Three series of forty-nine novel 4-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-2H-pyridazin-3-one derivatives are designed,synthesized,and evaluated through a Spirodela polyrrhiza test and a greenhouse test.Some compounds show > 80% chlorophyll inhibition of Spirodela polyrrhiza at 10 μg/mL and exhibit some herbicidal activities against Digitaria adscendens in the pre-emergence treatment at a rate of 150 g/ha.Moreover,the study of the structure-activity relationship(SAR) suggests that the appropriate bulky substituent at the... 相似文献

A series of 2-cyano-3-(2-fluoro-5-pyridyl)methylaminoacrylates were synthesized as herbicidal inhibitors of photosystem II (PSII) electron transport. 2-Fluoro-5-pyridinemethylamine was prepared from 2-amino-5-methylpyridine, subsequent reaction with 2-cyano-3,3-dimethylthioacrylates or 2-cyano-3-methoxyacrylates to yield these title compounds. All of these compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, mass spectrum and elemental analyses. Their herbicidal activities were evaluated. All of the title compounds showed excellent herbicidal activities to amaranth pigweed and rape in post-emergence treatment. At the rate of 150 g/ha, one compound exhibited similar activity to Cl-analogue. The replacement of chlorine by fluorine group showed the same herbicidal activity. 相似文献

A series of insect juvenile hormone analogs (juvenoids) was synthesized and studied. The basic skeleton of these juvenoids contains three rings and a short aliphatic subunit and bears two or three chiral centers (depending on the appropriate structure; see 6–9 ). The chiral center located in the 1,2-diphenoxypropane subunit has the configuration (RS), (R) ( a series), or (S) ( b series). 选取大π共轭体系4-(4-甲氧基苯亚甲基)-2-苯基-5(4H)-噁唑酮作为研究对象,采用再沉淀法制备其纳米晶体,通过研究溶剂、温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间等因素对所形成的纳米粒子的形貌尺寸的影响,成功制备出了形貌较单一的纳米棒和纳米带结构并进一步考察了它们的紫外吸收和发射光谱,结果表明随着纳米粒子尺寸的增加,其吸收光谱和荧光光谱均出现红移,荧光量子效率随着粒子尺寸的增大略有增大. 相似文献

2-Methylthio-5-pyridinemethylene amine was prepared from 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine. Ethoxyethyl 2-cyano-3,3-dimethylthioacrylate was prepared from ethoxyethyl cyanoacetate, carbon disulfide, and dimethyl sulfate in 86.2% yield. Its reaction with 2-methylthio-5-pyridinemethylene amine yielded (Z)-ethoxyethyl 2-cyano-3-methylthio-3-(2-methylthio-5-pyridylmethylamino)acrylate. Ethoxyethyl (Z+E)-2-cyano-3-ethoxyacrylate was synthesized from ethoxyethyl 2-cyanoacetate and triethyl or- thoacetate in 90.7% yield, and its reaction with 2- methylthio-5-pyridinemethylene amine yielded (Z)-ethoxyethyl 2-cyano-3-methyl-3-(2-methylthio-5-pyri-dylmethylamino)acrylate. The structures of all of the products were confirmed by 1H NMR, elemental analysis, IR, and mass spectroscopy. The herbicidal activities of the products were evaluated, and the results of bioassay showed that (Z)-ethoxyethyl 2-cyano-3-methyl-3-(2-methylthio-5-pyridylmethylamino)acrylate exhibits good herbicidal activity on rape (Brassica napus) at a dose of 1.5 kg/ha. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 15:67–70, 2004; Published online in Wiley InterScience (www.interscience.wiley.com). 2-(4-Pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine, 2-(4-pyridyl)-4-methyl-1,3,5-triazine, 2-(4-pyridyl)-4,6-dimethyl-1,3,5-triazine and 2-(4-pyridyl)pyrimidine have been prepared by modification of established triazine and pyrimidine syntheses. These compounds and some of their relatives have been converted to quaternary pyridinium salts. The polarographic reduction potentials of the salts in aqueous solution are pH dependent. The activity of the salts as post-emergent herbicides is reported. 相似文献

Ten 2-(4-acetamidophenylimino)-5-arylidenethiazolidin-4-one derivatives 6a-k were synthesized and evaluated for their anticancer activity against MCF-7 cell line (breast adenocarcinoma). The synthetic approach involves cyclocondensation of N,N′-bis(4-acetamidophenyl)-thiourea (3) with ethyl bromoacetate in ethanol and sodium acetate to furnish the 2-(4-acetamidophenylimino)-4-thiazolidinone derivative 4 , which underwent Knoevenagel condensation reaction with some substituted aldehydes to afford the targeted 2-(4-acetamidophenylimino)-5-arylidenethiazolidin-4-ones 6a - k . The 4-chlorobenzylidene-thiazolidin-4-one compound 6h exhibited strong inhibitory effect on the growth of breast cancer cell with IC50 (58.33 ± 1.74μM), very close to that of the reference drug doxorubicin (IC50 48.06 ± 0.36μM). 相似文献

In a search for novel agrochemical with high activity and low toxicity, a series of substituted 4,5-dihydro-imidazol-5-one containing selenomorpholine group were synthesized by a three-step synthetic route starting from 2-azido-3-aryl-acrylic acid ethyl ester. The structures of title compounds were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay against GibbereUa zeae, Fusarium oxysporum, Pellicularia sasakii, Physalospora piricola and Cercospora beticola indicated that most title compounds displayed fungicidal activity at the concentration of 50 ppm and compounds 41,4n, 40 were found to have particularly high activities against Physalospora piricola. A further in vivo test showed that compounds 41, 4n and 4o possessed better fungicidal activity against Physalospora piricola at a concentration of 100 ppm than Carbendazim. To our knowledge, this is first report that 4,5-dihy-dro-imidazol-5-one containing selenomorpholine group display fungicidal activity against Physalospora piricola. 相似文献

Treatment of 2-aminopyridine ( 1 ) with chloroacetyl chloride in dry benzene gave 2-chloro-N-(pyridin-2-yl)acetamide ( 3 ), which on further reaction with potassium thiocyanate gave 2-imino-3-(pyridin-2-yl)thiazolidin-4-one ( 4 ) as an intermediate compound for the synthesis of pyridin-2-yl substituted 2-imino-thiazolidine-4-one derivatives. Cyclocondensation reaction of ( 4 ) with a series of aromatic aldehydes gave 5-arylidene derivatives of pyridin-2-yl substituted 2-imino-thiazolidine-4-ones 5a–j . 1 H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, as well as elemental analyses, were used for the identification of these new compounds. 相似文献

Currently, asymmetric synthesis represents one of the main streams of organic synthesis. Although an extensive research has been carried out in this area, the synthesis of chiral compounds with the required enantiomeric purity is still a challenging issue. Herein, we focus on the preparation of new enantioselective catalysts based on pyridine-imidazolidinones. The substituted 5-benzyl-2-(pyridine-2-yl)imidazolidine-4-ones 5–8 were prepared by condensation of chiral amino acid amides (α-methylDOPA and α-methylphenylalanine) with 2-acetylpyridine and pyridine-2-carbaldehyde. The individual isomers of the described ligands 5–8 were separated chromatographically. The copper(II) complexes of these chiral ligands were studied as enantioselective catalysts for the asymmetric Henry reaction of substituted aldehydes with nitromethane or nitroethane. The ligands containing a methyl group at the 2-position of the imidazolidinone ring 6a and 8a exhibit a high degree of enantioselectivity (up to 91% ee). The nitroaldols derived from nitroethane (2-nitropropan-1-ols) were obtained with a comparable enantiomeric purity to derivatives of 2-nitroethanol. This group of ligands represents a new and promising class of enantioselective catalysts, which deserve further attention. 相似文献
