Alkynyl heteroaromatic compounds reacted with arylboronic acids to give addition products in the presence of a rhodium catalyst. The best results were obtained when a novel pyridine-substituted water-soluble phosphine ligand was used. The reactions proceed to give trisubstituted alkenes from various arylboronic acids and alkynyl heteroaromatic compounds with high regioselectivity. Only alkynes with a nitrogen atom in proximity to the triple bond were converted to the corresponding alkenes, as expected for a chelation-controlled addition.  相似文献

Various arylboronic acids reacted with activated alkenes in the presence of [Ni(dppe)Br2], ZnCl2, and H2O in CH3CN at 80 °C to give the corresponding Mizoroki–Heck‐type addition products in good to excellent yields. Furthermore, 1 equivalent of the hydrogenation product of the activated alkene was also produced. By tuning the ligands of the nickel complexes and the reaction conditions, Michael‐type addition was achieved in a very selective manner. Thus, various p‐ and o‐substituted arylboronic acids or alkenylboronic acid reacted smoothly with activated alkenes in CH3CN at 80 °C for 12 h catalyzed by Ni(acac)2, P(o‐anisyl)3, and K2CO3 to give the corresponding Michael‐type addition products in excellent yields. However, for m‐substituted arylboronic acids, the yields of Michael‐type addition products are very low. The cause of this unusual meta‐substitution effect is not clear. By altering the solvent or phosphine ligand, the product yields for m‐substituted arylboronic acids were greatly improved. In contrast to previous results in the literature, the present catalytic reactions required water for Mizoroki–Heck‐type products and dry reaction conditions for Michael‐type addition products. Possible mechanistic pathways for both addition reactions are proposed.  相似文献

Monodentate phosphoramidites have been used for the first time as chiral ligands in the Rh-catalyzed enantioselective conjugate addition of arylboronic acids to enones, unsaturated esters, lactones, and nitro alkenes. High reaction rates and ee's up to 89% have been obtained.  相似文献

The palladium(II)-catalyzed addition of arylboronic acids to β,β-disubstituted enones has been investigated with the BP86 density functional. The results show that the mechanism requires three steps: transmetalation, alkene insertion, and protonation. The alkene insertion is the rate-determining step. For unactivated alkenes, the Heck-type β-hydride elimination is more favored than protonation.  相似文献

Silylated functionalized arylboronic acids were converted into corresponding iodinated arylboronic acids in good yields via the electrophilic ipso-desilylation effected with iodine chloride in refluxing CHCl3. Disilylated arylboronic acids were susceptible to diiodination. In addition, the structural characterization and reactivity of a novel sterically hindered ortho-silylated diarylborinic ester were reported. The potential of selected iodinated phenylboronic acids as monomers for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling polymerization was demonstrated.  相似文献

The hydroarylation reaction of terminal alkynes with arylboronic acids catalyzed by low(400 ppm) loadings of palladium has been developed. The reaction is broad in scope and high-yielding, even on multigram scale. It is suitable for the synthesis of alkenes labeled with deuterium, and for the late-stage modification of bioactive molecules.  相似文献

Layered‐double‐hydroxide‐supported nanorhodium catalyst (LDH? Rh(0)) was employed in the Heck‐type coupling of alkenes 1 with arylboronic acids 2 to afford the corresponding substituted alkenes 3 in good to high yields (Table 1). Transition-metal-catalyzed hydroarylation of unactivated alkenes with strategic use of remote coordinating functional groups has received significant attention recently to address the issues of both low reactivity and poor selectivity. The bidentate 8-aminoquinoline amide group is the most successfully adopted in unactivated alkenes for Pd and Ni catalysis. We describe the first manganese-catalyzed hydroarylation of unactivated alkenes bearing diverse simple functionalities with arylboronic acids. A series of δ- and γ-arylated amides, ketones, pyridines, and amines was accessed with excellent regioselectivity and in high yields. Hydroalkenylation of unactivated alkenes was also shown to be applicable under this manganese-catalysis regime. The method features earth-abundant manganese catalysis, easily available substrates, broad functional-group tolerance, and excellent regioselective control.  相似文献

NiCl(2)(PCy(3))(2) associated with PCy(3) promotes the selective cross-coupling of aryltosylates with arylboronic acids under relatively mild reaction conditions, and a variety of functional groups are tolerated in both arenes. The first investigation of air- and moisture-stable diaminophosphine oxides as preligands in the Ni-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids has been reported. The results show that under the optimized reaction conditions, the new catalytic system with a Ni(II) σ-aryl complex as precatalyst and a diaminophosphine oxide as preligand tolerates a variety of functional groups and is efficient for both electron-rich and electron-deficient aryl chlorides, though it shows higher efficiency for activated arylboronic acids than deactivated ones. Steric effects were observed for both aryl chlorides and arylboronic acids.  相似文献

Suzuki reactions of aryl chlorides and arylboronic acids with a range of electronically different N-heterocyclic carbene ligands derived from N,N-diadamantylbenzimidazolium salts are reported. Results indicate that an electron-rich NHC ligand enhances the rate of oxidative addition. However, reductive elimination is unchanged by the electronic nature of the supporting ligand and is primarily affected by the steric environment.  相似文献
