Abstract 4-O-phosphorylated paeonol derivatives were conveniently prepared by a facile method. Resacetophenone was prepared by the Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction of acetic acid with resorcinol. It was then phosphorylated regioselectively at the 4-O position using the Atherton–Todd reaction. An efficient, highly regioselective method to synthesize 4-O-phosphorylated paeonol derivatives is provided, and the approach has the merits of mild reaction conditions. Abstract Organophosphorus compounds such as 6H-dibenzo[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphinine 6-oxide (DOPO, 1) and its derivatives are important and versatile compounds for a broad field of applications. However, a thorough spectral assignment is often subordinate to its chemical properties. This article presents and unambiguously attributes the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of DOPO (1), selected products yielded from the Atherton–Todd reaction (2–4), DOPO-HQ (5) as well as sulfur derivatives (6–7) via a set of 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments. The complex P-C and P-H coupling patterns are discussed and compared with the derivatives possessing different chemical environments around the phosphorus atom. In addition, we compared our results with density functional theory calculations. Even though the prediction of NMR data of organophosphorus compounds via molecular modeling is limited, this study presents a method that yields good results for this class of heterocycles. This knowledge should help to quickly assign NMR spectroscopic data of other DOPO (1) derivatives and can be extrapolated to organophosphorus compounds in general. Calcium phosphates are useful materials in fertilizer, dentifrice, biomaterials, etc., and have been popularly synthesized by a wet method, a hydrothermal method, a flux method, and a solid-state reaction method. However, there has been no report on synthesis by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method or gas-phase reaction. In the present study, calcium phosphates were synthesized by gas-solid reaction of CaO solid and P 2 O 5 gas. The CaO/P 2 O 5 ratio of starting materials was changed from 5.06 to 0.64, and the reaction was carried out at 400-1100;C. These calcium phosphates were investigated using X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). By gas-solid reaction of CaO-P 2 O 5 , g -MET only was synthesized at 400-500;C, g -MET, HA, and g -PYR at 600-700;C, and g -MET, HA, g -PYR, and g -TCP above 800;C. Synthesized calcium phosphates were independent on the CaO/P 2 O 5 ratio of starting materials but dependent on the reaction temperature. 相似文献

合成了葛根素的7,4'-二丙基(Ⅰ), 7-单丙基(Ⅱ)和4'-单丙基(Ⅲ)三种取代衍生物. 其中7-丙基葛根素Ⅱ属于新型取代衍生物; 变温1H NMR和理论计算结果表明, 在300 K时, 葛根素和4'-丙基葛根素(Ⅲ)以单一构型存在; 而7,4'-二丙基葛根素(Ⅰ)和7-丙基葛根素(Ⅱ)则存在两种核磁可分辨的旋转异构体, 当温度升至330 K时, 两种异构体可以相互转化; 通过对比分析葛根素及其衍生物脱质子产物的紫外可见吸收光谱并结合理论计算, 确定了A环上7位酚羟基比B环上4'位酚羟基先脱去质子, 并由此进一步阐明了葛根素衍生化反应机理以及在抗氧化作用中可能的活性位点和结构活性关系. 相似文献

4-Bromo-2,3,5-trichloro-6-iodopyridine was studied as a new substrate in chemoselective Sonogashira reactions. This approach provides an efficient access to non-symmetrical mono-, di-, tri- and pentaalkynylated pyridines in good yields. Selected pentaalkynylated pyridines were studied with regard to their UV/Vis- and emission properties showing moderate to high fluorescence quantum yields. 相似文献

提出了气相色谱法测定建筑用粘接剂中6种磷酸酯含量的方法。样品用甲醇超声提取15min。用HP-50+毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,1μm)分离,火焰光度检测器检测。6种磷酸酯在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积均呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在0.8~1.5mg·kg-1之间,测定下限(10S/N)在2.5~5.0mg·kg-1之间。以空白建筑用粘接剂样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在83.2%~97.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在5.0%以内。 相似文献

Elimination of phosphates from detergents alone, is insufficient to solve the eutrophication problem. Nevertheless, the endeavors of the detergent industry are aimed at finding phosphate subsitutes. Novel approaches for at least a partial replacement of detergent phosphates have been found by using water-soluble organic complexing agents as well as heterogeneous organic or inorganic ion exchangers. So far, a large-scale replacement is not possible. It is not justifiable until all technical requirements are met with and safety with regard to man, animals, plants and drinking water has been established. 相似文献

Summary: Starch based stable hydrogels providing high swelling and water storing capacity are not only of certain interest for the cosmetics and hygiene industry but also have the potential to become an effective tool in combating desertification and supporting cultivation in many regions of the world. It has been found that strong water adsorbing covalent networks with free swelling capacity (FSC) of up to 190 g water/g hydrogel can be obtained by cross-linking low-substituted mono-starch phosphates (MSP) in a semi-dry process with di- and tricarboxylic acids such as succinic acid (SA), adipic acid (AA) or citric acid (CA). The linear behaviour over a wide frequency range of the rheological parameters G′ and G″ which were determined by using a shearing disc viscosimeter clearly reveal that the cross-linked starch phosphates are stable hydrogels having stronger elastic than viscous properties. 相似文献

利用不可逆电对的双安培检测原理,建立了流动注射双安培直接检测葛根素的电化学新方法.使用经过恒电位预阳极化处理的双铂电极,通过耦合葛根素在一支电极上的氧化和氧化铂在另一支电极上的还原两个不可逆电极过程,构成流动注射双安培检测体系.在外加电位差为0.2 V时,pH 8.94的碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲溶液中,测得氧化电流与葛根素浓度在6.0×10-6~1.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.997 4,n=8),检出限为1.0×10-6 mol/L.连续40次测定6.0 ×10-4 mol/L的葛根素,RSD=1.58%.用该方法对葛根素含量进行了测定,结果令人满意. 相似文献

A novel chiral ionic liquid, compound 1 , based on camphorsulfonic acid, was prepared. A catalytic amount of 1 readily promotes L ‐proline‐catalyzed aldol reactions, with good chemoselectivity, both in H2O and in organic solvents. Further, the aldol reaction of cyclohexanone with 4‐nitrobenzaldehyde afforded 2‐[hydroxy(4‐nitrophenyl)methyl]cyclohexanone ( 6 ) in 98% yield with high enantioselectivity (94% ee) when large amounts of 1 (5 equiv.) were used as promoter. 相似文献
