Inorganic/polymercore/shell nanoparticles (NPs) for theranostics have always attracted research interest due to their flexible composition and facile synthesis. Here, core/shell NPs are prepared with gadolinium hydroxide nanorods cores and Mn ion-doped polydopamine shells. After PEG modification, the relaxation rate of Gd(OH)3@MnPDA-PEG NRs achieved 35 s−1mm −1. The characterization results indicate that the predoping Mn ions obviously promote the effect of MRI compared with the nanorods without or with postdoping Mn ions, and the predoping method can effectively control the actual doping account of metal ions. Considering the toxicity, dopamine and manganese in molar ratio of 8:1 is finally chosen. Gd(OH)3@MnPDA-PEG nanorods are conducted in vivo and in vitro imaging and therapeutic experiments. The results show that the nanorods has low biological toxicity, excellent magnetic resonance imaging effects, clear photoacoustic imaging, and photothermal therapy effects.  相似文献

Gadolinium is the central metal that is used as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast media. Because the metal has toxicity on its own, it causes fibrosis or sclerosis of skin or internal organs, which may lead to disability in joint movement, or even death in the worst case. In the current study, the T 1 contrast media, Dotarem, was diluted to various molarities to measure the signal intensity of T 1-weighted images as a function of the molarity. The molarity that showed the maximum measurement value of the signal intensity was examined to determine the proper amount of contrast media injected for the MRI scan. The change in the intensity of the signal from the tumor tissue was determined based on the passage of time after injection. The distribution of the maximum signal intensities depending on the time to repeat showed that the signal distribution had >95% of the maximum values when the dilution concentration was in the range of 0.00095–0.00135 mmol/ml. Thus, it is most desirable when 0.084 mmol/kg (patient weight) of contrast media is injected. In experiments involving tumors 0.084, 0.1, and 0.15 mmol/kg were injected to measure the average signal intensity for each molarity. Compared to the signal intensity at a molarity of 0.084 mmol/kg, the three patient’s signal intensities were measured to increase by 6.2, 7.6, and 5.7% at a molarity of 0.1 mmol/kg, and by 21.4, 18.8, and 17.7% at a molarity of 0.15 mmol/kg. However, according to the correlation between the contract media injection amount and the signal intensity increase, the contrast effect was not improved much despite the increase in the injection amount by 19.04 and 78.5%. This study revealed that the optimal level of contrast media of 0.084 mmol/kg body weight should be administered by considering the body weight of patients and the effects of media to reduce side effects of a high dose of contrast media and to prevent environmental pollution.  相似文献

The topography of mica surface after treatment with silane coupling agent having a mercapto group was studied using an atomic force microscope. The cleaved mica plate was used as a model inorganic surface. The effect of treatment condition on the topography of the mica surface was investigated. Agglomerates consisting of self-condensed silane molecules were observed on the surface. However, their amount and size were smaller than those for silanes having other organo-functional groups such as amino, methacryloxy and vinyl groups. Aqueous and water/2-propanol mixture solutions gave a smoother surface as compared with a 2-propanol solution. There was no significant influence discernable from di- and trialkoxy structures. The aqueous solution of silane coupling agent having a mercapto group showed an acidic pH. This was the reason why the smoother silane-treated layer was formed by the silane with the mercapto group than by those with other organic functional groups, because the silanol group generated by hydrolysis is stable in an acidic pH.  相似文献

The Hawking radiation of Dirac particles in an arbitrarily rectilinearly accelerating Kinnersley black hole with electromagnetic charge and cosmological constant is investigated by using the generalized tortoise coordinate transformation. Both the location and the temperature of the event horizon depend on the time and the polar angle. The Hawking thermal radiation spectrum of Dirac particles is also derived.  相似文献

Magnetic iron oxide coated in hydrogenation silica (Fe3O4@HSiO2) is constructed as both a tumor drug carrier and a magnetic resonance (MR) contrast agent. Colchicine (COLC) is loaded in Fe3O4@HSiO2 with the highest amount of 28.3 wt% at pH 9. The release performance of COLC can be controlled by pH, as the porous HSiO2 shell can partially shed at pH below 3.0 to facilitate the release of COLC. MR imaging (MRI) tests prove that Fe3O4@HSiO2 at pH 3.0 (H+‐Fe3O4@HSiO2) shows a stronger MR contrast enhancement than Fe3O4. Cytotoxicity experiment indicates that Fe3O4@HSiO2 has excellent biocompatibility and magnetic targeting performance. Additionally, COLC‐loaded Fe3O4@HSiO2 (Fe3O4@HSiO2–COLC) displays a higher inhibition effect on tumor cells under a magnetic field than free COLC. The visibility upon MRI, high targeting, and pH‐controlled release characteristics of Fe3O4@HSiO2–COLC are favorable to achieve the aim of reducing side effects to normal tissues, making Fe3O4@HSiO2–COLC an attractive drug delivery system for nanomedicine.  相似文献

We study the equilibrium statistical mechanics of classical two-dimensional Coulomb systems living on a pseudosphere (an infinite surface of constant negative curvature). The Coulomb potential created by one point charge exists and goes to zero at infinity. The pressure can be expanded as a series in integer powers of the density (the virial expansion). The correlation functions have a thermodynamic limit, and remarkably that limit is the same one for the Coulomb interaction and some other interaction law. However, special care is needed for defining a thermodynamic limit of the free energy density. There are sum rules expressing the property of perfect screening. These generic properties can be checked on the Debye–Hückel approximation, and on two exactly solvable models, the one-component plasma and the two-component plasma, at some special temperature.  相似文献

针对在线性及高次电荷估计下,表面电荷法中全解析法对平面元电荷系数求解和实现较复杂的问题,提出一种半解析法.将系数积分由局部坐标系变换到整体坐标系下分离参数的二重积分,利用内层积分存在解析解的特点,将二维问题降为一维,方便数值积分计算.对于对数奇异积分问题采用辅助函数法消除.通过算例与全解析法计算精度进行比较,结果表明,在一定的单元划分下,可达到很高精度,具有一定可行性.  相似文献

It is found that considering the dissipation of surface spin waves propagating in arbitrary directions in a magnetized ferromagnetic film results in a substantial change in the dispersion surface: it is transformed from an infinite surface into a closed and bounded one consisting of an upper part with strong attenuation and a lower part with weak attenuation that join along an inclined ellipsoidal curve. The change in the dispersion surface is shown to have a considerable effect on the directions of the group velocity of the waves.  相似文献

非球面顶点半径和二次常数干涉测量是对二次曲面离轴子孔径在弧矢、子午和中间焦点位置直接干涉测量,拟合得到初级像差系数,并结合化置差计算出顶点曲率半径和二次常数.详细介绍了该方法的基本原理,在此基础上将子孔径中心法线与光轴夹角分解为两个倾角分量α和β引入,改进了现有模型.提出在子孔径对称情况下,可通过调整、控制特定项的泽尼克系数值,消除β分量.进而对新的模型进行了简化,只考虑α分量的影响,给出了仅存在该分量时的非球面顶点半径和二次常数的计算公式,编写了仿真程序.在α=0.03 °,β=0时.直径100 mm,F数为3的抛物面反射镜离轴子孔径的初级像差系数的理论计算和数值仿真结果最大偏差仅为0.0002 λ.研究表明:在子孔径中心法线与光轴的调整存在一定误差时,在弧矢、子午和中间焦点处的初级像差系数特征关系仍然成立.  相似文献

From this the small current quark mass dependence of the bag constant is evaluated. In this paper, we study the basic problem of a charged particle in a stochastic magnetic field. We consider dichotomous fluctuations of the magnetic field where the sojourn time in one of the two states are distributed according to a given waiting-time distribution either with Poisson or non-Poisson statistics, including as well the case of distributions with diverging mean time between changes of the field, corresponding to an ergodicity breaking condition. We provide analytical and numerical results for all cases evaluating the average and the second moment of the position and velocity of the particle. We show that the field fluctuations induce diffusion of the charge with either normal or anomalous properties, depending on the statistics of the fluctuations, with distinct regimes from those observed, e.g., in standard Continuous-Time Random Walk models.  相似文献
