A series of 3,3‐dimethyl‐9‐substituted‐1,2,3,4,9,10‐hexahydrobenzo[c] acridine‐1‐ones and 3,3‐dimethyl‐9‐substituted‐1,2,3,4,9,10‐hexahydrobenzo[a] acridine‐1‐ones were synthesized by the reaction of an aldehyde, α‐naphthylamine or β‐naphthylamine and dimedone under microwave irradiation with short times and high yields.  相似文献

A clean and expeditious route for the synthesis of 2‐aryl‐4‐ferrocenyl‐quinoline derivatives through microwave‐assisted multicomponent reaction of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde with ketone and dimedone in the presence of ammonium acetate using water as reaction media at 100°C is described. A series of N‐carboxymethylacridine‐1,8‐dione derivatives were synthesized by one‐pot reaction of aldehyde, dimedone and glycine in glycol under microwave irradiation without catalyst with excellent yields (78‐92%) and short reaction time (4‐8min). A convenient one pot procedure for the synthesis of 3,5-disubstituted pyrazoles by condensation of chalcones, hydrazine hydrate and sulfur in ethanol under microwave irradiation and conventional heating method is reported. The hydrogen sulfide is produced during the reaction. The pyrazoles are obtained in good yields and excellent state of purity. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H, and 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A series of pyrimidoquinoline derivatives were synthesized through one‐pot condensation of 2,6‐diaminopyrimidin‐4‐one, aldehyde and cyclic a 1,3‐dicarbonyl compound in glycol under microwave irradiation without catalyst. A series of new 3,3′‐benzylidenebis(4‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridin‐2(1H)‐one) derivatives were synthesized via a three‐component reaction of an aldehyde, an aniline or ammonium acetate and 6‐methyl‐4‐hydroxypyran‐2‐one in ionic liquid. These heterocyclic compounds produced could be conveniently separated from the reaction mixture without any volatile organic solvents, and the ionic liquid could be readily reused without efficiency loss after simple treatment.  相似文献

A highly efficient one-pot, two-step microwave procedure has been developed for the synthesis of 4-substituted 1-heteroarylpiperazines. Microwave heating of heteroaryl chlorides with 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) at 160 °C for 15 min yielded 1-heteroaryl-4-(2-chloroethyl)piperazines, which could be further reacted with various nucleophiles, again under microwave irradiation conditions, to give an array of 4-substituted 1-heteroarylpiperazines in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Abstract

An efficient and convenient method for the preparation of 3-benzylquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions by the reaction of isatoic anhydride, benzylamine, and aromatic aldehydes was reported. In reported papers, ammonia water, ammonium salt, and aromatic amine were often used to synthesize quinazolin-4(1H)-one derivative, but benzylamine was seldom used in this synthesis. This article offers a green method for the synthesis of 3-benzylquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivative used benzylamine as starting material. This methodology has the advantages of short reaction time, mild reaction conditions, easy work-up, and environmental friendliness.  相似文献
