Molecular ionization potentials for series of compounds of the type X? C6H4? CN, X? C6H4CH2? CN and X? C6H4? N(CH3)2 have been measured using the retarding potential difference technique (RPD. technique). The effect of the various substituents X is better correlated through the electrophilic Brown σp+ constants than through Hammett's σp values. No meta-para orientation effect is observed. For all the disubstituted phenyl compounds studied, the effect of the second substituent is affected by the electron-releasing power of the original substituent. Ionization potentials calculated by using the semi-empirical method of equivalent orbitals are in good agreement with the experimental values.  相似文献

Use of the Wittig reaction for the synthesis of derivatives of bromoenosuloses and bromoenuronic esters Treatment of 3-O-benzyl (or 3-O-methyl)-1, 2-O-isopropylidene-α-D -xylo-pentodialdo-1, 4-furanoses ( 2 or 1 ) with acetylbromomethylidenetriphenylphosphorane ( 3 ), benzoylbromomethylidenetriphenylphosphorane ( 4 ) or bromoethoxycarbonylmethylidenetriphenylphosphorane ( 5 ) gave in good to excellent yields the expected enose ( 6--11 ). In all cases but one ( 8 where some 10% of the E-isomer was formed) the reaction led to the exclusive formation of the Z-isomer whose configuration was established by NMR.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-t-butylthiobenzaldehyde with N-(2-dialkylaminoethyl)-cyanacetamides followed by heating of the resulting 3-(2-t-butylthiophenyl)-2-cyanoacrylamides in polyphosphoric acid leads to the formation of 3-carboxamido-2-imino-2H-benzo[b][l]thiopyrann intermediates which afford thiocoumarins on hydrolysis. The authors postulate the intermediate formation of a thiophenate ion by an electronic mechanism involving six centers.  相似文献

Synthesis of Sugar Derivatives Bearing a Spiro Heterocycle via Nucleophilic Cyclization Treated with the 1,4-binucleophiles 1,2-diaminoethane, 2-aminoethanol, 2-aminoethanethiol, L -cysteine, o-phenylenediamine, o-aminophenol or o-aminothiophenol the ketosugar derivative 1 gave in good yields the corresponding spiro derivatives 2–8 . In each case, the reaction was stereospecific leading to the isomer bearing the N-atom on the endo face of the bicyclic starting material. Starting from the sugar enone 9 , the aromatic 1,4-binucleophiles led stereospecifically to the spirobenzo [b]-diazepine 10 , -oxazepine 11 or -thiazepine 12 . In one case, an imine (13) was isolated. As 13 cyclized to 6 , the intermediate formation of these kind of derivatives could be considered as a common step for all these reactions.  相似文献

Synthesis of Novel Types of C-Glycosyl-derivatives from Acetylenic Sugars or Partial Synthetic Equivalents thereof The concept of synthetic equivalent is not unequivocal and, for example, α-fluoroenamines may behave in some cases as synthetic equivalents of ynamines and, in other situations, quite differently. Some uses of these α-fluoroenamines, ‘partial synthetic equivalents’ of ynamines, for the synthesis of C-glycosyl derivatives of coumarins, chromones, quinolines, quinolones, thietenes and isoxazoles are described. We also report the preparation of a series of mono- and diglycosylthiophenes by reacting HS? with mono- and diglycosylbutadiynes. Acetylenic sugar derivatives have also been used for the synthesis of a diglycosylazaphosphorine and a spirooxolenone.  相似文献

The condensation of 1,5-diaminoimidazoles with ethyl aceto-acetate gives two types of compounds: imidazo[1,5-b]-1,2,4-triazepinones and imidazo[4,5-b]pyridinones. The structure of these compounds is demonstrated by rmn and mass spectroscopy. The formation of imidazo[4,5-b]pyridinones from imidazo[1,5-b]-triazepinones through a new transposition is also shown.  相似文献

Preparation of unsaturated sugars phosphonates using nucleophilic conjugate addition Different types of phosphorus nucleophiles underwent conjugate addition reaction with one of the branched-chain sugars 4, 5 or 11 the addition taking place either on the endo or the exo face of the furanose ring (or on both faces in the case of 11 ). The configuration at C(3) of these new phosphorus-bearing types of sugars as well as the configuration at the phosphorus atom of the cyclic phosphinates 9 and 10 was established by NMR. (3JP,H–C(2), 3JP,C(1)). Small amounts (7%) of the spiro enol phosphonate 16 were formed when 11 reacted with trimethyl phosphite.  相似文献

The orientation of the cycloaddition of diazomethane on unsaturated branchedchain sugars has been studied. For 3-C-cyanomethylidene-3-deoxy-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-glycero-tetrofuranose the orientation was ‘normal’ and did not depend on the configuration at the double bond. The same situation prevailed with derivatives of 3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-3-C-methylidene-α-D-xylo-hexofuranose. For the 3-C-acylmethylidene- and the 3-C-cyanomethylidene-3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D-ribo-hexofuranoses, the trans-(H–C(3′)–C(2))-isomer gave the ‘normal’ cycloadduct whereas the cis-isomer gave predominantly the αabnormal spiro-pyrazoline. This observation represents the first instance where the regioselectivity of a cycloaddition reaction is affected by the geometrical isomerism of the dipolarophile. The most probable explanation of the phenomenon is the conformational perturbation about the C(4)--C(5) bond of the unsaturated sugars induced by a change in the configuration at C(3). The consequence of that ‘conformational transmission’ of a difference in configuration at C(3) is that the steric crowding on the cis- than in the trans-isomer. Several novel examples of a new series of C-glycosylidenic derivatives, the spiro-pyrazolines, are described.  相似文献

Synthesis of Terminal Acetylenic Sugars Derivatives and Ynuronic Acids Derivatives by Use of a Wittig Reaction The method described for the preparation of terminal acetylenic sugars presents two advantages over earlier procedures: no new asymmetric center is created and the chain can be extended by one or more C-atoms. The method also allows preparation of ynuronic acids. The aldehydosugars derivatives 1–7 gave in good to excellent yields the corresponding gem-dibromoenoses 8–14 from which either the terminal acetylenic sugars derivatives 15–21 or the ynuronic acids 22–24 were easily prepared. A few examples of 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions (leading to 28–30 ) with these acetylenic sugar derivatives are also described.  相似文献

A study of the conditions of applicability to weak complexes of the relation log x = v log V + log (βv,cCc) = f(logV), where V and C are variable and constant total concentrations of the constituants of the complexe, shows that for conditions other than C ? V, another function φ(log V) accounts better for the formation equilibrium of the complexe. From f(log V) and φ (log V) a relation t(log V) is derived whose simple analysis permits the determination of the composition and the stability constant of weak complexes. Applications are given to 1:1, 1:2, 2:2 composition.  相似文献

The conformation in solution of several unsatured sugars of the general type XHC?CH—glycosyl has been studied by NMR. In the trans series, the population of the sterically permitted gauche conformer increases with the M-ability of X. In the cis series, the population of the trans conformer increases with the space requirements of X. These phenomena are discussed.  相似文献

In reaction with benzothiophene, t-butyl hypochlorite acts as an oxidizing reagent and a chlorination reagent. A mixture of 3-ehlorobenzothiophene, three 2,3-dichloro-2,3-dihydrobenzothio-phene 1-oxide isomers (trans-anti: trans-syn; cis-anti) and 2-chlorobenzothiophene 1-oxide was obtained. With a large exces of t-butyl hypochlorite, the reaction leads to 2,3-dichlorobenzothio-phene, 2,3-dichlorobenzothiophene 1-oxide. 2,2,3-trichloro-2,3-(lihydrobenzothiophene 1-oxide and 2,3-dichloro-3-oxobenzothio-phene 1-oxide. In any case, oxidation stops at the level of the sulfoxide.  相似文献

The experimental study of variations in electrical conductivity of WO3−x vs oxygen partial pressure and temperature shows evidence of interstitial W6i· as being the major defect. Under certain conditions, point defects can order themselves in extended defects. The behavior of electrical conductivity can be interpreted in terms of thermodynamic equilibrium between point defects and extended defects, the latter leading to structural modifications beyond a certain departure from stoichiometry. Moreover, WO3−x shows evidence of quenching phenomena allowing it to keep electrical features characteristic of high temperatures down to room temperature. These properties may explain discrepancies between previous data.  相似文献

A re-examination of the reaction of Fischer's base on tetracyanoethylene Depending on the order of addition, Fischer's base 5 (1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methylidene-indoline) reacts 1:1 with tetracyanoethylene to give either the tricyanovinylation product 6 or the spiro compound 7 . A skeletal rearrangement of a zwitterionic intermediate can explain the formation of the spiro compound. The latter undergoes a thermal isomerization yielding by ring expansion the tetrahydroquinoléine 8 . On reaction with LiAlH4 or CH3ONa 7 and 8 lead both to triazatetracycles. Isomerization of Functionalized 2,3‐Epoxypinanes in the Presence of Lewis Acids The functionalized 2,3‐epoxypinanes 1b – i were submitted to isomerization in the presence of ZnBr2 at 110° (Table 1) or of BF3⋅Et2O at different temperatures (Table 2), and their behavior was compared with that of the non‐functionalized parent 1a and with similar known transpositions. The produced campholenals 2 , pinocamphones 3 , and in some cases, fencholenals 4 were isolated and characterized. Carbohydrate Derivatives Bearing a gem-Dihalogenoethenyl Group Treated with the appropriate Wittig reagent, aldehydosugar derivatives ( 1–13 ) led in good to excellent yields to the expected gem-difluoro, gem-chlorofluoro-and/or gem-dichloroenoses ( 14–29 ). Examples of their dibromo analogues had been previously described (see e.g. [1]) but the diiodo derivatives could not be isolated, The influence of the conditions on the yields is reported as well as spectroscopic properties (particularly the long-range 13C, 19F- and 1H, 19F-coupling constants) of these new enoses.  相似文献

Thirty-two sterols are identified in the sponge Hyrtios sp. In addition to fourteen monohydroxylated compounds, the sterol fraction contains eight functionalized sidechain sterols, three of them new: 3 β-hydroxy-24-norchol-5-en-23-al (19) , (22-trans)-3 β-hydroxycholest-5, 22-dien-24-one (20) and (22R, 23R, 24S) or (22S, 23S, 24S)- 22,23-epoxy-24-methylchoest-5-en-3 β-ol (24). The probable biological origin, rather than artifact production, of these undescribed components is discussed.  相似文献

Isolation and Identification of two Mono-C-glucosyl-luteolins and of the Di-C-substituted 6,8-Diglucosyl-luteolin from the Leavy Stalks of Passiflora incarnata L. The present work on Passiflora incarnata presents the isolation and the structural identification of C-glycosylluteolins, i.e. of orientin ( 1 ), homoorientin ( 2 ) and lucenin 2 ( 3 ). The Pascual and Tobey approaches for evaluating the chemical shift of an olefinic proton have been tentatively applied to the case of substituents which often cause difficulties in signal assignment. The empirically calculated values of the differential shielding between olefinic protons in both Z and E configurations are compared to the experimental values of the chemical shifts in a series of 2-arylpropene nitriles. The Z configuration is proved to correspond to the less shielded nucleus and the observed solvent effects are consistent with this assignment. When the Z configuration predominates its nature has been unambiguously established by studying also the corresponding E isomer of which a very small quantity could be isolated. The results offer a good way for the computation of new substituent additive parameters (NH2, OH, ONa).  相似文献
