The approach of expanding the magnetic scalar potential in a series of Legendre polynomials is suitable for designing a conventional superconducting magnetic resonance imaging magnet of distributed solenoidal configuration. Whereas the approach of expanding the magnetic vector potential in associated Legendre harmonics is suitable for designing a single-solenoid magnet that has multiple tiers, in which each tier may have multiple layers with different winding lengths. A set of three equations to suppress some of the lowest higher-order harmonics is found. As an example, a 4T single-solenoid magnetic resonance imaging magnet with 4×6 layers of superconducting wires is designed. The degree of homogeneity in the 0.5m diameter sphere volume is better than 5.8 ppm. The same degree of homogeneity is retained after optimal integralization of turns in each correction layer. The ratio Bm/B0 in the single-solenoid magnet is 30% lower than that in the conventional six-solenoid magnet. This tolerates higher rated superconducting current in the coil. The Lorentz force of the coil in the single-solenoid system is also much lower than in the six-solenoid system. This novel type of magnet possesses significant advantage over conventional magnets, especially when used as a super-high field functional magnetic resonance imaging magnet.  相似文献

For a superconducting magnet of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the novel approach presented in this paper allows the design of cylindrical gradient and shim coils of finite length. The method is based on identification of the weighting of harmonic components in the current distribution that will generate a magnetic field whose z-component follows a chosen spherical harmonic function. Mathematical expressions which relate the harmonic terms in the cylindrical current distribution to spherical harmonic terms in the field expansion are established. Thus a simple matrix inversion approach can be used to design a shim coil of any order pure harmonic. The expressions providing a spherical harmonic decomposition of the field components produced by a particular cylindrical current distribution are novel. A stream function was applied to obtain the discrete wire distribution on the cylindrical-surface. This method does not require the setting of the target-field points. The discussion referring to matrix equations in terms of condition numbers proves that this novel approach has no ill-conditioned problems. The results also indicate that it can be used to design cylindrical-surface shim coils of finite length that will generate a field variation which follows a particular spherical harmonic over a reasonably large-sized volume.  相似文献

从永磁体的分子电流观点、退磁场、工艺等出发, 以矩形永磁体为例, 从理论上分析了影响永磁体外部磁场不均匀性的各种因素.研究结果表明, 永磁体外部磁场宏观不均匀性(好场区均匀度和面积相对大小) 和空间距离及永磁体的外形设计密切相关. 退磁场对永磁体外部磁场微观不均匀性有着复杂影响. 永磁体工艺如粉末颗粒、取向度、烧结凝固、机械加工等将影响永磁体外部磁场的不均匀性, 如磁化偏角、对称性、光滑性等. 关键词: 永磁体 外部磁场 不均匀性 退磁场  相似文献

在介绍三种永磁体空间磁场计算模型的基础上,利用泛函理论分别推导出等效磁荷模型和等效电流模型对应的变分形式,并就等效磁荷模型详细地介绍了有限元法.由于等效磁荷模型使用仅有一个自由度的标量磁位,因而计算起来比具有三个自由度的矢量磁位的等效电流法更简便.从永磁磁力轴承磁场的计算算例中可以看出,用等效磁荷模型的有限元法计算永磁体空间磁场是非常简便和有效的.  相似文献

采用铁磁共振方法,研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统中,因交换耦合以及磁晶各向异性而产生的有效各向异性场.结果表明:被测系统有无交换偏置场以及其正负号性质等均能在共振谱中得到辨析.结果还显示:沿着不同结晶方向施加外磁场,共振场的行为与磁晶各向异性以及铁磁/反铁磁交换耦合作用而诱发的单向各向异性等密切相关.将共振频率的变化看成外磁场(包括其方向和大小)的函数,研究得到了单向各向异性,立方各向异性等对共振频率的影响,并同实验结果做了很好的比较. 关键词: 铁磁/反铁磁双层膜 交换耦合 铁磁共振 单向各向异性  相似文献

In this paper, an approach to the design of shielded radio-frequency (RF) phased-array coils for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is proposed. The target field method is used to find current densities distributed on primary and shield coils. The stream function technique is used to discretize current densities and to obtain the winding patterns of the coils. The corresponding highly ill-conditioned integral equation is solved by the Tikhonov regularization with a penalty function related to the minimum curvature. To balance the simplicity and smoothness with the homogeneity of the magnetic field of the coil’s winding pattern, the selection of a penalty factor is discussed in detail.  相似文献

在磁共振成像设备中,为了消除目标区域内的高阶谐波磁场分量,传统方法采用无源匀场,但该方法匀场精度较低,针对性较差,适用于全局匀场,而有源匀场则可以通过优化线圈分布来产生所需要的特定的磁场分布.但是,由于匀场线圈线型的复杂度会随着线圈阶数的增加而增加,难以满足设计需要,因此本文提出了一种用于磁共振成像超导匀场线圈系统的多变量非线性优化设计方法.该方法基于边界元方法,将匀场线圈所产生的磁场与目标磁场之间的偏差作为目标函数,线匝间距、线圈半径等作为约束条件,通过非线性优化算法,得到满足设计要求的线圈分布.通过一个中心磁场为0.5 T的开放式双平面磁共振成像超导轴向匀场线圈的设计案例,说明本方法具有计算效率高、灵活性好的特点.  相似文献

The methodology for obtaining two- and three-dimensional magnetic resonance images by using azimuthally symmetric dipolar magnetic fields from ferromagnetic spheres is described. We utilize the symmetric property of a geometric sphere in the presence of a large externally applied magnetic field to demonstrate that a complete two- or three-dimensional structured rendering of a sample can be obtained without the motion of the sample relative to the sphere. Sequential positioning of the integrated sample-sphere system in an external magnetic field at various angular orientations provides all the required imaging slices for successful computerized tomographic image reconstruction. The elimination of the requirement to scan the sample relative to the ferromagnetic tip in this imaging protocol is a potentially valuable simplification compared to previous scanning probe magnetic resonance imaging proposals.  相似文献

The basic concepts necessary to understand the physical basis of NMR imaging are presented in this didactic article. It is intended as a starting point for the radiologist or medical physicist who is addressing the topic of NMR for the first time. The basis of the NMR phenomena is described with introduction of the concepts of magnetic moment, magnetic fields, magnetic resonance, net magnetic moment of a sample, NMR excitation and NMR emission. The equipment necessary to observe these NMR properties of matter is summarized as well as the procedures for basic pulsed NMR experiments. The physical concepts for spatial localization of NMR emissions are introduced with physical analogies to stringed musical instruments. Several alternative imaging modalities are compared with greatest emphasis on the inversion recovery technique which yields images weighted by tissue T1 values. The six subsystems of an NMR imaging device (primary magnet, computer, radio equipment, magnetic gradient, data storage and display subsystems) are described in an overview fashion. The paper is followed by a series of study questions to test the reader's comprehension of basic NMR imaging concepts.  相似文献

磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)是当今世界上最先进的医学影像技术之一,现阶段MRI技术正朝着成像质量更清晰、功能更强大、效率更高、个体化更强的趋势发展.与全身MRI设备相比,专科型MRI设备具有体积小、重量轻、成本低、病人舒适度高、成像质量高、功能更强等优点.但是关节专用超导MRI系统需要长度方向上被严格限制的超导磁体在160 mm直径球域(diameter sphere volume,DSV)内产生高均匀度的磁场.本文综合考虑了超导线用量、中心磁感应强度和成像区磁场不均匀度等因素,使用0-1规划和遗传算法相结合的方法设计了一种非屏蔽型1.5 T关节MRI超导磁体,该磁体的室温孔径为280 mm,总长度为520 mm,液氦量为30 L,载流区最大磁场为5.48 T,5高斯线范围为径向3.2 m、轴向2.6 m,160 mm DSV的磁场不均匀度设计值为22 ppm,考虑加工误差及冷缩因素,磁体加工完成并经过被动匀场后的预估值为60 ppm.经过绕制、固化、组装、焊接等工序,该磁体已制作完成.经过3次锻炼后成功励磁到1.5 T,经过被动匀场后160 mm DSV的磁场不均匀度达到50 ppm,各项指标均达到设计目标.  相似文献

 利用自行开发的3维行波管仿真软件研究了五注耦合腔行波管周期永磁聚焦系统,分析了各个电子注通道内的静磁场分布和电子注聚焦性能。讨论了在有无初始横向速度的情况下各电子注的聚焦情况。并对外层电子注通道内的横向磁场的性质和其造成的对电子注聚焦的影响进行了分析,结果表明:该多注周期永磁聚焦系统具有良好的静磁场分布特性与电子注聚焦性能,在结构设计合理时,横向磁场对外层通道内电子注的聚焦影响很小,可以忽略。  相似文献

A low-field nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer for non-invasive monitoring of human finger blood glucose fluctuations was developed. Saline solution and blood serum samples with different glucose concentrations were first detected by the spectrometer and it has been found that there was a high-linear correlation between the glucose concentration and the transverse relaxation time. Then, the spectrometer was employed to noninvasively measure a finger from each of the several volunteers. The experiment results showed that the transverse relaxation time of the human finger increases with human blood glucose concentration. In conclusion, the human finger nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer could be a potential tool to noninvasive monitoring of human body’s blood glucose fluctuations in the future.  相似文献

Firstly, an X-band relativistic backward wave oscillator with a low guiding magnetic field is simulated, whose output microwave power is 520 MW. Then, an experiment is carried out on an accelerator to investigate a relativistic backward wave oscillator with a permanent magnetic field whose strength is 0.46 T. When the energy of the electron is 630 keV and the current of the electron beam is 6.7 kA, a 15 ns width pulsed microwave with 510 MW output power at 8.0 GHz microwave frequency is achieved.  相似文献

用综合物性测量系统测试了国产Nd2Fe14B (N50M)永磁铁在低温下(10–300 K)的M-HM-T. 获得了N50M剩磁Br和内禀矫顽力Hci在低温下的变化图, 对其取向度和三维磁化强度进行了分析研究. 结果表明, N50M在80–150 K发生强烈自旋再取向效应, Br在120–130 K出现峰值, Hci随温度下降呈线性增加. 在130 K, BrHci分别比常温(300 K)增加15.6%和220%, 达到1.65 T和3638 kA/m. 在150–300 K, 随温度下降, N50M宏观取向度与外磁场均匀性逐步改善, 但在80–235 K, 微观外磁场均匀性恶化.实验研究发现, 235 K附近, N50M垂直取向方向呈现“剩余磁化强度跳跃”. 研究结果为上海光源Ⅱ期低温波荡器及其他高精度低温永磁仪器与设备的物理设计提供了参考. 关键词: 低温波荡器 2Fe14B永磁铁')" href="#">Nd2Fe14B永磁铁 低温 磁特性  相似文献

通过分析磁体与非磁性运动导体间的相互作用,发现了一种由非磁性运动导体驱动永磁体转动的非接触驱动方式.从分子环流模型出发,利用毕奥-萨伐尔定律,给出了所用矩形永磁体的磁场分布解析表达式,对运动导体处于永磁体下方5 mm处时永磁体的受力做了定量计算.对相互作用中的磁悬浮效应做了新的解释,澄清了PASCO公司对"磁悬浮实验装置"中由电磁感应产生的物理现象在原理解释上的模糊之处.  相似文献

A temperature variable magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system has been developed using a 1.0 T permanent magnet. A permanent magnet, gradient coils, radiofrequency coil, and shim coil were installed in a temperature variable thermostatic bath. First, the variation in the magnetic field inhomogeneity with temperature was measured. The inhomogeneity has a specific spatial symmetry, which scales linearly with temperature, and a single-channel shim coil was designed to compensate for the inhomogeneity. The inhomogeneity was drastically reduced by shimming over a wide range of temperature from −5 °C to 45 °C. MR images of an okra pod acquired at different temperatures demonstrated the high potential of the system for visualizing thermally sensitive properties.  相似文献
