This paper describes the synthesis of 4‐amino‐5,6,7,8‐tetrahydrothieno[2,3‐b]quinolin‐5‐ol derivatives ( 3a‐h ) and 4‐amino‐5,6,7,8‐tetrahydrothieno[2,3‐b]quinoline ( 8a ) in good yield by three‐step procedures starting from 2‐aminothiophene‐3‐carbonitrile and 5‐substituted cyclohexane‐1,3‐dione.  相似文献

Variously substituted 5,6,7,8‐tetrahydroindolizines can be easily synthesized via a domino reactions sequence under rhodium catalyzed hydroformylation of N‐(β‐methallyl)pyrroles. The later are readily prepared from properly functionalized pyrroles via phase‐transfer N‐allylation in the presence of 18‐crown‐6 and potassium tert‐butoxide.  相似文献

Investigation of cycloadditions of C‐aryl‐N‐(4‐chlorophenyl)nitrones to N‐cinnamoyl piperidines was carried out. Two diastereoisomeric and one regioisomeric cycloadducts, and in some cases ring‐opened compounds were characterized by spectroscopic and X‐ray data. The reaction of potassium cyanoacetohydroxamate 1 with ethyl 2‐aryl‐hydrazono‐3‐oxobutyrates 2 gave the unexpected pyrazolo[3,4‐c]pyridazines 7 and isoxazolo[5,4‐b]pyridines 10 via a one‐pot reaction. A mechanistic proof is suggested to account for the products.  相似文献

2‐(2‐Cyano‐1‐ethylthioethenyl)pyrroles are readily coupled (50–55°) with primary and secondary amines at the position 1 of the ethenyl moiety to eliminate ethanethiol and afford 2‐(1‐amino‐2‐cyanoethenyl)pyrroles and/or their cyclic isomers ‐ functionalized 1‐amino‐3‐iminopyrrolizines in good to high yields.  相似文献

A series of novel heterocycles 1‐aryl‐ or alkyl‐substituted‐4‐arylazamethylene‐6‐arylpyrazolo[5,4‐d]‐1,3‐oxazines were synthesized from the acylation of (5‐amino‐1‐substituted‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐N‐carboxamide in 63‐89% isolated yields at room temperature within 12 hours. An efficient synthesis of some novel 2‐substituted‐N‐aryl‐benzoxazole‐5‐carboxamides from 2‐substituted — 5‐carbomethoxy benzoxazole on treatment with different substituted anilines promoted by cobalt dipyridine dichloride as a catalyst is described. In the context of our high‐throughput organic synthesis program, we have studied the reactivity of special β‐keto esters toward the Biginelli reaction. We have found that a diethyl‐3‐oxoglutarate reacts with one molecule of urea and one molecule of aldehyde under solvent‐free conditions to give a new family of 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2(1H)‐ones in good yields.  相似文献

A new way to make a bang : Several functionalized 1‐ethyl‐5‐aminotetrazoles, 1‐ethyl‐5‐nitrimino‐tetrazoles, and copper complexes have been synthesized and their chemical and energetic properties have been comprehensively characterized. The compounds belong to all classes of “energetic materials”: explosives, propellants, and pyrotechnics.
