quinoid diazine ring form in anhydrobase of 1-substituted 4-hydroxycinnolinium hydroxides. The phenomenon corresponds with a negative net charge at formerly positively charged N(1) atom, with fewer hydrogen contacts of less negatively charged O(4) and with increased stacking in 1-substituted derivative, in comparison with 2-substituted structure.  相似文献
