The complex Mn(Nica)2Cl2 (Nica=nicotinamide) was prepared, and its decomposition was studied by means of TG and DSC. The IR spectra of the products of thermal decomposition were examined at every stage. Kinetic analysis of the first stage of thermal decomposition was performed via the TG-DTG curves, and the kinetic parameters were obtained from analysis of the TG-DTG curves with integral and differential methods. The most probable kinetic function was suggested from a comparison of the kinetic parameters. Mathematical expressions were derived for the kinetic compensation effect.
Zusammenfassung Der Komplex Mn(Nica)2Cl2 (Nica steht für Nikotinamid) wurde hergestellt und seine Zersetzung mittels TG und DSC untersucht. Die thermisch zersetzten Substanzen jedes Schrittes wurden mittels IR-Spektren untersucht. Anhand der TG-DTG-Kurven erstellte man eine kinetische Analyse des ersten Schrittes der thermischen Zersetzung, die kinetischen Parameter wurden aus den TG-DTG-Kurven unter Einsatz von Integrations- und Differentialmethoden ermittelt. Durch Vergleich der kinetischen Parameter wurde die wahrscheinlichste kinetische Funktion vorgeschlagen. Mathematische Ausdrücke für den kinetischen Kompensationseffekt wurden erhalten.

The catalytic oxidation of the azo dye Orange II by hydrogen peroxide in aqueous solution has been investigated using 5,10,15,20-tetrakis-[4-(diethylmethylammonio)phenyl]porphyrinato-cobalt(II) tetra iodide 1as catalyst. The oxidation reaction was followed by recording the UV–vis spectra of the reaction mixture with time at λmax = 485 nm. The factors that may influence the oxidation of Orange II, such as the effect of reaction temperature, concentration of catalyst, hydrogen peroxide and orange II have been studied. The results of total organic carbon analysis showed 52% of dye mineralization under mild reaction conditions. Residual organic compounds in the reaction mixture were identified by using Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The decolorization rate and mineralization of the dye has been found to increase with increase of catalyst concentration and reaction temperature. The rate of dye oxidation decreased with increasing the concentration of dye, H2O2 and at higher pH than 9. Radical scavenging measurement indicated that decolorization of Orange II by H2O2/cobalt (II) porphyrin complex 1 involved the formation of hydroxyl radicals as the active species.  相似文献

In the absence of any special luminescence reagent, emission of weak chemiluminescence has been observed during the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by copper(II) in basic aqueous solution. The intensity of the chemiluminescence was greatly enhanced by addition of DNA and was strongly dependent on DNA concentration. Based on these phenomena, a flow-injection chemiluminescence method was established for determination of DNA. The chemiluminescence intensity was linear with DNA concentration in the range 2×10–7–1×10–5 g L–1 and the detection limit was 4.1×10–8 g L–1 (S/N=3). The relative standard deviation was less than 3.0% for 4×10–7 g L–1 DNA (n=11). The proposed method was satisfactorily applied for determination of DNA in synthetic samples. The possible mechanism of the CL reaction is discussed.  相似文献

A highly active iron (II) complex that catalyzed epoxidation of terminal olefins with hydrogen peroxide was described. The catalytic system displayed excellent catalytic ability for the selective oxidation of terminal olefins to epoxides with high selectivity (up to 97.8%) in CH3CN at 25?°C. The catalytic activity of three similarly structural iron (II) complexes was comparatively studied. The effect of various auxiliary ligands on epoxidation was investigated in detail.  相似文献

Flow-injection analysis system (FIA system), which was based on Fe(II)-catalyzed oxidation of chromotropic acid with hydrogen peroxide, was developed for the determination of hydrogen peroxide. The chromotropic acid has a fluorescence measured at λem = 440 nm (emission wavelength) with λex = 235 nm (excitation wavelength), and the fluorescence intensity at λem = 440 nm quietly decreased in the presence of hydrogen peroxide and Fe(II), which was caused by Fe(II)-catalyzed oxidation of chromotropic acid with hydrogen peroxide. By measuring the difference of fluorescence intensity, hydrogen peroxide (1.0 × 10−8-1.0 × 10−3 mol L−1) could be determined by the proposed FIA system, whose analytical throughput was 40 samples h−1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.03% (n = 10) for 4.0 × 10−8 mol L−1 hydrogen peroxide. The proposed FIA technique could be applied to the determination of hydrogen peroxide in rain water samples.  相似文献

A mixed-valence cluster of cobalt(II)hexacyanoferrate possesses an electron transfer property and is suitable for the development of an effective hydrogen peroxide detection scheme. The characteristics of cobalt(II)hexacyanoferrate have been studied using both elemental analysis and infrared spectra, confirming the structure is Co[FeII(CN)6]. The cobalt(II)hexacyanoferrate-modified electrode exhibits a rapid response (t95% - 6.5 s) to the injection of 5.0 × 10−5 M hydrogen peroxide. The linearity of the response is up to 1.1 × 10−3 M (correlation coefficients is 0.999). The sensitivity of this modified electrode is 11.8 μA/mM-mm2. The detection limit of cobalt(II)hexacyanoferrate-modified electrode to hydrogen peroxide is 6.25 × 10−8 M. The current chemical sensor modified with Co[FeII(CN)6] has better sensitivity than previous ones. The modified glassy carbon electrode shows no interference from ascorbic acid, uric acid, acetaminophen, 1,4-dihydroxyquinone, dopamine at the 2.0 × 10−4 M level and polyamines at 5.0 × 10−5 M level.  相似文献

Catalytic property of a series of manganese(III) complexes with tetradentate phenol‐ and pyridinebased ligands on the oxidation of the C‐H bond of diphenylmethane in the presence of hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant at ambient conditions were investigated. Abstract

Mono-, tetra-, and octa-bromo substituted Mn(II)- and Mn(III)-tetraarylporphyrins were synthesized by reactions of manganese(II) chloride with corresponding porphyrin ligands or their Cd(II)-complexes in DMF. With the use of the metal exchange reaction, the time of the Mn-porphyrins formation is significantly reduced with increase in yield of final products in comparison with the complexation reaction. Mn(III)-tetraarylporphyrins reduce to the Mn(II)-porphyrins in DMF in the presence of NaOH and in pure DMF. The obtained compounds were identified using UV–vis and 1H NMR spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterisation and X-ray structure of an Mn(II) compound, [Mn(ClL)2(NCS)2], is described. Oxidation of the compound by H2O2 leads to a mononuclear Mn(IV) compound [Mn(ClL)(ClL')(NCS)2]ClO4·2H2O where one of the ClL ligands is oxidised to the corresponding amide ClL'. Oxidation of [Mn(ClL)2(NCS)2] by Ce(IV), however, leads to a binuclear Mn(IV) compound [Mn2O(ClL')3(ClL)(H2O)2](NCS)2ClO4·2MeCN. Electron transfer behaviour of the compounds was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) complex of a non‐symmetric Schiff base, [CuII(saldien)(H2O)]+(1), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and several other spectroscopic methods (Hsaldien = N‐(salicylidene)diethylenetriamine). The crystal structure of 1 has also been determined by X‐ray crystallography. The geometry of the complex cation in 1 was found to be distorted square pyramidal with the mononegative Schiff base coordinating to the copper in a tetradentate mode via the O,N,N’, and N’’‐donor atoms. The remaining coordination site was occupied by the O atom of a H2O molecule in the axial position. The catalytic potential of 1 was tested in the oxidation reactions of cyclooctene and cyclohexene with aqueous 30% H2O2/NaHCO3 in acetonitrile. These reactions proceeded smoothly to give the corresponding epoxides with selectivity levels greater than 99%. This catalytic system also showed high levels of activity and selectivity towards the oxidation of cyclohexane (i.e., cyclohexanol 37% and cyclohexanone 54%) in comparison with most of the other Cu‐based systems reported in the literature.  相似文献

Summary The tetradentateSchiff bases N,N-bis(salicylidene) ethylenediamine (salen), N,N-bis-(salicylidene) hexylenediamine (salhex), and N,N-bis(salicylidene)-o-phenylenediamine (sal-o-phen) are very strongly adsorbed by cation exchange resins (Dowex-50W) with manganese(II) as a counter ion, forming stable complexes. The kinetics of the catalytic decomposition of H2O2 in presence of these complexes has been studied in aqueous medium. The decomposition reaction is first order with respect to H2O2 in the case ofsalen andsal-o-phen and third order in the case ofsalhex. The greater the ligand methylene chain length or the greater the steric effect of the ligand, the greater will be the rate of reaction. The reaction is governed by the entropy of activation. A reaction mechanism is proposed.

Zusammenfassung Die teradentatenSchiffschen Basen N,N-bis-Salicyliden-ethylendiamin (salen), N,N-bis-Salicyliden-Hexylendiamin (salhex) und N,N-bis-Salicyliden-o-phenylendiamin (sal-o-phen) werden von Kationenaustauschen (Dowex-50W) mit Mangan(II) als Gegenion unter der Bildung stabiler Komplexe adsorbiert. Die Kinetik der katalytischen Zersetzung von H2O2 in Gegenwart dieser Komplexe wurde in wäßrigem Medium untersucht. Die Zersetzungsreaktion ist erster Ordnung bezüglich H2O2 in den Fällensalen undsal-o-phen und dritter Ordnung im Fall vonsalhex. Die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit steigt mit der Länge der Methylenkette des Liganden und mit dessen Raumbedarf und wird von der Aktivierungsentropie bestimmt. Ein Reaktionsmechanismus wird vorgeschlagen.

Heterobinuclear metal chelates of Mn2+, Co2+ or Cu2+ and some transition metal ions with o-cresolphthalein complexone have been prepared and characterized. Elemental analyses are in agreement with proposed formulae. Thermal analyses (TGA and DTA) were used to determine the degradation products; some thermodynamic parameters were calculated. IR and UV-Vis spectra identified the mode of bonding between the metal ions and the ligand as well as its geometry. Magnetic moment determination and ESR spectra of the heterobinuclear complex revealed some antiferromagnetic interaction between the metal ions, which depends mainly on the two metal ions forming the chelate. Electrochemical studies of the complexes [DC-polarography and cyclic voltammetry (CV)] confirmed the existence and the nature of the metal ions in the chelate.  相似文献

采用水热合成方法得到了三种Mn(II)配位超分子: Mn(2,5-dcp)2(H2O)2 (1), Mn(INA)2(H2O)4 (2)和Mn(phen)2Cl2 (3) (2,5-dcp=pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, INA=iso-nicotinic acid, phen=1,10-phenanthroline). 通过X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV-Vis)及表面光电压光谱(SPS)等方法对化合物进行了表征. 三种化合物中均存在大量的氢键, 使化合物晶体构成了无限延伸的三维网络结构. 表面光电压谱显示了化合物13在300~600 nm范围内呈现出正的光伏响应带, 具有P-型半导体的特征. 讨论了氢键在超分子构建中的作用以及不同配位环境对于配合物表面光电压的影响.  相似文献
