用等效介质理论计算了半无限侧向铁磁/铁磁超晶格的推迟模式.且以Co/Ni体系超晶格为例具体计算了该超晶格的表面模式和体模式,展示出一些与磁性/非磁性超晶格不同的有趣性质.侧向磁性/磁性超晶格具有较复杂的推迟模式,这是一种具有高度一般性的体系,在改变构成超晶格的两种铁磁层的厚度的比值、外场时,可以调节两支表面模式的频率以及体模式的频带,这种调节作用是与两种铁磁层的饱和磁化值有关的.当饱和磁化值相差较大时,调制效果是很明显的.当第二种铁磁介质饱和磁化值趋于零时,该体系演变成熟知的磁性/非磁性超晶格.当取麦克斯 关键词: 铁磁/铁磁超晶格 推迟模式 等效介质理论 自旋波谱  相似文献

采用自由能变分法研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统在反铁磁层存在净磁化下的自旋波谱.本模型中铁磁薄层具有单轴磁晶各向异性和立方磁晶各向异性,反铁磁层仅具有单轴磁晶各向异性,但厚度有限,推导出了系统铁磁共振频率的表达式.结果表明:系统的自旋波谱分光学模和声学模两种,其中光学模仅在反铁磁层存在净磁化时得到激发.自旋波谱可按外磁场强度的变化情况分为强弱两支;区分强磁场和弱磁场的临界场依赖于铁磁/反铁磁间的交换作用,反铁磁层的磁化强度以及反铁磁层的厚度等.交换偏置场对光学模的影响明显于声学模,而反铁磁的净磁化和其厚度对系统的影响紧密联系,难以区分.但当反铁磁层净磁化很小可忽略时,系统只存在声学模激发. 关键词: 铁磁/反铁磁双层膜 反铁磁层净磁化 光学模 声学模  相似文献

运用第一性原理密度泛函理论研究了铁基超导体LiFeAs的电子结构和声子谱.计算得到的LiFeAs基态具有涨落的条型反铁磁构型.通过比较LiFeAs在非磁态与条形反铁磁态下的声子态密度,发现,LiFeAs中各向异性自旋互作用的竞争产生了不稳定的自旋密度波和部分晶格位置弛豫,导致Fe和As原子振动模式的软化,从而提高电声子耦合强度.因此,自旋-声子互作用对非常规超导电性有重要贡献. 关键词: 铁基超导体 反铁磁序 超导电性 电声子耦合  相似文献

本文发展文献[1]的方法到两种不同自旋的原子(Sa=1,Sb=1/2)构成的晶格中,计算了简单立方晶格在具有再次近邻反铁磁相互作用下在外磁场中的基态自旋结构、能量和相界。从文中给出的相图可知:这种晶格有两种反铁磁自旋结构,有四种亚铁磁自旋结构。 关键词:  相似文献

本文考虑体单轴各向异性利用界面重参数化方法从理论上严格推导了两层异质铁磁质中量子自旋波的本征值,并模拟计算了简立方晶格结构 (100) 第一布里渊区的能带结构,特别研究了易轴型体单轴各向异性对本征值的影响.结果发现在这样的体系中存在体模、禁闭模和界面模;各种本征模与体交换作用、界面交换作用、晶格自旋、原子层数有关,而且各向异性直接影响各种本征模的存在条件. 关键词: 铁磁薄膜 自旋波 各向异性  相似文献

研究了基于硅烯的静电势超晶格、铁磁超晶格、反铁磁超晶格中谷极化、自旋极化以及赝自旋极化的输运性质,分析了铁磁交换场、反铁磁交换场以及化学势对输运性质的影响,讨论了电场对谷极化、自旋极化以及赝自旋极化的调控作用.结果表明:当3种超晶格的晶格数达到10以上时,在硅烯超晶格中很容易实现100%的谷极化、自旋极化和赝自旋极化,而且通过调节超晶格上的外加电场可以使极化方向发生翻转,从而在硅烯超晶格中实现外电场对谷自由度、自旋自由度以及赝自旋自由度的操控.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论(DFT),使用局域密度近似(LDA)研究了Heusler合金Cu1-xFex MnSb的电子结构和反铁磁-铁磁相变.研究发现,两种磁状态下的合金晶格常数随掺杂浓度x变化很好地满足Vegard定理.当x0.5时,铁磁态合金的总磁矩很好地符合SP规律,然而当x0.5时,却发生了明显的偏离.由于整个体系存在RKKY和超交换磁耦合的竞争,因而在x=0.25时,我们观察到了独特的反铁磁—铁磁相变.进一步的态密度分析发现,Cu的掺杂浓度可以有效调整铁磁态合金的费米面位置,并且反铁磁态合金由于不同自旋方向的Mn原子的分波态密度相互补偿,总态密度形成了几乎完全对称的自旋向上带和自旋向下带.  相似文献

采用自由能极小的方法研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统在外应力场下的一致进动自旋波性质,即铁磁共振现象. 本模型中铁磁层很薄可看成单畴结构,但具有单轴磁晶各向异性和立方磁晶各向异性;而反铁磁层仅具有单轴磁晶各向异性,但其厚度趋于半无穷. 推导出了该系统的铁磁共振频率和频谱宽度的解析式. 结果表明,外应力场和界面交换耦合或反铁磁磁强度仅在弱磁场下对系统的铁磁共振有影响,且系统的铁磁共振行为按磁场强度可分为两支,其区分弱磁场和强磁场的临界场依赖于外应力场的方向. 另一方面,应力场方向的改变可借助于反铁磁层磁畴变化对铁磁层磁晶各向异性轴有影响. 关键词: 铁磁/反铁磁双层膜 界面耦合强度 铁磁共振 应力场  相似文献

We address the spin wave modes propagating in Fibonacci, Thue–Morse, and double period quasiperiodic magnonic superlattices. These structures are made of layers of a metamagnetic material alternating with layers of a nonmagnetic material, presenting mirror symmetry. Our calculations are carried out in the magnetostatic regime for the antiferromagnetic phase. Our model takes into account the presence of an external applied magnetic field, which is perpendicular to the interfaces of the superlattice, as well as the crystalline anisotropic contribution to the inner magnetic field. The magnetostatic bulk and surface modes are obtained by using the transfer matrix technique. The metamagnetic material considered here is FeBr2, however, our results can be extended to other materials. Our numerical results show the behavior of these modes, for small frequencies of the energy spectra. The results reported here can be experimentally observed by light scattering techniques.  相似文献

In a finite layered system, the substrate influences the spectra of the collective excitations. We solve the dispersion relations for magnetostatic modes in a finite Cd0.30Mn0.70Te-Cd0.89Mn0.11Te multilayer structure as a prototype antiferromagnetic and paramagnetic su-perlattice grown on the top of a nonmagnetic or a paramagnetic substrate. In perpendicular magnetization geometry where the saturation magnetization lies along the growth axis of the layered structure, surface modes appear in the spectra when the substrate is paramagnetic but disappear when the substrate is nonmagnetic. At the same time, the bands of bulk modes in the spectra are independent of change of substrates.  相似文献

Magnetic polaritons in infinite and semi-infinite antiferromagnetic/nonmagnetic multilayers are discussed using the electromagnetic wave theory in the Voigt configuration. The dispersion relations of the coupled magnetic-electromagnetic modes are derived, and we show the possibility for practical use due to the modulation characteristics of the multilayer structure.  相似文献

本文利用传递矩阵方法研究了电磁波倾斜入射时,一维反铁磁/电介质准周期光子晶体的透射性质.反铁磁层和电介质层按Fibonacci数列排列构成准周期光子晶体.通过数值模拟发现光子禁带中有透射峰出现, 而且随着准周期光子晶体级数的增加透射峰的数目也在增加.此外,透射峰受电介质层的介电常数、入射角度和电磁波偏振影响明显. 关键词: 反铁磁层 准周期光子晶体 太赫兹波传输性质  相似文献

The synthetic antiferromagnets (SAF) have been used in spin-valve sensor in data storage industry [1]. We report a new hard/Ru/soft sandwich structure (SHBL) fabricated by pulsed lased deposition to replace current single layer structure for information recording application. SHBL consists of two magnetic layers separated by thin nonmagnetic layers, typically with Ru layers of 0.7-1.2 nm, through which antiferromagnetic coupling is induced. Varying the relative thickness of the magnetic layers, the spacer layers, and the type of magnetic materials can alter magnetic properties of CoCrPt/Ru/CoFe superlattice. The coercivity Hc and grain size of magnetic layer is also dependent on the laser fluence. High laser fluence results in both small grain size and high Hc. The observed phenomena are related to high quenching and deposition rates during PLD at high fluence, resulting in more pronounced phase segregation.  相似文献

In terms of the effective medium method, conditions for the existence of leaky shear surface acoustic waves in a semibounded fine-layered magnetic superlattice consisting of ferrimagnetic and superconducting layers are determined. On this basis, the possibility of a resonance interaction between a surface elastic SH wave propagating in the magnetic superlattice and a shear bulk wave propagating in the adjacent nonmagnetic medium is investigated.  相似文献

Characteristics of the bulk electromagnetic waves in teraHertz frequency region are examined in a left-handed superlattice (SL) which consists of alternating layers of nonmagnetic semiconductor and nonconducting antiferromagnetic materials. General problem on the sign of the refractive index for anisotropic media is considered. It is shown that the phase refraction index is always positive while the group refractive index can be negative when some general conditions are fulfilled. Effective permittivity and permeability tensors of the SL are derived for perpendicular and parallel orientation of the magnetic anisotropy axis with respect to the plane of the layers. Problem of anomalous refraction for transverse electric and transverse magnetic-type polarized waves is examined in such media. Analytical expressions for both the phase and group refractive indices are obtained for various propagated modes. It is shown that, in general, three different types of the refracted waves with different relative orientation of the phase and group velocity vectors are possible in left-handed media. Unusual peculiarities of the backward modes corresponding to the coupled magnon–plasmon polaritons are considered. It is shown, in particular, that the number of the backward modes depends on the free charge carrier's density in semiconductor layers, variation of which allows to create different frequency regions for the wave propagation.  相似文献

本文提出了一种新型的具有kagome晶格结构的二维过渡金属酞菁薄膜(记为kag-TMPc),并通过第一性原理计算的方法系统的研究了其电子和磁学性质. 研究结果表明,二维kag-MnPc薄膜具有稳定的铁磁基态,通过基于海森堡模型的蒙特卡洛模拟,得到其居里转变温度为125 K. 二维kag-CrPc薄膜是自旋$S$=2的基态磁序为RT3态的理想kagome反铁磁材料. 光吸收谱的研究证明,与过渡金属酞菁分子相比,这种自组装形成的二维kagome过渡金属酞菁框架具有更广阔的光吸收范围,特别是在可见光区域.  相似文献

In this Letter, we calculate the magnetostatic modes of a semi-infinite lateral ferromagnetic/ferromagnetic superlattice with the effective-medium theory and present the general features of the modes. The numerical calculations for Co/Ni superlattice show some interesting properties which different from the lateral ferromagnetic/nonmagnetic superlattice. Two branches of the surface modes appear for the superlattice. Comparing with the surface magnetostatic modes of bulk Ni, one branch of the mode is of high frequency; the other branch of mode is of low frequency.  相似文献
