Reaction pathways for steam reforming of 2-propanol (isopropyl alcohol, IPA) on Rh/Al2O3, Ru/Al2O3 and Pd/Al2O3 have been studied by temperature-programmed reactions (TPRs) of IPA and acetone in the presence of steam. The results of TPRs suggest that that of IPA on Rh/Al2O3 and Ru/Al2O3 proceeds via acetone, while the steam reforming of IPA on Pd/Al2O3 takes place via propene from acetone. 分别通过自组装法(AS)和浸渍法(WI)制备得到纳米催化剂Pt/γ-Al2O3-AS和Pt/γ-Al2O3-WI, 并用于评价甲苯、异丙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等易挥发性有机物(VOCs)的氧化性能. 通过各种表征手段探究了催化剂形态、结构及表面性质与催化剂氧化活性的关系. 结果表明, Pt/γ-Al2O3-AS在低温下即可实现VOCs的完全氧化. 在气体浓度(体积分数)为1000×10-6, 空速为18000 mL·g-1·h-1的条件下, 甲苯、异丙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯被Pt/γ-Al2O3-AS催化剂完全氧化的温度分别为130、135、145、215℃, 展现出了优异的氧化性能, 且具有很好的稳定性. 该催化剂较高的比表面积、较小的Pt纳米粒径、较好的Pt纳米颗粒分散度、更好的低温还原效果及丰富的表面羟基是具有较高催化活性的重要因素.  相似文献

Summary The effect of La2O3 and TiO2 on product selectivity, methane conversion and coke formation over NiO/MgO/ α -Al2O3 catalyst were studied in a simultaneous steam and CO2 reforming of methane to syngas. La2O3 and TiO2 were added to the catalyst via incipient wetness impregnation and bulk precipitation techniques and catalyst activity was tested in a fixed bed quartz reactor. Results reveal that although the addition of these oxides has no effect on the product selectivity and methane conversion, but can reduce coke formation on the surface of the catalysts as it can enhance the mobility of lattice oxygen anions. The results further show that the catalysts prepared by bulk precipitation technique decrease the coke formation more effectively.  相似文献

In the present paper, the catalytic dehydrogenation of C2H6 to C2H4 under non-oxidative conditions was investigated in a fixed-bed micro-reactor under ambient pressure at 823 - 923 K. The 6Cr/g-Al2O3 catalyst was found to be the best catalyst among the g-Al2O3, SiO2, MCM41, MgO and Si-2 supported chromium oxide catalysts. The features of the 6Cr/g-Al2O3 catalyst for the reaction could be listed as follows: (1) At 823 - 923 K, the C2H4 selectivity of 92.5-78.6% at a C2H6 conversion of 9.5-29.8% could be obtained. (2) The catalyst had the good regeneration performance, i.e., could be regenerated by air repeatedly. (3) The main products were C2H4, CH4, H2 and coke. No carbon oxides were identified.  相似文献

Summary The stability of Ni/-Al2O3 catalyst in dry reforming of methane was found to be improved by the addition of MgO into the catalyst, probably due to the formation of out-layer MgAl2O4 spinels, which can effectively suppress the phase transformation to form NiAl2O4 spinel phases, stabilize the tiny Ni crystallites and suppress carbon deposition in dry reforming of methane.  相似文献

The deactivation and regeneration of B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst for the vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to -caprolactam were studied. The fresh, deactivated and regenerated catalysts were characterized by using adsorption of nitrogen, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry (TG) and NH3-temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD) techniques. The crystal structure and pore size distribution of the catalyst were retained after reaction, but the number of acid sites decreased significantly. There was a relationship between the amount of coke deposited on the catalyst and the decline in catalytic activity. These results suggest that the coke deposition on the surface of catalyst is mainly responsible for the catalyst deactivation. The catalytic activity can be recovered completely after calcining the deactivated catalyst in air flow at 600 °C for 8 h.  相似文献

发现当甲醇气体通过TiO2-Y2O3 (质量比为3∶1)粉体表面时, 可被空气中的O2催化氧化产生强烈的化学发光, 基于此研制了一种新型的甲醇气体传感器. 此传感器对甲醇的检测具有较高灵敏度和较强的选择性. 在波长490 nm处进行定量分析, 催化发光强度与甲醇浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系, 其线性范围为25.74~12870 mg/m3 (r=0.9995, n=8); 检出限为8.58 mg/m3(信噪比=3). 外来物质如正己烷、三氯甲烷、苯、无水乙醇、甲醛、丙酮、氨、甲苯与甲醇共存时, 除了丙酮、乙醇和氨分别引起干扰外, 苯与其它气体不干扰测定. 该传感器工作时间可持续80 h以上, 是一种长寿命的、性能稳定的气体传感器, 并成功地实现了对甲醇气体的实时在线检测.  相似文献

通过向SO2-4 /ZrO2催化剂中同时引入适量的Pt和Al2O3, 制备出了具有较高催化性能和稳定性的Pt-SO2-4 /ZrO2-Al2O3型固体超强酸催化剂. 以正戊烷异构化反应为探针, 考察了Al含量对催化剂性能的影响; 并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测定(BET)、红外(IR)光谱、程序升温还原(TPR)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)和氨-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)手段对催化剂进行了表征. 结果表明, Al能够提高ZrO2的晶化温度, 抑制硫的分解, 增加催化剂的比表面积, 增强硫氧键的结合, 提高催化剂的还原性能, 增加催化剂的酸强度和酸总量. 当Al2O3含量(质量分数, w)为5.0%时, Pt-SO2-4 /ZrO2-Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂的催化活性最好, 在100 h内异戊烷收率可稳定在52.0%以上, 选择性在98.2%以上.  相似文献

为提高含铁催化剂的脱氢活性,采用浸渍法和一步沉淀法制备了Fe、Al和Zr含量相同的F4AZ10-imp和F4AZ10-pre催化剂,在550 ℃考察了其在乙苯CO2氧化脱氢制苯乙烯反应过程中的催化性能,并结合XRD、N2-吸附、NH3-TPD、CO2-TPD和H2-TPR等表征手段对催化剂进行了分析。结果表明,与浸渍法相比,一步沉淀法制备的催化剂更有利于活性组分Fe2O3在催化剂表面的分散及反应物CO2的转化。  相似文献

The effect of vanadium addition to CU/γ-Al2O3 catalyst used in the hydrogenation of CO2 to produce methanol was studied. It was found that the catalytic performance of the Cu-based catalyst improved after V addition. The influence of reaction temperature, space velocity and the molar ratio of H2 to CO2 on the performance of 12%Cu-6%V/γ-Al2O3 catalyst were also studied. The results indicated that the best conditions for reaction were as follows: 240℃, 3600 h-1 and a molar ratio of H2 to CO2 of 3:1. The results of XRD and TPR characterization demonstrated that the addition of V enhanced the dispersion of the supported CuO species, which resulted in the enhanced catalytic performance of CU-V/γ-Al2O3 binary catalyst.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了Zr0.5Ti0.5O2载体材料,将其掺杂在CeO2-Al2O3 (CA)基催化剂中, 并对其催化活性进行了超临界裂解测试, 采用全自动吸附仪、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、程序升温脱附(TPD)等方法对催化剂进行了表征. 实验结果表明, 催化剂能够明显降低裂解反应的温度, 600 ℃ CA基催化剂产气率是热裂解的2.8倍, 掺杂Zr0.5Ti0.5O2载体材料的CA基催化剂是热裂解的4.0倍, 650 ℃时, 掺杂Zr0.5Ti0.5O2载体材料的CA基催化剂热沉提高了0.55 MJ·kg-1. BET结果表明, 掺杂Zr0.5Ti0.5O2载体后催化剂出现双孔结构, 部分小孔的出现使得乙烯的选择性提高; NH3-TPD结果表明, 掺杂Zr0.5Ti0.5O2载体材料后, 催化剂强酸位的酸量增加了4.0倍,催化剂表现出更强的表面酸性和更集中的强酸酸中心密度, 有利于裂解多产烯烃.  相似文献

Summary Oxidation of propene to acetone in water solutions in the presence of homogeneous catalysts (Pd2+ + HPA-x, where HPA-x = H3+xPVxMo12-xO40, x = 1-4) is studied. This reaction is shown to be of the 1st order with respect to C3H6 and of the 0.5th order with respect to Pd. The reaction rate does not depend on the concentration of HPA-x and acidity of the catalyst solution. The apparent activation energy of the reaction is 21 kJ/mol. A reaction mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

A series of La-doped Al2O3 catalysts were prepared and tested for the vapor phase hydrofluorination of C2H2 to vinyl fluoride (CH2CHF, VF). It was found that the La-doped catalyst gave a stable catalytic performance and a higher selectivity to the desired VF and a lower selectivity to coke deposition compared with the pure Al2O3 catalyst. The enhancement in VF selectivity on the La-doped catalyst was due to the elimination of acidic sites on the Al2O3 surface by the addition of La2O3, evidenced by NH3-TPD results, which could also explain the declined selectivity to coke deposition on the catalyst. Raman result indicated there were two different vibration forms of CH distortion and CC expansion for the coke deposition.  相似文献

The quantity and reactivity of carbon deposit arising on Mo/Al2O3 and Mo/ZrO2 catalysts in propane decomposition was investigated. Results showed that the Mo/ZrO2 catalyst is more resistant to carbon deposit formation process. The coke formed on the surface of this catalyst is more reactive in oxygen atmosphere than the carbon deposit formed under the same conditions on Mo/Al2O3. The selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO by propane in excess oxygen-containing gas mixture was studied on Co/Al2O3 catalyst. The oxygen concentration is very important for the reaction. The NO conversion to N2 without oxygen is 3% at 800 K and when the O2 concentration is raised up to 8% the NO conversion reaches its maximum value of 60% at 800 K. Characterization results by TPR and UV-Vis spectroscopy show that in the catalyst, species strongly interacting with tetrahedral and octahedral Co2+ ions in the support are present. Summary The liquid-phase adsorption of acetone, butanone, cyclohexanone, 3-methylcyclohexanone and 4-butylcyclohexanone on TS-1 were measured, and the direct ammoximation reactions of these ketones with H2O2and NH3catalyzed by TS-1 were studied. The catalysts after reaction were characterized by TGA. The adsorption results showed that acetone, butanone, cyclohexanone and 3-methylcyclohexanone could enter into the cavity of TS-1, while 4-butylcyclohexanone could not. In the ammoximation reactions, all the ketones were converted into the corresponding oximes in highconversions and selectivities. In combination with the TGA results, it is inferred thatthe ammoximation reactions of acetone and butanone may occur to some extent inside the pores of TS-1. For cyclohexanone and 3-methylcyclohexanone, the ketone-involving step may occur inside the pores of TS-1 to a limited extent but for 4-butylcyclohexanone, may only occur outside the catalyst.</o:p>  相似文献

我们通过原位还原的方法将吸附在g-C3N4表面上Cu2+还原,制备出Cu2O/g-C3N4复合材料,并利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、XPS等分析手段表征Cu2O/g-C3N4.表征结果显示:Cu元素主要以Cu2O的形式吸附在g-C3N4载体上.另外,还考察了Cu2O/g-C3 N4在“一锅法”合成吲哚-2-甲酸乙酯的反应中的催化性能.结果表明:即使在较低的催化担载量和温和的反应条件下,Cu2O/g-C3 N4仍能表现出良好的催化性能并获得44.1%的收率.  相似文献

The La2CuO4 crystal nanofibers were prepared by using single-walled carbon nanotubes as templates under mild hydrothermal conditions. The steam reforming of methanol (SRM) to CO2 and H2 over such nanofiber catalysts was studied. At the low temperature of 150 °C and steam/methanol=1.3, methanol was completely (100%, 13.8 g/h g catalyst) converted to hydrogen and CO2 without the generation of CO. Within the 60 h catalyst lifespan test, methanol conversion was maintained at 98.6% (13.6 g/h g catalyst) and with 100% CO2 selectivity. In the meantime, for distinguishing the advantage of nanoscale catalyst, the La2CuO4 bulk powder was prepared and tested for the SRM reaction for comparison. Compared with the La2CuO4 nanofiber, the bulk powder La2CuO4 showed worse catalytic activity for the SRM reaction. The 100% conversion of methanol was achieved at the temperature of 400 °C, with the products being H2 and CO2 together with CO. The catalytic activity in terms of methanol conversion dropped to 88.7% (12.2 g/h g catalyst) in 60 h. The reduction temperature for nanofiber La2CuO4 was much lower than that for the La2CuO4 bulk powder. The nanofibers were of higher specific surface area (105.0 m2/g), metal copper area and copper dispersion. The in situ FTIR and EPR experiments were employed to study the catalysts and catalytic process. In the nanofiber catalyst, there were oxygen vacancies. H2-reduction resulted in the generation of trapped electrons [e] on the vacancy sites. Over the nanofiber catalyst, the intermediate H2CO/HCO was stable and was reformed to CO2 and H2 by steam rather than being decomposed directly to CO and H2. Over the bulk counterpart, apart from the direct decomposition of H2CO/HCO to CO and H2, the intermediate H2COO might go through two decomposition ways: H2COO=CO+H2O and H2COO=CO2+H2.  相似文献
