In the title compounds, C10H8N2O2, (I), and C12H12N2O2, (II), the two carbonyl groups are oriented with torsion angles of −149.3 (3) and −88.55 (15)°, respectively. The single‐bond distances linking the two carbonyl groups are 1.528 (4) and 1.5298 (17) Å, respectively. In (I), the molecules are linked by an elaborate system of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, which form adjacent R22(8) and R42(8) ring motifs to generate a ladder‐like construct. Adjacent ladders are further linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds to build a three‐dimensional network. The hydrogen bonding in (II) is far simpler, consisting of helical chains of N—H...O‐linked molecules that follow the 21 screw of the b axis. It is the presence of an elaborate hydrogen‐bonding system in the crystal structure of (I) that leads to the different torsion angle for the orientation of the two adjacent carbonyl groups from that in (II).  相似文献

The title compound, C16H12N2S, has been synthesized by base‐catalyzed condensation of 1‐methyl­indole‐3‐carbox­aldehyde with thio­phene‐3‐aceto­nitrile. The product assumes an approx­imately planar Z configuration. The mol­ecule has a thienyl‐ring flip disorder.  相似文献

A regiospecific approach to each N‐methyl‐5‐(1H‐indol‐2‐yl)‐6,7‐dihydro‐2H‐indazole isomer is reported. The 1‐methyl isomer 1 was prepared from 5‐bromo‐1‐methyl‐6,7‐dihydro‐1H‐indazole 3 and indole‐2‐boronate 5 by palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling. The 2‐methyl regioisomer 2 was synthesized via addition of lithium (1‐carboxylato‐1H‐indole‐2‐yl)lithium 6 with 2‐methyl‐2,4,6,7‐tetrahydro‐indazol‐5‐one 8 followed by acid catalyzed dehydration.  相似文献

Pyrrol‐3‐yl squaraine dyes are prepared by the condensation of 3,4‐dihydroxycyclobut‐3‐ene‐1,2‐dione with two‐molar equivalence of a 2,5‐disubstituted pyrrole possessing a free β‐position, or substituted indoles with a similarly free β‐position. From the first reported syntheses of two indol‐3‐yl squaraines in 1966, numerous pyrrol‐3‐yl squaraines (including indol‐3‐yl squaraines) have been reported in both the scientific and patent literatures. This microreview highlights the synthesis, history, spectroscopy, and applications of pyrrol‐3‐yl squaraines from their first preparation to the present date.  相似文献

In the molecule of the title compound, C17H20N4O5, there are two intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds having amidic and nitro‐group O atoms as the acceptors and together forming a three‐centre N—H...(O)2 system. These interactions appear to play an important role in controlling the relative orientation of the pyrazole and aryl rings. The bond distances provide evidence for some polarization of the electronic structure. Molecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H...O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

In the title compound, C26H22N2O2S, the tetra­hydro­pyridine ring has a conformation intermediate between half‐chair and sofa. The tetrahydroquinoline mean plane makes a dihedral angle of 73.3 (1)° with the cyclopentene ring, which adopts an envelope conformation, and an angle of 45.45 (4)° with the indole best plane. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyrrole rings is 2.6 (1)°. The orientations of the phenyl ring on the sulfonyl group and of the indole are governed by weak C—H?O interactions. The packing of the mol­ecule in the solid state is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Mol­ecules of 1‐acetyl‐3‐ferrocenyl‐5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazole, [Fe(C5H5)(C11H11N2O)], form a centrosymmetric dimer generated by a combination of one C—H⋯π(pyrazole) and one C—H⋯π(cyclo­penta­dienyl) inter­action. The dimers are linked by C—H⋯π inter­actions, involving the pyrazole rings as acceptors, into layers parallel to (10). Mol­ecules of 1‐acetyl‐5‐ferrocenyl‐3‐(2‐pyrid­yl)‐1H‐pyrazole, [Fe(C5H5)(C15H12N3O)], are linked by C—H⋯O inter­actions into a chain running in the [010] direction. Two chains of this type passing through each unit cell are connected by O⋯π(pyridyl) inter­actions into an [010] double chain.  相似文献

Four 2,2′‐bisindolylmethanes (BIMs), a useful class of polyindolyl species joined to a central carbon, were synthesized using salicylaldehyde derivatives and simple acid catalysis; these are 2‐[bis(3‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methylphenol, (IIa), 2‐[bis(3‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐4,6‐dichlorophenol, (IIb), 2‐[bis(3‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐4‐nitrophenol, (IIc), and 2‐[bis(3‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenol, (IId). BIMs (IIa) and (IIb) were characterized crystallographically as the dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) disolvates, i.e. C26H24N2O·2C2H6OS and C25H20Cl2N2O·2C2H6OS, respectively. Both form strikingly similar one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding chain motifs with the DMSO solvent molecules. BIM (IIa) packs into double layers of chains whose orientations alternate every double layer, while (IIb) forms more simply packed chains along the a axis. BIM (IIa) has a remarkably long c axis.  相似文献

A novel route was developed for synthesis of high potential 1H‐tetrazoles by using conventional method. Tetrazole scaffold is a promising pharmacophore fragment, frequently used in the development of various novel drugs. Here, the novel (Z)‐3‐(N‐alkyl‐indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(1H‐tetrazole‐5‐yl)acrylates 5 ( a – i ) have been synthesized from (Z)‐ethyl‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)2‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)acrylates 4 ( a – c ) by using various alkylating agents such as Dimethyl Sulphate (DMS), Diethyl Sulphate (DES), and benzyl chloride; 4 ( a – c ) were synthesized from sodium azide in the presence of copper sulfate in dimethylformamide; 3 ( a – c ) have been prepared by Knoevenagel condensation of indole‐3‐carbaldehyde 1 ( a – c ) and ethylcyanoacetate 2 in the presence of L‐Proline as a catalyst at room temperature in ethanol for an hour. This is an efficient and clean click chemistry method that has various advantages such as easy workup, higher yields, shorter reaction times, and more economical.  相似文献

The title compound, C25H35N3O2, is a novel urea derivative. Pairs of intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds join the molecules into centrosymmetric R22(12) and R22(18) dimeric rings, which are alternately linked into one‐dimensional polymeric chains along the [010] direction. The parallel chains are connected via C—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional framework structure parallel to the (001) plane. The title compound was also modelled by solid‐state density functional theory (DFT) calculations. A comparison of the molecular conformation and hydrogen‐bond geometry obtained from the X‐ray structure analysis and the theoretical study clearly indicates that the DFT calculation agrees closely with the X‐ray structure.  相似文献

Both 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile and 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile crystallize from dimethylformamide solutions as stoichiometric 1:1 solvates, viz. C29H21N5·C3H7NO, (I), and C29H21N5O·C3H7NO, (II), respectively; however, 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile, C31H25N5O3, (III), crystallizes in the unsolvated form. The heterocyclic components of (I) are linked by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric dimers, from which the solvent molecules are pendent, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (II), the heterocyclic components are linked by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds into chains containing two types of centrosymmetric ring, and the pendent solvent molecules are linked to these chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Molecules of (III) are linked into simple C(12) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, and these chains are weakly linked into pairs by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

In crystals of the title compound, C23H23N5O3S, the indole system is planar and the phenyl ring of the phenylsulfonyl group makes a dihedral angle with the best plane of the indole system of 77.18 (4)°. The olefinic bond connecting the azabicyclic and indole systems has Z geometry. The geometry adopted by the C=O bond with respect to the N—N bond is trans. The O atom of the carbonyl group of each molecule is hydrogen bonded to the hydrazidic H atom of an adjacent molecule to form an eight‐membered‐ring dimeric structure.  相似文献

(Z)‐3‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(3‐thienyl)­acrylo­nitrile, C15H10N2S, (I), and (Z)‐3‐[1‐(4‐tert‐butyl­benzyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]‐2‐(3‐thienyl)­acrylo­nitrile, C26H24N2S, (II), were prepared by base‐catalyzed reactions of the corresponding indole‐3‐carbox­aldehyde with thio­phene‐3‐aceto­nitrile. 1H/13C NMR spectral data and X‐ray crystal structures of compounds (I) and (II) are presented. The olefinic bond connecting the indole and thio­phene moieties has Z geometry in both cases, and the mol­ecules crystallize in space groups P21/c and C2/c for (I) and (II), respectively. Slight thienyl ring‐flip disorder (ca 5.6%) was observed and modeled for (I).  相似文献

The cation of the title compound, C13H18N3S+·NO3, consists of two subunits, viz. a planar indole moiety and a nonplanar thiouronium moiety. An isolated intermolecular hydrogen bond connects the cation with the nitrate anion. The crystal packing is additionally characterized by short intermolecular contacts between parallel indole systems. A topological analysis of the electron density revealed C—S single bonds and partial double bonding in the N—C—N group.  相似文献

Ketene generated from acetyl chloride or chloroacetyl chloride adds on indolyl Schiff's base double bond to afford 1‐butyl‐3‐substituted‐4‐(2‐aryl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐azetidinones in THF. The reaction proceeds stereospecifically via concerted trans [2+2] cycloaddition. The synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectral data (IR, PMR, and mass). In the crystal structure of the title compound, C13H13N3O, the C—Nimidazole bond length of 1.431 (3) Å is shorter than that observed [1.466 (6) Å] in the corresponding carbamoyl­imidazolium salt 3‐methyl‐1‐(1,2,3,4‐tetra­hydro­isoquinolin‐2‐yl­carbonyl)­imidazolium iodide. A comparision of these compounds is used to highlight the structural differences that occur as a result of the imidazolium effect. The epidermal growth factor (EGF) family of membrane receptors has been identified as a key element in the complex signaling network that is utilized by various classes of cell‐surface receptors. A new synthetic pathway of 4‐(indol‐3‐yl)quinazolines 15 and 16 is described using cross coupling reactions with quinazoline‐ and indole moieties. The synthesized compound 15 is a new dual and high potent EGFR‐ and HER‐2‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor with excellent cytotoxic properties at different cell lines.
