A Self-assembled T4（2）5（2） Water Tape Stabilized by a Nickel（II） Complex with L-cysteic Acid

An interesting T4(2)5(2) water tape formed by fused cyclic water pentamers and tetramer was self-assembled in a new inorganic host [Ni(L)(phen)2]·5H2O (L = L-cysteic acid) and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Each [Ni(L)(phen)2] molecule crystallizes with five water molecules with a molecular formula of [Ni(L)(phen)2]·5H2O. The T4(2)5(2) water tape and [Ni(L)(phen)2] molecules assemble into a network of water tapes sandwiched between [Ni(L)- (phen)2] tapes. The network is stabilized by π-π stacking between [Ni(L)(phen)2] molecules and three types of hydrogen-bonding interactions between [Ni(L)(phen)2] molecules, water molecules, and water and [Ni(L)(phen)2] molecules.

DPPZ-铜(Ⅱ)-L-氨基酸配合物的电化学性质及SOD活性

应用NBT-光照法研究了配合物[Cu(DPPZ)(L-Val)(H2O)]ClO4.2H2O(1),[Cu(DPPZ)(L-Ile)]ClO4(2),[Cu(DPPZ)(L-Tyr)(H2O)]ClO4.1.5H2O(3)(DPPZ=二吡啶并[3,2-a:2’,3’-c]吩嗪,L-Val=L-缬氨酸,L-Ile=L-异亮氨酸,L-Tyr=L-酪氨酸)在水溶液中的SOD活性,并用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质.结果表明,三种配合物均具有良好的SOD活性,表观催化速率常数分别为2.27×107,1.46×107和1.23×107mol-1.L.s-1.

合成了2-氨基-4-苯基-硒唑（L）配体与过渡金属镍（Ⅱ）、铜（Ⅱ）的配合物Ni（L）（NO3）2（1）和Cu（L）（Ac）2·H2O（2）．用元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、紫外一可见光谱、核磁共振和热重分析进行了表征;确定了配合物的组成并推断了它们的结构。
