把‘镭—铍’所产生的‘光中子’,穿过一层半厘米厚的白蜡,我们便得到一‘连续的中子谱’。他们中间有些中子,能和银的原子核起‘共振作用’,因此可以被银片吸收,而产生‘人工放射银’先测量人工放射的强度和‘共振中子’在银片中的吸收率,再应用原子核内共振能层的宽度,我们便可以求出银的原子核内‘共振能层’的密度大约共振能在零和二十万伏特中间,平均每隔一二百伏特便有一可以吸收质子的共振能层,和理论很相符合。  相似文献

在满足沟道效应条件下 ,高能离子在穿过晶体时 ,离子穿过的是周期性的原子序列或者有序平面阵列 .在入射离子的坐标系中 ,离子感受到一种振动场的作用 .如果与此振动频率相关的能量与离子的电子态跃迁能量相匹配 ,则离子有可能被激发 ,这种现象就称为共振相干激发 (RCE) .1998年 ,成功地观测到了类氢Ar17+ 离子以相对论速度穿过Si晶体时 ,其 1s电子到n =2态的共振激发 .此后 ,有关出射离子电荷态分布以及退激X射线谱的实验研究取得了很大进展 ,近期的实验研究还观测到了类氢离子的 1s电子到更高电子态 (n =3,4 ,5 )的RCE和更重离子的RCE ,以及类氦离子的RCE .这些实验结果有助于详细研究这种共振现象 .实验结果表明 ,RCE也能够作为研究高精度原子谱学的一种潜在的工具 . When energetic ions penetrate into a crystal in a channeling condition, they travel across a periodic array of the atomic strings or ordered planes. These ions feel an oscillating field in the projectile frame. If the energy corresponding to this frequency matches with the transition energy of the electronic states of the ions, the ions have a chance to be excited. 总结了目前基于分析地面实验室以及天文观测数据所得到的关于核物质对称能密度相关性的约束。结果表明,在核物质饱和密度ρ0处,关于对称能的大小Esym(ρ0)及其密度梯度参数L的不同具体约束强烈地依赖于不同的实验数据或理论方法。另一方面,所有存在的约束都和Esym(ρ0)=(32.5±2.5)MeV以及L=(55±25)MeV一致。如何确定核物质对称能的高密行为仍然是一个挑战。  相似文献

中国锦屏地下实验室(CJPL)坐落于四川省锦屏山中,利用水电站修建的隧道建成。由于其本底环境极低,非常适合开展低本底实验测量。一台基于ECR源的400 kV强流加速器将安装在CJPL中,其可以为核天体物理实验提供流强为12 emA的质子束流,6 emA的He+束流和2.5 emA的He2+束流。拟通过非共振反应12C(p,γ)13N以及一系列的共振反应27Al(p,γ)28Si等,对加速器的束流能量进行精确刻度,对束流的能量展宽以及长期稳定性进行测量。由于该加速器正在中国原子能科学研究院进行地面调试,我们利用中国科学院近代物理研究所的320 kV研究平台,进行了12C(p,γ)13N和27Al(p,γ)28Si反应的测试实验。测量结果表明,在质子束流能量为224 keV时,束流的能量展宽约为1.0 keV,束流能量在连续4小时的测量期间,其晃动幅度远小于±200 eV。China JinPing underground Laboratory (CJPL) was established inside the tunnels piercing Jinping Mountain in Sichuan Province, China, which can provide an ideal environment for low background experiment. A new 400 kV accelerator, with high current based on an ECR source, will be placed at this underground laboratory for nuclear astrophysics experiment. The beam characteristics of this accelerator, like absolute energy, energy spread, and long-term energy stability, will be determined by several wellknown resonance and non-resonance reactions. Due to the new accelerator still being under construction, the resonance reaction of 27Al(p, γ)28Si and non-resonance 12C(p, γ)13N were studied at the 320 kV highvoltage platform in Institute Modern Physics of CAS in Lanzhou. The energy spread of proton beam is about 1.0 keV at proton energy Ep=224 keV and the long-term energy stability of proton beam is much better than 200 eV during 4 hours measurement.  相似文献

对于低能强流离子束来说,空间电荷效应的存在将导致束流发散、发射度增加等一系列问题,从而降低束流品质。幸运的是,当束流由离子源引出通过低能传输线时会与其中的剩余气体发生电离反应,产生二次电子与二次离子;二次电子在束流自身产生的电场作用下,在束流中积累并中和部分空间电荷,达到抑制空间电荷效应的效果。为了测量空间电荷中和程度,中国科学院近代物理研究所研制了一台三栅网式能量分析仪用以测量电离过程中产生的二次离子能量来间接计算空间电荷中和度。实验结果表明,对于40 keV, 18.5 mA的质子束,真空度为1.510*3 Pa 时得到最佳补偿度;真空度一定的情况下,空间电荷补偿度随束流流强增加而变大。For high-intensity low-energy ion beams, space charge effect is a main cause of beam divergence  and emittance growth. Fortunately, residual gas molecules in the drift space tend to be ionized and neutralize the beam space charge spontaneously. The level of Space Charge Neutralization (SCN)is measured through the detection of created secondary ion energy distribution in the beam region. A so-called non-interceptive Three-grid Energy Analyzer (TEA) has been designed and manufactured at Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMP). This paper will present the detailsof the TEA detector and the application to diagnose proton beam SCN level in the Low Energy Beam Transport (LEBT) line. As a preliminary result, for an 18.5 mA proton beam a best compensating point appears at the vacuum pressure of 1.510*3 Pa. And the neutralization level is advanced with thegrowth of beam current in a constant vacuum pressure.  相似文献

基于连续离散化耦合道理论(CDCC), 并在假设剩余核不仅可处于束缚态而且可处于一系列的激发态的基础上, 本工作论述了氘核破裂效应对质子出射能谱的贡献。计算结果可以基本解释质子出射能谱在大约氘核入射能量一半处出现峰值结构的实验现象。本工作的计算结果与C.Kalbach的经验公式基本保持一致。Based on the continuum discretized coupled channels(CDCC) theory, and the hypothesis that the residual nucleus locates not only in bound state but also in a series of excited states, the contribution of deuteron breakup effect in outgoing proton energy spectra are studied in the present work. And the results can basically explain the experimental results that a peak structure is appeared in the outgoing proton energy spectra at about half of the incident energy. The results of present calculation generally agree with those obtained from C. Kalbach’s empirical formulaum.  相似文献

采用含时局域密度近似与分子动力学相结合的方法研究了不同入射速度的质子与乙烯分子碰撞的动力学。计算了质子的能量损失及碰撞后乙烯分子的电子和离子的运动状态, 研究了质子的入射方向及入射动能对整个系统的碰撞动力学的影响。计算结果表明, 当入射质子的动能较小(Ek0<250 eV)时, 在相同的入射速度下, 当质子垂直于分子平面入射时, 系统的电离最大, 质子俘获的电子多; 当质子的入射动能Ek0>250 eV时, 质子的能量损失与入射方向有密切的关系。In the framework of the time dependent local density approximation (TDLDA),which applied to valence electrons, coupled non adiabatically to molecular dynamics of ions, the microscopic mechanisms of collisions between energetic protons and ethylene are studied. Not only the amount of energy lost of the projectile, but also the electron and vibration excitations of the target are identified. In addition, the influences of the collision orientation on the energy loss of the proton and excitation dynamics of ethylene are discussed. It is found that the ionization is enhanced and more electrons are captured by the proton when the proton with the impact energy less than 250 eV moves perpendicularly to the molecular plane. A strong relation between the proton energy lost and the impact orientation is obtained when the impact energy is larger than 250 eV.  相似文献

从量子力学诞生以来,关于宏观物体的运动是否遵循量子力学的辩论就一直没有停止过。上世纪八十年代初期以来,一系列在约瑟夫森结和超导量子干涉器件(SQUID)中观测到的实验结果,包括相位和磁通的宏观量子隧穿,能级量子化,宏观共振隧穿,和在微波驱动下的相干动力学过程对认为宏观物体的运动在满足一定条件下同样遵循量子力学规律的观点提供了强有力的实验证据。在众多已观察到的宏观量子现象中,宏观共振隧穿结合了能级分立和隧穿这两个最具特征的量子现象。由于宏观共振隧穿的观测无需使用高频电磁波激发,这就避免了实验结果也可以用经典物理解释的可能,所以在一个系统中观测到宏观共振隧穿可以说是展示该系统的量子属性的最有力证据。本文讨论近年来从理论和实验两方面理解耗散和磁通噪声对类似SQUID的双势阱系统宏观共振隧穿率和谱线形状的影响。评述宏观共振隧穿谱的测量在探寻、理解、克服超导磁通量子比特中的退相干机制并最终实现规模化量子计算方面的应用。  相似文献

基于两势方法系统地研究了质子数51 ≤ Z ≤ 83质子放射性核素的衰变半衰期。总的质子-子核相互作用势包括:通过单折叠子核密度和DDM3Y有效相互作用得到的微观核势,通过单折叠子核电荷密度和质子-质子库仑相互作用得到的真实库仑势以及离心势。同时,预测了同一区域16个核的质子放射性半衰期,并且预测的质子放射性半衰期在4.11倍的范围内。此外,还研究了质子放射性的Geiger-Nuttall定律。结果表明,Geiger-Nuttall定律可以用来描述角动量相同的同位素的质子放射性。In the present work, we systematically study the half-lives of proton radioactivity for 51 ≤ Z ≤ 83 nuclei within the two-potential approach. The total emitted proton-daughter nucleus interaction potential is composed of the microscopic nuclear potential obtained by single folding the density of the daughter nucleus with the DDM3Y effective interaction, the realistic Coulomb potential obtained by single folding the charge density of the daughter nucleus with the proton-proton Coulomb interaction and the centrifugal potential. We extend our study to predict proton radioactivity half-lives of 16 nuclei in the same region within a factor of 4.11. In addition, the Geiger-Nuttall law for proton radioactivity is researched. The results indicate that the Geiger-Nuttall law can be used to describe the proton radioactivity isotopes with same angular momentum.  相似文献

在现有的平均场模型中引入同位旋相关的高阶修正项.研究了核物质对称能的密度依赖性和。^208Pb的中子皮厚度。采用新提出的PK1相互作用以及NL3.S271和Z271相互作用.得到核物质饱和点对称能的范围为29-38MeV以及相应的^208Pb中子皮厚度为0.17—0.28fm.在所有相互作用中,核物质饱和点的对称能与^208Pb的中子皮厚度近似呈线性关系。After adding isospin dependent high order correction terms to existing relativistic mean field models (RMF), the density dependence of symmetry energy and the neutron skin thickness S for 208Pb are studied. Using the new effective interaction PK1, together with NL3, S271 and Z271, a range of 29—38 MeV for the symmetry energy for nuclear matter at saturation point and the corresponding neutron skin thickness S = 0.14—0.28 fm for 208Pb are obtained. For all effective interactions, a linear relation between the symmetry energy at saturation point and the neutron skin thickness for 208Pb is observed.  相似文献

利用MOCVD技术在蓝宝石衬底上外延生长了具有低温插入层结构的绿光LED,研究了具有插入层结构的LED的发光特性。插入层的引入增加了In在量子阱中的并入,并且引起了波长红移。经过分析,认为是In的相分离和极化场带来的红移,且恶化了器件的性能。  相似文献

利用离散偶极近似(Discrete Dipole Approximation,DDA)方法系统研究ITO/Ag、CdS/Ag、和ZnS/Ag纳米核壳结构的消光特性。研究结果表明,银纳米核壳的表面等离子体共振吸收峰位置随周围介质折射率和颗粒核壳比的增大逐渐红移;且当核壳比相同时,较大球径纳米核壳的消光峰位置处在长波长处。研究亦发现,银壳与化合物之间存在显著的电子迁移现象,相同球径的银表面电子密度降低程度由高到低为CdS/Ag、ZnS/Ag、ITO/Ag。  相似文献
