桂花中微量元素的光谱测定   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用火焰原子吸收法同时测定了桂花中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Pb、Cd、Cu、Mn、Co、Zn、Cr、Fe等十二种微量元素的含量。方法的相对标准偏差介于0.07%~2.31%之间,回收率介于93.0%~106.0%之间,分析结果满意,并表明,桂花中含有丰富的金属元素,元素含量由高到低排列顺序为:K,Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Pb,Co,Cr,CA,说明桂花具有较高的营养价值。  相似文献

用火焰原子吸收光度法测定了6个品种巴旦杏仁中的K,Na,ca,Fe,cu,Zn,Mn,Mg等8种元素含量,并用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了总黄酮含量。结果表明,巴旦杏仁含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素,其中纸皮巴旦杏仁中K,Ca,Mn,Zn的含量普遍高于其它品种。微量元素测定方法的回收率在96.9%~101.7%之间,RSD值在0.74%~1.85%之间。总黄酮含量在不同品种之间呈现出较大差异,其中晚丰巴旦杏仁中总黄酮量高达1.75%,明显高于其它品种。为新疆巴旦杏资源的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供了新的科学依据。  相似文献

用硝酸、高氯酸混合酸消解样品,采用原子吸收光谱法,测定了刺五加根、茎、叶中Ca、Cu、Mg、Fe、Zn、K、Mn、Na等8种矿物质元素的含量,并对其结果进行了分析比较,以此研究了这几种金属元素在刺五加体内的分布。结果显示,各元素在实验范周内,线性关系良好,加标回收率在99%~109.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.2%~1.8%;刺五加中不同部位的这8种元素间存在显著差异,根中各元素含量由高到低顺序为Ca,Mg,K,Fe,Na,Mn,Zn,Cu,其叶中的含量以K为高,而且各部位其它元素含量均较高。从微量元素的角度分析,刺五加的根、茎、叶均有一定的应用价值。  相似文献

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对不同月份栽培藏木香中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg和Na8种微量元素进行了分析测定。结果表明,在选定的测定条件下,栽培藏木香中各元素间相互干扰小,对测定无明显影响。方法的标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.997 3~0.999 9),方法回收率(n=7)在97.5%~100.3%之间,RSD值(n=7)在1.16%~2.76%之间。栽培藏木香中K、Ca、Mg含量较高且不同月份微量元素含量有所不同,其中Zn、Cu、Mn含量基本稳定;K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe等元素含量呈现较大幅度的变化趋势。研究结果为合理利用藏木香资源提供了可靠依据。  相似文献

对藏药材白花龙胆花中17种微量元素(Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co、Ni、Se、Cr、Mg、Ca、K、Na、P、As、Hg、Pb、Cd)的含量作了测定。结果表明,白花龙胆花中含有较高的人体必需微量元素和常量元素,其中常量元素K、Ca、Na、Mg和微量元素Zn、Fe、Mn的含量均较高。  相似文献

采用ICP—AES法同时测定黑豆和红小豆中Na,Sn,Ca,Zn,Cu,Mg,Al,Fe,P,K,Si,Se,Ba,Mn,M015种元素含量,并对各元素进行了加标回收实验,黑豆和红小豆中各元素的平均回收率在93.11%~102.15%,相对标准偏(RSD)在0.83%0~2.8%,检出限介于0.11~14.09Fg/L。建立了简便、快速、准确和稳定的测定黑豆和红小豆中元素的测定方法。结果显示在黑豆和红小豆中K,Ca,P,Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn等常量元素和微量元素含量较高。红小豆中Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn等营养元素的含量较黑豆中的高。  相似文献

应用原子吸收光谱法测定了实验动物鼠饲料中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mg、K、Na7种微量元素的含量。结果表明,7种微量元素中,Zn、Cu、Na的含量达到国家标准,分别高于国家标准88.18%、14.91%和9.85%,Mn、Mg、K、Fe的含量低于国家标准42.71%、32.95%、14.56%和6.74%。7种微量元素测定的回收率为89.71%~101.45%。  相似文献

Research on natural and bioactive compounds is increasingly focused on their effects on human health, but there are unexpectedly few studies evaluating the relationship between climate and natural antioxidants. The aim of this study was analyze the biological role of six different Brassica vegetables (Brassica oleracea L. and Brassica rapa L.) as a natural source of antioxidant compounds. The antioxidant activity may be assigned to high levels of L-ascorbic acid, total phenolics and total flavonoids of each sample. The climate seasons affected directly the concentration of bioactive components and the antioxidant activity. Broccoli inflorescences and Portuguese kale showed high antioxidant activity in Spring-Summer whilst turnip leaves did so in Summer-Winter. The Brassica vegetables can provide considerable amounts of bioactive compounds and thus may constitute an important natural source of dietary antioxidants.  相似文献

目的建立沙枣中Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn等6种微量元素的火焰原子吸收光谱法。方法在确定的火焰原子吸收光谱法检测条件下,使用马弗炉处理样品,对新疆两种不同产地的沙枣中Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn等6种微量元素的含量进行了测定。结果各元素的回收率(/Z=5)在97.50%~104.60%之间,RSD(n=5)在1.61%~3.51%之间。结论该法简单、快速,具有很好的精密度和灵敏度,适用于沙枣中6种微量元素的测定。  相似文献

Racemomycin-B (RM-B), the main component of Streptomyces lavendulae OP-2 which is the basis of 50% of the antibiotics produced, is a streptothricin antibiotic which contains three beta-lysine moieties in the molecule. RM-B had antimicrobial activity against plant-pathogenic microorganisms and growth-inhibitory activity against the root of Brassica rapa L. at the concentration of 50 ppm. It strongly inhibited the growth of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci IFO-3508 (minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC): 0.4 microgram/ml), and also showed antifungal activity against six kinds of Fusarium oxysporum species (MIC: 0.1-2.0 micrograms/ml). The antimicrobial activity of RM-B was much stronger than those of RM-A and -C which contain, respectively, one and two beta-lysine moieties in their molecules. The above activities of RM-A, -C and -B were thus in the order of -B greater than -C greater than -A: namely, the biological activity of racemomycin compounds tended to be stronger with increase in the number of beta-lysine moieties in the molecule.  相似文献

Two new indoles, 2-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1-methoxyindole-3-acetonitrile (1) and 6-hydroxy-1-methylindole3-acetonitrile (2), along with two known indoles [caulilexin C (3) and arvelexin (4)], were isolated from turnip roots (Brassica rapa ssp. campestris L.). Abstract

Since concentrations of trace elements in most natural waters seldom exceed the μg/L level, analysis of trace elements in natural waters by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP) requires a preconcentration procedure. The elements Ag, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sn, V, W, and Zn were separated and concentrated from 500 mL of water by coprecipitating them with sodium dibenzyldithiocarbamate (NaDBDTC) using nickel or silver as a carrier. The precipitated trace elements were collected on a membrance filter, redissolved from the filter with hot nitric and hydrochloric acids, and analyzed using ICP. Recoveries for all the trace elements except tungsten exceeded 80%. Coprecipitation of trace elements with NaDBDTC eliminated the use of difficult-to-inject organic solvents, and NaDBDTC coprecipitated a wider array of trace elements than ammoniumpyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC), another commonly used coprecipitate.  相似文献

为比较分析紫苏叶与白苏叶的总黄酮和微量元素的含量差异,用可见分光光度法测定了两者总黄酮的含量,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)测定了两者微量元素的含量。结果表明,测得紫苏叶与白苏叶中总黄酮的含量分别为7.49%和5.69%,两者均含有Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe等多种微量元素,但含量存在一定的差异。白苏作为紫苏的同种植物资源,有待进一步的开发和利用。  相似文献
