A series of 4‐aryl‐3,7,7‐trimethyl‐1‐phenyl‐7,8‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinolin‐5(6H)‐ones were synthesized via the three‐component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexandione and 5‐amino‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenylpyrazole in ionic liquid without using any catalyst. A series of furo[3,4‐e]pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine analogues of podophylloxin were synthesized via three‐component reactions of aldehydes, 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐amine and tetronic acid in water under microwave irradiation without catalyst. This efficient synthesis not only offers an economical and green synthetic strategy to this class of significant compounds but also enriches the investigations on microwave‐assisted synthesis in water.  相似文献

Novel simple, efficient, and eco‐friendly synthetic procedure for preparation of pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinolin‐5‐ones based on three‐component microwaves‐assisted heterocyclization reaction of 5‐aminopyrazoles, aromatic aldehydes, and dimedone in hot‐water medium was developed. 5‐Chloroethylpyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines were synthesized by condensation of 5‐aminopyrazoles with α‐acetyl γ‐butyrolactone followed by cyclization treating with phosphorous oxychloride. 5‐Chloroethyl‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines, thus obtained, were then converted to the corresponded tricyclic pyrazolo[3,4‐b]‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyridines by treating with some primary amines.  相似文献

2-Oxo-4-phenyl-1,2,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carbonitrile (10) reacted with hydrazine hydrate, phenylisothiocyanate or benzoyl chloride to give derivatives 12, 13 and 15, respectively. The latter two products were treated with hydrazine hydrate to afford pyrozole[3,4-b]quinolines derivatives 14 and 16, respectively. Compound 10 also reacted with acetonitrile dimer or malononitrile dimer to yield benzo[b][1,8]-naphthyridine derivatives. A single crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis was performed on compound 10, confirming its structure.  相似文献

An unexpected multicomponent reaction of cyanothioacetamide with aromatic aldehydes and aminopyrazole under MWI was found and reported. It turned out to be an efficient and simple procedure for the preparation of pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine derivatives. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, MS, 1H and 13C NMR, COSY and NOESY spectroscopy, X‐ray crystallographic analysis, and by comparison with the authentic sample prepared with the known procedure. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of furo[3,4‐b][4,7]phenanthroline and indeno[2,1‐b][4,7]phenanthroline derivatives were synthesized via a three‐component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 6‐aminoquinoline and either tetronic acid or 1,3‐indanedione in water, under microwave irradiation without use of any catalyst. This green procedure offers several advantages including operational simplicity, clean reaction, and increased safety for small‐scale high‐speed synthesis.  相似文献

A facile, solvent free, ecofriendly approach for the synthesis of 2‐amino‐3(ethylcarboxy)‐4,6‐disubsti‐tuted pyridine 4 and pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines 6 is herein described employing neat reaction conditions under microwave irradiation. This solventless methodology is environmentally benign as it completely eliminates the use of solvent from the reaction procedure. The observed reaction rate enhancement and high yield of products are due to the neat reaction conditions coupled with microwaves (MWs).  相似文献
