For every m ∈ ℂ ∖ {0, −2} and every nonnegative integer k we define the vertex operator (super)algebra D m,k having two generators and rank . If m is a positive integer then D m,k can be realized as a subalgebra of a lattice vertex algebra. In this case, we prove that D m,k is a regular vertex operator (super) algebra and find the number of inequivalent irreducible modules.   相似文献

If is a Lie algebra over and its centre, the natural inclusion extends to a representation of the exterior algebra of in the cohomology of . We begin a study of this representation by examining its Poincaré duality properties, its associated higher cohomology operations and its relevance to the toral rank conjecture. In particular, by using harmonic forms we show that the higher operations presented by Goresky, Kottwitz and MacPherson (1998) form a subalgebra of , and that they can be assembled to yield an explicit Hirsch-Brown model for the Borel construction associated to .

We classify certain non-linear Lie conformal algebras with three generators, which can be viewed as deformations of the current Lie conformal algebra of sℓ 2. In doing so we discover an interesting 1-parameter family of non-linear Lie conformal algebras and the corresponding freely generated vertex algebras , which includes for d = 1 the affine vertex algebra of sℓ 2 at the critical level k = –2. We construct free-field realizations of the algebras extending the Wakimoto realization of at the critical level, and we compute their Zhu algebras. Let L be the complete lattice generated by a nest N on an infinite-dimensional separable Hilbert space H and a rank one projection P ξ given by a vector ξ in H. Assume that ξ is a separating vector for N , the core of the nest algebra Alg(N ). We show that L is a Kadison-Singer lattice, and hence the corresponding algebra Alg(L) is a Kadison-Singer algebra. We also describe the center of Alg(L) and its commutator modulo itself, and show that every bounded derivation from Alg(L) into itself is inner, and all n-th bounded cohomology groups H n (Alg(L), B(H)) of Alg(L) with coefficients in B(H) are trivial for all n≥1.  相似文献

The cohomology H* (G/,) of the de Rham complex *(G/) of a compact solvmanifold G/ with deformed differential d = d + , where is a closed 1 -form, is studied. Such cohomologies naturally arise in Morse-Novikov theory. It is shown that, for any completely solvable Lie group G containing a cocompact lattice G, the cohomology H*(G/, ) is isomorphic to the cohomology H*( ) of the tangent Lie algebra of the group G with coefficients in the one-dimensional representation : defined by () = ().
